Casey/Caylee Anthony Case: Cindy Anthony “Casey Had To Have Help”

Orlando, CA– The audio of a voice mail message left for Sgt. John Allen, Orange County Sheriff’s Office previously released in transcript form, was released today.

The recording is 3 minutes and 46 seconds whereby Cindy Anthony tells Sgt Allen she does not feel OCSO is looking into things presented by her family, does not want her parents contacted and that they are only interested in pointing the finger at Casey and not finding Caylee.

This release comes on the heels of Oprah Winfrey’s decision to cancell the Anthony’s appearance on her show next week, and the cancellation of their appearance as key note speakers in a highly lauded Victim’s Advocate Memorial Conference.

Comment by susan — April 25 karen lee ,thanks for the # 27 info it fits with my idea that the body was redug up and the shovel hit the body, i didnt know that it was determined that the body had been buried(in the dirt underground) where’d you get that?& was it truth or rumor that george knew the cars was at amscot?

DEAR SUSAN: The only reason Casey borrowed/stole a shovel was to bury Caylee. Had she just LEFT the double=trash bagged body ON TOP of the ground, it would have been found immediately -because critters would have drug it off & high water from hurricanes, etc would have washed it away.
So, the shovel had to hit Caylee’s poor little body. That part of FL is practically swamp from June thru November, when rains & storms are daily affairs. It had to be buried or it would have floated MILES away in all the run off. People not living in FL have no idea the force and fury of daily rains. It pours and anything on top of the ground will FLOAT or be taken by currents, storm drain force, etc for miles. So, Casey HAD to bury it deep enough that it stayed buried until Nov/Dec till Kronk literally kicked the skull out of the bag.

AMSCOT: No, George nor SIN-die knew Casey’s car was at Amscot. It was (finally) towed by the guy from the tow yard who recognized the DEATH SMELL inside. He towed it FROM Amscot to the tow yard, whereupon it was obviously identified as SIN-die Anthony’s car –and they were called to come pick it up. HAD G or C knew it was at Amscot, they would have MOVED IT themselves (to avoid the astronomical towing/storage fees). IMO anyway

Is it just possible, that if Casey had collected monies through fraud, stealing, mom’s credit cards, that she had a stash for her legal fund somewhere and temporarily, some of this might have been buried in the back yard, ready for recovery when the child was out of the picture? This would need to be moved before any cement and paver projects in the backyard, somewhere deep enough but in easy to dig ground. Under a paver, a shovel could be used to pry up a block too.

The law to prevent proceeds of crime being used to pay for defense of that crime seems to have little teeth in this case. Any monies will be long gone by the time they can be traced. However, the credit card misuse by Casey might need to be kept from ever being reported as a crime so that the money can be used by Casey for her legal needs.

  3. Kleat says:

this call to Sgt. Allen is 3 and a half minutes long, non-stop talking and not once, does Cindy say thank-you for your help– not once! Not even to be polite or tactful.

IF CASEY HAD TWO CENTS, she spent it. Whatever she stole, she spent as soon as she got it. IF she were the type of personality who was capable of saving *or hiding money for a “rainy day” … she would NOT be who she IS: narcissist, sociopath, liar, manipulator, conniving, spendthrift …she took from everyone without compunction or remorse. Anyone who could steal from her own grandmother in a nursing home, and her own daughter’s piggy bank –THIS PERSON HAS NO SELF CONTROL. THINKS only of herself … and desperately MUST BE CENTER OF everyone’s attention.

Whenever she got any amount of money by any means -it was spent on HER to make herself look or feel BETTER.

Also: this type self centered juvenile behavior would NEVER allow Casey to pay anyone for babysitting services. Casey has used everyone around her for her entire life. As long as she could use family, friends, boyfriends & their families —no way she ever spent dime one on anything BUT herself. It is simply WHO (and what) she is.

Kleat, what these people don’t get is — it is not the responsibility of LE to keep them updated on every move they were and/or making. After all, it was their daughter who was arrested. They thought they should have been in the loop at all times, when in fact, IMO it is still to be determined what role they played in this crime, including but not limited to accessory after the fact. LE knew from the get go where their loyalities lay. To this very moment, I still can not fanthom why none of them ever went nor are now looking for the “real” nanny. There is only one reason, they have always known there was no such person. The only time they went looking, was to travel to some other place. Geez, how many people does it take to make up flyers? Obviously, a whole family.

  6. Danna says:

    Blink,

Do you know if Caylee’s hair was tested for a possible history of being drugged?

  7. Kleat says:

Yes, absolutely Sister. Cindy needed to control, and she did it by threats and manipulation attempts. Now we see what Uri Melich meant when he said to George, that Cindy tries to tell them how to do their work, and that ‘this isn’t our first dance’, and a remark about Cindy’s technique of threat to police as ‘you do what I suggest or I’ll put this out in the media’. This call puts that remark by Cindy to LE in perspective. I just didn’t think it would be this rude and forward, maybe pushy family being too anxious, but it’s not that at all, it’s manipulation attempts.

