Christine Sheddy Case: Did Arson Play A Role In Her Murder ?

Pocomoke City, MD– Christine Sheddy was murdered on the Byrd Rd Farm in Pocomoke City on the evening of November 12, 2007.

The series of events that led up to her murder are stupifying.

Of Particular concern is the rash of fires occuring on the farm and within surrounding areas in the time frame of both of Christine’s visits there.

Pic1

As the September alarms are no longer accessible on the Pocomoke Volunteer Fire Department Site, you are looking at a cached version confirming the call to the farm and the fact that photos DID exist of what was assuredly a major fire. Three different stations responded at a minimum. The Images have been deleted.

The day before the Byrd road chicken house fire on September 20th, the Showell Fire Department extinguished this chicken house fire:

919chickenhouse

Also a cached version of deleted information from the PVFD site, is this October Alarm Source, through October 23rd, 2007:

Pic2

Effective October 1, 2007 the Worcester County Fire Marshalls Office takes over.

“..The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office is responsible for conducting fire investigations of all fires in the County where arson is suspected, the fire is undetermined by the fire department, and/or an injury or death has occurred. The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office is the local enforcing agency for 3 municipalities and the County…”

Note the October 10th alarm for yet again, a subsequent fire in the chickenhouse on Byrd Road.

On October 11, the neighbors who have already been vicitmized by the Clarence Butch “ Jr” Jackson crew, are victimized again. As you can see the Fire Marshall visits Byrd Road.

What the record does not say, is that the neighbors are awakened at 3 am by the Fire Marshall and Deputy Parnell from the PCPD. They were told if they called the Fire Department one more time for fires on the neighboring property, they would be arrested.

On the exact same day that JR Jackson unsuccessfully seeks peace orders against the neighbors that are simply trying to avoid the menace of his existance at this point are denied on October 13th; there is another chicken house fire. Fire Police and Pocomoke PD are in attendance.

Another outside fire call on October 17th. There is no data past October 23rd on fire activity available for this time frame.

The November calls have been deleted entirely by the Pocomake VFD. The site is managed and maintained by “Choppy Layton” a long time Vounteer Fire Fighter and by all accounts, a solid guy.

What is astounding, is that I am in receipt of an email that confirms a witness gave a statement to Detective Trautman, the original detective in this case, on February 12, 2008.

Should we consider it a coincidence then, that the last time the PVFD site is updated, and apparently when the November alarms were deleted is February 12, 2008?

Pic3

We have eyewitness accounts of fires on the Byrd Road farmhouse from November 9th through the 13th at a minimum. Fire Police and Marshalls have been to the property.  By my accounting, we are talking in the neighborhood of 12 fire alarms to this property alone, starting one month after an emergency outdoor burn ban.

Why hasn’t Clarence Jackson been charged with arson?

Any other suspects? Dead Issue? We know there are surveillance still pictures and security guard witnesses, what did they see?

What is the ratio of alarm calls versus arson arrests?

I digress.

Who was copied on the confirmation email containing a witness statement on February 12, 2008?

Michael McDermott.

Blink, I’ve been reading the past three hours on the Pokomoke Tattler from waaayyyy back before I think you were involved. It seems to me, I hope I’m wrong, that the same thing is going on now as then with LE. Now, I’m going to go back to your first post and read that too. It seems, also, that the same plea to the same people has been going on for a long time and no one has come forward yet. Meanwhile I will continue to remember Lynn and family in my prayers. I also want to get a better idea on what exactly had people in Pokomoke so up in arms. May be a good clue there that I’ve missed or just not been able to see. Keep up the good work Blink and company, Christine will be coming home!!

Blink, was Christine’s camera recovered from the scene? I was looking at the picture of Christine’s gentle eyes her mom sent to the Tattler, and it made me wonder about her camera. Any clues on it?

What little stuff Christine took to Pocomoke was never returned to me. Levi has it. Everything Christine owns is here with me. I can still smell her in her closet. Stange and comforting all at the same time.

