Recession- Proof Your Womb. If you got em’ Plant em’. Unemployed Single mother of 6 seeks endorsements for new octuplets.

Nadia Sulleman, 33 gave birth to octuplets last week, on purpose.  Nadia is the unemployed, single mother of 14 children. I pause, I think about my vortex of a 401K in this economy. Would I? Are you KIDDING ME? Ms. Sulleman, whose parents purchased  her home, or under current inhabitant conditions, mousehole in 2007 in which to raise her first brood. Soon thereafter they fell on hard times and have been forced to take up residence with their uber fertile daughter. From her hospital bed on Friday, Nadia retained the prestigious Killeen Furtney Group.

..” Killeen says Suleman is “the most sought after mom in the world right now,” but she hasn’t     decided what she’ll do next, other than care for her children…”

How does a woman in a hospital bed who just gave birth to eight retain a uterus, let alone a PR firm? Appears this deal was shopped early on. Can’t imagine what that meeting went like:

Suleman: “Well, Nationally known sponsor of baby stuff. How much do you think I can get? KFG: Well, prospective next recipient of our entire ad budget for the year, depends on how     many you can actually pop out.. Nobody pays for less than 8 in this town, just ask John and Kate. Ring-Ring.

Suleman:  hey Doc, pick up the extra large turkey baster on the way in, it’s 8 or nothin’.

Fast forward to the delivery room.

Ring-Ring.

Suleman: Can one of my people answer that if if it’s Diane or Oprah? I don’t change a diapie under 2 Million.

Mystery Fertility Doctor, Immaculate Conception x 8?

Doctors at Kaiser Permanante in Bellflower, a suburb of Los Angelos, say Suleman came to them in her first trimester, already carrying all 8 embryos. But experts in reproductive health say an occurrence of octuplets represents a likely case of fertility assistance gone awry, posing grave risks to the health of the mother and her premature offspring. What a way to shear up your retirement. Create 8 more children you cannot afford, gravely risking their health and putting them at risk for chronic, debilitating health problems throughout their life should they make it out of NICU-so we can see them all in matching outfits on Oprah.  I’ll pass.

i’ve heard a # of different stories regarding this subject. 1st the mother is employed at a fertility clinic, this morning she was a psych tech, now unemployed. the whole issue is shaky grounds. who wants the government making the choice on how many children we have? i personally know some that never should have had ANY!!!

the lady obviously has rocks for brains.

This is one of the strangest stories I’ve seen in a while… but I must say that the first thing that popped into my head was that when men try to manipulate the very essense of life…. things go astray.

I pray that all will be happy. The mother could be kind in giving some of the babies to couples that cannot have children. That would, truly, be a blessing.

Other than that, I feel for anyone with that many children to care for in this cruel and wicked world.

I think everyone who has health insurance is going to pay more because I don’t think this lady has paid her VERY LARGE hospital bill and will never be able……..

  4. annals says:

Baby product companies need Ms Suleman’s endorcement as much as wineries need the endorsement of a skid row alchoholic.

  5. txchic says:

someone was saying today on a radio talk show that the hospital bill was probably free because of the notoriety. guess they pass the buck some how…

  6. buster says:

Ever hear of a Puppy mill where they crank out puppys for profit !!! As for the Octuplets they should belong to all of us, I mean who do you think is going to pay for them ???

  7. Buzz says:

Unemployed, living with parents who have had hard economic times–who paid for the fertility treatments???

I’m sure that the Roman Catholic church stands ready to provide whatever financial assistance is necessary to raise these children to become productive citizens. By not choosing to terminate any of the 8 embryos, the mother let God decide whether they would survive to be born. I find it hard to believe the church, which feels it has the direct pipeline to God, would shirk from supporting His work.

The Roman Catholic church will take care of them so why the worry #2?

Now my Kaiser Permanante premiums are going up! Doctor should go to jail for implanting fertilized eggs to a single woman with six kids.
No husband. No Money. Can not take care of her first six children. NUTS!! Children should be removed and adopted out to normal homes. Crazy Iranians.

The Bot Fly larvae burrow under the skin
of the host (human/animal) until they
mature to the next stage (which in human
terms might be 18 years of age). The
Bot Fly relies on others to provide for it’s
offspring. The Bot Fly is a parasite. We
have plenty to learn from the insect world.

    Please pass the turkey baster.

It would be funny if she tried to sue the doctor now

  13. BUN says:

YoYo..you have been laughing again…the Catholic Church will pitch in and help here????????RIGHT!!!

  14. txchic says:

yoyo, i think the catholic church wouldn’t have supported the method this lady used to become prego in the 1st place. why should they step in?

  15. Michelle in MS says:

Why does a woman that is not married, doesn’t have a job and already has 6 kids to take care of feel the need to have more kids? Does she get a check for every child she has? NO, I’m not advocating abortion, she got pregnant because she wanted to.

Those poor babies, all 14 of them. How does she plan to support herself and all those kids along with her parents?

Who paid for the procedure? Who is paying for the hospital bills?

  16. Blink34 says:

The issue for me is that this person’s selfish choices put these babies at risk; It’s Globally wrong on so many levels. It’s not something I normally write on but was that pissed.

I hope we send the message to the companies that endorse this woman that we aren’t going to help them pimp babies.

    Good Gravy there’s more:

This woman has been unemployed since 2001.

She has been living off of 2 workman’s comp claims, one involving a car accident and according to her parents, is how she afforded fertility treatments..

The CA medical board is investigating.

    CALL DFS!!
File Guardian Ad Litem, take the cash for the babies. This woman is sick

  18. linda says:

how is she going to take 8 babies for shots every month?

  19. Red Ranger says:

My sister was an RN in a neonatal ICU. She told me that all babies born weighing less than two pounds never develop properly. There was not a single affliction. It could have been blindness, mental on many levels, or any possible combination of physical or mental handicaps. Odds say that most of the eight will always live on the dole in some capacity.

I think it would be prudent of the Dr. that made it all possible to cover their lifelong bills. I am sure he would think of this as a good idea since he is their E-father.