All three motions to compel for the Anthony’s are posted on Morgan’s website, and reading these motions and the questions and deposition text is interesting, in Brad Conway’s response about privilege for Cindy (‘them’) and George (‘them’) as his clients re: possible investigation and charges for obstruction. Very interesting to see Brad’s words about ‘we just don’t know’ on Cindy’s transcript section, then this turns to ‘absolutely not’ on George’s transcript section. Brad treats them as a couple, but seems to separate their interests in this possible investigation for charges situation by his remarks about George.

From George’s deposition, his answers are shocking that he does not know about so much of what has gone on with his investigators, only learns things from the tv, he is saying he doesn’t know anything, never heard things before the deposition, never heard suggestions of this or that. Some might be true, but if that’s the case, it’s because George brought the sandbox in from the yard and when he needs to, which seems to be often, he’ll go stick his head in it and wait until Cindy taps his butt to let him know when what he doesn’t want to hear, is over.

Cindy probably does not trust George to have certain information, easier if he can claim ignorance no matter how unbelievable it sounds for an ex-homicide detective (quote from Cindy), not that he is not able to lie and deceive and they need to keep one storyline only.

  8. Kleat says:

Hi Karen Lee, I was reading a quote from me in your last post but didn’t write some of that– then realized it was your answer. Can I suggest using clear quotation marks or ‘quote’ ‘unquote’ so that statements get mis-attributed? Helps the reader too.

    Thanks

  9. Kleat says:

Karen Lee, I’m wondering about the 45 thousand from the credit cards, even Lee discussed how much or how Casey could have turned that into cash somehow by fencing the goods, returning for cash or whatever. We do not know what Casey purchased, there is something that Cindy does not want revealed, she resisted giving her credit card statements to police (interviews) and still resists, she would only offer selected receipts. But whatever she did, would have to fit into her philosophy of ‘trust no one but yourself’.

  10. Kleat says:

and the money was of course, for herself or her motives only, but that includes her plans to take this as far as she needs to and hope ‘the end justifies the means’. She had some money to pay Baez a retainer, so she said. She could stash something away for her needs according to her plan. The gas cans were not about saving money, stealing the gas cans from her house were more about getting the ‘cans’ than the few bucks of gas.

  11. Karen Lee says:

#48 Comment by susan: “i also find it odd, that george filed a police report for missing gas cans, but not for a gchild (im sorry but they labeled her missing twice)or an abandoned car w/death smell.”

SUSAN: I don’t think they can ever explain away reporting missing cans (they knew Casey took them) so it was really a half-hearted George attempt to FIND OUT where Casey was. But to file a POLICE REPORT on gas cans -but not your own grandchild? Reprehensible and goes back to the guilt G & C felt (their complicity) in Casey running & taking Caylee away from them.

I have a hard time believing the VET(s) or the FL Fish & Wildlife Service officers are being called to discuss CADAVER dogs. Whether or not the dogs are effective seems more LE-related than Vet-health issues. I believe these animal experts are related to the burial site where all those dead animals were buried by Casey & her friends.

Lastly, the State can release any part of its case -as they see fit. They could release the “death bands” on the hair BUT not mention whether any other drugs were identified. They could release the bones stating “no trauma to body PRIOR to death” –AND not mention that there was TRAUMA to the bones/skull AFTER death (ie: shovel used to bury her remains STRIKES a bone/skull accidentally while being buried).

After the body was discovered, the State executed two more COMPREHENSIVE search warrants -and they picked up everything related to whatever was found at the burial site (inc, all Casey/Caylee shoes, stuff that Casey would have used to make a MURDER KIT) as well as every dirty vacuum bag from that house. Bits and pieces of info have have been released but the State has obviously held back so much for a later release.

Casey may have tried to clean up after her murder, but how could she have known she was walking around the dirt containing more than CAylee’s dead body. Whatever was at that crime scene LEFT with Casey; and she could not have accounted for everything.

