On what is Kyron Horman’s 8th Birthday, the Skyline School, where Kyron was scheduled to begin the third grade, is buzzing with the start of the years activities without him.

In response to the disappearance and presumed abduction of the bespectacled herpetologist; Skyline has implemented a myriad of mandatory safety features as well as a state of the art security camera system. While complete with facial recognition capability, one face it will not be recognizing today, is that of Kyron Horman.
Although missing since the morning of June 4, 2010, there have been no updates from the many State and Federal agencies participating in the criminal investigation of his disappearance since August 12, 2010.
Adding to the mounting concern about the status of Kyron’s fate are the words of his own parents, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young.
“The police will not stop until they find Kyron and the harder they have to search–the harder this will get for you,” wrote Young. “You will go to jail and whoever has been helping you will have to talk police or they will go to jail.”
It is clear from Kaine and Desiree’s comments that they believe Terri Horman, Kyron’s step mom, is at least partially responsible for Kyron vanishing. While they stop short of naming any possible accomplices, Rod Underhill, the chief deputy district attorney of Multnomah County, Captain Jason Gates, Detective Bob O’Donnell of the Multnomah County Sheriff Office have sought the publics help to flush them out. Multnomah County Chief Deputy District Attorney Rod Underhill said a witness, or witnesses, have reported seeing someone else by the Hormans’ extended-cab pickup while it was parked in front of the school between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on June 4, the day Kyron disappeared. In what was characterized as a slip-up, methinks that that Kyron’s Mom told us that someone was actually Kyron.
While Terri Horman is holed up at her parents newly refinanced home in Roseburg and under the mortgage-sized retainer protection of Stephen Houze; she is awaiting the September 21st contempt hearing for allegedly violating an order that she not disclose the “sealed” reasoning for, or contents of, the current restraining order in effect against her.
Accomplice, Witness, Opportunist or Collateral Damage?
Rodolfo “Rudy” Estrada Sanchez
When reached at one of the numbers records show is billed in his brothers name, Jaime Estrada Sanchez, who uses the name Jaime Estrada on his carpet cleaning business website declined to comment to blinkoncrime.com and the number has since been disconnected.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a close family friend who has since been interviewed by the FBI, has confirmed that Terri Horman is pointing her finger directly at Sanchez. She has also stated that she and Sanchez had an altercation after she attempted to end their relationship in May which ended in a 911 call and a visit from Clackamas County Sheriff Office in the presence of Sanchez’s wife and children. While it did not result in any charges, Horman told the source that the landscaper was furious with her because he is not in the US legally. While blinkoncrime.com has not been able to verify the date of the alleged 911 call, we have been able to verify that Terri called her Mother immediately following the incident and told her that Kaine had found out about the landscaper she hired to do what she referred to as “her yardwork” and when she informed him that she could no longer use him because Kaine was making her fire him, he lunged at her with Kiara in her arms. Kaine Horman denies the couple ever hired the landscaper as well as any previous information as to his estranged wife’s possible dealings with Sanchez.
It should be noted that Mr. Sanchez has not been charged with any crime in this matter and local references to his business are highly complimentary. In fact, Jean Ann Van Krevelen a friend and “mentor” of Dede Spicher has used RS Landscape Maintenance on a few occasions, leaving positive reviews on the ServiceMaster listing which deleted his business from the site on 6/21/10. Heather Walters, owner of Rosemont Farm,which is not West Wind Farm, where Dede Spicher was working the morning of June 4th and out of reach by phone from approximately 90 minutes, has never met Terri Horman or heard of their family prior to Kyron’s disappearance. When I asked her if she knew Rudy Sanchez or if she ever hired his firm to work at WWF, she replied “not that I recall, no, but we did have a blackberry clean up a few years ago so it is possible.”

