On what is Kyron Horman’s 8th Birthday, the Skyline School, where Kyron was scheduled to begin the third grade, is buzzing with the start of the years activities without him.

In response to the disappearance and presumed abduction of the bespectacled herpetologist; Skyline has implemented a myriad of mandatory safety features as well as a state of the art security camera system. While complete with facial recognition capability, one face it will not be recognizing today, is that of Kyron Horman.
Although missing since the morning of June 4, 2010, there have been no updates from the many State and Federal agencies participating in the criminal investigation of his disappearance since August 12, 2010.
Adding to the mounting concern about the status of Kyron’s fate are the words of his own parents, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young.
“The police will not stop until they find Kyron and the harder they have to search–the harder this will get for you,” wrote Young. “You will go to jail and whoever has been helping you will have to talk police or they will go to jail.”
It is clear from Kaine and Desiree’s comments that they believe Terri Horman, Kyron’s step mom, is at least partially responsible for Kyron vanishing. While they stop short of naming any possible accomplices, Rod Underhill, the chief deputy district attorney of Multnomah County, Captain Jason Gates, Detective Bob O’Donnell of the Multnomah County Sheriff Office have sought the publics help to flush them out. Multnomah County Chief Deputy District Attorney Rod Underhill said a witness, or witnesses, have reported seeing someone else by the Hormans’ extended-cab pickup while it was parked in front of the school between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on June 4, the day Kyron disappeared. In what was characterized as a slip-up, methinks that that Kyron’s Mom told us that someone was actually Kyron.
While Terri Horman is holed up at her parents newly refinanced home in Roseburg and under the mortgage-sized retainer protection of Stephen Houze; she is awaiting the September 21st contempt hearing for allegedly violating an order that she not disclose the “sealed” reasoning for, or contents of, the current restraining order in effect against her.
Accomplice, Witness, Opportunist or Collateral Damage?
Rodolfo “Rudy” Estrada Sanchez
When reached at one of the numbers records show is billed in his brothers name, Jaime Estrada Sanchez, who uses the name Jaime Estrada on his carpet cleaning business website declined to comment to blinkoncrime.com and the number has since been disconnected.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a close family friend who has since been interviewed by the FBI, has confirmed that Terri Horman is pointing her finger directly at Sanchez. She has also stated that she and Sanchez had an altercation after she attempted to end their relationship in May which ended in a 911 call and a visit from Clackamas County Sheriff Office in the presence of Sanchez’s wife and children. While it did not result in any charges, Horman told the source that the landscaper was furious with her because he is not in the US legally. While blinkoncrime.com has not been able to verify the date of the alleged 911 call, we have been able to verify that Terri called her Mother immediately following the incident and told her that Kaine had found out about the landscaper she hired to do what she referred to as “her yardwork” and when she informed him that she could no longer use him because Kaine was making her fire him, he lunged at her with Kiara in her arms. Kaine Horman denies the couple ever hired the landscaper as well as any previous information as to his estranged wife’s possible dealings with Sanchez.
It should be noted that Mr. Sanchez has not been charged with any crime in this matter and local references to his business are highly complimentary. In fact, Jean Ann Van Krevelen a friend and “mentor” of Dede Spicher has used RS Landscape Maintenance on a few occasions, leaving positive reviews on the ServiceMaster listing which deleted his business from the site on 6/21/10. Heather Walters, owner of Rosemont Farm,which is not West Wind Farm, where Dede Spicher was working the morning of June 4th and out of reach by phone from approximately 90 minutes, has never met Terri Horman or heard of their family prior to Kyron’s disappearance. When I asked her if she knew Rudy Sanchez or if she ever hired his firm to work at WWF, she replied “not that I recall, no, but we did have a blackberry clean up a few years ago so it is possible.”

