Simmering Perdition
How do they find each other? Is there some invisible beacon for the
black hearted to lessen the degrees of separation between them and like minded cellar dwellers? I have come to the conclusion that there are two types of people in this fray.
There are the “most of the people in my family were criminals and we did not mind seeing each other through partitions,” types- and their victims.
Not only did Christine Sheddy invite the vampire into her home with Levi, but she went directly to the lair in Pocomoke City in November 2007.
Pocomoke City has a population of under 5000. How this unlucky soul came into contact with what appears to be it’s under-est of bellies starts with Levi’s cousin Steve Magg. The impetice for the meeting, the guy who actually drove Levi, Christine and the boys for the only other trip to the farmhouse in October, the guy who was at the farmhouse constantly from November 9 through the 13th HAS NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED BY POLICE IN THIS CASE.
Advance apologies et al, but in the course of this investigation, I can conclude Levi Hall and Mother Hall, had no advance notice of Christine’s jaunt to Pocomoke. In fact, Christine was running from Levi, dated 11/3/2007 1:13PM:

The question becomes, what makes a woman that has literally met these people on one occasion, want to pack up her boys and scoot? She had been there for 4 days previously. Apparently the lack of allegiance not withstanding to Levi as he introduced them, but WTH?
Christine caught Levi in another tryst, smoking more crack from dealer Todd, and argued with her Mother about it. She sent a very long and painful email to friends that she had had it with her children doing without, was tired of the abusive co dependent existence robbing her of unaffected thought, and refused to fail in her life.
Against the protests of her BFF “Q”, Christine talks him into taking her and the boys to meet Tia and Jr in the parking lot of the WalMart where they will pick them up for the rest of the trip to the farmhouse.
Q never saw the Farmhouse until blinkoncrime aired the first footage.
If he had, he never would have let her and the boys out of the van he told me in a recent interview. I said, “I know that Q, I was there, I know.”

The Quantum Crash that is the evening of November 12, 2007, ending Christine Sheddys’ life, was on course years prior.
Fabienne Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, daughter of Catharina and Frans, is the anachronism of this tale.
Fabienne Josephine Stassen comes from a prestigious family originating from the Netherlands. Her parents and sister are esteemed medical professionals. Fabienne was a nurse, fresh from school, at 32.
On 7/13/2005 Clarence “JR Jackson assaulted Ms. Stassen, among other menaces, and in August, the PCSO issued warrants and Peace orders. That included Fabienne and a neighbor of JR’s. Sharon Jean Nelson.
Ms. Stassen’s fears of Clarence “Jr” Jackson were short lived. Unfortunately, she requested a rescind hearing for the peace order against him in September and refused to assist in his prosecution so the charges were dropped. 2 months later Fabienne files for bankruptcy, before it is discharged, on February 9, 2006 dies unexpectedly.

SALISBURY — Fabienne Josephine Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, 33, died unexpectedly in her sleep Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006.
Fabienne was a registered nurse. She was born July 5, 1972, in Belleville, N.J. She was a graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, N.J., and Raritan Valley College’s School of Nursing in Raritan, N.J., where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Until she moved to Salisbury, where she worked in several medical care facilities, she was a member of the Clinton, N.J., and Plainfield, N.J., first aid and rescue squads. Among her many awards was a certificate of appreciation for participation in the rescue efforts of 9-11 at the World Trade Center in New York City.
As a nurse, in addition to medical care, she brought cheer and a breath of fresh air to her patients. Her big heart showed not only in her caring for people but also in her love of animals.
She is survived by her parents, Toos and Frans; two sisters and their families, Veronique, Tom, John and James and Nicole, Aaron, and their little one; two grandmothers; six great-aunts; four aunts; seven uncles; and 24 cousins.
Fabienne’s remains were cremated in a private ceremony Feb. 11.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity that cares for people or animals in need.

In August 2007, just after meeting Tia Johnson and this backwoods
impression of Sid and Nancy is if full bloom, JR gets a ticket for speeding in Somerset County for driving 101 mph in a 55.
He was driving Fab’s Mustang. Jr. Jackson was driving the graduation gift of the woman he beat, turned onto drugs, and died while they were dating.
Although the record of the ticket he was given shows failure to appear warrants and suspension of his driver license; that was all miraculously fixed with a plea of guilty on 2/09/09; the 3 year anniversary of her death.
In front of witnesses speaking to blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity, JR got a call in early September ‘07 from someone who obviously found out through the summons that JR was in possession of Fabienne’s car and gave him instructions on returning it.
The location of the Mustang with white racing stripes has not been disclosed.

Talk about a grand gesture for a family to make. They could have made an anonymous contribution. Something compelled someone to make this public gift. Who would read this (she was “a shining example”, “thoroughly engaging”, “so positive”) and imagine the darkness that pervaded.

