Tracy, CA– In a case that has baffled some of the most prestigious clinical minds and profiling experts in the country, blinkoncrime.com has uncovered the latest bombshell in the background of Melissa Huckaby.
Huckaby’s five year old daughter, currently the subject of a brutal child custody dispute between her Father, Johnny Huckaby, and her maternal grandmother, Judy Lawless, is NOT an only child.
A source within the Lawless Church Community who has known the Lawless’s for over 40 years has confirmed Melissa Huckaby has a toddler son; also in the custodial care of Judy Purks Lawless. As he is a minor, and given the nature of the crimes his mother is currently charged with, we will not be releasing his identity or exact age. He is not the child of Johnny Huckaby, the tot Mom’s former husband.
Researchers at blinkoncrime.com became alarmed upon hearing this information as their has not been a single statement by Tracy PD, the Lawless family, or any friend or associate about the child, or who his father might be.
Judy Lawless had been in Oregon since the day after Sandra Cantu’s disappearance on March 28, until recently, following a judges temporary decision to award custody of her granddaughter to John Huckaby. After pleading with a judge, Lawless won a reversal to that order and is due back in court July 6th. It is not known if her grandson is with her presently, or if he remained at the family ranch in Grant’s Pass Oregon.
This latest development comes on the heals of the release of evidence involving the new charges against Huckaby, which are not covered in the gag order.
Tracy PD found a very interesting search on Huckaby’s computer. Huckaby had a particular interest in a murder case of a 4 year old girl, Rose Pizam, a child of French descent living in Jerusalem. There were multiple searches on the hard drive of this case, although Tracy PD has not released the dates of the searches.
Rose Pizm, was allegedly murdered by her grandfather and her Mother, who were lovers and the parents to two other young daughters. She was missing several months when divers found her remains following Ron Ronalds’ confession to her murder, in a red suitcase in the Yardok river.’

IMO those are band-aid approaches.
The BEST thing to do is to work at building safer communities. We do this by lowering the divorce rate, lowering the illegitimacy rate, encouraging extended families under one roof, encouraging neighbors to be more friendly with each other, encouraging a less mobile society etc.
We can even do this via better urban planning…getting back to more livable spaces including mixed-use areas, central squares, shops offering everyday needs within walking distance etc.
American society is suffering from a loss of connection caused by things such as…the automobile, suburban sprawl, people moving frequently etc.
I’m getting nervous about Dr.Cyril Wecht. His autopsy report makes the entire case. When is the next court date ? I am brainstorming on how the defense will argue his points. He must have some strong information to have MH plea Not Guilty.

I’m catching up on posts and come across the post from Anna (#141) and I have to say – being a resident of Tracy for the past 8+ years and also having an 8 year old, that Anna doesn’t have a CLUE how the city of Tracy is handling this tragedy or how much outrage there has been!!!!!!! If you don’t live here, and based on your comments, you don’t, then why go out of your way to attack the City of Tracy or it’s residents?? YOU have NO IDEA what this has done to our once tranquil city or to the parents in the midst of this awful situation. It doesn’t go away……..It still hurts and I imagine it always will. I get what your trying to say in the rest of your post but it means nothing to me when you surround it with other ridiculous comments.

WE have to help make those changes individually. I will say protecting your children and your neighbors children and even a strangers child is a good first step. I’m surprised the local tabloid-TV stations around here (channel 13 comes to mind) haven’t been all over it. They usually take any minor story & try to sensationalize it into an epic drama, so it surprises me they haven’t jumped on this if it’s true.

