On what is Kyron Horman’s 8th Birthday, the Skyline School, where Kyron was scheduled to begin the third grade, is buzzing with the start of the years activities without him.

In response to the disappearance and presumed abduction of the bespectacled herpetologist; Skyline has implemented a myriad of mandatory safety features as well as a state of the art security camera system. While complete with facial recognition capability, one face it will not be recognizing today, is that of Kyron Horman.
Although missing since the morning of June 4, 2010, there have been no updates from the many State and Federal agencies participating in the criminal investigation of his disappearance since August 12, 2010.
Adding to the mounting concern about the status of Kyron’s fate are the words of his own parents, Kaine Horman and Desiree Young.
“The police will not stop until they find Kyron and the harder they have to search–the harder this will get for you,” wrote Young. “You will go to jail and whoever has been helping you will have to talk police or they will go to jail.”
It is clear from Kaine and Desiree’s comments that they believe Terri Horman, Kyron’s step mom, is at least partially responsible for Kyron vanishing. While they stop short of naming any possible accomplices, Rod Underhill, the chief deputy district attorney of Multnomah County, Captain Jason Gates, Detective Bob O’Donnell of the Multnomah County Sheriff Office have sought the publics help to flush them out. Multnomah County Chief Deputy District Attorney Rod Underhill said a witness, or witnesses, have reported seeing someone else by the Hormans’ extended-cab pickup while it was parked in front of the school between 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on June 4, the day Kyron disappeared. In what was characterized as a slip-up, methinks that that Kyron’s Mom told us that someone was actually Kyron.
While Terri Horman is holed up at her parents newly refinanced home in Roseburg and under the mortgage-sized retainer protection of Stephen Houze; she is awaiting the September 21st contempt hearing for allegedly violating an order that she not disclose the “sealed” reasoning for, or contents of, the current restraining order in effect against her.

Rodolfo “Rudy” Estrada Sanchez
When reached at one of the numbers records show is billed in his brothers name, Jaime Estrada Sanchez, who uses the name Jaime Estrada on his carpet cleaning business website declined to comment to blinkoncrime.com and the number has since been disconnected.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a close family friend who has since been interviewed by the FBI, has confirmed that Terri Horman is pointing her finger directly at Sanchez. She has also stated that she and Sanchez had an altercation after she attempted to end their relationship in May which ended in a 911 call and a visit from Clackamas County Sheriff Office in the presence of Sanchez’s wife and children. While it did not result in any charges, Horman told the source that the landscaper was furious with her because he is not in the US legally. While blinkoncrime.com has not been able to verify the date of the alleged 911 call, we have been able to verify that Terri called her Mother immediately following the incident and told her that Kaine had found out about the landscaper she hired to do what she referred to as “her yardwork” and when she informed him that she could no longer use him because Kaine was making her fire him, he lunged at her with Kiara in her arms. Kaine Horman denies the couple ever hired the landscaper as well as any previous information as to his estranged wife’s possible dealings with Sanchez.
It should be noted that Mr. Sanchez has not been charged with any crime in this matter and local references to his business are highly complimentary. In fact, Jean Ann Van Krevelen a friend and “mentor” of Dede Spicher has used RS Landscape Maintenance on a few occasions, leaving positive reviews on the ServiceMaster listing which deleted his business from the site on 6/21/10. Heather Walters, owner of Rosemont Farm,which is not West Wind Farm, where Dede Spicher was working the morning of June 4th and out of reach by phone from approximately 90 minutes, has never met Terri Horman or heard of their family prior to Kyron’s disappearance. When I asked her if she knew Rudy Sanchez or if she ever hired his firm to work at WWF, she replied “not that I recall, no, but we did have a blackberry clean up a few years ago so it is possible.”

