Blink says: Hootie is now singing country people, let’s adapt and get out of the stereotypes.

    ———————–

LOL! Blink that was funny! I loved Hootie with the Blowfish and love him even more singing country! That being said, I know that there are sterotypes for a reason and not always pleasant…Speaking as a half italian, I don’t find much that I have in common with Snooky or any other of the Jersey Shore gang…but to defend one point…the BB players were the last to see Morgan and the sketch is listed as a black male. It would make sense to me to investigate if the BB players recognize the person in the sketch. They (BB) and sketch were the last to see her alive. Now that the sketch has been distributed I certainly hope that the Basketball players will be called by LE to come in and view the sketch and answer questions….I believe Hootie would want them to.

    Gawd.

As a Jerseyite, I can tell you I do not know a single kid that acts or looks like what appears on that show, nor do I know any housewife with those accents. Jus sayin’. That said, I have a deep affinity for a drawl. Always have.

My “Peeper/Stalker” was handed down a life sentence in 2008/2009 for a string of sexual assaults in the Falls Church/Annandale area in 2008. He has been incarcerated for over two years now. He was arrested, in 1990, and convicted for the 1986 rape that I mentioned and within months of his release, after 17 years in prison on a longer conviction (1990/91), he was up to the exact same behaviors. It took several months but the Fairfax County Police finally caught him in the act. He is now appealing his Life Sentence on the grounds of invasion of privacy. Fingers crossed he never gets out! He knows who his victims/witnesses are.

  4. katie says:

One thing that is very interesting about the peeper/stalker I have referred to: He had a girlfriend who is one of only a few Females on the Fairfax County RSO list. She is from somewhere very near Charlottesville…can’t recall but Fluvana seems to ring a bell. So, I wouldn’t rule out “Sketch” working with a female.

  5. Word Girl says:

acho, you spoke well, and I echo your words.

We don’t care what Morgan did or said. She could have indicated she was looking for drugs and sex.
    It doesn’t mean anything.

Acho: “no one had the right to take, touch, or kill her.” Way to go, Sister!

We will carry on her legacy and achieve justice.

    Fish,

I read but rarely post, if I ever have any PR problems then hope you will be my leader. You are a great victims advocate and actually take the time to research and then give it your all and straight from the heart. This old world needs more like you, you are a shining light and don’t ever give up.

“See Ville Girl, no one needs to stand up for any of the University of Virginia Basketball players that may have interacted with Morgan Harrington that night. UVA’s very own mouthpiece, Ms. Carol Wood told us all that it was entirely up these BB players to speak publically, if they so wished. They did not. THAT was their call. If they want to come out and say what happened or what crappy thing Ms. Harrington said or didn’t say or implied, then I say to them…
    “Let it rip!””

Fish — if she did act obnoxiously towards them, I would think they would have more class than to go public with it. What exactly would anyone benefit by a press conference aimed at putting her in a bad light. Even if not, they would have been idiots to speak publicly and I am sure their coach would have given them good advice not to. The one people managed to ID got dragged through the coals. I don’t think it is necessary to jump all over cville’s post. We are sharing knowledge here and she has some — even if it second/third hand. We are all adult enough to determine what weight to give it. I have seen far worse speculation about morgan, BB players and many others.

  8. localcvillegirl says:

Redly I agree that cvillegirl meant no harm in her post. We’ve all heard rumors and understand them as just that. Sometimes we have to let posts go…I have read many good things from cvillegirl, I know where she’s coming from. We’re all here for Morgan and her family, otherwise we wouldn’t be reading.

BB players were one the last groups of people to see Morgan, did not come forward until they were identified. Did they have something to hide? Anyway I found it interesting that there is an anthropology major on the BB team

All I can say is I really, really hope so. He is a serial offender. He needs taken off the street ASAP. Actually, he needed to have been taken off the street years ago. The Harringtons really need closure and women really need protected from this individual and the only way to do that is by getting to the bottom of this and arresting ALL who was involved.

“Is this why the request from the area cyclists?”

I was always intrigued by the reach out to the cyclists. The e-mail from the owner of one of the bike shops went out to riders in the area at the request of the FBI WHILE the VSP was still at the crime scene. I’ve always felt that something found there made them interested in cyclists. I don’t know anything about cycling or mountain biking but is it possible that something used to tie or drag Morgan into that spot could be identifiable as a cycling accessory? Perhaps something was found that contained sketch’s DNA. Possible he could be tied into cycling circles?