I wish you much comfort today and everyday my friend.

cb,how funny—I found myself doing the same thing this morning (going back to the old Tattler stories). It’s hard without news updates, isn’t it? I can’t imagine what it must be like for Christine’s family, bless them all. I hope 3View is making good progress.

It is hard not knowing what’s going on . . . but neither can I imagine what its like for family. My positive thoughts are there.

Lynn, I have read every word written on this site, and though I seldom post here, I felt the need to send you a big hug when I read your words here this morning. How deeply your search to bring your daughter home to rest has touched so many of us. Words can not be typed on a keyboard to express how deeply our heart goes out to you. Thank God those children have such a strong person in their lives.

The hell you have suffered to bring your daughter home so that her children will never doubt that she did not just leave them of her own free will, is beyond any mother’s comprehension. Unless they, too, have walked in your shoes for one day.

I just wanted to let you know that so many are reading this and are not typing these words to you. We, silently stand behind you, Christine, and those darling little one’s who have touched our hearts. And opened our minds to exactly how such a tragedy can impact so many across America and beyond.

Sending a big hug your way today. God bless you and your family… and keep the faith dear lady. And anytime you like, follow Blink’s directions to the “secret cornfield” where you can hear words of encouragement from across America into Canada…to keep the faith and keep strong.

For your reading pleasure…there is no Pawn Shop in Pocomoke City.

Seashed asked me to post this on here for him…

This whole thing has gotten so far of track this week I have no idea where to place this post so that it gets noticed by anyone. So I picked a spot and am going to hope for the best.

The thing that boggles me the most is this issue with getting help from the FBI. FBI says LE must request for them to assist. Local LE will NEVER request the FBI to assist in ANYTHING for fear of having all this corruption exposed. PERIOD.

The FBI has been asked several times to assist in many things in Pocomoke. Not just Christines case, but other issues on many levels. The response is still the same. LE must request assistance. People have pointed out to the FBI that LE IS part of the problem and all they say is “LE must request our help”.

FBI says they have to respect the local LE. Even though it has been pointed out to the FBI that the Local LE doesn’t even respect the local citizens. Local citizens keep telling the FBI that local LE will never ask for outside help. Most laws do more to protect the criminals than to protect the innocent. So, while the FBI is approached by many citizens begging for their help pointing out that LE is the biggest issue telling the FBI they won’t ask for help because they don’t want to be exposed the FBI says “Local LE must request our help”

What about the citizens begging the FBI to help the citizens. Isn’t there something somwhere that covers this type of situation in a law book SOMEWHERE?

I know this is not the military. But this is something I do know. The UCMJ is the Uniform Code of Military Justice. For those that do not know, the UCMJ is basically the Military Judicial System Laws Book. I also know, because I read it a couple of times (unfortunately it was years ago) that there is one article that basically “covers anything not previously or specifically covered previously”. It is a catch-all.

I do not have many contacts in the military anymore. I do not remember the specific article number or the precise wording of it. And yes, I now the UCMJ does not apply to civilian judicial system in anyway. My point is the FBI must have something somewhere allowing them to override somethings for situations just like this. There has to be, there the fricken FBI (possibly the CIA has one of these in there rule book somewhere).

Sorry folks. I’m just extremely frustrated by the lack of any movement from the local LE. In the meantime more innocent victims disappear. More criminals get away with things that would land you or I in a maximum security cell because we are not criminals.

Wymzie, please give my best to Seashed if you “see” him before I do.
Fwiw, I am told this is an active, ongoing investigation, witnesses are still be interviewed, etc.
I am hoping for the best as well.

    Hi Blink!