Although records indicate that he was placed under post probation supervision by ICE on February 19, 2010, according to Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez Federal criminal docket after being “found in the US and apprehended” in August 2009” following a previous deportation in 2003, he was “administratively arrested” on February 23, 2010. A Federal Grand Jury’s subsequent indictment was issued on March 4 and he was immediately incarcerated.
Mr. Sanchez-Sanchez rap sheet includes convictions for rape, failure to register as a sex offender and a host of probation and parole violations prior to his deportation.
In what can only be categorized as a bizarre coincidence, Oregon BOP VINE network shows that on June 26, 2010, they very day of the “sting” involving Rudy Sanchez, Anselmo was transferred and released to “community supervision”. There is no record of either his transfer or his booking by MCSO July 8th on his docket. What is reflected on the record for June 21st, is the US Marshall Service requested a rescheduling of his plea hearing on July 1st - July 12th directly with the presiding judge outside of his Federal appointed defense attorney. Yep. Exparte. Mr. Sanchez attorney Allison Clark used the 7/12/10 court date to file a motion to quit the case. They have subsequently worked through their differences and were scheduled to appear yesterday, but a 4th continuance in the case was granted to reschedule for October 7, 2010. In that motion, Ms. Clark asserts that Mr. Sanchez has been in custody the entire time but that his records are difficult to retrieve so more time to prepare for trial is necessary. I’ll say.

Up until a few weeks ago, she was also very much the object of accusation by Desiree Young and Kaine Horman, as well as the investigators assigned to Kyron’s case. So much so, they released a flyer featuring the ginger ladies and the infamous white truck. LE has subsequently backed off of Spicher and publicly stated they do not believe it was her in the white truck in the lot of the Skyline School. Dede’s father is a semi-retired Klamath County Sheriff deputy. If it can be confirmed Spicher knew Kyron was missing on June 4th we have a very big problem.

Michael Cook
The source of both information for the contempt filing and hundreds of sexts exchanged between he and Terri Horman following Kaine Horman’s filing for divorce and leaving the marital residence as advised by MCSO, Michael Cook was a high school classmate of Kaine Horman.
Mr. Cook is also one smarmy dude if his former spouse Shannon has anything to say about it.
Oddly, blinkoncrime.com has learned from an inside source that Cook was not called before the grand jury to testify. In the instant action for contempt, Kaine Horman’s attorney Laura Rackner specifically references the “sexting” and the text regarding Houze’s fee as information provided by law enforcement.
So, was he acting as an agent for le or is he himself under investigation?
Jason Wishert
William Jason Wishert is undoubtedly wishing he had not interjected himself in this case. Apparently new to the blogosphere via a request from Maxine Bernstein of the Oregonian, Mr. Wishert took to what he saw as his *nuveau*cause*celeb* status with moxy.
That was until he announced his appearance on the scaredmonkeys.net forum to answer questions about the case and cry the blues when he accused the Oregonian of using his rough notes to skewer Dede Spicher. According to Wishert the “not a lot of kissing but plenty of telling” memo was not supposed to be published. About 3 minutes into his introduction to his “sleuthing public” Wishert was asked why he spelled his name incorrectly and if he was indeed the son of convicted child porn possessor William Kent Wishart. In a really bad move, Mr. Wishert denied the allegation and retreated with his tail somewhere on his person.
Kent Wishart, former CEO of Graphic Sciences, is in Federal Custody for the next 4 years for possession of child porn and engaging in a file sharing subscription for same. Jason’s brother Grant is an employee of GS. All three Wishert’s hold numerous active and inactive business licenses throughout Oregon and Washington. Graphic Sciences has a Mexican affiliate office.
Both Jason and his brother James Grant have had numerous legal entanglements (editor’s note: say it just like Chief Margie with the flat “a”) and our attempts to substantiate Jason’s claims about court appointed child advocacy certifications have yet to be confirmed.
However, with his Uncle John Kerr, Jason Wishert is heavily involved in the Friends of Pimpollo Charity which sponsors various children issues and an orphanage in Mexico. FOP is a verified charity with a 50% tax deduction rate according to IRS Publication 78 in good standing, but they are years behind in their annual reporting.

