I do feel that Ron Cummings would not have harmed his child intentionally, but he gets no pass from me for putting her in harm’s way. None.

In that sense I mean loving the child for what the child was to them and the loss of her being their loss not hers. To my thinking Cummings felt he would be blammed he would get the blame.