Although records indicate that he was placed under post probation supervision by ICE on February 19, 2010, according to Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez Federal criminal docket after being “found in the US and apprehended” in August 2009” following a previous deportation in 2003, he was “administratively arrested” on February 23, 2010. A Federal Grand Jury’s subsequent indictment was issued on March 4 and he was immediately incarcerated.
Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez rap sheet includes convictions for rape, failure to register as a sex offender and a host of probation and parole violations prior to his deportation.
In what can only be categorized as a bizarre coincidence, Oregon BOP VINE network shows that on June 26, 2010, they very day of the “sting” involving Rudy Sanchez, Anselmo was transferred and released to “community supervision”. There is no record of either his transfer or his booking by MCSO July 8th on his docket. What is reflected on the record for June 21st, is the US Marshall Service requested a rescheduling of his plea hearing on July 1st - July 12th directly with the presiding judge outside of his Federal appointed defense attorney. Yep. Exparte. Mr. Sanchez attorney Allison Clark used the 7/12/10 court date to file a motion to quit the case. They have subsequently worked through their differences and were scheduled to appear yesterday, but a 4th continuance in the case was granted to reschedule for October 7, 2010. In that motion, Ms. Clark asserts that Mr. Sanchez has been in custody the entire time but that his records are difficult to retrieve so more time to prepare for trial is necessary. I’ll say.

Up until a few weeks ago, she was also very much the object of accusation by Desiree Young and Kaine Horman, as well as the investigators assigned to Kyron’s case. So much so, they released a flyer featuring the ginger ladies and the infamous white truck. LE has subsequently backed off of Spicher and publicly stated they do not believe it was her in the white truck in the lot of the Skyline School. Dede’s father is a semi-retired Klamath County Sheriff deputy. If it can be confirmed Spicher knew Kyron was missing on June 4th we have a very big problem.

Michael Cook
The source of both information for the contempt filing and hundreds of sexts exchanged between he and Terri Horman following Kaine Horman’s filing for divorce and leaving the marital residence as advised by MCSO, Michael Cook was a high school classmate of Kaine Horman.
Mr. Cook is also one smarmy dude if his former spouse Shannon has anything to say about it.
Oddly, blinkoncrime.com has learned from an inside source that Cook was not called before the grand jury to testify. In the instant action for contempt, Kaine Horman’s attorney Laura Rackner specifically references the “sexting” and the text regarding Houze’s fee as information provided by law enforcement.
So, was he acting as an agent for le or is he himself under investigation?
Jason Wishert
William Jason Wishert is undoubtedly wishing he had not interjected himself in this case. Apparently new to the blogosphere via a request from Maxine Bernstein of the Oregonian, Mr. Wishert took to what he saw as his *nuveau*cause*celeb* status with moxy.
That was until he announced his appearance on the scaredmonkeys.net forum to answer questions about the case and cry the blues when he accused the Oregonian of using his rough notes to skewer Dede Spicher. According to Wishert the “not a lot of kissing but plenty of telling” memo was not supposed to be published. About 3 minutes into his introduction to his “sleuthing public” Wishert was asked why he spelled his name incorrectly and if he was indeed the son of convicted child porn possessor William Kent Wishart. In a really bad move, Mr. Wishert denied the allegation and retreated with his tail somewhere on his person.
Kent Wishart, former CEO of Graphic Sciences, is in Federal Custody for the next 4 years for possession of child porn and engaging in a file sharing subscription for same. Jason’s brother Grant is an employee of GS. All three Wishert’s hold numerous active and inactive business licenses throughout Oregon and Washington. Graphic Sciences has a Mexican affiliate office.
Both Jason and his brother James Grant have had numerous legal entanglements (editor’s note: say it just like Chief Margie with the flat “a”) and our attempts to substantiate Jason’s claims about court appointed child advocacy certifications have yet to be confirmed.
However, with his Uncle John Kerr, Jason Wishert is heavily involved in the Friends of Pimpollo Charity which sponsors various children issues and an orphanage in Mexico. FOP is a verified charity with a 50% tax deduction rate according to IRS Publication 78 in good standing, but they are years behind in their annual reporting.

Today, Kyron Horman’s eigth birthday, may not bring us any closer to where our frog prince is, but we do wish to extend our thoughts and prayers in celebration of his special day to his parents, friends and family. Where is Rudy now?????????
It seems to me if Rudy and Terri were both in on removing Kyron from the school, they must have been doing a little smoochy-smoochy since Terri calling LE on Rudy in May. She may have been the cause. Or she may have done it without Rudy, but I don’t see it as a plan between the two of them unless Kyron was used as payment to Rudy for something.Of course this is my own opinon.

