I find it interesting that in the search, they have arrested three men all on unrelated charges including James P. Easter for being an arsonist and two male sex offenders.

I was wondering does anyone know how other countries deal with their sexual offenders to prevent them perpetrating these crimes and murdering our children? There must be SOMETHING that can be done==I mean, what is more important that protecting our children, why can’t money be spent on that instead of fighting wars in other countries, etc. I’m all for castrating them, banishing them to an island, but seriously, does anyone have a viable idea that could really work to stop these predators? Looking forward to your comments

i think everyone is jumping to a conclusion on the easter guy. i do not think there is any evidence of him being a sex offernder and it is irresponsible to call someone a non registered sex offender. i don’t even know if there is such a thing. i knew this man 40 years ago and have not seen him in probably 35 years but he was always an odd duck but never any problem or crimminal involvment. james was just a quiet shy type and not really a harmful person. he has children and grand children and i think this is unfair to them. i believe he probably had porno mags and as a single man entitled to. he probably thought after being questioned that he should get rid of them. just not smart enough not to do it right then. let’s wait for an arrest before the witch hunt. i pray for this child and her family and although my heart says no i pray she will be found alive.

Let’s focus at the root of the problem. Poor parenting skills. (1)Since when do parents allow a 5 year old to play outside, unsupervised by a responsible adult, in a public area. Why wasn’t mom out there with her child? (2) Why would mom even consider involving herself with a sexual predator, given that she has a young child.