I just wanted to say thanks again. When I read some of the “stuff” being said on the other sites I can’t imagine how discouraged you may feel and yet you keep on going. Thanks for that. I start to worry that you will give up and then I read where you post that you won’t and I am grateful!! I feel like my hands are tied as I am sure most here do. I wish there was something that I could do to help this family. Pray, pray, pray some more. That is what I do. I hope it is enough. At least until volunteers are needed for a search or whatever. Anyway, I figure words of encouragement are needed and there can never be too many.

Prayers for Christine, her mom, her children, her sister, her father, for Blink, her team, and all that support them. Thanks for fighting the good fight and taking the wrath so that they don’t have to.

(this is my cross post from the tattler site. i also posted info from the fbi’s own site about their interest in public corruption)

I found the info below out there on the internet in response to a query about when the FBI can get involved. You can find the entire thing here http://en.allexperts.com/q/Crime-Law-Enforcement-341/2009/6/FBI-case-local-state.htm

    ——–

Hello, and I would be glad to answer your question. The FBI gets involved in investigations when a crime falls within the jurisdiction of the FBI’s investigative authority. The FBI doesn’t pick and choose which crimes to investigate. They will only get involved in those crimes that are within one of their priorities (listed below).

The FBI has authority to investigate specific crimes, and they fall within two categories: (1) National Security Priorities, which include counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and cyber crimes; and (2) Criminal Priorities, which include public corruption, civil rights, organized crime, white-collar crime, and major theft/violent crime. If you go to the FBI’s web site, you can click on links to get more specific information on each of these sub categories. Here is the link: http://www.fbi.gov/hq.htm

There is one other instance when the FBI would get involved in an investigation of a local or state police agency. If there is substantiated evidence that the officers in the local/state agency are not carrying out an objective investigation or have engaged in behaviors that could undermine the investigation, the FBI might get involved; however, the FBI’s involvement would be in line with its mission (such as public corruption on the part of the police department or one of the other crimes listed, such as maybe civil rights). But beyond this, the FBI does not arbitrarily decide to investigate crimes in local jurisdictions.

    Sweet.

I wish they would just gather up her friends and family and let US interrogate JR, TIA, LEVI, JOYCE, all the scum bags involved in the case!! Guaranteed some kind of info would come out!! Christines case needed to be invesetigated further and investigators needed to be working harder on her case WHEN it first happened NOT months after she was missing. I blame the local authorities for not having our answers for us. This is their job. How are we to depend on police when circumstances like these happen and we get no help. WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN ON NATIONAL TV??? Does she NOT deserve to be recognized and given the chance for her story to be heard??? OR, are the authorities ashamed to let the truth be known?? Christine was murdered. Her MURDERER or MURDERERS are still living their lives day 2 day roaming free amongst us and could cause somebody else harm. Thanks 2 all who have been showing support to family and friends of Christine Sheddy it does not go unseen…. KEEP SPREADING THE WORD about Christine the more who know the better!!

With the inspiration I have gotten from you, and a little help from Silver (from some links she has provided), I am looking into ways that I can help in my own community. I know I cannot help everyone, but I also know that I can start by helping one person at a time. Thank you. And, please, keep doing what you are doing. You ARE making a huge difference in the lives of many.

    Hi Blink,

Yes, I will definitely try to keep you posted. I love children — always have. I have four of my own, but am now planning on becoming a foster parent.

Also, I am hoping to become a CASA volunteer. For anyone who does not know what this is, here is a link:
    http://www.nationalcasa.org/volunteer/commitment.html

I have also found out that there are many homeless teens around my area. Apparently, once children are out of the foster care system, they are on their own. Many of them dropped out of high school. We, as a family, are looking into what we can do to possibly help some of these children.

There are actually so many things out there that people can do to help their community. All people really have to do is look into their local community services programs.

My family does grocery shopping for a blind man. He was an artist, and has found a way to continue painting, even though he is blind now. It is amazing!

My husband is also tutoring people who did not graduate from high school, and are trying to get their GED.

Like I said, there are many ways that people can help. All you have to do is look!

Thanks again for inspiring me to try to make a difference. I will keep you informed.