Officer J. Price, who clocked Jr. at over 100 mph, certainly requested proof of insurance/title when he made the stop; ran a check on DL # J250119101500 and the plate on the ’02 Ford, Plate # 9CPT35
This was over a year after Fab “died”. Did she transfer title of her graduation gift to Jr. while she was alive? If not, who did? And when?? He would need title and proof of insurance to get the car inspected for ’07.
What is the history there?
Yes, this is my thinking. There is one possibility, though remote. Fabienne filed for bankruptcy in Dec ’05 and included a 1998 Toyota Corolla as an exemption, no value. I suspect because the 02 Mustang would be an asset and free and clear, she may have been fearful she would have to sell it so she actually includes JR’s car and swaps titles for the transaction? That petition does not have that specific information and I do not know BKTCY laws, however. And in that case, I assume he would really not have to give it back, assuming that was in fact what he did.

Although I would agree Levi equals evil, I am not sure what his role is for Christine’s murder.
1. He didn’t know Christine was going to the farm.
2. You said it was not premeditated.
3. He was NOT at the party.
At this point, I can only see accessory after the fact??
Transfer of assets to avoid them being part of a Chapter 7/13 filing is not uncommon but it would have been done on the advice of someone much smarter than Junior and probably came from someone within Fabienne’s circle. I could believe that a Stassen family attorney was aware of the court history of the POIs and if Junior had some delicate information about Fabienne and her final days that would be an embarrasement to her family, they could have been willing to provide Junior with some “assistance” at times? Junior may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but he’s also no dummy – he’s smart enough to know how to play the Judicial system and has done so very well so far. If that attorney called me and perhaps said that my world will come crashing down if I don’t return the car – I’d be calling him “Sir” too.
I agree, but surmise that her bkrtcy atty advised on the car issue, not sure. I guess, one would want to find the car in the petition to find out.

I suspect JR may have forged the title of Fab’s car claiming she “gave” it to him as a gift. But still wondering who was the “sir?”

Just an FYI – a girl I knew was very addicted to pain killers and was able to pass every drug test. One was even hair a follicle test. I have no idea how she did it though but she definitely did.

There is a major organized crime syndicate that runs this area. The Crips are here regularly and for Private Eye to include the councilman is correct. A major drug bust went down and the council bailed out 14 of the 15 that were arrested.
Our former chief of police did weekends in jail, and the cop who led the raid on city hall is now the mayor.
the drug interdiction task force in our town is simply running out of state tags and betting they have drugs. if they do they take the drugs the money and guns and have them broken into the smallest most profitable quantities and sell them on the street.
i fear that the tentacles of this organiztion go outside of pocomoke and on into the county, and possibly higher.
good people live in this town, and they live in fear because of the corruption. they have watched people who have stood up to these thugs be destroyed.
while canes son’s arrest record may not be directly connected to christine, i am willing to bet everything i have and know and love that there is a connection to the local syndicate here.
Can I ask you to reference specifically a source re: the bust and individuals originally arrested? I appreciate the information but I pride my site on providing facts with allegations. TIA

Canes son was arrested by our current mayor, mcdermott when he witnessed him weighing cocaine on his dashboard in the walmart parking lot. when mcdermot searched his car a pocomoke city police badge was found. when asked where he got it, he said my daddy. A grand jury investigation was done when city hall was raided and it is in the records regarding the Frank White investigation, I’m sure you can find those records.
If you have a way to look up Honis Cane on the Maryland judicial case search for how many times cane has bailed people out it would be helpful, or else i would have to go case by case. The big bust were he bailed the 14 people out happened about 5 years ago. why would a councilman bail out drug dealers? Do they work for him?.

Ok so “sir” made it possible for JR to stay free. Which leads us to 11/12. Was sir at this party? I am thinking not. I am more focused on the night of 11/9 when steve maggs shows up and finds christine at the farm. Seems like all hell broke loose that night. If steve maggs was made aware during that night that christine wanted out why not bring her back to DE? I mean if steve let levi know christine was at the farm, why didn’t levi have steve bring christine and the boys home? It seems pretty clear that by 11/9 someone(s) at that farm decided christine would not be allowed to leave. Or it was decided by someone who was not at that farm.

“impounded” after her death for “investigation” and later “loaned” to Jr. for a run or runs?
This was the second bankruptcy for Fab, she liked to spend money. Could be she borrowed from the wrong person, that could be why her car ended up in Jr’s possession and her Eprint scrubbed. Her death is highly suspicious, should have been looked at closer.
Scratch that….they wouldn’t have looked at her death for the same reasons they won’t look at Christine’s.
Christine’s case wasn’t botched…they just didn’t investigate it. No law against running away right…nothing to investigate. Yeah Jr is being protected. Blink and team be careful this is bigger than some two bit hood