My guess is that it’s because this part of Albemarle county is popular for recreational cyclists, so they may know if something looked “off”.

TARHEEL COMMENT: I hate to be back on the BB players, but I checked the UVA roster and 1 of the anthropology majors also attended a Military Academy. Wasn’t there 3 BB players that spoke with Morgan that night? Have we identified all 3? I remember 2, but can’t recall ever hearing the identification of the 3rd?

  20. HokieHi says:

“My guess is that it’s because this part of Albemarle county is popular for recreational cyclists, so they may know if something looked “off”.”

Maybe. I just think there is more to it than that. If the forensic evidence didn’t come from Morgan, then there had to be something left behind. For LE to reach out to a specific group that quickly in the investigation makes me think there was something “left behind” that pointed them specifically towards that group. Just my .02 though.

  21. barney1 says:

Read thehook story today. More information.

  22. Enquirer says:

Okay, I’ve been sitting on this post for a couple of days in an attempt to write it as sensitively as I can – it is not my intention to get anyones back up here so I’ve felt the need to censor much of it – I hope it is still able to be interpreted even with some of the content from it pulled.

Let’s for a moment move away from the good ol’ boy angle (which has, and still does, sit well with me) and move towards two pieces of information that dont sit well with me at all – this POI and the Copley Bridge sighting.

Let’s then assume that both statements are correct:
    1. Morgan harrington was last seen on Copley Bridge
    2. The man in the sketch above was involved in her murder

We can rule out with some degree of certainty that ‘the nine’ knew this man (otherwise this man would be in custody by now). And I seriously doubt that Morgan got into this man’s vehicle willingly (hitchhiking?) if he were a stranger – the GG turned BG scenario would have to be out the window with the description of this guy.

So where did this man abduct Morgan? On the bridge? On the way to the Ivy Sqaure? How many quiet streets are there in netween the two where this guy could of grabbed her and thrown her into his van/car without being noticed?

Many have always assumed that Morgan was headed in the direction of Ivy to set up camp and wait for the concert to finish/find a phone to ring a friend for a lift. Is it not possible that she knew/knew of a property in the immediate area where one can find something that passes the time (a property that her old friends might not have know about)? Under this scenario our man immortalised in sketch form would not neccasirly have to be the tenant, but possibly an associate of the tenant.

My question is to Blink & those who know the area around Copley Bridge better than me: how many houses within a potential 10 – 15 minute walk from Copley Bridge have off street parking?

My other question is, is why are so many so sure that Morgan’s Pantera T shirt was taken from the perps vehicle or AF and dumped on the corner of 15th? And not placed there to move the direction of suspicion away from another property in the area?

Whilst I stated at the start of my post that these two things dont necessarily sit well with me, I must also confess that Im not confident in any way, shape, or form that I can say that I unequivocally believe that AF is our OCS.

    —————————————-

Interesting, I find your “faith” admirable B. In reading the Hook article, you were all but “unnamed” as the source of the Fairfax connection…

…Geller says the timing of the release was prompted by a crime blog, which announced that investigators had discovered a link between the Harrington case and another recent Fairfax case— the wrong one.

I find it very “odd”, however, that the Harrington’s were aware of the connection for “some time” and that David Bass was NOT shown the sketch until AFTER the release. What was the issue? Perhaps the course of the investigation was not progressing in an agreeable fashion?

“It pressured us to get this information out there,” Geller, admitting that the decision was so rushed that police hadn’t even shown the composite to David Bass…

…bereaved parents Dan and Gil Harrington say they’re grateful that the connection they’ve known about for “some time” has finally been made available to members of the public, who might be able to help.

It appears to me that LE and the Harrington’s have a differing opinion about “how” information should be shared in this case. Furthermore, in the release of what appeared to be “sensitive” information to the public, my hope is that LE does not literally “shut the door” to EVERYONE involved. It appears that a disconnect has already occurred.

    http://www.readthehook.com/blog/index.php/2010/07/06/is-this-morgans-killer-fairfax-case-connection-offers-hope-fresh-fear/

I guess I will leave it up to the readers. If a forensic link was found in a 5 year old sex assault case, and tied to a murder x number of miles away, where everyone was told their was no threat, and the owner of the farm where the victim was found HAD NOT EVEN BEEN SHOWN THE SKETCH after having the link for months…

    Would you want to know?

Didn’t they also put out a thank you for tips generated from the sketch?