Although records indicate that he was placed under post probation supervision by ICE on February 19, 2010, according to Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez Federal criminal docket after being “found in the US and apprehended” in August 2009” following a previous deportation in 2003, he was “administratively arrested” on February 23, 2010. A Federal Grand Jury’s subsequent indictment was issued on March 4 and he was immediately incarcerated.
Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez rap sheet includes convictions for rape, failure to register as a sex offender and a host of probation and parole violations prior to his deportation.
In what can only be categorized as a bizarre coincidence, Oregon BOP VINE network shows that on June 26, 2010, they very day of the “sting” involving Rudy Sanchez, Anselmo was transferred and released to “community supervision”. There is no record of either his transfer or his booking by MCSO July 8th on his docket. What is reflected on the record for June 21st, is the US Marshall Service requested a rescheduling of his plea hearing on July 1st - July 12th directly with the presiding judge outside of his Federal appointed defense attorney. Yep. Exparte. Mr. Sanchez attorney Allison Clark used the 7/12/10 court date to file a motion to quit the case. They have subsequently worked through their differences and were scheduled to appear yesterday, but a 4th continuance in the case was granted to reschedule for October 7, 2010. In that motion, Ms. Clark asserts that Mr. Sanchez has been in custody the entire time but that his records are difficult to retrieve so more time to prepare for trial is necessary. I’ll say.

Up until a few weeks ago, she was also very much the object of accusation by Desiree Young and Kaine Horman, as well as the investigators assigned to Kyron’s case. So much so, they released a flyer featuring the ginger ladies and the infamous white truck. LE has subsequently backed off of Spicher and publicly stated they do not believe it was her in the white truck in the lot of the Skyline School. Dede’s father is a semi-retired Klamath County Sheriff deputy. If it can be confirmed Spicher knew Kyron was missing on June 4th we have a very big problem.

Michael Cook
The source of both information for the contempt filing and hundreds of sexts exchanged between he and Terri Horman following Kaine Horman’s filing for divorce and leaving the marital residence as advised by MCSO, Michael Cook was a high school classmate of Kaine Horman.
Mr. Cook is also one smarmy dude if his former spouse Shannon has anything to say about it.
Oddly, blinkoncrime.com has learned from an inside source that Cook was not called before the grand jury to testify. In the instant action for contempt, Kaine Horman’s attorney Laura Rackner specifically references the “sexting” and the text regarding Houze’s fee as information provided by law enforcement.
So, was he acting as an agent for le or is he himself under investigation?
Jason Wishert
William Jason Wishert is undoubtedly wishing he had not interjected himself in this case. Apparently new to the blogosphere via a request from Maxine Bernstein of the Oregonian, Mr. Wishert took to what he saw as his *nuveau*cause*celeb* status with moxy.
That was until he announced his appearance on the scaredmonkeys.net forum to answer questions about the case and cry the blues when he accused the Oregonian of using his rough notes to skewer Dede Spicher. According to Wishert the “not a lot of kissing but plenty of telling” memo was not supposed to be published. About 3 minutes into his introduction to his “sleuthing public” Wishert was asked why he spelled his name incorrectly and if he was indeed the son of convicted child porn possessor William Kent Wishart. In a really bad move, Mr. Wishert denied the allegation and retreated with his tail somewhere on his person.
Kent Wishart, former CEO of Graphic Sciences, is in Federal Custody for the next 4 years for possession of child porn and engaging in a file sharing subscription for same. Jason’s brother Grant is an employee of GS. All three Wishert’s hold numerous active and inactive business licenses throughout Oregon and Washington. Graphic Sciences has a Mexican affiliate office.
Both Jason and his brother James Grant have had numerous legal entanglements (editor’s note: say it just like Chief Margie with the flat “a”) and our attempts to substantiate Jason’s claims about court appointed child advocacy certifications have yet to be confirmed.
However, with his Uncle John Kerr, Jason Wishert is heavily involved in the Friends of Pimpollo Charity which sponsors various children issues and an orphanage in Mexico. FOP is a verified charity with a 50% tax deduction rate according to IRS Publication 78 in good standing, but they are years behind in their annual reporting.