  12. Kleat says:

Vet issues (not Fish and Wildlife related) that would need a veterinarian as expert are viable. Scenting is hard work for a dog, it is completely natural for a dog to use it’s nose, but the work can be tiring, it takes mental abilities of the dog to process the information and health of a dog, especially if it causes the dog to have breathing impairment from some virus, infection, inflamation, or maybe drugs that can say for a human, give an after-taste, it could affect a dog’s ability to scent– or that might be a defense claim even if a dog can discriminate. Defense might claim that a dog’s vaccine causes some problems in it’s reliability and a veterinarian can be put out in the presentation of the case, to state any of these concerns that might be present, or just to state clean bill of health.

i’m probably late on this but RICHARD CAIN was the responding officer when george reported shed break in. TYPE EXAMINING THE GAS CANS in your search bar to view the police report, yea somethings up w/ these gas cans cuz tony says they went to casey house (when?) to get a gas can out of the back yard (where are the follow up questions to tony?)(ie: one gas can or two? did you see casey break into shed?,help her break into shed? sit inside house while she got gas cans?) dates are off too from when she got gas can with tony, i say something doesnt add up , was someone planning on burning a body?if george is true (ha) she was stealing the gas cans before she ran out of gas (luv cindy’s saying (rumored)she drove around with gas cans cuz of a broken gas gauge)(did le check on that gas gauge)

  14. Suzee says:

Susan: Casey ran out of gas twice. The first time Tony said it was on the 23rd of June. Casey called Tony to come and get her. Her car was in a sub division near her home. Tony picked her up and drove to her house and They went in thru the house to the backyard. Tony broke the lock on the shed and Casey retrieved 2 gas cans from the shed. They proceeded to go to her car and Casey put the gas in her car and then put the cans in her trunk. The next day June 24th Casey returned to her home to find George home. That is when George said he needed something that was in the trunk of her car. And it was the same day that he reported the gas cans missing. Anyway Casey retrieved the cans (empty of course) and said “here are your f*****g cans” George had to notify police that he found his cans.

LE thought she ran out of gas the first time on Friday the 20th but Tony said no it was on the 23rd. LE thought this due to the fact when she texted Amy on the 27th Friday, she said “ran out of gas 2 fridays in a row” or something to that affect.

  15. Karen Lee says:

SUSAN: you said to search for “EXAMINING THE GAS CANS”

where do I go to look? I am wondering what DATE George called the cops concerning the gas cans, etc.

  16. Sister says:

George’s depo with Morgan doesn’t match his interviews with LE, FBI, etc. I think he too will have to go back again — not just the Sindy person.

  17. Karen Lee says:

VET ISSUES: (cadaver dogs) ..while the cadaver dogs HIT on some scents at the Anthony home, THEIR hits really have nothing to do w/State proving its case. IF Caylee had drowned in the A-F pool, WHY wouldn’t Casey have gone for help (from neighbors)? If she was dragging Caylee’s body around the yard (for what reason)? She certainly wouldn’t be stupid enough NOT TO KNOW that’s the first place everybody would LOOK.
Also, she needed a murder kit for some reason. The chloroform also comes into play as so much of it was found in her car; ergo, she was using it on Caylee whenever she wanted to go out.
SO WHAT if the cadaver dogs HIT on something at the A-F home? It doesn’t prove (never could) that it WAS Caylee’s body they were hitting on. It adds the circumstantial evidence but that’s all. The State has far more hardcore evidence w/the remains and the burial site. BOTH of which tie directly to Casey ==unlike a cadaver dog “hit” which may or MAY NOT prove a human body was in the vicinity.
The day AFTER June 16th, if Caylee was already dead, Casey likely went back to her house to see if it made sense to bury Caylee there. Maybe she picked up a few more things for her murder kit, etc. But whatever she did, she thought better of it and drove off w/Caylee’s body in the trunk of her car.

whether or not cadaver dogs’ noses were effective or NOT …it’s not worth proving OR DISPROVING.

  18. Kleat says:

Sister, you are right, last Friday Morgan filed a motion to compel George also– so that’s compelling Lee, Cindy and George.

All of the motions to compel are at http://www.forthepeople.com You can read the text of the depo with the questions.

The car chase was definitely one more ‘clarification’ by George– Cindy insisted too, in her depo, as she wouldn’t have known that George ‘clarified’ in the morning. George was absolutely sure it that it was regarding the child missing, that’s why he was concerned about Casey not bringing the baby home and that’s when he decided, enough is enough and clarified to LE at the time, it was AFTER the gas can incident. The story change is a complete turn around– why was George chasing Casey if not during this time? He was concerned about something going on in April or March or May too?

  19. Karen Lee says:

#59 Comment by Kleat: “…Karen Lee, I’m wondering about the 45 thousand from the credit cards, even Lee discussed how much or how Casey could have turned that into cash somehow by fencing the goods, returning for cash or whatever. But whatever she did, would have to fit into her philosophy of ‘trust no one but yourself’. ….” (END QUOTE from Kleat)

I have never heard about Lee claiming Casey had access to “$45,000.00 in credit cards’ lines of credit.”

Lee had to be DREAMING (or thinking his family was as FLUSH as MAYBE it once HAD BEEN).