Blink scratches head and raises left eyebrow.

  32. acho says:

Hey everyone, just thinking on the Hook story and various comments I’ve read elsewhere today (trying to stay on high road here). I just went to Blink’s much-referenced article “linking” the Pham case to Morgan’s, and I gotta say folks, it’s NOT a link. Who would blame a person for wondering about Pham when that very public case was breaking? How can Blink be faulted for linking the two when in that very piece she said

“Therefore, blinkoncrime cannot confirm source reports Morgan’s case is connected to the recent homicide of Vanessa Pham.”

For that matter, she even said she contacted Geller first.

I am happy the Harringtons are happy the news is out. I am thrilled to be able to glean more details about what happened to that victim in 2005 (and I hope she’s been able to forge on and make a good life for herself, as I cannot imagine the trauma).

I wish I knew for sure whether the scent dog was taken down along the RR tracks under Copeley and behind Foods of All Nations. That makes me especially nervous, now that I’ve read Courteney’s reporting of the 2005 assault in The Hook.

As for Bass’ not having seen the sketch, what does that tell you all? Why would LE not have bothered to show him the sketch? It either makes perfect sense or none at all …

I do not know what it is, but y’all do a better job of quoting me, well, than me.

I know that I should feel defensive a bit, at least on behalf of my editors who work their azzes off to uncover leads like this, to be villafied for doing so-

That said, because they are such proffesionals, we don’t get bogged down. It is like composting for us.

Tell me when this perp is caught, it was not because of the announcement of the link and sketch in any way. I dare you.

Then read how I will interview the people that knew this guy, knew him daily, that could have been a victim had he not been caught.

My gift of fear tells me I am obligated to share that with others. What the Hell is the point of doing this work if we cannot say at the end of the day.. It mattered.

This might be the most restraint I have ever been able to muster from such an incongruous comment defending the non-release of a serial offender’s link and sketch. Seriously.

Next to a freaking picture of her actual boot, the release of pics of the farm taken a week after Morgan is alleged to have been placed there, the announcement of a group sleepover on the farm WHILE she was there, this is the single biggest development and disclosure in a case that is knocking on 10 months old. Anyone else want to send their kids to school next month without an arrest in this case?

ps. Every development in this case as noted above, appeared exactly here. The “unnamed crime blog.”
ok, that was for the editors. Without them, who is still talking about this case realistically from a media perspective?

Sorry, I think Morgan and Harrington’s come before ego or credit, right??
    B

  33. Minnie Penney says:

I always thought the reason Morgan approached the BB players was – they were getting in their cars to go home after their practice and she was looking for a ride home. When they learned she wanted to go to Roanoke they said no and left. Anybody heard, read, anything else? Back in my criminolgy class, in 1969 – around the time I was put in “Ole Sparky” our class also got to see a sketch artist at work. I was shown a photo of a man and asked to look carefully at it for a few minutes. The picture was removed and the sketch artist began – maybe I was nervous – maybe trying so hard to get it right. The artist finished and then I was shown actual photos and I picked out a photo and it was correct – but my sketch choice was way off.

  34. counselor4u says:

    Blink,
You do good work, with integrity. Hold you head high, girl. I for one salute your efforts in bringing justice for the Harrington’s murdered daughter, Morgan. I cannot speak for them, but, have a feeling that they support you! As do I and your many dedicated posters here.

  35. Minnie Penney says:

I have never read what the BB players said about Morgan – is that posted somewhere? Would like to read it – I feel starved for new info right now.

  36. lily says:

Blink – I think your observations about “who is still talking about this case realistically from a media perspective?” is precisely what is going on here. There have been so many missed opportunities to leverage the public while memories were fresh – and concern was at an all time high.

But instead – people are picking apart others because of ego and in the vacuum of real and relevant information.

Well there are people who still care. And NO – BIG FAT F’N NO – I would not be sending my daughter to that school this fall.

Contrast this case, with others, that are proponents of using the media and public to progress leads in a case.
Specifically, Kyron’s case, where the Sheriff holds a press conference for the sole reason of creating leads to keep his men busy. What happened the next day? Biggest leads in the case to date.

Lol, you know what this really is? It is freakin six sigma training. Yep, just dated myself.
Generate leads, close the loop. Nothing fancy.

  37. Minnie Penney says:

Did I read this correctly – LE had the 2005 perp drawing and did not show it to Mr. Bass ?????? !!!!!!! oh no…. I’m gonna go watch Betty White on Joey Behar.