Today, Kyron Horman’s eigth birthday, may not bring us any closer to where our frog prince is, but we do wish to extend our thoughts and prayers in celebration of his special day to his parents, friends and family. So you have two Sanchez brothers who are both small business owners in Portland. Maybe ideal circumstances for money laundering?
Maybe when TH called the cops on RS, she came close to either exposing a larger illegal drug operation or getting a key player deported. Maybe people involved in that operation took Kyron as a way to tell TH to STFU and to pay her back for the trouble she caused.
ASS was perhaps arrested earlier as part of the investigation into that same drug operation and released to LE (a la 48 Hours) to help LE find some of the hidden marijauna fields where Kyron might be stashed.

One thing I learned from you today, Blink, is that the reason LE picked up on the connection between RS and TH so quickly is because of the record of the 911 call. I always wondered about that. Clearly, talking to RS was a game changer for LE.
I also want to note that the problems with RS came in May and James left the house in March. I thought James might have been moved to keep him safe. If so, there was trouble earlier than March. If not, what was TH hiding/protecting James from.
About the Grand Jury for those who are wondering – This is how I understand it in Oregon:
The Grand Jury is a tool LE can use to determine if there is enough evidence to indicate a trial jury would be likely to convict someone on the possible charges, assuming no contradictory evidence were presented to convince them otherwise. Therefore, it is not a “sure thing” if there is “True Bill”, which means “yes”.
A Grand Jury has a normal term of service (which has passed in this case) which can be extended by either continuing to work or by suspending their work until they are recalled to review more evidence – this would be determined by a judge.
It is possible to even take a year or 2, but if anything happens that the minimum number of the same people (5) who have heard all the evidence are no longer available, they would have to start over with a new GJ, so not desirable to stretch it out too long for many reasons.
A Grand Jury that is suspended can be recalled by the judge. A Grand Jury that is dismissed is done forever, and it would take a court order to call a new GJ for the same charge. Dismissal could be because they have found “Not a True Bill” (not enough evidence to attempt to prove guilt – in effect, it dismisses the charge), or because something has happened with the composition of the jury itself.
LE can also use the Grand Jury as an investigative tool to present witnesses and, perhaps in some cases, to impress a witness with the seriousness of their situation and to start them thinking about making a deal.

Note that the article says participants in these drug organizations are reluctant to snitch because they fear someone will harm their family members. So maybe what happened to Kyron was not only payback for TH setting the police onto RS but also a message to anyone else who might think about giving information to the police.
Blink, has any of your investigative team requested a FOIA at the Clackamas County Sheriffs Office for the 911 call Terri made that reportedly happened in May and resulted in deputies visiting RS’s residence? The FOIA report of that call/dispatch would give the date.
The call is not referencable by incident number, so take it from there.
It is my personal opinion she may have the date wrong, but I have been told any call originating from a home that is involved in a criminal investigation will be withheld for investigative reasons.

From some of your first KH posts, still standing are: LS (now RS); some sexual connection; SM involvement. Sigh: There’s just something ‘superfluous’ to all the subsequent info, which seems to be at least 3 to 4 layers away from finding a little boy who just turned 8. I’ll add that the order of your roster is revealing (to me) and especially the term “collateral damage” (aka “friendly fire” –damage toward friendly, neutral, and even enemy forces; affecting facilities, equipment, or personnel, per USAF, in that order; and impacted by destroying the targeted enemy.) I just talked to my neighbor who spent 40 years in LE. I learned from him that 1) there must not be any proof of the MFH, 2) there must not be any evidence directly linking TH or RS to Kyron’s disappearance, 3) secret arrests are highly unlikely (he even laughed at me), and 4) he gave a reasonable explanation for every LE agency involved in this case.

Multnomah County officials say they’re getting fewer leads as the investigation nears the end of its 14th week. Callers used to phone in five to 10 tips an hour but now are down to one to five tips an hour. The sheriff’s office wouldn’t say how many detectives are assigned to the case, and authorities have not publicly named a person of interest or a suspect in Kyron’s June 4 disappearance.

Time for a reality check:
I’m confident that LE and a dozen support agencies have chased down every lead, interviewed every possible suspect (in and out of fed housing), searched and re-searched every location they could think of .. resulting in no arrest or indictment. Does not look good. So sorry!!

