Continuing today, divers have been spotted along Sauvie Island being instructed by a Geospatial analyst. A source inside the investigation speaking to blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity has confirmed the team is being guided by the aerial images taken from the National Guards Black Hawk Helicopter this past weekend. The team has been advised they are looking for a large container, possibly a suitcase or duffle bag, within the shore line. Fueling the speculation MCPD may be looking for a serial sex offender, following blinkoncrime.com article and radio interview Sunday evening,  journalists in Portland requested a judge make the Boy Scout “Perv Files” public information the following day in a previously unscheduled court appearance. On Monday, the judge promised to “get a decision out as fast as I can.” The jury awarded Lewis $1.4 million in compensatory damages and assessed the Scouts $18.5 million in punitive damages. The 1,247 files were described in court Monday as covering two decades and totaling more than 20,000 pages. The groups seeking the records are The Oregonian, The New York Times, Oregon Public Broadcasting, KGW-TV, The Associated Press and Courthouse News Service. Their lawyer, Dan Lindahl of Portland, cited the state constitution’s Bill of Rights: “No court shall be secret, but justice shall be administered, openly and without purchase.” Contributing editor Jason Mateos, Klaasend

“Kyron, you stole my heart, precious child”

He stole my heart too. This SM’s story is not adding up with her cell records & i also agree that a falsely accused won’t be silent for long. I don’t care who it is, whoever had any part in Kyron’s death i hope is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. (the law doesn’t go far enough in my view in crimes against children.

Did I read correctly. That the uncle was convicted for molesting a family member, and received a sentence of 3 months? That right there is whats wrong with a justice system that seems to not give a shit about these innocent kids. A child will live with this the rest of his/her life and he gets 3 months… With no real sentence I wonder how long it will be before his next victim? Thanks judge for releasing him to our neighborhoods so soon. Unbelievable!

After keeping up with this case I have my ideas: first the stepmother is an educated lady who by all accounts has been a good mother. Why would she jeopardize all she has worked for including the loss of seeing the little girl she loves? She is an impressive body builder and the possibility exists that a body builder could have steroid use which could affect their temperament as this could have been a case of rage.

I really do not think that is the case so my other speculation is that this case is being made to look at her while she and the authorities really know that someone very close to her has taken the boy and maybe the more heat on her will cause the true perpetrator to come forward (not wanting to see her take the rap for something they did.) They seem like a good family – my heart goes out to the birth mother – and I still cannot believe that the school never noticed he was gone though his backpack was there. What is up with that?

My prayers to the family for his recovery and to the work by the searchers and investigators who are tirelessly working this case.

I think Terri knew about the hearing for the Kristian Horman and used it as a decoy to muddy her evil crime against this sweet angel.

    http://blogs.wweek.com/news/2010/06/22/kyron-horman-update-man-spotted-in-photo-from-stepmoms-facebook-page/

If one looks closely at the photo in the link, allegedly taken by the stepmother, one can see deep in the background a little girl standing in front of a man, only the checked shirt of the man is showing.

Why all the questions about “was anyone else in the classroom?”

it is obvious to me that the photo was not taken during normal school hours, as more people would have been in the photo, OR the photo was taken during normal hours and all others besides the two (girl and man) hidden in the background, have been photoshopped out.