  39. George says:

If Morgan was behaving really bizarrely toward the basketball players and saying things totally out of character she could have been undergoing a first schizophrenia episode. As one poster has noted some time ago she was at about the age where it first manifests itself. Maybe it is possible to describe her behavior toward the basketball players with with dignity and restraint, no one (here) is interested in salacious gossip.

  40. fish says:

    Hey, while I’m at it.
Let me explain one more thought of mine.

The last time I checked no one needed another girl to be grabbed, raped, beaten, shattered, broken, and dead. It is about time that the entire State of Virginia realized that this is a very real-time possibility and we were finally given the knowledge of seeing a face!

    heart u.
    all I got today
    B
I pray that someone will turn him in. Turn them in. I am very doubtful that it is only Sketch, a man who is so pathetic an individual one could be, but, a man none-the-less. He will make that mistake and when he does, I don’t care who is standing there taking credit. Just that Law Enforcement is there.

Why does anyone doubt putting out information? It is long overdue.
The last I heard Ms. Blink was behind Law Enforcement.
She is pro-law enforcement. If they or for that matter, anyone reading her site, want to click the X and opt out.
Then by all means, DO IT AND DO IT NOW!
    I’m stayin’ put!!!

I listened, waited, contemplated, agonized, went on that search, read, posted here and posted flyers all over town, was insulted and told that I thought I “lived in a dreamland” not Harrisonburg, party college town of all college towns, USA. I looked through thousands of posts, meet some people I had no business meeting but glad and sad I did, carried rocks to that bridge and yes, even felt the pain of Dan and Gil Harrington and Morgan’s brother, Alex. Do I think that for another minute these people want Morgan to just be left in that pile without someone having her back or providing her a voice???

    HELL NO!!!

They want help. They are obeying LE to the point; I want to scream from that Copeley Road Bridge!!!

And all anybody can do is bitch about whether Blink on Crime can spell, whether her sentences are fragmented, whether we truly give a shit about a cheesy jumpsuit? Whether she forced a hand?

    Well, I don’t care.
I want the guy who took Morgan Harrington into the dead of night and murdered her and I want him now!
Am I at the point of lighting torches, amassing a civilian, vigilante army, and going out looking for him myself? Well, I would but I will stand by Law Enforcement to do that. We all will do that. But, I will not apologize for having that thought. Do I, we or even BOC and her editors want credit or recognition? I think absolutely, NOT.
They want there not to be a next one.
But, how can I help but think that we will need another one to go missing and found dead?

How effing tragic for another family that right now may have been sitting at a dinner table for the last time with their daughter!

Hell, it could be mine for all I know. But I will tell you one thing; if for one minute anyone wants to think that any girl from here on out, should not go down without a fight…think again.
*Here’s a graphic warning for anyone who wants to read something from me….

FIGHT! BITE! SWALLOW! TEAR! SCRATCH! PULL! KICK! SCREAM!
He is not going to let you live!
TAKE his DNA just like he will take your life!
Swallow it whole; bite a chunk right out of his arm, leg, or anywhere else for that matter. Make him pay. Make him need medical attention! When he comes off his power trip, he will seek it out. Just what cowards that prey upon young girls do.

Carry that photo around with you everywhere. Run off copies; give them to your friends, to the girl that works at your local MacDonald’s. Pass them around the campus’ of The University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, JMU,G. Mason and every college in between. Give them to anyone regardless of their race, religion or whether they believe Blink on Crime did the right thing or not.
They may just someday thank you. And for goodness sake, pay attention to your surroundings.

He will wait for you to be caught off guard.
    This is his J O B!

Don’t hate on someone that is trying to put information and correct information out here. Do I agree with this woman and her site 100%? Well, to be perfectly honest with you, NO. But, I believe in her true intentions. Her intentions to be on the side of a victim that lost the fight!

Do I think that Blink on Crime and her editors need an effing fish to stand up for them? Hell No, I don’t. They signed on that dotted line when they signed on for this J O B!

But, what are we all suppose to do? Someone fill me in?
Sit here with my thumb up my…and wait?
Wait, till he is able to pull it off successfully again?
When he hits big numbers, as in girls. Will the national media then jump on this bandwagon for big numbers for themselves? Will they then say, “OH, there was this website, warning the public, searching for killers, and speaking out for those who couldn’t but we guess she may have tried, but really, what did she know?”