Something I’ve been wondering about for awhile but haven’t seen/heard yet in any LE comments …
Anyone know if soil samples were taken from the white truck that TH was supposedly driving the morning Ky disappeared? This is a well-known investigative tool in many cases, and since they are searching Sauvie Island lately, one would think they might have at least a chance of matching up soil from the truck and there to possibly determine if the samples match to see if TH was in fact there at some point. Could also narrow down a specific area she might’ve left Kyron. I know that’s only a slight possibility since Sauvie is pretty large, but just thinking out loud here. Sometimes plants/certain kinds of soil are only found in specific areas and can often help solve cases.

IIRC, in one of the statements I read in the last couple wks regarding RS and TMH and the MFH plot, RS allegedly told police he never had any intention of carrying out the hit on Kaine, but that TMH was allegedly going to “give him something”. Anyway you can maybe elaborate on what this might’ve meant? If RS never intended to carry out the plan TMH hired him for yet she assumed he would, then what could she have possibly have “promised him?” Don’t MFH situations usually mean you carry out the required job and then you get whatever was promised to you after? Why, if RS never intended to carry it out would he still think he would get something from TMH anyway, and what the heck was it? Could it possibly have been Ky? Whatever “it” is is bugging me like nobody’s business!
I don’t believe he ever said that, to my knowledge.

As others have noted, this wording is so unusual, it begs the question, is there even more than one person who would use the word “disappear” in that way, and in connection with this case?
The sentence structure of “Terri disappeared Kyron” could be due to language difficulties by a non-native speaker. To me, the syntax sounds like it could be the same syntax used in Spanish.
I understand some spoken Spanish but am not conversant in it. I would appreciate others’ input on whether my observation is correct.
There are also certain mental illnesses that affect an individual’s language, including syntax and word choices.
I don’t have time to do it right now, but later this evening, I will look up the various “disappeared Kyron” and “disappear Kyron” references and see if they have other similarities.
IIRC, the strange youtube.com videos regarding this case also invoked some oddball sentence structure as well. Where is Seamusoreily when you need him or her?

newsatfive, I believe wholeheartedly that "disappeared Kyron" is merely a slang term and nothing should be inferred from it. To me, it's just something someone said that took flight way before the Kyron case. I've heard it many times before this, and probably have used it myself even though I prefer using proper English.
One thing that has always bothered me is the term: "So and so has gone missing." To me that seems like bad grammar. Gone missing? The word "gone" is unnecessary. It should just be "So and so is missing." or "So and so disappeared yesterday." It's another awkward term, imo. But I wouldn't think of either misuse of the English language as anything baffling. Just like the bad grammar term, "so and so is way cool!" Bad grammar but everybody says it it seems and is just slang! MOO
Blink, may I ask you about the earlier link of your interview with Dana? In that discussion you said that in order for the ‘sting’ to be approved a subpoena was issued and that Terri then made a 911 call. You said Terri had to be told she was a suspect in accordance with Miranda, and that because of that you figured that either she or the landscaper would be arrested shortly.
My question is: If Terri were read her Miranda Rights, is this the same as arresting her or do they simply read Miranda just to tell someone they are a suspect? Obviously Terri wasn’t arrested, but maybe Rudy was? Nobody seems to know where Rudy is. ?? Is it possible that he was arrested but was still called to and testified at Grand Jury? If he was arrested, would he still be in jail if he was cooperating and/or is now “State’s Witness”? Or perhaps he is in ‘protective custody’? TIA

I’m in a position where I deal with lots of elected officials in the City of Gresham (if you remember, they declined being on the task force). I was at a function this morning and although I don’t even pretend to think it will change anything, I did express my displeasure to the Mayor and members of the Police Department. I know it’s a budget thing, and I understand that, but I still felt I had to mention my disappointment to them. Someone has to be *that* lady.

Using disappeared that way has been around for a long time. U2 had a song from the 80′s called “Mothers of the Disappeared”.

All the movies I’ve seen about hits being hired, (which makes me a real expert, lol) one has to pay 1/2 in advance and the remaining after the act is carried out.
Possibly Rudy was acting as if he wanted to collect the deposit during the sting.

All that research is already posted here, not too long ago. I found Elsy listed as a family member at the household of Ubaldo and Marie (or Maria) G. Sanchez. Address is back upstream some. All kinds of stuff back upstream.
And if I’ve put everybody’s posts together correctly, we’re most likely looking for Elsy to have been living with her husband, or at least not be divorced from him, at the time she took the kids. Don’t know why the delay in the felony warrant for Elsy, though.
@MockingbirdSings: I would hope schools would NOT give out that info. either. But personal contacts who trust each other often share info. Failing rounding up somebody who knows somebody, or feet on the pavement snooping, then we’ll just have to wait and read about it in the papers. Or at BOC, somewhat in advance of that. Frustrating, but we can only research things so far online.

