Simmering Perdition
How do they find each other? Is there some invisible beacon for the
black hearted to lessen the degrees of separation between them and like minded cellar dwellers? I have come to the conclusion that there are two types of people in this fray.
There are the “most of the people in my family were criminals and we did not mind seeing each other through partitions,” types- and their victims.
Not only did Christine Sheddy invite the vampire into her home with Levi, but she went directly to the lair in Pocomoke City in November 2007.
Pocomoke City has a population of under 5000. How this unlucky soul came into contact with what appears to be it’s under-est of bellies starts with Levi’s cousin Steve Magg. The impetice for the meeting, the guy who actually drove Levi, Christine and the boys for the only other trip to the farmhouse in October, the guy who was at the farmhouse constantly from November 9 through the 13th HAS NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED BY POLICE IN THIS CASE.
Advance apologies et al, but in the course of this investigation, I can conclude Levi Hall and Mother Hall, had no advance notice of Christine’s jaunt to Pocomoke. In fact, Christine was running from Levi, dated 11/3/2007 1:13PM:

The question becomes, what makes a woman that has literally met these people on one occasion, want to pack up her boys and scoot? She had been there for 4 days previously. Apparently the lack of allegiance not withstanding to Levi as he introduced them, but WTH?
Christine caught Levi in another tryst, smoking more crack from dealer Todd, and argued with her Mother about it. She sent a very long and painful email to friends that she had had it with her children doing without, was tired of the abusive co dependent existence robbing her of unaffected thought, and refused to fail in her life.
Against the protests of her BFF “Q”, Christine talks him into taking her and the boys to meet Tia and Jr in the parking lot of the WalMart where they will pick them up for the rest of the trip to the farmhouse.
Q never saw the Farmhouse until blinkoncrime aired the first footage.
If he had, he never would have let her and the boys out of the van he told me in a recent interview. I said, “I know that Q, I was there, I know.”

The Quantum Crash that is the evening of November 12, 2007, ending Christine Sheddys’ life, was on course years prior.
Fabienne Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, daughter of Catharina and Frans, is the anachronism of this tale.
Fabienne Josephine Stassen comes from a prestigious family originating from the Netherlands. Her parents and sister are esteemed medical professionals. Fabienne was a nurse, fresh from school, at 32.
On 7/13/2005 Clarence “JR Jackson assaulted Ms. Stassen, among other menaces, and in August, the PCSO issued warrants and Peace orders. That included Fabienne and a neighbor of JR’s. Sharon Jean Nelson.
Ms. Stassen’s fears of Clarence “Jr” Jackson were short lived. Unfortunately, she requested a rescind hearing for the peace order against him in September and refused to assist in his prosecution so the charges were dropped. 2 months later Fabienne files for bankruptcy, before it is discharged, on February 9, 2006 dies unexpectedly.

SALISBURY — Fabienne Josephine Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, 33, died unexpectedly in her sleep Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006.
Fabienne was a registered nurse. She was born July 5, 1972, in Belleville, N.J. She was a graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, N.J., and Raritan Valley College’s School of Nursing in Raritan, N.J., where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Until she moved to Salisbury, where she worked in several medical care facilities, she was a member of the Clinton, N.J., and Plainfield, N.J., first aid and rescue squads. Among her many awards was a certificate of appreciation for participation in the rescue efforts of 9-11 at the World Trade Center in New York City.
As a nurse, in addition to medical care, she brought cheer and a breath of fresh air to her patients. Her big heart showed not only in her caring for people but also in her love of animals.
She is survived by her parents, Toos and Frans; two sisters and their families, Veronique, Tom, John and James and Nicole, Aaron, and their little one; two grandmothers; six great-aunts; four aunts; seven uncles; and 24 cousins.
Fabienne’s remains were cremated in a private ceremony Feb. 11.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity that cares for people or animals in need.

In August 2007, just after meeting Tia Johnson and this backwoods
impression of Sid and Nancy is if full bloom, JR gets a ticket for speeding in Somerset County for driving 101 mph in a 55.
He was driving Fab’s Mustang. Jr. Jackson was driving the graduation gift of the woman he beat, turned onto drugs, and died while they were dating.
Although the record of the ticket he was given shows failure to appear warrants and suspension of his driver license; that was all miraculously fixed with a plea of guilty on 2/09/09; the 3 year anniversary of her death.
In front of witnesses speaking to blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity, JR got a call in early September ‘07 from someone who obviously found out through the summons that JR was in possession of Fabienne’s car and gave him instructions on returning it.
The location of the Mustang with white racing stripes has not been disclosed.