NO, they will take the credit and my guess is Blink on Crime will sit back and be OK with it, as long as the attention is given to Morgan, the other victims, and finding the killer and killers that commit these crimes. Money will be generated when it becomes a serial killing crime spree? Maybe the numbers aren’t big enough yet. The numbers not in $$$ but in young women!!! How jaded am I?

I always tell my kid try not to tear other people down. Yes, speak your mind, state your opinion, and do it with respect for yourself and for the other person and for God sake, kid, apologize if necessary. I have personally banged heads here with many. I’m sorry. I said it many times over. But, it is like I have always reminded everyone here; it is not about us and our feelings. No, it is about and in this specific case, Morgan Dana Harrington.
A girl who will be drug through the mud yet again, when we catch him. My personal job description is to see that it is, at best, kept to a minimum. This is why I’m here.
Not because I have knowledge of what the hell I was searching for, I didn’t.
Not because I know that field of Law Enforcement, I don’t and,
Not because I know what it is Blink on Crime does, I don’t know that either.
I stay for her and her family. For a brother, I have so much in common with. I stay for her!

But, if for one minute, I think that people, including the Law Enforcement community should not be able to stop and turn on a dime, do it with a good deal more resources than what I have, and be able to issue an apology or change a plan of action, then I’ll just shut up and leave them all to do the bang-up job to date. None of us, should ever question anything. Stop reporting, stop the interest, protect your own, and never look out for each other. Ever!

But, it just seems to me that while, behind the scenes, crap may have been going down concerning Morgan Harrington BUT here it is…
HOW WOULD I KNOW? I DON’T, we didn’t because no one had said anything until HIS FUGLY FACE came to be.

So, I sit here reading, and searching, and posting, and teaching my own their own sense of right and wrong, to be observant, keeping them from their summer, to find their voice and speak it loud and proud. No one and I mean no one, which is not on this site, day after day, many times a day and night should say shit to shineola about what Blink on Crime may or may not have done. Heck, I don’t even know what she states behind closed doors to Law Enforcement. And, by the way has anyone thought that they may be utilizing certain opportunities to get things out in the public without jeopardizing THEIR so-called case? None of us know and really, we do not want to know.
Just go get that f*cking killer and put him away. I don’t want it ever to be that one of our own is the next. Not CvilleGirl, not Observer, not SlowRollerDad, not ANY of ours! Plus, I’m sure that Christine Sheddy’s mother just might have a differing opinion about this woman and her capabilities.

I would even say at this point, I do not want to waste any more precious time hashing back and forth the virtues of Blink and her Editors or even her site.

    Don’t like it…Squat elsewhere!

But, in the meantime, we have a guy whose DNA is linked to a brutal assault where she survives and a brutal assault where she is found dead. Which one will the next one be? I do not want either. Neither does BOC, neither does The Virginia State Police.

Enough about all this personal bullshit. (Fragmented sentence, peeps) Keep it to what we can do, how we can help, how we can love and support, and for the Love of God, keep it about a girl who right now needs our help!!!

    Noooooooo, not Morgan.
The next one that HE is going to grab.

We all should be on our knees praying to God, Allah, Jesus Christ, a rock, the moon, the box on your mantel or for that matter to Lt. Joseph Rader!
I don’t give a shit who. Just pray that another one is not taken from her family and friends who love her so very much!

p.s. it has been five (5) years and no arrests. Yet we are to be satisfied with this? And, David Bass wasn’t shown the sketch of Sketch yet. How long did they have it?
Anchorage Farm is less than 7 miles from Cville!
“It pressured us to get this information out there,” says Geller, admitting that the decision was so rushed that police hadn’t even shown the composite to David Bass, the man who found Harrington’s remains…”

    *Corrine, I pre-apologize dear, instead of complaining about the pressure of the blog;
It’s called CODE THREE, RACE it over to him.

(I’m going to take deep, cleansing breathes now and apologize for the any and all of the above snarky comments)

    (chill + relax).

With all my wordly powers, I have discovered that I cannot make assclowns not act like assclowns.

They are just going to anyway. It can be me today, or they spend the day figuring out who else to bash for their own ineptness cause it takes the focus off of the fact they did nothing, nor do they really care to, it is just better than admitting it.

You already know this. All the smarties do. Eyes forward my dearest lady- if you can’t see them, they are not there.

I will climb into the dunk tank daily if it will bring justice to our shiny girl- Morgan Harrington.