Is there any significance to Kyron being seen by the white truck between 8:15 and 8:45 on June 4th? We know she took him to school around that time the morning of the 4th. Also, since Ky’s backpack and coat were in the school what would motivate him to walk out of the school, presuming the theory his SM told him to meet her at the truck for a Drs. appointment, without retrieving those items? It was a cool and rainy day! He obviously left the school sans coat and backpack for some reason. Help, I’m trying to establish some logic here.
I am not sure if I understand about the information that Rudy was visited by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s office – did it come only from the family friend of the Moulton’s or was this independently verified?

S, regarding your discussion with your ex-LE neighbor…my husband is a former Dep DA from a neighboring county here in OR, and he said pretty much the same things that your neighbor did, particularly about a secret arrest, and added more about the GJ process. Namely, that since this investigation is complex, with many agencies and counties working on it, he speculates that the Mult CO DA office is running its own investigation – which is essentially what a GJ is here in OR, a DA’s investigation where witnesses testify under oath, and not necessarily called specifically to consider an indictment at this time.
This jury was convened for this case.
While there is not “secret arrests”, there are plenty of sealed indictments without immediate arrest warrants.

Since she is the owner of Rosemont Farm, why would she hire anyone at WWF? I understood from a letter that she wrote to the public that DS proposed being an intern at Rosemont, but was never hired. End of story. Are you saying that Heather also has a connection to WWF? Clearly she has already lost a lot of privacy with all this, so if this is a typo, then so be it; let’s correct it. But if it is a fact, then what is the connection?

It seems to me that ASS (I like that abbreviations A LOT) has a very colorful past that may include several aliases, a lot of traveling, and definitely a lot of crime. I’m of the opinion that several LE agencies are waiting in line for their turn at this guy, which may explain why his “paperwork” is such a mess, among other things. I do not for one second think it is a coincidence that he was released to “community supervision” on June 26th, I think LE was using him for something in particular on that date. I will not be surprised if he IS the same AS from Florida, although that “paperwork” seems to be a mess as well. I have the two photos in front of me and I can’t help asking “What are the chances that the two would look just like each other?”
I’m still on the fence about MC, that whole thing is so bizarre. It’s of particular interest to me that he did not appear before the GJ. My fence is leaning towards cooperating with LE.
As for JW, he is smarmy too. We’ve dug up a lot of dish on him already, more to come I would imagine. LOL, what a bonehead.
As for TH and DS, just last night Anna Song at KATU said “It’s interesting that we have DS and TH, these two middle aged women, both moving back home to live with their parents at this point.” I call it karma.

I know that the truck pic above is the one included on the second questionnaire distributed to Skyline residents, but is there any significance to the fact that the F250 pictured in that photo is different than the F250 featured on the original (June 18, I believe) Skyline questionnaire?
In every photo I have seen of Kaine’s ‘alleged’ truck, the F250 is all white. In the original questionnaire, though, the truck has a gray bottom side panel.
Am I reading too much into that?
Here is what I come up with so far regarding the truck:
1. The picture could be that of Rudy’s truck, and if so is identical to Kaine’s.
2. If the truck is Rudy’s, the picture of his truck was taken outside of his house, or at one of his jobs.
4. If it is not Rudy’s lawn mower, it is DeDe’s in the back of Kaine’s truck.
Perhaps LE thought DeDe may be involved because someone reported seeing a lawn mower. I am assuming she uses them in her work here.
OK, I fully admit that the following scenario is REALLY out there!!!!!! But then again, so are the elements in this case! It seems that LE thinks there were potentially two white trucks in the parking lot (identical?) which is why I think they were asking for exact infro re: license plate, etc. IIRC. What if Rudy cornered Terri at gun-point in the school parking lot. Demanded to watch Kiara while Terri went to get Kyron to go outside per his demands. After getting Kyron, Terri leaves with Kiara and is freaking out all over town.
Did Kyron take the bus to school that morning? I don’t remember now.