This case has been mind boggling to me.From the beginning I though,”no way”!. Why would a woman suddenly murder her daughter’s close playmate. Yes, thsi woman has a history of instability but that doesn’t make her a killer. I can only imagine all the baggage that would come up about my life if I was ever on trial, God forbid. The thought of a child being hurt pains me. It is hard for me to develop a theory seeing that there is a gag order and little evidence to go by at this point. If Melissa Huckaby is a murderer, she is obviously an extremely sick murderer and not a “text book” killer. Is she a sadistic killer? Is she covering up for someone? Was it an accident and she panicked? Or is this poor woman innocent and her life being ruined by a hastiness to solve the case? Either theory is scary. If she is innocent it would be horrible that her life is being ruined and at the same time the true killer is still out there…..I really wish they released more evidence so I could form more of an opinion. The suitcase being hers is not enough evidence for me. Shetruly could have left it outside and it was stolen. It is common for items to be taken that are left outside. Also, there are many scary pedophiles who reside in the area. One of them could have grabbed Sandra along with the suitcase. Also, I don’t believe this b.s. about the past abduction/drugging. First of all, why in the world did the police not even name her in the police report in the first place? I feel they are just pushing for extra evidence and I hope I’m wrong and an innocent women isn’t being framed. Second of all, the child who was supposedly abducted with drugs in her system was left home alone by her addict mother. The whole scenario is sketch to me…..This is not a cut and dry case like the Anthony murder where you know that monster mom is guilty of murder or atleast an accessory. The simple fact that she just never reported her toddler missing points all fingers at her.
As far as Melissa Huckaby’s searches on the computer, how do we know she was the one actually using it at the time. Also, I’m not sure ofher guilt by that. If someone went on my hard drive, they would find tons of searches for child abuse, etc. cases. But that is out of curiosity why people do the things they do, prevention, awareness, and concern. I guess we just have to wait till trial or do we have to wait until the trial is over? Honestly , it is smart they are issuing a gag order beforehand so she is more likely to get a fair trial based on facts, hopefull, and not speculation.

Your post is interesting to me on many levels……So,are you from the area of Tracy?No doubt innocent people have gone to prison before.
So what is it about this case so far that causes you to question that FBI and LE possibly have this all wrong?
I do agree that there are quite a few nefarious characters within that MHP.And the Lawless’ should know their own granddaughter kept company with some of them .They also employed a man who both he and his wife have long rap sheets.They need to look no further than themselves for the boat they are in now.
Their church ,their suitcase, their granddaughter ,her note,her daughters playmate,her interview with the newspaper and the interview with police,etc ,etc, etc….
Now were there others who knew of her activities and participated? At this point I’d say I’m leaning in that direction. This case has become so intense that a judge seals an autopsy and more arrests have been made that possibly include some of the Tracy 60.Right after this tragedy took place
I would’nt underestimate what the authorities are doing right now.As you have said Larissa we don’t have ALL the facts ,but FBI and LE do, so I’m putting my faith in them to get this right.
And if you do live in Tracy, Im praying that LE will put what most consider the worst of the worst, behind bars… no matter it be woman or man. The woman charged with the kidnapping, rape and murder of a Tracy girl last March was indicted in San Joaquin County Superior Court Monday with what appeared to be injuries to her forehead.
Although a gag order prohibits court personnel from commenting on the case, prosecutor Thomas Testa implied in court the scratches were self-inflicted to help Huckaby avoid her court appearance.
The San Joaquin County grand jury indicted Huckaby on five counts: murder with the allegation of kidnapping; sex with a child 10 years old or younger; child abuse and endangerment; furnishing a harmful substance to a child; and furnishing a harmful substance to an adult.
The murder indictment carries two special circumstances: lewd and lascivious acts on a child, and rape by instrument.
The harmful substance indictments stem from charges prosecutors filed in May alleging Huckaby tried to poison a 7-year-old girl and a 37-year-old man. The girl recovered. The man has not been found.
Huckaby began crying when the indictment was read.
The former Sunday School teacher did not enter a plea to Monday’s charges. She has previously pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges of kidnapping, rape and murder.
Prosecutors convened the grand jury in late July rather than hold a preliminary hearing to determine whether Huckaby would stand trial. A trial date has not been set.
The district attorney’s office has not determined if it will seek the death penalty against Huckaby.

Upon reading my own comment, I realize I kinda left something out. If hard evidence is found that exonerates H, well then thats evidence. But burying something so “somebody” is not embarrassed.. That would enrage me. Zat make more sense?
