Caylee/Casey Anthony Case Exclusive: Cindy Anthonys Scathing Message to Tim Miller
Orlando, FL– Yesterday marks the anniversary of what most believe to be the death of 34 month old Caylee Marie Anthony. Whether it was in the early morning hours, or other, we may never know for certain. The only certainty I am aware of is that this doe eyed cherub has owned our hearts since we saw her for the first time. I will forever hear that clip “Momma Poppa” in my head and hear her voice.
Unfortunately, George and Cindy Anthony, together with their attorney Brad Conway, took this anniversary opportunity to fire the first shot over the bow to what I have been eluding to for months. Casey Anthony’s defense team, led by Jose Baez is coming after them directly to save their client from the death penalty. The tactics of covering up for Casey, perpetuating her lies, lying to investigators and the public in an effort to protect their daughter from being held accountable for her actions; is the very evidence Baez and team will cite to attempt to acquit their client and implicate her parents.
Starting Today, In an exclusive to blinkoncrime.com, I will be exploring in an aptly titled progressive series what I believe the pivotal evidence, discrepancies in witness testimony, and behind the scenes insight of the major players in this case will reveal; and will ultimately lead to the successful prosecution of Casey Anthony in the death of her daughter Caylee Marie.
The Scamthony Series, begins with Cindy Anthony’s comments yesterday regarding Ron Cummings “shun” of their foundations help. Yesterday George and Cindy Anthony appeared on The Early Show, and criticized Ronald Cummings for not wanting them or their foundation to be associated with his missing daughter, Haleigh Anne Marie Cummings.
When your child’s missing, you take any bit of help that you can,” Cindy Anthony remarked to Early Show co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez Tuesday. “You take every help. You don’t turn anybody away. You can’t turn anybody away.” “You know,” Cindy said, “that one exposure of your child’s face out there could be that one time. So, you know, to him I say, you made a mistake.
“We’re the ones who got national attention for their daughter the first night, because I was on the phone with national media. And that was the day of Caylee’s memorial, Feb. 10. We had just gotten home from her memorial and heard about Haleigh. So we hurried up and made desperate phone calls to people in the national media to say, ‘Hey, start covering the story.’ And that was a day that I should have been home just worrying about myself.”
Really Interesting after hearing those comments how she ran Tim Miller and Texas Equusearch out of town in contrast to the search for her grandaughter. Listen for yourself.
The split second that Tim Miller met with OCSO and formed the opinion that Caylee was deceased and shared it with the Anthony family; Cindy’s wrath began. Mr. Miller and his organization had nothing to do with exposing the “improprieties” within the original Trust. Blink and 5 other contributing researchers did. One of which was a former banking executive within that very Sun Trust Bank. Mark Nejame, former attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, released the documents he was given by the Trustee, Paul Kelley, in full. Nejame is not a Trust attorney and simply presented what he was given; he did not represent the Anthonys in any way regarding transactions of the Trust, or Sun Trusts decision to close the account without prior notification.
The first four days of the transactions of that trust were missing. No opening balance, no explanation as to why the account was set up to overide “holds” and treat all transactions as cash to be available for wire transfer. Nada. To date, they have not been released publicly. It would be truly wonderful if instead of granting the Anthony’s puff piece venues, an actual interviewer might ask them why.
I will be exploring exactly how the initial trust is truly the epicenter of what cultivated the major players in this case from day one, and who they are, in a future Scamthony Series installment.

The interview yesterday left my mouth hanging open and still is….not only what Cindy said, but also what George said of his last seeing Caylee and putting her into the car…huh, different story from his LE sworn transcript. To George: DUDE- if you were giving Caylee breakfast at 7:30, why didnt Cindy see her??? She called Caseys cell phone at 7:49 after leaving the house where presumably she passed through the kitchen. What are you going to say next? Cindy heard them through the jar in the door eating eggs? WTH? What happened to the big last wave goodbye; now it’s you put her in the car? Blink, I’m sure your answer to my question will be that I have to wait for the rest of the story, lol, however, I’m completely confused by all of this. I read it and re-read it, and I like to think I’m fairly intelligent, but this just blew right past me somehow. I guess I don’t understand the bank trust situation, or what it has to do with innocence or guilt or anyone. Although I do get that it could be a reason Tim Miller left town. Are you saying that the banking situation has to do with Baez eventually pointing the finger at the A’s? Or was it the first part of your story where said that Baez will be coming after them for their continuous lies and coverup? I do get what you were eluding to in that part, except that you mentioned that yesterdays interview had something to do with that as well. I’m just totally confused..ha! Maybe I’m not as intelligent as I thought…ugh! Can you clarify a little, or should I just wait for more of the story?
Also, are we gonna learn how all the blackhearted members of the Turd Herd really found eachother, and where the money trail really goes?