The A-F was literally bankrupt; George had lost whatever remnants of a ‘nest egg’ on an internet scam. Their house was reportedly in foreclosure; they owed THE WORLD …and were barely getting by. George’s sales rep job for alarm company wasn’t earning them much of anything. All were driving old cars. Being that much in debt, there is no way they had a $45-grand line of credit. They were having hard time even meeting “minimum” card payments –if they were able to make them at all.

The only reason they have any money at all today (since nobody is working) …is they LIVE OFF their dead grand daughter.

IF Casey ever had access to $45-grand, she would be LONG GONE. Casey is simply incapable of managing herself, any money, or keeping all the lies she told straight. If she had access for a $45-grand cash line –SHE wouldn’t have HAD TO STEAL a check from her grandmother (Shirley Pleasea) TO BUY CAYLEE a birthday cake (for her second birthday). The A-F were on a DOWNWARD spiral financially, Cindy was working extra shifts as a nurse to keep the family supported.

If Lee said there was a $45-grand credit line that Casey would have had access to … he was dreaming (or, imagine this: LYING). NObody wants to admit their family is BROKE.

  20. Kleat says:

Karen, not talking about a line of credit, it was how much was reported (by Shirley Plesea or other family members) to have been stolen through use of Cindy’s credit cards but over what time, how long this took and when paid back, don’t know. Lee was talking to Tony (video in the car) and mentioned the credit cards and talked about that as a possible source of Casey’s cash as he said he’d tried to figure out how she got money and considered how much she might get or not, if she’d converted the credit card purchases to cash somehow. No matter how much money Casey had, the point in stealing from her grandmother, was not about ‘needing’ it. Sociopaths do not steal or con friends nor commit violent crimes because the need to.

Just like Markoff, he stole from his targets, but did he need to kill them? Not likely the primary motive of the crime would have been to steal and taking souvenirs isn’t for the stealing, it’s for the killing. Markoff also gambled. Gambling, stealing, murder, three things in common between the two accused, Casey and Markoff– and friends and family who think they are wonderful, loving human beings who could not hurt anyone.

Blink- the case is veering way off track & has become like everyone’s said ad nauseam a 3 ring circus. Do you believe the state has remained focused & has not forgotten the basics? IMO the trunk of Caey’s Sun bird which smelled like death with forensic tests to back it up, the remains found on Suburban Dr. being less than 15 houses from Hopespring Dr.

Items found with Caylee’s remains like the Winnie the Pooh blanket, duct tape, heart sticker tying back to same or similar items found in the Anthony home. Casey waiting 31 days, actually Cindy calling 911 Casey never reporting or telling a soul Caylee missing, no Zanny & Casey’s partying & obviously elated in photos to be rid of her daughter who was cramping her style right after Caylee was missing. Casey getting her nails done, a tattoo are what will put Casey away. Oh the lies & wild goose chases in the beginning.

Do you think the State’s prosecution has stayed focused on the basic issues & aren’t sidetracked by C & G’s freak shows & Baez’s worthless interviews? I’m hearing crazy stories about drug lords & money trails which IMO could further confuse this case & prolong the trial longer which nobody wants except maybe the defense. Do you have an opinion on the outcome of the trial, if & when it ever takes place?

My opinion is that this case will not go to trial. I believe Casey will accept a plea. There is no incentive for her to do so now. For me, the very thing she did to make it look like a kidnapping is the reason she will have to.
D U C T T A P E. I have heard those peripheral stories and some of them are half-truish, however, they have nothing to do with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony. I think the state is doing an outstanding job but Jeff Ashton lets Baez in his “kitchen” and he is going to have to get over that.
    B

  23. ros says:

I agree with you Blink, I also think Casey will accept a plea. When Cindy was asked about that on that morning interview, her answer was followed with the word NOW. In Anthony half speak, that tells me that it has been discussed and considered and will come.

  24. Karen Lee says:

sorry, Kleat. I misunderstood where you were going w/the 45-grand. Since this is what Lee told Tony in their car conversation, Lee could have been spit balling (again trying to impress). Lee is like the rest of the family.

I still contend (even if Casey managed to steal more than $10,000) whatever she acquired AS SOON AS she acquired it was immediately spent. This girl knew nothing about saving; and whenever she stole, she had a REASON (in her mind) for stealing whatever. She needed it for something or other, or to go somewhere, buy new clothes, etc.

We can be sure she spent it ON HERself -=NOT on paying any nanny. She went out so much, she drank so much … it had to cost her a fortune, even with some of the guys they were with paying for some of the drinks. NOBODY could’ve afforded to keep buying drinks (as much as she drank) for Casey. So, a few thousand had to go toward her party life. IF she had “accumulated” money (like you were writing) IMO, she would have gone to Puerto Rico (or wherever her friends went) … and IF she had gone, Caylee would likely STILL be alive.