Re 123, Boo, I agree with you. Whatever JR has been, if anything. He sucks at it. If anyone has used him as a narc or a dealer or mule or whatever, he would definitely be a liability. He is a woman abuser and drug user and has called way too much attention to himself and others.
Missing women / murdered women cases don’t go away. Not when they have family members who care. They might go cold for a while, but, they never go away.
If someone really chose to not investigate Christine’s murder for Jr’s sake, they basically have shone a permanent spot light on the community – making it necessary to look over and over again and closer and closer – at everybody.
pocomoke is run like a plantation. Honis and his family are treated as house servants. house servants weild huge amounts of power over the field hands because they have the masters ear. they tell the field hands what they want them to know and they also feed them with misinformation to get them to do what they want.
Honis sits at the table of power in our city. he keeps the blacks in our city uninformed and down, all while he is playing he is on their side and helping them. he loans money to old ladies to pay their taxes and knowing they will never be able to repay it they sign their houses over to them. once they own them, then he is there with his crackhead crew fixin things for the widows and offering them protection. they think he is wonderful, he is a devil. he doesn’t fight for landlords to have to improve the quality of homes in his jurisdiciton, instead if one of the council brings it up he works secretly behind them and tells ‘his’ people not to vote for him because they are only going to end up raising the rent or tearing down the building and then ‘his’ people will be homeless.
honis exploits the least of those in a community and makes the most money on them. he takes the homes of the widow so she has nothing left to give her children or grandchildren and he sells them drugs to get them either hooked, or selling for him. it is a vicisious worid here in pocomoke and no one stands up to him because he has the dirt on everybody in town. the poeple who write the tattler had their house raided and all of their computers taken because they recorded the mayor admitting to all of the accusations they have made about the city over the past, and admitting to how cane uses retribrution to win. these people are the only ones who have stood against them and they have ruined them. what more do they want?

I started with the Youtube Video and 4 “chapters” in, I am more confused than ever. I see 130 comments…….SO many (too,too many) asking for clarification so I know I am not alone.
If not for Christine’s mom counting on help from this project, I would avoid this case (and potentially being able to seriously help).
Is there a way this can be s-p-e-l-l-e-d out CLEARLY so folks here can assist? This shouldn’t be a game. You have asked if it’s your retelling that is confusing (while adding LOL). Reading this story…I’m not laughing and the answer, repeatedly, is YES!!
I read how you won’t compromise Christine’s privacy?? What privacy? Anything that could help should be shared and anything this research group discovered is NOT private. Nothing you could share would discourage people who want to help. Why add your own drama and need for attention when a mother is missing?
I am tired of the “I know something, but can’t say.” If that’s the case….work with the small group you have assembled. A week in, I don’t see how this aids Christine’s kids or her mom. Spell it out, ask for help with the puzzle pieces and stop looking for internet hits. A missing person isn’t a joke.

Jesus did pay for our sins on the cross. Therefore nobody can do what has already be done. Christine, I am happy to report, asked Jesus to be her Lord and Savior years earlier. There is no doubt in my mind that she is in heaven. I will see her again, I just hope that God let’s us find her remains before I die.

Christine was sick of having to do without…perfect new recruit for drug trafficking…that is the ONLY reason Clarence Jackson went to get her…didn’t want Q to know where she was going, is why they met her at Walmart.
She wanted to get away from Levi…come to the farm out in the middle of nowhere…we won’t tell. Christine was prob thinking how “nice” they are to me…
“Party” on the farm…we are going to do some meth mfg…hence the fire…the outbuildings…the comings and goings.

There is ALWAYS an attorney involved in these operations to fix all the arrests. The attorney is working for “SIR”.
Christine shares one quarter of my genes and if she is anywhere near as naive as I am, she had NO IDEA what she was walking into. She probably believed everyone tells the truth…never dreamed she was in danger…she was probably too naïve to even be afraid…because she thought everyone was cool…and sweet…and nice JUST LIKE HER. OMG girl! I am so sorry!

All we care about is finding Christine at this juncture, period. The rest not my job or area of expertise so I am no threat. Christine’s mom, your post about Christine’s salvation really moved me. Your daughter is up in Heaven where God has washed away every tear. No crying. No pain. No darkness. No evil. Just the overwhelming love of God.
Sometimes, in the middle of looking at all of these tragic events, it helps me to ponder about things like that for a while.
Christine’s mom, I will add that the Lord promises that what is done in secret will be shouted from the rooftops, so I do fully believe that the truth will come out. It is already starting to.

A girl missing/dead…drugs…corruption…informers…large groups of neferous friends who aren’t talking..charges that have been mysteriously dropped you would think this was in the same town.”
I would add that both Hataway and Jr have bragged about making people disappear.
I am thinking drug fringe communities play by different rules. There is the mix of people selling and using – and both of those groups tend to be lawless and prone to violence to begin with. There is so much money made from drugs, so there is often organized crime, whether local gang level or higher organized crime (Mexican mafia, Asian Mafia, American Mafia) and because of the money there is also the potential for corruption in LE or local government.
All of those factors often make the average citizen with information about a case like this too intimidated to speak.