The GJ is not recessed, just taking a break. They have returned a true bill, or a bill of ignoramus…The DA is surely presiding and continues to seek subpoenas and locate witnesses -and this takes time- and he will likely wait until they have presented everything relating to their proposed indictment before asking for a vote.
In August, Judge Maurer extended the audio/visual recording restriction near the grand jury room until October 29th, which is an indication that they anticipated a lengthy convened GJ. It’s ain’t over ’til the fat lady sings, and I ain’t singin’ yet!

There must be more sense to this scenario as I do not believe the major agencies involved in this case are dumb. The effort must have been to assess rather than intended to “sting” Terri. LE does not go into a sting without reviewing all angles of potential outcomes. An illegal whom Terri had already called LE on being used to set up to “sting” Terri is nonsensical. When you weigh all possibilities, your first scenario of outcome will be that it is most likely that Terri would do precisely what she did do. Maybe this sting did not go wrong at all. Maybe it was just a psychological information gathering event, ie; an event designed to observe the interraction and behavior of both parties together.
Why had RS not been deported? Why would you think to ask an illegal alien who stands everything to lose by committing murder to commit such an act? He was in the US earning money legitimately doing landscaping and was able to support his family. Contracting for murder runs the risk of losing the very freedom he came to this country for. There is nothing more important on many IA’s minds than to raise their conditions of living. Um, prison doesn’t exactly accomplish this goal.
Drug running and other illegal activies can earn a person a great deal of money and significantly raise their standard of living and most all who do this are attracted to this business for that very reason, and they will kill to silence others who get in the way of their money, but just contract killing a hubby just for some extra ching cuz hubby hurts a woman by having a supposed affair doesn’t exactly fit into things unless someone were seriously interfering with their money making abilities.
If another GJ were to be convened, would some/all of the same people be called in to give statements? How would the new GJ be brought up-to-date or do they start over? I served as a juror on a 5-week trial and some of the testimony that the doctors gave before the trial was read in court (in a monotone) by an associate of the plaintiff’s attorneys. Could/would that be done for the second GJ?
If a person made statements in the first GJ, would those be compared to any new statements? Sorry for the 20-questions.

I’m trying to determine how TMH could be less directly involved with Kyron’s disappearance since there are those still convinced that she didn’t intend for this to happen despite the mix-up with the Dr appt, the seemingly staged alibis, borrowing KH’s pickup although she never picked up Kyron’s SF project (appeared to avoid returning to the school), and the unaccounted time. Some posters have suggested that whatever the plan, something went terribly wrong. I was thinking… we’ve read that TMH was highly critical of Skyline School and especially Mrs. Porter (Kyron’s teacher) – apparently resentful that she was not hired as a teacher and felt she could do a better job than Mrs. P. Some posters have even suggested that TMH’s plan was to have Kyron disappear temporarily so that she could sue the school.
Possibly, TH’s main goal in orchestrating Kyron’s disappearance was to portray Mrs. P and the school as neglectful and incompetent. Rather than risk getting caught herself, she found (or hired) someone to pick Kyron up at school, under the pretense he was going to a Dr’s appt. Maybe neither perp anticipated LE getting involved so quickly, or maybe TH really didn’t care since she wasn’t the one who took Kyron to school and had an alibi. But, the other party panicked. What to do? Kyron could identify his kidnapper. That, possibly is where the plan went awry. Or, the other party did not intend to return Kyron to begin with b/c he realized TH was only using him for her own selfish purposes and probably didn’t intend to pay him, anyway.
Maybe it was RS who cancelled the MFH back in 11/09 b/c TH wouldn’t give him a down-payment and he didn’t trust her to pay him afterwards – any communication between them would be suspect & TH wouldn’t want to implicate herself. If RS & TH reconciled after the May 9 incident (which is doubtful) & she presented the kidnapping plot to him as another money-making scheme but again was unwilling to prepay, RS was probably on to her & so decided to double-cross her. Likely, though, RS would not have agreed to the kidnapping due to the chance he’d be recognized at the school. But, perhaps the MFH only represents a pattern with TH – she seduces men and employs them to do her dirty work, promising to pay them without intending to & knowing that they would draw suspicion to themselves by contacting her to collect the money. Was she using MC in a similar manner? Did she propose to pay him to kidnap Kiara?
If these incidents exemplify TH’s established modus operandi, she likely found someone who plays the game better than she does to stage Kyron’s kidnapping. Judging by the proportions of this investigation, it seems she inadvertently found someone with an extensive criminal background.
Re: Sex offender registries, I think there’s some confusion as to the requirement to register, and the requirement of public notification. Typically, low-level risk offenders (i.e. statutory rape, familial incest and the like) are not listed on public sex offender databases.
As a result, what you see online is just the tip of the iceberg.
P.S. Low-risk offenders are nonetheless required to register with law enforcement. The question becomes whether the registration is on the public sex offender registry.