I think her not being able to go on that trip w/the rest of “her gang” was the icing on Caylee’s coffin. Casey had to be thinking 24/7 of all the FUN her friends were having –and there she was ..stuck with an anchor forcing HER to be where she didn’t WANT to be. The fight w/Cindy and Cindy’s threats to Casey’s bizarre lifestyle sent Casey “around the bend” one last time when all the EVIL forces around Casey were in play. Usually. she’d have bitched to her friends about Cindy (and that would be that). Her friends were her explosion valve. ONLY THIS TIME, they were all gone on a trip Casey would”ve given ANYTHING to be on w/them. So, again, I contend if Casey had any money squirreled away, she would have used it for that trip.

  25. Kleat says:

The credit card issue is a big one to hide for Cindy as she has done this from the beginning, refusing to give her credit card statements to Uri and he emphasized that her answer is one that they ‘cannot have’. In an early face in cameras, Cindy’s answer to the credit card theft, was ‘it’s not relevant’ and she’s sticking to that. Something is really amiss with that credit card story, it wasn’t about Casey buying push-up bras and sunglasses without permission. Will there be a gambling connection to this ‘resource’ Casey used? There must be a link to something that will reveal a deeper problem or criminal aspect to Casey’s activities.

Maybe George also followed Casey in the months prior to the ‘disappearance’ from the home. Things had to be escalating with this credit card use being part of it and part of what this family is covering so aggressively. Was Casey gambling seriously in casino or high stakes games, raising the risk and excitement, for example. Is that where 45 grand could disappear very quickly?

hey suzee thanks for info, karen lee good points ,the gas cans were reported at 10:20 on the 24th,i just find it hard to believe that casey killed her little girl intentionally,i guess i’ll just have to accept, but she couldve made it look like an accident, but then she’d have to suffer the wraft of cindy forever, i still want to believe it was an accident that was made to look like a kidnapping,so that means the computer searches would have been back dated(if thats possible)i just have to saythat even if theres soil on her shoes from the remains site it still doesnt mean 1st degree murder,i wish that somehow casey would come to her senses and realize its not just about saving your life ,save your soul, and accept the punishment ,if she cant eventually tell the truth, and were to walkout on the charges ,who would want anything to do with her.i do think she’s a sociopath, the stealing, the lying, the sleeping around , i would like the state to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she intentionally caused the death of caylee.

kleat, there was a rumor that george had also illegally ordered a credit card in cindy’s name, maybe thats whats hiding, also rumors that he had a mistress (i’ve often thought that maybe she was the fake zanny)andwasnt there a rumor that someone was going of town ordering call girls, heres going out on a limb caylee couldnt say cindy she said ceze(listen closely on the early show part 1 when cidy says caylee would grab her face),wonder how caylee said cristina, and also could caylee have grabbed the pool ladder herslf for a swim cuz cindy says they started locking the shed cuz caylee was becoming more able to do things than she had done before.

DEAR SUSAN: Thanks for the info about the gas cans. By that time, Caylee was long dead -and buried. Casey must be an academy award-caliber actress to have hidden what she DID when she returned the gas cans and saw George (for the first time since Caylee’s murder?) How do you look your father in the face and not break down? She is really THAT cold-blooded.
Whether Caylee died from an accidental overdose of chloroform while being left TO BAKE inside an OVEN (car) in FL’s intense June heat –who knows. What a horrible way to die. Sensitive skin dehydrated, she died in great thirst ,,,
HERE’S the rub: WHY was she doing computer searches about
“offing” her child back in March? Neck-breaking, chloroform, kidnapping, body disposal –and the rest of her litany of searches focused on killing her child?

If Caylee’s death turns out to have been a semi-accident, how can Casey ever rectify the feelings of MURDER she had in heart for her own daughter? “I wanted to KILL YOU; you were a drag on my life –but I am innocent because when it (finally) happened, I am only half-guilty>?” Whatever she did, she put her own child in harm’s way for the most HEINOUS of reasons: she wanted to party.

I was a young mother, too (though not AS young as Casey) but raising my child had to come first. As did working a full time job to support him. Most times it was scary but I managed and my career –and my child thrived. It’s called HARD WORK — something Casey has never spent even ONE DAY in her entire life doing.

WHERE does this trait of hers come from? Why, from Cindy and George, of course! Who are now living quite contentedly OFF THEIR DEAD GRANDCHILD’S remains and the KINDNESS OF STRANGERS who give them $$$ in her honor.

This entire family should be LOCKED UP –with the key thrown away as an example of how NOT TO LIVE your lives.

For what they ALL did before Caylee died –and for everything they ALL have done since … they do not DESERVE compassion. They have unilaterally NOT shown any (concern or sincerity) for Caylee –let them ALL rot.

