Seashed,

Sorry if it made you uncomfortable to have your comment turned into a post but I wanted to make sure that the folks reading all of these sites were put back into focus of what the real mission is, and their is nothing like the words of a loved one to do so.
Please accept my apologies, but things were getting out of hand.

Choppy is a legit guy, but he may be told what or what not to do. Erin's mother's name is Lois Daugherty (not sure of her last name now). Erin no longer lives in her former home in Stockton, but she is probably not far away. She left owing lots of rent money.

Blink - feel free to contact me with any questions. From the area and know lots of folks. Can help you cut through a lot of info. You have my email, I am assuming.

FOIA is freedom of information act, link: http://www.state.gov/m/a/ips/
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Title 5 of the United States Code, section 552, generally provides that any person has the right to request access to federal agency records or information. All agencies of the U.S. Government are required to disclose records upon receiving a written request, except those records that are protected from disclosure pursuant to nine exemptions and three exclusions. The FOIA applies only to federal agencies and does not create a right of access to records held by Congress, the courts, or by state or local government agencies. Any requests for state or local government records should be directed to the appropriate state or local government agency. 22 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 171 codifies the access procedures and guidelines for the availability of Department of State records and information to the public.

Hey kids,

I think our "missing Records" from the firehouse may not be "missing" after all. Here is what I found out from the Tattler forum.

Apparently not all records are posted on the firehouse website so here we go and please bear with me cause I am as ROOKIE as it gets.

"Upon returning to the station there is an incident report entered into the computer in a county wide owned & operated database where it is stored (I believe). The records have to be on file for at least seven years or longer. The fire Dept. does not have the rights or ability to delete that report, they can only add to it and it will be attached to the original report along with date and time it was added Not sure if those reports are covered under "FOIA" (don't ask me what FOIA means I'm actually copying this from the tattler poster who posted this) but in some cases reports of that nature have to be requested by an attorney or court order."

MAKO was the poster of this information on the Tattler and there is more to his post on the Tattler. But the bottom line here is it may require an attorney or a court order to aquire these records.

Blink, I know you would prefer a link and such to show proof of info but there was not one on the tattler and thats my rookie excuse and I'm stickin' to it, sorry.

You can find this post on the Pocomoke Tattler under the article "MESSAGE FROM CHRISTINES FATHER"

Trust me Blink, I did not want my comment made into a headline like it was. It was just a comment, really

<strong>My dear Christine's Dad:

I was asked by my team earlier to reach out to you and I apologize I was working on the updated piece and did not get a chance to extend their message to you after seeing your post.

It is very, very difficult to keep quality people motivated on a pro bono basis with some of the negativity swirling. Often times people ask "Why do I bother"?

I am proud to say, my team had the opposite responses.
I can't actually print them here, they are, shall we say, passionate. Here is the last line:

You tell those ( insert choice word) that we came for Christine and we are not leaving without her.
And we have no plans to.
Fondly,
B

Blink, I'm saying a prayer for you and the team tonight.

You seem like a strong-enough lady, but it can't be fun being bashed when you are working so hard on such an emotional case.

<strong>I work for Christine. I think she has it worse than us. Therefore we endure.

aaaaAAAAhhhHHHHaaaaa

I've been taken on a Tattler journey from 'phosts past' and 'phosts future' and now its becoming clear. What we need is a timeline with all relevant information (and I guess lots of irrelevant info to). Each and every fact as it is know - and as it comes along should be attached to the timeline. Along with that we need a task list of all things that are unknown and assign those out to those most capable of running them down. We need lists of the resources (who (names)/what (physical info know)/when (good timeline) where (the 3View Team is taking this) and Why (that is where the locals are the most valuable)

In real-life the LE would be the project coordinator in all of this and ask to pull in the resources they need. That's doesn't seem to be the plan as of now. And its so obvious that there is no real leadership and no desire to do this even though it is their paid job, their moral obligation and the ultimate stain on their futures.

I can't get over the flip/flop with the comments at the Tattler. It is so petty and I hate to see grown ups suddenly jealous now that there are new kids in town to HELP - and they don't want to trust - and if you read between the lines they like it just the way it is because this is the information and relationships they are comfortable with. Change is hard - change is impossible for many. Only shakin' the trees and exposing the thin veil of coverup - which will bring CHANGE is going to work. Not this status quo. Nope sorry.