@ Madilu & wc: I think you’re right. If you look at the photo of the truck on the right in the series of photos you linked to, you can see the edge of a dark-colored vehicle on the left-hand side.
I don’t think there is really any importance to the discussion of the “white truck.” I remember at the beginning the truck put on the tow trailer was all white and they showed it a month or two later and it was the same scene and truck.
I will say I remember at the beginning the news saying a truck they showed was “similar” to the Horman truck was pictured but not actually it. I also remember another time seeing one with what I thought was a silver bottom shown and not being clear as to who the truck belonged to.
They parked a white truck on the road next to the fence to ascertain if any one had seen a white truck there on that day and said it was not Kaine’s truck either at that time. That is when the guy that mowed the field said it couldn’t have been there at the time they mentioned because he drove there that morning.
I can’t find the picture of Kaine’s house but it was blue like the house in the photo with a big tree (walnut) in front. I don’t recall if it had white trim.
These dates, ten days after the alleged 05/09 confrontation and the 07/26 sting, coupled with the Sanchez and Jamie/Jaime names seem like a more than a coincidence. Hope someone can check to see if these people are related to Rudy and gang.

Circumstances: Jamie and Ubaldo were allegedly abducted by their mother, Elsy Mejia-Sanchez, on May 19, 2010. A felony warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for Elsy on July 27, 2010. Jamie has a mole on her upper right cheek. Elsy may go by the alias last name Mejia-Puerto.

I wasn’t able to find specific posts about TH’s 40th birthday party, but remember there were a few. I don’t remember this being asked:
- KH said he didn’t think TH & DDS were that close; he didn’t see DDS that often. Yet, DDS was present at TH’s party at the Mexican restaurant. Was Kaine not present at the party? Was it a daytime party, on a weekday? Were only TH’s friends invited?
- IIRC, someone mentioned that TH frequented the Mexican restaurant. Was it a place where she went just with “the girls” while KH was at work & the kids (James & Kyron) were in school?
- Did TH know any employees of the restaurant personally? Maybe even the owner?
Was thinking – and maybe this was already suggested – that TH might have had a connection with someone at the restaurant; that is, someone other than her girlfriends, whom she may have involved in the kidnapping plot. Someone unknown to KH & the kids. MOO
The key word in the sex offender registry in the state of Oregon is
Predatory. Neighborhoods are notified when a Predatory Sex Offender is being released and will be residing in their neighborhood. Cops will even go door to door to advise people of same. In the really publicized cases they will hold open meetings where anyone can attend to ask questions and receive information about the person being released.
There is a law on the books in Oregon (unless its been changed) regarding age difference involving sexual contact. Maybe some others in Oregon remember the case where a young man who wasn’t an adult yet was only a couple months outside the age requirement. He went to prison for having sex with his girlfriend. He also was required to register on his release as a sex offender.
This was a part of Measure 11.