  27. Interested Bystander says:

I have followed this case from the first post that Blink did on it. Key phrase, “Blink did on it”. I have also never commented, until now.

I had never heard of this case and frankly if Blink had not done all this research and hard work on it, I doubt whether many of us ever would have.

It would appear that LE are finally actually doing something. You think that is any coincidence from the exposure that Blink has provided? Gee, I wonder. I would like to say, thank you. You made a difference in this case. Thank you for you and your team for their tireless work and perseverance.

That be said, some of these other pathetic blogs that are nothing more than agenda driven hate sites, can go scratch. There is a reason why they call such websites/bogs, “PARA-SITES”. You know who you are. These people act like they are important, act like they want to help or pretend like they care. They are nothing more than whine sites, bitching about the hard work done by others. Hey “parasites” I have yet to see you do anything but try and attack people who are trying to help.

You do realize this is about trying to find Christine Sheddy, not you!

It never amazes me when I follow these cases how “parasites” and small minded crime blogs attack other out of what, JEALOUSY? I mean seriously people, Blink and her team devote how much time to help find missing persons and deal with true crime stories?

These guys are not just speculating and sitting behind their computer blogging opinion, they are researching crime, interviewing witnesses, etc.

The day that any other so-called crime blog or gossip rag wants to attack that is the day you might want to take a good long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself, why are you even covering this story?

Be very careful of what other, who hide behind their keyboard, accuse others of. What is their agenda? Blink’s is obvious, she wants to help solve crimes. I would have thought that all crime blogs would want to do the same, not have petty jealousies and attack other work product because they could not provide the same. ITS NOT ABOUT YOU!

It is obvious to any thinking and concerned person what people’s agenda are. When you make more of a concerted effort to attack those that are trying to help vs. help find a missing person, Houston we have a problem.

Some of you crime folks really need to get a reality check as to why and what you are doing. Sit back and think just how many hours, days and months must go into to real serious crime investigation. Now ask yourself whether you are willing to put forth that effort.

So many blogs claim that they write and report what the MSM is not willing to. REALLY? When you are presented with fact that make you “uncomfortable” that the MSM would never dream of reporting, why do you attack?

Once again I will say, once a parasite, always a “PARA-SITE”.

Kudos Blink and your band of crime researchers. You put this story on the map as LE could have cared less and this was never on their radar.

Hey, Blink, this is probably a good ruling for you to know about (it’s one for the GOOD guys!)..

    snip

(09-22) 12:14 PDT MORGAN HILL — A South Bay lawyer wasn’t acting as a Peeping Tom or a member of the paparazzi when he hired an investigator to stake out a Morgan Hill official in an unsuccessful search for evidence of a suspected romantic affair, a state appeals court says.

Instead, attorney Bruce Tichinin was exercising a citizen’s right to look into possible government wrongdoing, and can sue the city of Morgan Hill for allegedly retaliating against him by denouncing his actions, the appellate panel in San Jose said Monday.

Tichinin’s lawyer said the ruling by the Sixth District Court of Appeal should be good news for anyone, including the media, who is trying to find out what public officials are up to.

“You’re (constitutionally) protected when you lawfully gather evidence,” said attorney Steven Fink. “You can fight city hall sometimes.”

    Mr. Blink

I am a VFF in DE, you can check by my email I had to put on here, I just ask that you do not post it.

I have been following this case as I know a guy who responded to some fires in that town.

    I found this link:

    http://lancasterfarming.com/node/2030

It says a Chicken Farmer, Carole Morison, lost their contract with Perdue for not upgrading the chicken house, and for being in some kind of food documentary.