Lawdy my flesh is crawling (again). Q needs to lay off himself, christine had her secrets (the stranger) she just trusted the wrong people. Some of us have creep radars and some of us don’t.
Interesting, don’t ya think, that she met up with jr and tia at walmart. I’m thinking that was jr and tia’s idea. Levi must be really harmful to cause christine to run, with her boys, to that farm with those people. They must have really turned on the country charm FULL BLAST the first time christine met them. Must have given christine the belief that she and her boys would be safe, have shelter there.
My iniitial impression after reading this piece is that Tia, with her obvious history of being abused, would have taken the role of “soul sister” to christine. Traded abuse stories with christine and offered her a safe haven.
Also, and pardon me if you’ve heard this before, but certain pocomoke police officers in 11/07 were lazy, shiftless desk duty dawgs.
Also ditto when referencing same desk duty dawgs who obviously did Zero Zip Nada about Fab, her untimely death and her really cool car.

Q’s never been there, JR did not know she was going there, his cousin Steve takes her….but didn’t she wonder why she was meeting them in a WalMart parking lot instead of their home. That alone would have upset me…..no way out. Did she tell Steve she wanted to go home?
When did Levi realize she was at the farm? Did she call him from the farm as she told Q? Did Steve call him from the farm. Why hasn’t Steve Magg gone to LE on his own and told them what he knows? Why hasn’t he told Levi what he knows..and if he did why haven’t Levi and Joyce gone to LE with this info..his children and her grandchildren where there, you’d think they would want these people prosecuted.
JR is a filthy predator..he obviously stalks his prey and knows exactly what to do to entice them into his lair.
More questions..but getting closer to the truth.

I believe that Christine connected with Levi about the 9th, when Steve showed up- maybe she surprised him, that evening the fire, and in my opinion, when Christine wanted out.

It sounds to me like it is highly likely that Fab didn’t just die in her sleep..someone helped her along to that end. Was an autopsy done on her body ..she died February 9, 2006 and she was cremated on Feb 11th..almost doesn’t seem like enough time for an autopsy to be completed or tox tests run.
Also Blink..so you know who found her body? A friend..roomate.
Why wasn’t there an APB to pick up her car? The only reason JR had it was if he stole it after she died or she gave it to him to cover a drug debt…Once again more questions.

W R O N G. Not available, nada. This girls “e” print and other were disappearing, literally, while the research editors were working on it in front of their eyes, I have never seen anything like it. That’s saying alot. Without saying anything specifically, that slate has been scrubbed professionally, no doubt in our minds.
I dont think her family even knew/knows about the bankruptcy petition, it was never discharged because she did not take the certification.

True – but just his “concern” gave me the chills. He knew it was a bad place and still left his kids there. Unbelievable!! He was too selfish and high to really care about anyone but himself. ahole!!

IMO, I believe Christine was very trusting but at the time she went there, I think she threw caution to the wind. She was hiding from him and mad at her mother – these factors alone could help explain her reasoning for going out there.
I am not blaming the victim. I am just trying to understand her frame of mind.
One night, I got so mad at my fiance in Las Vegas and had a few drinks, I got up and walked through a very dangerous area looking for a cab. I was so mad and in my mind, I dared anyone to “jump” all 108lbs of me. LOL
The stress Christine was going through, I know I cannot convey without compromising her privacy, which I will never do. She ran away, with her boys, a sanity break, if you will. I realize that sounds proposturous to most, but keep in mind, Christine was a gentle soul who thought everyone was trustworthy. In her mind, she was leaving E V I L, I mean Levi, behind. In her mind, there was nothing worse than that at the time.
I will be honest, one of the things haunting me most about this case, is that I think about the moment that she got “scared”; felt some sort of impending fear.
I hate that I feel like her soul was preparing her, but I do.

You know, I know he would tell everyone that who would listen, but in my opinion, he was a wanna be. Typically, gang members do not walk around spray painting graffiti on their own homes, nor do they burn their girls faces with cigarette butts, nor do they rip tin off buildings to support themselves.
That said, it is not lost on the team that his arrests show a 6’3″ 205lb. man, turning into a 6’3″ 165lb. man. That is a screaming marker of an addict, and no gang, no dealer, no CI handler wants a junkie with a penchant for bullying girls.

The fact that 2 suspicious cases are treated like nothing…
It seems like nearly everybody is protecting JR – the people who were at the farm protecting him out of fear makes sense, but… the police, and whoever would have scrubbed the files would probably be protecting him for a different reason.
Is he a drug dealer? Involved with the Mexican Mafia? (That seems to be big nowadays)
How prestigous was her family? Maybe the family paid someone to scrub her records because of shame about her drug use?
How does someone from a prestigous family ever end up interacting with JR? THAT doesn’t make sense to me, at all. Looking at photos of him, it seems like she must have been rebelling / slumming to interact with him at all.
I am clueless, out of respect for Fabienne’s family, I am not going to speculate. It’s heartbreaking.