Blink, I just want to say what a wonderful job you’ve done in beginning to “connect the dots.” I’m impressed, too, with the private investigations conducted by fellow blinkers, including Dee, Mockingbirdsings, S and Beejay. Also, some very enlightening observations by posters here.
Probably, there are more “dots” yet to emerge, but I feel encouraged there is some progress in the case. I’m not so convinced that RS is the mastermind behind Ky’s disappearance, otherwise I doubt he would’ve been granted immunity for his GJ testimony. Instead, TH would’ve been testifying against him.
I am still mulling everything in my mind, but will continue to follow…
In addition to my last post, what if Kyron really DID have a Doctor’s appointment the day of the SF, but was unable to make it if he was off with Rudy. Now Terry has to act like it was the following Friday.

I read more on that page and they might be right. I’m depressed. Now I think that last LE press conference and the subsequent grilling of Dave Stensen, the turf tech might have signified that there were 2 trucks. And one was Dave’s!
And Dave was the other person and he wasn’t near the Horman truck. And Ky wasn’t outdoors. And LE didn’t even TALK to Dave till after the last presser. And TH parked only–what 16 car spaces from the front door? That’s not all that far; I just counted them off at a parking lot.
And TH’s timeline was too tight for shenanigans at the school. And unless the school issued ME a time-marked receipt I couldn’t have told you to the nearest half hour when I left there. And I think DeDe was only growing organic pot under lights in that one room she refused to let LE look in initially.

Too much spectulation from some saying,rest in peace. It really angers me. Until we know otherwise, with family and friends we CANNOT lose all they have, hope. I pray with my family every day for Kyron to be reunited with his family. Even though there is clearly something wrong with TH, I personally believe that Kyron was taken by someone he had met before. For reasons only TH knows. As far as the picture of the white truck… I magnified it quite good. Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a stroller? Answer anyone. The handles are much wider than any lawnmower I’ve seen.

OK, he didn’t want to get caught. So,if not him, then maybe he just picked up a local talent grabber–over in Canby, should be easy–and had him do the grab. That way, if he got caught, no problem for RS. Somebody unlikely to be believed. And a stranger to Ky. It certainly could be done (link was on one of my previous posts to a DOE study; the mothers who watched them in progress wept at how easy it was). RS could have told somebody all about the school. Even taken him there to do some landscaping in advance. “Day laborers” with the regular crew are nothing to catch attention.
If we need to work in Ky as the target of a sexually motivated crime, then RS chose a perv and said “here’s a gift for you”; RS motivation? Payback for TH reporting him to LE earlier when he lunged at her. Illegal is welcomed in Portland; lawbreakers not so much. TH put him in a real bind with his family, the law, his life in the USA. Lunging at the citizenry with babes in arms?
Then, if he has a shady sideline business–whoa. I’m surprised TH isn’t dead, frankly.

In the usual free online people searches (only in the Canby, Milwaukie, Oregon City, and Portland areas), Jaime Estrada is also listed as Jaime Sanchez Estrada. Rudy Sanchez is listed as Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada. If that is the case, then the 2 men are likely to be brothers. Sanchez would be their father’s name and Estrada would be their mother’s name. For the short version of the names, it would normally be the father’s name (Sanchez), not the last in the line of names. (Given all that’s gone on, I could understand (if so) using some intentional variation in names by Jaime, especially when starting a new business after the attention Rudy has gotten.)
The US way of using surnames is so different from many other cultures that it is very easy to get names mixed up or turned around by the way forms are filled out, computer systems alphabetize, etc. Here is one very clearly written explanation:

If Anselmo is Sanchez-Sanchez, he could be the half brother – or any other relative or none at all, of course.
Are we positive now that the names for Jaime and Rudy are “Estrada Sanchez”, as written in the new piece, not “Sanchez Estrada” so Rudy was going by his mother’s name?
They use both, and AS-S has addional aliases.