    Let’s Endure everyone, k?

    Hugs around-

Do you know if LE reached out to the homeless community within Cville. It may not be a huge one but one exists.
Have they shown the sketch to them???
They would not be perceived a threat to Sketch and visa versa but maybe just maybe they have seen him.

    And…

Thank you George, You said it much better than I obviously did. I just want it to be with respect and not down and dirty.
She suffered enough and it is now her family that will.
That is not to say, we do not need to hear it all, the good, the bad, and the ugly but just with some dignity.

    And…

CvilleGirl, I’m sorry for my harshness. Please accept.
It is like Momof3 has always said…”It is sometimes hard to interpret our feelings and the tone of our voice in our written words”. I just was upset about your choice of wording concerning your friend’s so-called knowledge of some of her last words and the fact, that I waited so long in addressing my feelings on your tragic job requirement.
I too, know you and your community at UVA have suffered greatly.

But, please next time, no release of personal information.
No matter whether we know it or not.
Check the box and keep it quiet.
It is good for you and for the deceased.
Take it from me, I personally have first-hand knowledge of someone that was required to do some of the same. She couldn’t understand why we would be upset.
It was just our family protecting all we had left.
    Her medical records.

    Understand?

I’m not usually all that impressed with my state government of Illinois (probably don’t need to explain too much about why), but I’m kinda happy about this:

Maybe you should consider bringing a microphone with you to Copley Bridge. Alot of people could learn from you.

Sure seemed like alot of The Hook posters have read here before. They actually learned something from the crazy bloggers. Imagine that?

The Harringtons are happy about recent events. All I need to know.

    Keep your head up Blink.

    And that they are Mary-

Thanks for the giggle. Love -love that flick-

Fish you just rock! Big fin clap for voicing so well what alot of us here think. Blink handles her site with fairness and compassion. She does support LE, she does support the victims, she does support the survivors, she does support the media. The thing she does not support is the criminal. This site is a tool that LE can and will use. It is a new force for good! I am just sitting in the back seat waiting for stilleto heel driver to get us where we need to go. OMG I just looked up at the TV and saw Lindsy Lohan’s nail job in court. She has “Fu.. You” painted on them. People just do not get it.

  50. cvilleconcerned says:

Why was the VSP sitting on the sketch and the info for so long, and how long was it? They certainly were not working on an age progression of the image or showing it without facial hair. They weren’t showing it to Mr. Bass. Let’s pray that were showing it to the last witnesses to see Morgan alive, like the basketball players and HH witnesses. Sadly, if warning the public that a serial offender was in the area was such an inconvenience for them, I would guess they were doing whatever would be the most convenient. Waiting to be told who did it?

We have the Harringtons in October 2009 being the lone voice in the media to the public that their daughter was abducted, by most likely a serial offender, and dismayed that they were having to warn the community when it should have been LE’s JOB. Was that too inconvenient for LE? OK, maybe not enough info was in yet. Next Morgan is found murdered, as anticipated by the Harringtons gut feelings, by the owner of a large farm to the dismay of LE. This must have been very inconvenient. Could LE provide a warming then? No, instead they tell us how wonderful it is to live in Charlottesville. How Gil didn’t die then from her brain exploding over this statement by Lt. Rader I do not know.

Now we have forensic evidence connecting Morgan’s murder to another brutal sexual assault with a description and sketch that LE lets the Harringtons know about, but not the public. The Harringtons get the ray of hope with justice being closer at hand, but at the same time the frustration that people are still at risk and LE sees no need to warn anyone. LE then has to release the image and info because of Blink’s article of yet another murder that might be connected, and they say their hand was forced! How inconvenient for them, and now what: Is Charlottesville not the wonderful place to live in any more? More leads coming in that might be inconvenient for LE?

Blink, you are my hero. When I read how inconvenient it was for the local LE to do anything in the Cristine Sheddy case, my heart sunk so low at the prospects of justice happening anywhere in our lifetimes for Cristine. You got outside LE involved and justice for Cristine and her mother.

Keep it up Blink! Maybe if the VSP is too inconvenienced by all of their responsibilities to both the public and their cases, they might ask for perhaps the FBI to take over the hard ones. If not they need to up their game in the lead gathering-following-up area, and most definitely in the keeping-the-public-aware-of-dangerous-individuals-in-the-communities-that-they-serve-area. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, VSP.

The best to you Blink, your editors, and all of the participants here seeking justice.