I was actually more referring to the mob scenario, but as I would rather not go down that road and start a dialog on whether or not there is gang activity- I will agree with you that many are, I just dont believe JR is from my investigative work on this case. My observation could be wrong as well.

From my experience, people often use that “best friend” term about someone who isn’t truly a BFF, if that person is doing something that the person deems valuable.

This means that it was Tia and JR who wanted Christine there.
Noticing that she was the only outsider, except perhaps Steve, so I am guessing it wasn’t that they were having a big blow out party on a random Monday night in November.
VERY curious WHY they wanted her there.
It also means that EITHER JR is unbelievably lucky or for some reason, someone is covering up for him – in possibly 2 suspicious cases in 2 years.
I am wondering if Law Enforcement in this area is very lazy when it comes to dying and disappearing young women, or corrupt or inept.

This is such an incredible story. However, I’m stuck on a few facts.
1. You say she was running away from Levi, but she “ran away” to his friends and told Q that Levi was coming.
2. GypsyDD says “Jr. did not know she was coming” and Blink agrees saying “she was leaving him too”. I thought she met Jr. and Tia at the Walmart and what do you mean she was leaving him too. Christine wasn’t involved with Jr. was she?
3. The message from Levi sounds like he doesn’t know where she is at all?

Nope, your right, that is the point. Levi did not know where she was, and we have been able to piece together he did not know up to the 9th at a minimum. No explanation. I do not believe Christine was involved with Jr.

#37 – that is what is so curious to me. All of her friends posts from the other sites say Jr. called her like 100 times a day. Such a stark contrast to virtually nothing since November 13 save a few half-hearted attempts. He knew, IMO. Why he went along with it is beyond me. No grieving, either, for someone who professed his undying love.
I have a separate question. I read on this site (http://delawareandohio.wordpress.com/2007/12/28/thoughts-on-the-disappearance-of-christine-sheddy/) that her MySpace had been changed since her last login but did not change her last login date. I also saw that her MySpace records were subpoeaned. Was there anything to this? Did they ever find out who did this? Was there material deleted?
I think you mean Levi above, and she did not have a cell with her, and no computer.
According to detectives, the “glitch” where her pic was changed on her myspace was exactly that. It is my personal opinion that by the time the myspace records were subpoenad, Christine’s account had been accessed by someone who is not very myspace savvy.

Seems to me, Tia and Jr were helping Christine and the boys by giving her a place to be. Trouble likes trouble and they would have reveled in that general scenario.
Christine must have witnessed something that they did not want her to tell. They lured her to the barn(or perhaps that is where the ‘something’ was taking place) and it all went down there. Has anyone dug under that barn.–It was burned, right? Hot, impulsive tempers are not going to systmatically get rid of evidence. They scrambled to cover their deed right there. Has to be.
The barn was not burned. The chicken houses and an out building were, but that was in September.

So JR pulled tin off buildings to make money. In the farmhouse video you focused on what looked to be some stacked pieces of siding of some kind, with a gap like an entrence, it kind of reminded me of a fort kids would build or maybe a chicken coop but it gave me the creeps.
It was a torn down out building of some kind, and yes, very creepy.

For the why she died, I go back to Domo calling her the chickenhead.
The woman in town who died in 2008, at 3 other guys hands, I am blank on her name. She was a woman who lived in a shelter. The 3 men lured her out into the wooods supposedly offering money (and possibly cocaine) in exchange for sex acts. Some place in that process, they fought with her about something and beat her to death and took back the money they had given her. Leaving her dead in the woods.
I have a sense when multiple guys seek sex from one woman that it is generally a power issue, particularly when there are drugs involved.
IMO, I would BET that the men started the fight so that they could abuse her & take their money back.
Obviously, this was a different group of men, but it only happened a few months after Christine went missing & in the same town. The similarity is that she was a vulnerable woman, alone, in a group of abusive drug-using men. In this small town, I am guessing the drug using males, like JR and those 3 probably all know each other & probably want to be like each other.
I don’t believe at all that Christine went there to prostitute herself, but I can see a scenario like the one above where a few drugged out hot-headed, abusive guys might try to pressure her and she might disagree.
re:14 Blink, I think you nailed it when you said “he just scares the pants off everybody.” This area is so small,5000 people, and LE, and others know that Jr. is a dangerous thug. They also know that he wouldn’t hesitate to “get even” with ANYONE that got in his way. Including LE. Like Hitler, Jr. rules by instilling fear. People in that tiny area are terrified of this crack head. They know what he is capable of, therefore, they back off, and steer clear of his a44. I just wish the FBI could be involved in this case. Christine was such a tiny little lady. It horrifies me to think what these drugged out creeps did to her. I pray for swift justice. God Bless her little children and loved one. You and your team are doing a fantastic job! Because of you, and your team, I know that justice will be served.