With stepfather Tony being a detective, maybe he demanded that Kyron’s picture ot be placed on Facebook. Law enforcement has repeatedly stated to not put pictures of young children on social media sites because it is a stalking ground for pedophiles. Kyron being school age, this makes sense.
Desiree stated she suspected Terri when she received the phone call that Kyron was missing. If you were being accused of something horrendous, hw would you act? Since you do not know Kaine, Desiree, or Tony, how do you know what they say is true about Terri? How do you know it isn’t because of Desiree’s blame game from the first night Kyron was missing?
Those of you who say people defend Terri without knowing how she is “really like” how can you believe the other three without knowing what they are like? If three people lie against someone, does it automatically make it truth?
In light of Desiree saying she suspected Terri from the start, the photo of the first press conference shows me Terri was being shunned from the start. Some people do not cry and to make judgment against them is like saying Kaine is guilty because he did not cry. The sheriff shed more tears for Kyron during the press conferences than Kaine did.
Before you voice your displeasure too loudly I urge you to remember that the citizens of Gresham voted down a very small property tax increase to fund additional officers. No doubt. And, like I said, I understand. I’m a property owner in this area and work in the social services arena, in Rockwood. Believe me, I see the effects of the budget every day, it’s bad and getting worse. I had the opportunity, so I took it. Seriously, I would probably do it again.

So Desiree doesn’t believe Terri handed him off..right? If so, what could she possibly be thinking TH did with him?
I think Ky was set up by Terri and he either went with her or TH arranged to have someone be at the school (known to Ky)to pick him up on the pretense of a Drs. appt. Either way, what would be the motive other than wanting him out of her hair? If he indeed left with TH and she handed him off chances are nil he’s alive no matter who hands he ended up in.

In writing this I am aware of what a Skyline parent wrote recently about accounts made by young students that have been discounted by detectives. I’m only writing it because people are discussing the “cool electric one” as a key factor in Kyron’s disappearance, and it comes from the account of young TP.
It seems that there’s a running assumption that Kyron went downstairs to see the cool electric one, but I haven’t found any real source that indicates this to be the case. I don’t have the time for an exhaustive search, so maybe I simply missed it. But from the KOIN interview with TP, he indicates that HE went downstairs, and he makes no mention of which direction Kyron went.

And in the kptv online article TP’s account of his last sighting of Kyron makes no mention of the direction in which either of them went:
“He walked by the hallway and I’m like, ‘Hi, Kyron,’ and he’s like, ‘Hi. I’m going to go see this cool one. It’s electric.’ I’m like, ‘Alright, bye.’ And that’s the last time I saw him,” Tanner said. “He never did make it back to class.”

That doesn’t mean Kyron didn’t go downstairs before he disappeared, it means we just don’t know. I know in building scenarios we take what we know, and what we think we know, and add possibilities onto those which we have no proof of, but it’s best to keep straight which is which.
It’s kind of hard to do that when there are so many people talking and writing about something mysterious. Anyone, please correct me if I’m wrong about this “downstairs” detail. Thanks.
Does anybody have a contact in Clackamas County Sheriff’s Dept? Who could find out for you if Rudy’s children were a 5-yr old girl and an infant boy, about 18 mos. old–when they went to Rudy’s house?

I was not at the science fair that morning, so I will let another speak to that, as anything I said would be heresay. We have lots on involved fathers at Skyline so I have a lot of trouble believing there wasn’t a single man chaperoning that day, let alone that Terri would have that info.
I was at the “talent” show – as were many other parents. Let me tell you that is an incredibly slow two hours. I wouldn’t blame Terri at all for punting it, if that were her only suspicious behavior. I think whatever Kyron was planning to do, it was probably short and not that well rehearsed.
I can’t tell who the guy in the backround of the pic is. Possibly I just don’t have the screne res for it. But honestly I think its a red herring. I think someone nailed it a while back when they said they didn’t release that info due to privacy. Assuming he was a Skyline dad, he would have talked to the cops on Sunday, just like the rest of us.