    It also says:

The letter was, however, very clear that the Morisons’ farm had broken the rules. Dated September 6, 2007, the letter stated:

“It has come to our attention, and we have indisputable evidence, that there have been several recent occasions where visitors have been on your farm and in your poultry houses in clear violation of your Farm’s Poultry Producer Agreement, your farm’s Farm Biosecurity Plan and Perdue’s established mandatory Biosecurity procedures. Specifically these visitors were on-site without signing the visitor log or without wearing the proper Biosecurity clothing. As stated in Perdue’s Biosecurity “Dedicated To’s” and “Never Evers” all visitors coming onto a farm must comply with the dress policy and sign the visitor log.”

    AND

In fact, said DeYoung, many farmers in the area lost their contracts with Perdue around the same time for failure to upgrade their facilities with tunnel ventilation.

Has anyone looked into the possibility that the rash of chicken house fires is related to losing grower contracts?

  44. i4ni says:

    VFFDE,
That is a good question, however, the morisons chicken house did’nt burn it was a vacant house on the adjacent proprty. Can’t say about the motives of other chicken house fires in the area. The bio-security measures that the Morisons broke are kind of lame, most farmers abide by the measures once there is a threat of disease such as avian flu, trake, and other contagious diseases. I believe Purdue uses these tactics to get rid of growers they don’t need due to the economy. Right after the Morisons were dropped, the recieved a top growers award.
As far as the upgrades to tunnel vent, it is very costly. If a grower can’t afford to upgrade, and then gets dropped, fire insurance might be an option in their eyes
With all that said, I strongly believe the Morisons would never be involved in anything underhanded.
Again I thank you for your input, it is a very good question and I hope you continue to follow this case and post anymore thoughts or imformation you might have, also I admire your involvment in your local fire dept.

I have not read anything on this thread since we were on the road last month somewhere around comment 92. There is a whole lot of ground that was covered and a lot that needs to be covered.

Homegrown has been a poster on the Tattler for years and means well. HG seemed to be looking for answers or clarification on mistakes like $24 million in grant money going to the FCVFD. heck if they had that much money the new fire house would be gold plated. They raised most of the money themselves, Boss Hogg (Russ Blake) got them a grant for a couple hundred thousand and they owe something on the building. i am not sure how much.

Scrap metal ain’t nothing but hard work and that is something that Tweakers usually avoid like the cops. The roof material is sometimes called “tin” but its really low grade galvanized steel that pays the least amount of money for the most work to get it out. There might be a couple hundred dollars worth of copper wire. The fans have “dirty copper” windings in the motors but again lots of work to get the clean copper out of them. Not enough money in the scrap metal to provide a financial motive to any logical person.

    CORRUPTION

The city of Pocomoke City Maryland is one of the most openly corrupt municipal governments in America.

City Manager “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake is the longest sitting City Manager at 34-years in US history.

Boss Hogg runs the city with an iron fist and is accountable to nobody except the city council. The elections for city council are rigged as the last one where my wife ran is proof of with the ballot box stuffing done in the open. The ballots are numbered and not secret so Boss Hogg and his henchmen know who voted for whom.

States Attorney Joel Todd did nothing about the vote rigging and ballot box stuffing other than to write a flowery report/ the past election was the third election in ten years that has been investigated by the States Attorney or grand jury, no arrests, no convictions, nobody will testify they are all afraid of Boss Hogg.

Pocomoke is home to one of Maryland’s most notorious open air drug markets. The profits are rumored to flow up to city hall because the drug market is reportedly operated by one of the city councilman’s family.

The Pocomoke City Police Dept protects the drug dealers. Xtraham used to tell anyone who would listen that he was arrested for having junk cars in his backyard because he allowed the Sheriff’s Dept video tape drug dealers from his home. A PCPD officer jumped in on the raid from that investigation at the last minute, created a technical reason for a Nolle Prosce in that case.

Councilman Honiss Cane, who is illegally retaining his council seat after moving out of his district in November 2007, bailed out 11 of the people arrested. The 12th could not be bailed out because of a parole violation. All charges were dropped and Xtraham was arrested while trying to move one of his vehicles so the tow truck would not tear up his yard. He was convicted of obstructing and hindering a police officer, whom he now lauds on his website and claims are his friends.