Did you guys know there are over 700,000 registered sex offenders in the US? Those are just the registered ones, meaning the ones who’ve been caught. And some states (like Nebraska) don’t count the ones who are currently incarcerated. WTH?
It is way worse than that twinkle- the register, per state is strictly tied to the individual states supreme court statute.
ie: In OR, if your off the parole supervision/probation- your name is off the register.
There should be a Federal legislation on this issue.

@Blink: GREAT job — and timely, just when posters (like me) also feel the lag of info through August. From some of your first KH posts, still standing are: LS (now RS); some sexual connection; SM involvement. Sigh: There’s just something ‘superfluous’ to all the subsequent info, which seems to be at least 3 to 4 layers away from finding a little boy who just turned 8. I’ll add that the order of your roster is revealing (to me) and especially the term “collateral damage” (aka “friendly fire” –damage toward friendly, neutral, and even enemy forces; affecting facilities, equipment, or personnel, per USAF, in that order; and impacted by destroying the targeted enemy.) Also the roster leaves out the main 3-month-plus focus of attention: TH — whether it’s because she’s BEEN the most talked about or that she’s taken another place in your equation. Do we have a picture of Rudy’s truck? Is the picture meant to show how much Rudy’s truck looked like Kaine’s (this one does look like Kaine’s)? If Rudy had a crew, it would make sense that he had an extended cab (4 doors), too. I assumed Rudy would have the “R.S. Landscape Maintenance” name on the truck, but maybe it was only on the driver’s side (not so easy to identify on the passenger side, or he had a magnetic sign, or he didn’t mark the truck at all.
Why does it matter what’s in the back?
@ Andy – I don’t think it’s a stroller in the back because most strollers have a top that hangs down the back and flips over for sun or rain protection, and sometimes a net or bag for carrying things. It would be unusual to remove that, especially with Oregon weather being what it was. Larger ones also have a cup holder on the bar across the top.
This truck does not appear to be parked in a driveway.

The call is not referencable by incident number, so take it from there.
It is my personal opinion she may have the date wrong, but I have been told any call originating from a home that is involved in a criminal investigation will be withheld for investigative reasons.

I’m thinking that RS was probably not at all involved in the abduction and doesn’t know what happened to Ky. The sting was a set-up to find Ky’s location so RS didn’t know it. RS probably took a polygraph and has been cleared of, at least, knowing Ky’s location. Believe that RS negotiated a deal to stay free and, perhaps, included brother/brother-in-arms Sanchez-Sanchez in the deal. But all he could give up on TH was the MFH.
Please Blink — another hint — am not getting Chief Margie at all.
RS is absolutely involved in the mfh plot, period. Whether or not he is involved in what happened to Kyron, remains to be seen, my money says absolutely. People do NOT openly admit to felonies that will land their ass in Fed pen for no reason, and it is mostly because it is what we call a “lesser included.”

Blink I am freaked as well. First AS in florida committed the supposed rape of a 4 year old when he was in 8th grade. I would say 13-14 years old. Add 14 years since the crime was in 1997 and he would be about 28yo. Same age as AS-S in OR. He was stopped and arrested Feb. 7 in FL. It shows he also had a hold order from federal immigration officials at that time.
Then per your article:
he was placed under post probation supervision by ICE on February 19, 2010, according to Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez Federal criminal docket after being “found in the US and apprehended” in August 2009” following a previous deportation in 2003, he was “administratively arrested” on February 23, 2010. A Federal Grand Jury’s subsequent indictment was issued on March 4 and he was immediately incarcerated.
ICE may have got him 2/23 following the earlier arrest that month.
The two pictures just look so much like the same guy. If you put one on top of the other in front of a light it looks like the same guy.