Awhile ago someone asked Blink how DS knew RS and your reply was “coming up soon”…don’t recall seeing this answer. I do remember mention of DS’s friend knowing RS, and that this woman used RS services; but I don’t remember anyone specifically giving an account of how Dede knew RS. Does DS have a relative Rick who is owner of Absolute Tree Care in Klamath Falls? Maybe he knew RS?

Agree. One of the classrooms upstairs (in between the office and Ky’s classroom) had electrical displays. That would be more likely IMO.

Thank you for your publicrecordsdetectivesjournal post. It confirms my sense that the perpetrator had to have deep knowledge of two subjects: the school and its procedures; Kyron.
The abductor would have had to have known that there was a Science Fair, the time of the fair, the time the bells would ring, when the tours would start, where the different displays would be, when class would start, when the halls would be empty and when they would be full, when the parents would leave and by which exit(s), which door Kyron would leave from, where Kyron’s classroom was, the fact that there were no cameras anywhere, where the truck should be parked to avoid sight-lines from classrooms but still be near a certain exit, and probably a dozen more things I haven’t thought of. For a stranger to have gone in there on that day and grabbed a kid would have been beyond stupid…it would have been courting disaster. Just this knowledge reduces the pool considerably to Terri; a teacher, administrator or secretary; or someone directed by one of them. I don’t think that most of the parents or other staff would have had enough knowledge of the school and its unusual schedule that day to have planned this as meticulously as it was planned. It would be interesting to know if Terri had been volunteering a lot the previous week or two, perhaps in the office, where she would have been privy to plans and timelines for the morning of the science fair.
The second subject the perp had to have known well and deeply was Kyron. He/she had to have known the best way to get Kyron out of the building without raising the suspicions of others or of Kyron himself. This, of course, narrows the pool even further and, if you add in motive, there is really only one name that comes up.
You may not be able to pinpoint Terri’s exact motive from among many possibilities but you can be pretty sure that no one else who fits the above criteria would have had any motive at all.
The detective website points out another compelling fact: Kyron would have been beaming with pride and excitement regarding the project that he had just worked so hard on. He would never have wandered off or left voluntarily with Terri to go to the doctor’s just as all the kids were starting their tours. That is why his coat was still there even though it was raining…he didn’t know that he was leaving. He had to have been lured outside by someone he trusted “just for a second” during the moments after the bell rang and hundreds of bodies were moving hurriedly in many different directions at once.
What really tears me up is that this perp is so coldhearted that he or she, knowing what was about to happen to Ky, couldn’t even allow him a little a moment of glory and happiness to savor his beautiful work with his friends.
If anyone can think of another possible perp who fits the criteria above i.e. is trusted by Kyron and has inside knowledge of the school, please tell me who. If you don’t think the perp needed to fit the criteria above to accomplish this crime, then please tell me how else it could have been done.

My question is: If Terri were read her Miranda Rights, is this the same as arresting her or do they simply read Miranda just to tell someone they are a suspect? Obviously Terri wasn’t arrested, but maybe Rudy was? Nobody seems to know where Rudy is. ?? Is it possible that he was arrested but was still called to and testified at Grand Jury? If he was arrested, would he still be in jail if he was cooperating and/or is now “State’s Witness”? Or perhaps he is in ‘protective custody’? TIA

If I undersatnd correctly, there is a door leading outside from Kyron’s classroom. I think this is where there was a fresh boot print(s). When I think of the boot print(s), I think primarily of a working man OR maybe someone wore boots in the rain/mud to only remove and toss later on. Maybe remove before entering a vehicle and stuff in a bag to toss. I wonder what time trash pick up was that day? I know it is like clock-work at my house. What would be interesting to know if there were any mud-tracks at all in the class room and/or if there were any tracks from Kyron’s little shoes.
Based on the way I interpret things that Blink has provided, my first guess is to say it is Rudy. Although Rudy may have only been hired to work outside, there are times when a restroom is needed, unless there was an outhouse for workers. Rudy could have become very friendly with the people in the front office. And like Twinkletoes mentioned that there could be a utility room where something occured. In this case, I think of something being stored for the project as a reason to have entered to school at some point in the past. If this was the case, then maybe the boot print was from a quick exit out the classroom instead after telling Kyron to go outside to look at something. Maybe something in the garden? A frog? This way, nobody would have noticed them leaving out the main door together. Was there an accomplice waiting just outside the door at that time?
I am also a little suspicious of Dave who mows the soccer field, if only because he likely wears boots, he discussed children being outside that morning, and because I recently learned that he left for Mexico soon thereafter.
I think about the scenario offered by a Blinker recently about an adult chaperon and two children where it was suggested it could have been Rudy and his two kids?).
This are the scenarios that play in my head at the moment. I think Rudy and Dave would be familiar with the workings of the school. However, it could be so many others. I feel like deleting this becaues it is probably not what you are looking for. Sorry.