MY THOUGHT…CASEY IS SO ALL ABOUT ME-ME-ME AND HAD ONLY FOR THAT ONE MONTH PERIOD EXPERIENCED REAL FREEDOM…

I JUST DON’T SEE HER ACCEPTING A PLEA FOR LWOP…

I THINK THAT EVIL SKANK WOULD RATHER BE DEEP FRIED BY THE STATE AND BE THE “POSTER CHILD” FOR FUTURE WOMEN ON DEATH ROW ( RATHER THAN GROWING OLD AND GREY, GETTING FATTER EACH PASSING DAY, BINGEING ON ALL THOSE JAILHOUSE DELIGHTS, LOOKING FORWARD TO GEORGE AND CINDY’S WEEKLY VIDEO VISITATION VISITS–RELEASED IMMEDIATELY TO THE UNIVERSE–CHRONICLING HER GROWING OLD BEHIND BARS..)..

WHAT WOULD BE HER INCENTIVE TO “LIVE” FOR THOSE NEXT 80 + YEARS?..I THINK SHE WOULD PREFER DEATH TO THE REALITY OF LWOP…(THINK THELMA AND LOUISE AND A KAMAKAZEE MINDSET)..

ALSO, IF CASEY WERE TO ACCEPT A “PLEA DEAL”, WOULDN’T SHE HAVE TO ADMIT TO HER CRIME?…I DO NOT–EVER–SEE HER ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY AND ACTUALLY ADMITTING HOW SHE MURDERED HER OWN DAUGHTER….

I WAS ACTUALLY ANTI-DEATH PENALTY FOR CASEY BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE FAR WORSE PUNISHMENT ( FOR HER) WOULD BE LWOP ( BUT, I SURE WAS DELIGHTED WHEN I LEARNED ABOUT THE “DEATH QUALIFIED JURORS”!!)..

    1) ANYWAY, HAS CASEY REALLY RUN OUT OF CASH FOR HER DEFENSE ?…DID GEORGE AND CINDY GET PAID FOR THAT PATHETIC CBS INTERVIEW?..

PS…I AM JUST NOW WATCHING THE LAW AND ORDER EPISODE—LOL!!!.. THE CINDY ANTHONY CHARACTER IS THE SPITTING IMAGE OF THE REAL SHE DEVIL -TACKY- CINDY ANTHONY..TALK ABOUT SEPARATED AT BIRTH! THEY EVEN NAILED THE LYING-WHORING-CASEY CHARACTER..TOOOOO FUNNY! BRAVO NBC! ..I HOPE THAT CINDY AND GEORGE ARE WATCHING THE SHOW—THEY MUST BE BEAMING WITH PRIDE! life with out parole, that makes a difference to people in that situation huh? i was watching locked up on tv and these people do fight hard to not be put to death, what happens to george and cindy? they clearly(imo) obstructed justice? are they excused? who ever placed that heart sticker is evil, they couldve least placed it on her heart ,it would have shown some sentiment but on her mouth, sick twisted, speaking of sick twisted i cant even look at the huckaby/lawless case beyond my scope of reality, defintely death penalty

  33. Kleat says:

Hi, I’ve heard someone comment on what a sociopath would do with ‘life’ and I don’t know who was commenting, as far as credibility on the topic, but there was the idea that a sociopath would, with life, take their new life and organize it into their own little world of control within those walls. Maybe they could find some new happiness. I do hope that Blink is right though. Put her away and let the family worry about visitation for the rest of their future.

Blink, you mentioned to look at Stutz’s interview, re the timeline after the 15th of June. I noticed something else that I find strange, and maybe you have some input from child behaviour specialists that you might be able to add a comment here.

In Stutz’s interview (link: http://www.wftv.com/download/2008/0926/17564652.pdf ), Stutz tells Melich that Casey visited him while his parents were both home, on Mother’s Day. That in itself might be odd, given the relationship between Casey and her mom, but there’s something else that I find very confusing, or it could be a simple innocent explanation.

Stutz says “Caylee was with her and my parents saw her and uh, started interacting with them.” He is not asked further about this interaction. Caylee would not have apparently visited Stutz’s parents much, but it sounds like there was interaction and Caylee had no problems with these older adults to the point of clinging to Casey and screaming to avoid these people. Sounded like Caylee was easily accepting of them.

Compare this with the young females, good friends of Casey who were in and around the Anthony home. Both of these friends interviews, Annie Downing and Michelle Murphy, noted the very same scenario with Caylee– Caylee would be so attached to her mother Casey, that Casey could not move from her, even get to another room, without Caylee screaming. Caylee did not go and interact with these younger friends, especially Annie who knew Caylee so well, saw her daily for a year at Sawgrass with Casey. Only when Annie worked at the car dealership and Casey visited, did Caylee finally run up to her and say her name.