I’m not seeing the resemblance at all. The eyes are noticeably different (notice AS-S has a droop to his left eye) and the Florida AS’s lips are wider and less full and pouty. And looking at the skin around the nostrils, you’ll see AS-S’s ‘fatter’ (for lack of a better term). I’d bet $100 if FL AS’s ears were showing they would be different than the distinct AS-S’s.
I love Blink’s latest piece, but a major quibble is the account of the TH/RS altercation when TH fires him (the ‘lunging incident’), since I now have learned to take most accounts involving TH (both pro and con)with a huge grain of salt.
It has taken me a day to read, re-read, and digest this new piece. Thanks Blink for all your hard work to find out what happened to Kyron and for giving us a lot of information to ponder!
The picture of the truck: When I right clicked it, I found the name Kainetruck, so I’m assuming that it’s his. Upon blowing up the picture, it looks like a car windshield to me. It isn’t anything in the bed, because I can see the black bed liner in front of the object. What’s more interesting to me is the “target audience” of this picture. Hmmm, I’ll have to think about that one; often pictures are used to prove you were there. You said that you were going on location – I hope you enjoyed the NW, if you were here.

So this “close family friend” posted here a few times and talked about the monsoons in Phoenix. We haven’t heard from her for quite a while. But my real question is to whom was Terri pointing the finger at Rudy? Did she tell LE that she thought he was responsible? I cannot find it but I thought I read that during the June 26th polygraph, Terri asked for an attorney as soon as they asked about the landscaper. (Blink, I looked through the back articles and couldn’t find it in the main text, maybe it was in the comments. I’m sorry for not attributing.) If she is so freely telling her mom and family friends about about Rudy’s menacing, why would she not tell the people who can help her?

I put both pictures side by side and it doesn’t look like the same person to me. Most notably, the eyes are different. Of course, the AS involved with the Kyron case is not an upstanding citizen either, so if he is involved, it can’t be good.

For the few who think I’m brave – thank you, but not so much, I just drove past the house. I worked for over 15 years in a great high school with some students who were Bloods or Crips (not an expellable offense if you wanted to study and act appropriately) and other influences that would sometimes get out of hand, prostitution across the street and drugs and alcohol easily available nearby for students to sometimes buy at lunch. The microwave in the cafeteria had to go when a student tried to dry marijuana leaves in it. Many bad things happened at that school, and wonderful, remarkable things as well.
My big claim to fame at that high school was probably the months we had an arsonist (non-student) who would sneak in and start fires. When there were shootings or fires, I was assigned to guard one of the many doors and not let anybody I didn’t recognize come in. The only person I ever argued with and refused to let in was a tall guy in a dark blue suit who didn’t show me his FBI badge until he figured out he wasn’t going to get in. It helps if you can laugh more than you worry in situations like that. (He didn’t laugh.)

Two quick thoughts: To Dee, on your post of 9/9 at 10:15pm. Hate to admit it, but I “like” your thinking. (hate to admit it because of the obvious implications.) Makes a lot of sense given all that we have heard. Logical, solid, as possible as any other scenario, and more possible than some.
To Andy re equipment in truck being a stroller? Ok, I am without children, but I don’t think that could be a stroller because the “body” of the stroller would be visible. In other words, we’d be able to see the top of the stroller under which the baby sits – the canopy if you will – it would surely be as high as the side of the truck. But you made me look again! Great ideas still brewing here.

On the other thread, I wrote that maybe Ky was the payment for what TH owed for the MFH that wasn’t done. But that’s a child for a $10,000 (?) debt, like it meant no more than any object? TH lied a lot it seems so why not lie about something to get the money from her parents? Give RS the new John Deere and say it was stolen (I’m sure he could have used it). Put it on a credit card for heaven’s sake! I think I fell from 30,000 and can’t see the forest for the trees.
Like Marln828, I believe that the shape seen in the white truck photo is the windshield of a second car, most likely a convertible. It does not appear to be “in” the bed of the truck. It also appears the location may be the Horman yard on Sheltered Nook. Ergo, confused by the “target audience” reference.

WRT to picture of the lawn mower-esque object, I don’t think it’s a stroller. The handle is too wide. It’s not a windshield of a car – the rest of the car should be visible below the bed of the truck. It definitely could be a mower, power washer and it also looks like the handle of the dirt compactor we rented this summer.
Is the truck picture the same one on the poster with TH and DD? The shadows on the side match, front wheels are turned.

1. SY knows about the 911 call on May 9
2. Her tone is very protective of Terri and she states that LS was fired for “somthing the police know all about.”