Pocomoke Mayor / initial lead detective in the Christine Sheddy case was recorded on the steps of City Hall laughing about witnessing City Manger “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake destroy public government documents while they were under an active MPAI (FOIA) request. The recording was sent to the Maryland Attorney General and States Attorney Joel Todd within 24-hours of being made, asking for them to investigate destruction of public documents.

Result: Billy Burke was arrested and charged with felony wiretapping, my house was raided by 7 police officers who seized 5 computers, my cell phone, several digital cameras, and a digital video camera that had only been used to film the opening of the absentee ballots Boss Hogg used to stuff the ballot box with 2-days earlier.

The problems in Pocomoke begin and end at City Hall with City Manger “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake.

There was a fire in the past year where a municipal building was burnt that contained maintenance equipment and “some older computers” and a few file cabinets. The older computers contained city financial records and contracting records that could possibly convict Boss Hogg for crimes against the citizens.

The City of Pocomoke sold 3 square blocks of prime downtown waterfront property for $750,000 at the peak of the real estate bubble. The buyer is a Maryland LLC whose members are rumored to include former and sitting city council members. Maryland corporate law does not allow LLC members identities to be disclosed and the city did not ask who really owned the company. The project being built there originally had a $40 to $50 million dollar built out value when completed.

The land was worth about $2 to $3 million at the time and never should have been sold in a private back room deal.

A minor note on the land deal, all of it was seized from private citizens by “Boss Hogg” after being condemned as unsafe by the City’s unlicensed building inspector.

City Councilman Honiss Cane sold the development group the lone building in the center of one block on a 30′ X 70′ lot for a reputed $250,000.00

Why would a group who paid $750,000 for 3 square blocks pay a crooked city councilman 1/4 million for a 30′ X 70′ parcel?

Corruption in Pocomoke is so out in the open even the children know about it.

Several years ago the Police Dept got a grant for an Easter Egg hunt with bikes and prizes. The eggs with prizes were in the city tennis court so access could be controlled. The Chief of Polices grandson was allowed to go in first & alone where he made a beeline to the egg with the “grand prize” Councilman Cane’s grandson was allowed in 2nd. Every child in town witnessed this then they were allowed in to pick up the candy and smaller prizes.

That was the same year the Chief “won” the $10,000 grand prize from the Chamber of Commerce.

Is anyone starting to get the picture about the open corruption in Pocomoke City?

The last Chief of Police copped a plea bargain after being investigated by the Grand Jury, was sentenced to 30-days and only had to do weekends. He is now the equivalent of Mayor in Princess Anne, MD the next town up the road.

Under Chief Whites reign, that was under Boss Hoggs direct supervision the PCPD used federal grant money to train for drug interdiction on Interstate 13. The PCPD would “profile” drug runners on this Florida to New York corridor, pull them over and find a trunk load of cocaine, guns and money. The drugs would be seized and the dealer / mule run out of town (or buried in the woods as many suspect) without being arrested.

The confiscated drugs would then be cut and broken into the smallest possible retail quantities, then sold in the open air drug market at full retail prices.

A pretty darned profitable operation if you ask me. No cost for product, no worry about getting busted and its all sold in the smallest quantity for the highest price.

Mike McDermott led the raid on Pocomoke City Hall after this had all been presented to the Grand Jury. He told me that City Manger “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake was one vote away from being indicted and he was not even being investigated.

The Chief copped a plea, had to do weekends.

The officer who was fired sued the city and reportedly won $250,000 cash settlement.

The only man whom the Pocomoke Police Dept reported to (as they still do) is City Manager “Boss Hogg” Russ Blake. Boss Hogg is still in office.

The cop who led the raid on City Hall, is now the Mayor who told us and Christine’s mother “…she is a sponge on society…” is now running for the Maryland State assembly.