Two days ago, I bought my daughter a notebook from Fred Meyer with an Australian Red-Eyed Tree Frog on the cover. On the back it says:

IIRC, in one of the statements I read in the last couple wks regarding RS and TMH and the MFH plot, RS allegedly told police he never had any intention of carrying out the hit on Kaine, but that TMH was allegedly going to “give him something”. Anyway you can maybe elaborate on what this might’ve meant? If RS never intended to carry out the plan TMH hired him for yet she assumed he would, then what could she have possibly have “promised him?” Don’t MFH situations usually mean you carry out the required job and then you get whatever was promised to you after? RS/LS would of known about parking on the soccer field road since working on the school landscape project -AND- he would of known the need for the access road “key” & “where” it was… The GK story is all over the map for time. It could of been early -or- more likely late that day. IF TMH & K got to school @ 8am & was seen by PTA lady & his teacher w/ another teacher @ 8:15am. TMH may have left shortly there after. K could of been left ‘un-supervised” for a lot longer than the 8:45am ~9am. K could of been “available” from 8:15am ~ 9:00am. The GK may of arrived AFTER. TMH & the GK may be ‘giving’ their ‘time-lines” of what SHOULD of done. Ex. “I waved good-bye in the hall @ 8:45am -or- 9:00am (depending on what ‘story she is using).” -AND- GK recalling his ‘time-line’ as he NORMALLY arrives.

Just a side note, “court-ordered’ Individuals have been known to NOT be ‘the right’ individual for the job.
Some years ago a county fleet department with a long history of using “court-ordered” found out the hard way, that the un-marked & or forfeiture cars that the fleet department serviced had been exposed. Those ‘court-ordered” had been writing plate#’s down & passing the information on. It was a period of time before they uncovered their “leak”. All under the ‘guise’ of ‘saving money’.

My thought, exactly. It would make sense to hire someone in the landscaping business to bring a lot of the materials in. I assume landscapers get a discounted rate on mulch/topsoil/gravel/plant-material from the suppliers they are associated with. I don’t know how much that would be but, in my business I get 20-50% off retail from my suppliers.
A pickup bed holds @ 3 yards of material. Mulches & topsoil are $30-$50/yard for me (a nonprofessional gardner). Rudy could have “volunteered” his time to the project, kept 1/2 of the difference between retail and wholesale and still made a days “wage”, so to speak. And the school garden project would still be getting the materials for less than if they purchased them and hauled them in their own trucks. Win-win.
Yes, I saw on the PPS site about volunteers needing background checks. Maybe all the garden project volunteers had them or maybe not. As to Rudy Sanchez in particular, that seems to be a non-issue. He seems to have a clean record.

I have NEVER heard that Rick & his daughter have anything to do w/ Skyline. The name(s) of persons seen in the background of SF photo have NEVER been identified to the public. That post is the beginning of a very crazy thread on GLP that the GLP mods shut down due to DDS cousins’ actions & threats to some posters. JMHO DDS cousin has incited a lot of uproar in that now deleted thread as well, as another thread he has posted to w/remarks about the case. DDS cousin has thru-out the first thread & the ‘newest’ thread claimed the threads are ‘his’ book & ‘proof’ for DDS to sue. Sue who? He has never said. He claims he does not read ‘other’ sites but constantly post his comments related to things posted on ‘other’ sites. Yes, he tries to be very cryptic & smug w/ his posts & he picks what type of questions & the posters that he will answer. On the GLP threads DDS cousin has used to randomly call out posters/ finger them as being DDS, TMH, KH, JW etc. under the guise that he GUESSED it was so ‘n so. He has no confirmation but uses the thread as his bully pulpit to enrage the posters against one another. I posted earlier to the “mainstream media via television series” reference to the phrase “______ disappeared *victim*”. The premium channel series, DEXTER, (a showtime primetime serial killer series) has used this same “syntax” of the word ‘disappear’ as a verb…and happens to be one of Terri’s favorite shows, alleged widely by Kaine and others.
In this crime series, DEXTER is a serial killer who only “disappears” bad guys (or gals)…so far never a child that I can recall. He “disappears” them by not only killing them, but does so by killing them without leaving any trace evidence…of a crime, murder, or anything. He does so by killing his victims in a room completely lined/covered of “visqueen” type plastic sheeting…then, disposes of the body in a way that it will never be recovered…so these bad guys virtually disappear. One of the plot lines of this series is the many challenges faced due to “cold cases” attriuted to NOT being able to locate the “perp” of the crimes they’ve committed. Basically, the character, DEXTER, has already served the justice due to them…via death and disappearance. The regular detectives assume that the perps have fled the area/country to avoid arrest…and so on…to the next case in the series.
I believe the term “disappeared Kyron” stems from the ‘language’ used in this very popular series. The actor who plays the main character, DEXTER, won the academy award this past year for his performances.