Tonight, I heard a commentary on the young women and Caylee’s reactions to them but I’d already re-read the Stutz interview and the part of interaction of Caylee with these two older strangers. Caylee had no problem with screaming or avoiding these people, they may seem more like her own grandparents and she was accepting. But why the screaming and clinging to avoid the young women friends of Caylee?

Is there some possiblity that Caylee had experiences that were fearful for her during evenings out with mom at parties etc? If not the extreme of abuse by someone else, maybe fear of the whole situation around the young women. Or, if Casey herself could have been abusing Caylee as she slept each night with her, abusing by any definition– fear of being drugged, the terror of chloroform as a child struggles to fight it, or other types of abuse that show no physical signs.

What would a child psychologist or behaviour specialist, say about the difference in Caylee’s comfort level with strangers who are older vs young women who Caylee knows and is far less comfortable around? If a parent is an abuser, isn’t it true that a child will cling to that abusive parent rather than the other parent who is not abusing? Or is there something that might be more sinister in this? Or maybe just fear of being left alone in some room at a party where Annie and other young women friends were, that triggered this reaction to Casey’s close friends?

Blink, agree that Ashton better not let the Baez in his kitchen (Never heard that one before but it sets to mind annonying clattering pans and dishes rattling and noises inside the cupboards!!). I think Cindy could get the best of Mr. Ashton.

has Chris Stutz given a dna sample? –interacting with the parents on Mother’s Day brought a question to my mind as well. why him, why did Casey go there right afterwards–June 17

    HEY BLINK…

DID YOU SEE LAW AND ORDER?

I CAN JUST IMAGINE BOZO BAEZ,IN HIS FOOTIE P.J’S, CUDDLED UP IN HIS PURPLE SNUGGY, MUNCHING ON A BIG BOWL OF BUTTERED POPCORN AND WATCHING THE EPISODE–TRYING TO GET NEW IDEAS FOR CASEY’S “DEFENSE-DU-JOUR”…

I did. I liked the “concept” but as its comparison to Caylee’s death, I found it glib and irresponsible. Caylee was murdered.

  37. IVOIRE says:

    HEY BLINK..

    1) WILL THERE BE A TOXICOLOGY REPORT ON CAYLEE’S HAIR INDICATING CHLOROFORM POISONING?

    2) WILL THE TOOL EXPERT SHOW A DIRECT MATCH TO WHAT CUT THE DUCT TAPE?

    3) WILL EVIL CINDY ANTHONY BE CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTION? FROM DAY 1, CINDY KNEW EXACTLY–EXACTLY–WHAT SHE WAS DOING BY DESTROYING EVIDENCE ,BY PURPOSELY MISLEADING AUTHORITIES AWAY FROM HER DAUGHTER,AND BY DELIBERATELY MAKING FASLE CLAIMS AGAINST OTHERS..

    ANYWAY, THANKS AGAIN…J

  38. IVOIRE says:

    HI BLINK..

    RE: LAW AND ORDER…

DESPITE THE STORY LINE NOT BEING AN EXACT MATCH TO CAYLEE’S MURDER ( DUE TO THE ANTHONY’S REACTION OF MOST LIKELY IMMEDIATELY THREATENING LAWSUITS AGAINST DICK WOLFE AND NBC) WE CAN AT LEAST BE ASSURED THAT CINDY AND GEORGE MUST HAVE BEEN EMABARASSED AND SHAMED BY THEIR “PORTRAYAL” AS THE PARENTS…AND, THEY COMPLETELY DESERVE EVERY OUNCE OF PUBLIC RIDICULE AND CONTEMPT THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED!

YOU SAID THAT YOU AND CINDY WERE AWARE OF EACH OTHER.. ( I BET SHE READS YOU EVERY DAY…)…DID EVIL CINDY EVER TRY TO BALL BUST AND INTIMIDATE YOU OR WAS SHE “STEPFORD WIFE CINDY” ( THAT WE SAW ON CBC) TRYING TO MANIPULATE , CONIVE AND PERSUADE?.THAT WOMAN IS JUST SO EVIL; IT IS SO APPARANT WHY CASEY BECAME THE MONSTER THAT SHE IS..

    ANYWAY, THANKS J

  39. IVOIRE says:

    HEY BLINK…

Q: DO YOU KNOW THE STATUS OF THE FAKE AND FRAUDULENT “CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY FOUNDATION” ( THAT SUPPORTS CHILD KILLERS DEFENSE FUNDS AND ASSISTS THE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT AID AND ABBETT THEM)?

SHOULDN’T THAT “NON PROFIT” FOUNDATION BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS?

    THANKS J

It’s active with 2 new members added to the board.