We have contacted the FBI, DOJ, Attorney General, States attorney and when I finally get solid evidence and hand it over. BAM I am arrested for felony charges and have over $20,000 worth of electronics and software seized.

Does anyone wonder why nobody in Pocomoke wants to speak out?

Does anyone wonder why Xtraham changed his tune and is now claiming to be “Pro Pocomoke Law Enforcement” while slamming people he used to support?

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

The pressure has to be kept up and people need to do whatever they can to keep Christine’s case in the spotlight.

I don’t know how the open corruption in Pocomoke is connected to Christine Sheddy’s murder but Boss Hoggs henchmen are working to discredit Blink and anyone who is digging too deep like it’s their job.

    It’s Pocomoke…

    Yep.
Billy, funny thing is, they are not even good at that. Anyone can say whatever they wish in make believe.
What I know, and what you know, is Christine Sheddy, mom to 3, lost her life on the Byrd Road Farm on the eve of November 12, 2007. No amount of wagging the dog will change that. I look forward to justice for Christine, her children, and her family.

  47. Ragdoll says:

Blink, it’s obvious this case is ‘landlocked’ by corruption. I apologize if this is a dumb question. Could Christine’s murder be a ‘direct’ link (to the corruption), or it is simply Jr. (allegedly) et al? feeling invicible because of this ‘sir’ dude?

Oh dear God, I can’t imagine anyone being able to write something as horrific as this. My stomach is in knots right now. I pray Christine’s soul is at rest. Her children. I’m sorry. I have never read anything like his in my life.

I will not stop praying until she is found! Her children need a place to visit her and grieve.

…and if Joyce is behind any of this. I hope she and Levi NEVER see these beautiful babies again.

Chrisine, I pray you are safe in the grace and ever lasting love of our King’s arms.

    Ragdoll-
Thank you for reading about out dear Christine.

There are recent developments in this case I would L O V E to share publicly.

However, we are interested in it’s resolution and not pats on the back and so I will simply say:

For the first time since we began work on Christine Sheddy’s case, I have every confidence that we will find out what happened to her, and that the responsible parties will be brought to justice.

I have never heard of the type of rampant corruption that has gone on here, in my life. I was ignorant to it’s existence.
What Mayor, and subsequent lead detective calls a victim ” a sponge to society?”

I guess if he meant “sponge” as in mopping up the mess there in the end, maybe he was correct. In the end, her death is going to result in doing just that. I daresay Mr. McDermott will not be heading to “The Hill”.

Blink, if this cannot be posted, please, with all due respect, I perfectly understand. I know I am not entitled to any information that hasn’t been made known on your site alredy.

I reviewed Christine’s case on a few other blogs. One in particular (I’m sure you know) is bashing Christine and her family. They have gone so far as to say that Christine was having sexual relations with Justin, who would have been a minor (my instincts tell me that is a bold faced lie from hell). The comments are posted by ‘anonymous’. It didn’t occur to me until now that it could be Joyce. Is she being looked at or questioned by LE in any of this?

I TIA. Please forgive me if I crossed any lines. The thought of Christine and her family’s names being crucified because of heartless souls enrages me to the edge of heaven. These rumors need to be quashed by the fist of God.

Christine, her family, and yours truly have been maligned horribly because of the issues raised by her story.

Issues that many involved did not and do not want raised in our efforts to find her. In some cases those individuals actually befriended Christine’s mom to keep tabs on her and for inside information.

Christine was not involved with anyone on that farm and yes, I would presume Joyce will be speaking with LE if she has not already.

Your responses have given me great hope Blink. I have not been able to get Christine and her family off my mind.

I will continue to pray that your exhaustive efforts will meet ultimate convictions in every way possible. Part of me believes that perhaps Christine’s precious life met an end to expose the evil and rid this community from the devil itself. Her sacrifice cannot be in vain.

    ~Love~

You know what, I agree with you. This young lady had a very special purpose and we intend for her legacy to reflect that.
