BREAKING NEWS

Los Angeles, CA– Late this evening it was announced that former suedo-hubby and long time attorney to Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern, was indicted for conspiracy to provide illegal drugs to Anna Nicole Smith.

Along with Stern, 2 of Smith’s former physician’s Dr. Kappor and Dr. Khristine Eroshkovich were under indictment as well.  California Police recently raided the offices of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. They are being charged with a total of eight felonies.

Both Stern and Kapoor were charged with one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.  Dr. Eroshevich and Stern were charged with unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance, occuring between June 2004 and January 2007.

Dr’s Kapoor and Eroshevich were both indicted for obtaining a prescription for opiates by “fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.”  In addition, they were both also charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by uttering a false name or address.

Stern is expected to turn himself in momentarily on charges he illegally obtained prescription drugs for Smith, who died of an overdose in 2007.

Stern had denied any wrongdoing in Smith’s death.

More than two long years of waiting and watching this case and watching all the lawsuits that have been filed stemming from this case. I’m so happy to finally see something done and moving on this. God Bless Mr. Brown. I hope this is only the beginning.

I am sad for this woman- by all accounts she was a trainwreck. Some of it self- inflicted, but most of it influential, on a woman that really just wanted love (imo)

She was using drugs for a long time, behaved embarassingly to her son at the time, all at her expense apparently. She blamed herself for his death, and in a way, I dont blame her. She did not OD alone, and should not take the fall alone.

    Thanks goodness for these indictments.

This is a very sad case, and I was so afraid they would all get away with it!

I still want to know what really happened with Daniel too.

I am sooo glad this was pursued. He drugged her to keep her under his control. He didnt really love her. He loved the publicity he got because he was in the spotlight with her. Also, I hope he gets charged with Daniels murder. I think he kept him drugged too and when he died he knew Daniel was out of the way. There was only one more thing to do….convince everyone Dannielynn was his so he would be entitled to any assets, etc. that Anna or Dannielynn had or would have had. Thank god that little girl is with her real father now and Dannielynn will know one day her mother was murdered!!!!!

Among what Los Angeles County District Attorney via CNN name as felonies of the matter, not one of them is a felony.

The Constitution has not been Amended by the population empowering Federal anything to “control” any “substance”. Including no empowerment to decide a defining line of what are to be prescribed by only those the political structure not-empoweredly claims are doctors.

Wising up to what country this is and you might take responsability for what you put in your mouth. As well as intelligently speak out from it.