For me the Scamthonys lost all creditability after the first Larry King appearance. Their nasty low road attacks on everyone around them made me sick.
Blink, I so agree with you reply to Melyn’s comment. I caught those lies immediately yesterday, and once again, I was like wtf? I hate that they assume everyone is either as ignorant as they are, or that people will just overlook lies as if they never happened, the way they do in the Anthony household. According to George initially, this all happened around one o’clock, and why would a child be getting up that late, and/or eating breakfast that late? Now he says it was around 7:30, and you’re right, Cindy would have seen them. Also, I so wish I could recall who found it, or find the link to the cooking show story he gave. When this all started, I was posting over at the discovery channel. Someone back then figured out by hours and hours of searching, that the cooking show George claimed he was watching, was not only not on at that time, but that particular show wasn’t being aired in any time slot, on any channel, in any state at that time of day. I’ll make sure not to speculate, by adding that this is all my opinion, or something I read when this all started. I don’t want to state anything as fact without having the link, but I can assure that at the time, I didn’t need any more proof it was true and George was a liar, other than what I was looking at in black and white that day.
Did anyone ever ask George what food was made on his fav cooking show the last time he saw Caylee? (I wonder if it was, did LE ever check and verify this)
He knew what Caylee was wearing down to hair accessories…..which I find unbelievable that a month later he would remember such details, yet insisted it was June 9th until proven incorrect. There was a script alright, it was Spindy’s script, and everyone including George didn’t rehearse enough…..Blink I’m not sure there is enough space to list all the inconsistencies, discrepancies, mis-truths, half-truths,or what ever Spindy is calling the lies this week.

So who made the 7:45am call from the Scamthony’s home phone to Casey’s cell phone Monday, June 16th?
If Casey and Caylee were home in bed (breathing according to Spindy, cause she states she heard BOTH of them breathing behind the closed bedroom door) why would Spindy or George need to call Casey?? Makes NO sense, but most of what they have said makes no sense.
Sorry, but no way could Spindy or anyone for that matter could tell 2 people were breathing listening behind a closed door, unless they were BOTH snoring unique sounds.

After reading here, and hearing the sudden 7:30 in the morning story out of NO WHERE from Georgina, (yeah can’t help it Ivore).I also keyed in on it. Add a few more “sudden one year later details” and wha-la….I guess we should “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain”, as per the Anthony’s; we can be lead into their very own OZ….la la land. (hey JB, and Andrea… they live too close to Disney.. yep…that’s the next angle for the defense).
Thought, I’ll be d***’d, this is exactly what B- was talking about, it’s playing out….I suppose they are counting on the inability to be tried twice if she’s acquitted?. And a “hung jury” will still cause an almost insurmountable need to overcome the given testimony? Argghh.

I have been looking forward to your insight on the recent developments in this case. Follow the money trail is perfect and i hope that you can provide the details on the scam foundation. How the A’s have avoided this kind of scrutiny for this long is beyond me. Their story continues to morph with each statement that they make. The Prosecution does not really need their testimony against Casey as they already have the contradictions from the very first day. I only hope that the Anthony’s are charged for their continued efforts to obstruct justice. I want every effort to prevent those scumbags from reaping anymore money from the murder of Little Caylee.

The spinning started on day one when Cindy made the comparison of decomposition and rotting pizza – give me a break! I still can’t decide the reason Casey killed her daughter, but I believe I have at least narrowed it down IMHO…Casey either wanted to GET BACK at her mother in the most hurtful way possible, or she thought that Caylee would be BETTER OFF dead than to have to live with the likes of Cindy, in her sick mind “doing her a favor”. For me it’s a toss-up, but either way it all comes down to Cindy. How can one individual cause so much pain and heartache? It just ain’t fittin’!!
Poor Caylee has been thrown ubder the bus since day one of this whole fiasco! How can these raging idiots keep changing their story knowing all the bloggers and watchers of the news see it happening? I hope R. Cummings lets them have it! They had to “get back at him for telling them to GO AWAY” I can’t believe they are still walkinf free???

It is a source of constant amazement to me that these people lie so much without batting an eye, and actually seem to think the public will believe them.

up a desperate “other possible killers” scenario, and hopefully confuse at least one STUPID juror)that the parents had killed Caylee
– or knew who did — and waited a month to report it, portraying themselves as “concerned grandparents”. The fact they’d reported it would be a ruse (under this tortured-logic scenario) to make them
appear innocent.
Again, it’d be a completely ridiculous fabrication, considering the
facts already gleaned in this case, but Baez only has to get ONE
juror flummoxed to gain a mistrial/hung jury….

No Wonder Casey doesn’t acknowledge her parents in the court room. I would say they are terrified she is going to blame them (maybe rightly so) for this child’s death. I would not hesitate for a second if I learned that Cindy was really behind this child’s death. She was her primary caretaker. Let’s hope the courts can prove to me that Cindy A was not responsible for this child’s death on the 15th afterall she is the one that had Caylee that day, the last day she was seen alive by anyone else besides “family”….

Any thoughts on why the ‘she is innocent’ statement still comes out of the defense, including Ms. DP Q’d? That means she did not do it and I’ve read this puts another level of burden on the defense to actually support ‘why’ innocent vs ‘not guilty’ which does not have this extra burden.
Is Tim listening to this while the recording is being recorded? It sounds like someone gasps, and then cries. Gawd, I can’t get over this one. (Don’t take my grandchild away from me, Tim…. geeze)