Something else that came to me a bit ago. Perhaps Terri told a little white lie at school that turned out to really show us that honesty might be required in any given event, no matter how little and white the lie.
What if Terri just did not want to be at the SF for a long time. It was Friday. She was tired. She just wanted some peace and quiet. I imagine the SF was quite loud. Everybody needs quiet time now and then. Maybe she told Ms. Porter that Kiara had a Dr. appointment that morning, therefore, they would not be staying for long at the Science Fair.
I still have an issue about the SF taking place in the day time while parents are classically required to work to earn a living — Just Like MOST everyone else. This really does blow me away. I think that with all the time off teachers get, there is no reason that Teachers and/or school Administrators could NOT attend the SF in the EVENING, when parents can be present or choose not to attend at all. It really does not make any sense to me. I really DOUBT that Kyron was the only child without a parent present that morning and at least Terri was there for a portion of it.
This may be a bit OT, but there is some rhyme and reason to it. I am blown away by the number of days that my daughter’s first grade teacher missed last year. I mean…really! Every time I turned around, there was a substitute teacher. Nowadays, there are like 3 days off for parent teacher conferences AND additional days off for report cards. What? Not to mention a handful of days that kids do not have school simply so teachers can attend “meetings” on top of the meetings they need “subs” for. And to top it off, I am so glad she got to participate in a nationally recognized marathon! What a great, educational story for the children — I’m sure!

I believe Beejay, MockingbirdSing, & others, who found some connect to a Nursery in Woodburn & Hillsboro(?) but do not have the information @ the ready. If RS has no nursery of his own, as you mention buying wholesale would still be a big savings & by “volunteering” your hourly wage, it’d get you thru the door so to speak. By having a finite amount of cash BUT BIG plans would be a recipe to accept ‘free’ offers. Also, even though many around the area have white trucks, many of those trucks NEVER haul a thing EXCEPT people. A former neighbor was a foreman for a contractor & that job came w/ a shiny white truck to haul HIM to work & back. Zip, nada was EVER loaded into the back. He is just one of many that like the appearance of rough driving truck guy but no one or no thing is gonna mess up the bed of their truck. All those parents ‘volunteering’ would need SOMEONE to HAUL stuff IN & @ times HAUL stuff OUT.

I agree that the guy in the photo would seem to be a likely suspect, especially given that nobody has ID’d him publicly, and because Mayor Sam Adams made such a fuss over him (three tweets in a one-minute time span?!)
The last time Mayor Adams got that excited, it was Gay Pride Week! Or was it over his backyard chicken coop? Nevermind.
Sam Adams posted links to “help find Kyron” articles and websites early on (total of three tweets on June 6 and June 8). Except for those six tweets, nothing else.
If the guy in the photo is the person with whom Terri left Kyron (presumably so that she could do whatever Terri does all day), then the man in the photo is the vampire Blink mentioned previously. He isn’t someone Terri necessarily knew well, but at least well enough in “Terriland” — say 10 minute? — to leave Kyron with him.
I recall reading somewhere that the Sheriff’s office was looking into the guy in the photo. I have not seen anything credible to indicate that the sheriff’s office has identified the man.
I’ve seen speculation posted about what the sheriff’s office concluded, but nothing even close to credible.
Putting it all together, if the guy in the photo was involved, wouldn’t he have a connection to Rudy? Just as important, if Desiree knew the identity of who Kyron left with, and that ID lead Desiree to believe Kyron was alive, then what does that tell us about the guy in the photo?