L&O used Caylee for a bait and switch because there was no reason but one, to use the ‘facts’ surrounding the murder of this baby in their storyline. No reason whatsoever and I found a lot of the acting and writing ‘corny’. (what was the ME’s office doing hiring that guy with bad pink eyemakeup– corny stuff). And with a very serious current topic of vaccination choices that could have been handled well except for all the Anthony case ‘facts’, like the name of the accused kidnapper Fernandez, the beer suicide attempt of the grandfather, the angry grandmother. Why the Fernandez detail? Ratings and hype, using the death of Caylee because of it’s profile.

  41. Kleat says:

Two new board members– must look that up as before it was C, G, L and L’s g/f. Could it be Milsteads?
    No

Ok, there’s got to be more of this Michelle Bart connection as she is not out of the picture, she owns ‘Helping Heroes Inc/Helping Heroes Productions’ and Caylee. The information on the Caylee page is up to date.

    Amscot/Tony Pong http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UcBrPAscGiI&feature=channel

With the Amscot security video soon to be released, this is a good video to show the back and forth activities possibly checking on the car while it was still parked at Amscot. Maybe there’s another reason for the popularity of this area for Casey.

  44. Kleat says:

Awaiting Blink’s opinion on this next story– Casey may just be heading down the drain and not in, as Blink so creatively described as Mr. Ashton’s kitchen !!

    http://www.clickorlando.com/news/19326886/detail.html

Linda Drane-Burdick to sit in chair one… she’s said to have a desire to be a voice for the victim. She had a quiet calm, non-reactive style in the prelims so far. Ashton reacted to Casey when she came in revamped into matron in a grey suit– Linda D-B kept her reactions to herself, at least, away from the camera.

  45. IVOIRE says:

I FOUND THE AMENDMENT FOR THE FAKE AND FRAUDULENT “CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY FOUNDATION” WHICH STATES THAT THE “MISSION STATEMENT” IS “TO OFFER ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES OF MISSING, ABUSED, OR EXPLOITED CHILDREN.”

THEY FORGOT TO ADD “OR CHILDREN MURDERED BY THEIR OWN PARENTS”..

  46. IVOIRE says:

    HEY BLINK…WHO IS BRENDA BLACK?

WHY WOULD HOLLY GAGNE BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ANTHONY’S SCAM FOUNDATION ?I KNOW SHE WAS BLABBING AD NAUSEUM , EARLY ON, ON NG WHAT A “PERFECT MOTHER ” CASEY WAS ( BUT, AS OF LATE HAS STAYED OFF THE RADAR).

DO THE EVIL ANTHONY’S REALLY IMAGAINE ( IN THEIR DELUSION) THAT THEY WILL BE FETED AND HONORED AT ALL THEIR SCHEDULED “EVENTS” DESIGNED TO RAKE IN MONEY FOR THEIR “NON-PROFIT” FOUNDATION?..

Q: SO, HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN A CRIME WRITER?

  47. Kleat says:

Black… if it weren’t a common surname, one might wonder about a Todd connection. Naw. But I do wonder if Ms. Bart is still acting as a promotor, if not spokesperson, for C.C. (the Cindy Circus) and if she were the one to make the CBS and Oprah contacts and most importantly, the contact via her missing children’s ‘event planning’, to get the Anthony’s on the agenda for the Melanie Rieger conference.

Michelle Bart earns her living off missing children, and even one very high profile murdered-and-never-missing child. The fallacy continues.

  48. NoseyRosey says:

Blink- I am not so convinced yet on this Plea deal. I completely trust your judgement, but I have a few concerns with some comments Baez has made. First Baez made the comment that Casey is not a “serial killer” when the DP was put back on the table. That speaks volumes to me (She only killed one person so why put her to death). Then he’s using this “Ugly Coping” defense for Casey’s actions and using Cynthia Sommer as an example. What on earth was Casey coping with if her daughter was alive and with the Nanny she trusted so well. I think they are going to trial and they are going for the accidental death/staged kidnapping/big misunderstanding/I was raised by those psychos who are always in the media defense. What is your take?

  49. NoseyRosey says:

I hate when I forget what I wanted to say in the first place.I wanted to add this- Is Baez’s comments actually admitting Casey killed Caylee? Is he admitting she knew Caylee was dead when she was partying for 31 days?

  50. Kleat says:

Baez seems to be taking advantage of this ‘lull’ and the Anthony’s media tour cut-short, to get everything out in view of the public, that could mitigate something with regards to his client. That’s his job, if a plea is coming, he’s not going to do it until he must. And who knows what his experience in these murder cases tells him, he’s made mistakes before, and from the beginning, other defense lawyers in Orlando have commented that they would have handled things differently from the beginning. I think Baez won’t go down without continuing the message and fight to make the most of it for himself. His defense not yet mentioned, will certainly go after Cindy for her role in Casey’s life problems.

Cindy’s life and decisions will be a main part of the defense arguments to shift focus from Casey in trial and sentencing. They won’t bring that out before they have to or they’ll lose Cindy support.