wc – the same members of the GJ are expected to be jurors until the finding is made. The Oregon Statutes are very clear about how that works if you want to Google it. I think I’ve posted links several times too. If a finding is made of NTB, and some extraordinary evidence was later discovered, and a judge agreed to a new GJ, that would be new people as I understand it.
I see the question about Rudy’s children’s school was answered above. It is possible Rudy didn’t actually live in the house listed as his business address, but even if he didn’t, I doubt if he lived near Skyline School. Here’s a comment about his business address and the Horman house:
Rudy’s business address may not be where he actually lived, but if so, it is about 30 miles from the Horman house and 40 to 45 min. if there is no rush hour traffic to deal with. It seems a long way to go for a landscape maintenance guy when there are many who are closer – unless someone introduced you or recommended him for some reason. Rudy probably needed the business, but driving time is “money time” (and gas) when you aren’t a plumber or electrician. It would be different if he were a landscape contractor and did major landscaping.
I know the school was supposedly using his services, which put him in the area anyway, but I’ve seen no proof or anyone stand up and say “I hired him, he did this/that, and I paid him”. If the district were paying him to cut the grass and clear brush (not on the soccer field) because they didn’t have the staff available to do it, then it seems he might have worked at other schools as well. Somebody is going to have to give me proof before I believe he was actually hired by PPS, even if he otherwise had a good reason to be around. I went back through a lot of PPS Board of Education meeting minutes to see if spending for him was approved, but did not find it. They are really boring to read, full of little details like that (it’s a public body). Not saying I can’t be wrong . . .
My prior post 09/12 @ 12:33 is about two missing children and their mother with the name Elsy Mejia-Sanchez. When I look carefully through the “Missing Kids” website, although even one kid is too many, there are 50 records from Oregon and there are only three records (that are not considered runaways) for 2010, and those children are the Sanchez children classified as family abduction and Kyron Horman classified as endangered missing. What are the odds that the only (and I use that term statistically) missing children in Oregon in 2010 are with in 17 days of each other and have the last names Horman and Sanchez?
Consider this timeline:
05/09/10 TH and RS have confrontation. RS is confronted by LE in front of his wife and children.
-10 DAYS LATER
05/19/10 Mrs. Sanchez leaves RS and takes her kids.
-17 DAYS LATER
06/04/10 Kyron Horman goes missing.
-22 DAYS LATER
06/26/10 RS is involved with a LE sting on TH. (also KH, informed by LE of a MFH plot, moves with daughter and begins divorce, RO, etc).
-31 DAYS LATER
07/27/10 Felony warrant in place for Mrs. Sanchez.
I could speculate that RS participated in the sting as a cooperative witness. His testimony before the GJ would gain him automatic immunity for his part, or more to the point lack of his part in notifying authorities, in the MFH, and anything else he contributed. Once he saw no threat of deportation, he could report the abduction of his children and get the felony warrant he wanted on his wife, if that is indeed his wife. If he was involved beyond this, then WHY would the GJ have him testify instead of trying to indict him?
I could also speculate that as of 05/09/10, RS believed that TH was destroying his life and maybe he wanted some sort of revenge. Again, I just have a hard time thinking the actual kidnapper/abductor would be a GJ witness, unless he has them fooled, because they haven’t even had DDS testify yet, and as I understand it, there is implied immunity with GJ testimony.
I can’t see RS being an accomplice to anything for TH after 05/09/10. (Unless maybe they kissed and made up.)

Good eye to those who noticed the truck pic appears to be the one in the Terri/Dede flyer – wc, enumclawrose, and anyone I missed. Blink asked madilu why it would be named differently if it was the same pic. I’m comfortable it started out as the same picture because the shadow patterns on both the flyer picture and KaineTruck_small are identical. The difference is KaineTruck_small has been brightened up and has an arrow and the question about the lawnmower. The question is the important thing. My question is why would there be a push mower around when there was a shiny new big John Deere riding lawn mower? And IIRC, the price of said John Deere would approach the supposed $10,000 Rudy demanded. I’d like to know a little more about the purchase of this mower. Was this how Terri was spending their money “like water?”
I can tell you that John Deere does not have a loan on it, and it is a circa 2007 model- may be a rental.

The thing in the back of the truck could be anything from a lawn mower to a portable mulcher, or even compost bin. It’s hard to tell from the pic. If it was a compost bin or mulch of some sort it could explain how Kyron got off the school grounds. I don’t wanna go from “there”, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what could have happened from that point.

Perhaps TH found another associate of RS with access to RS’s truck on the morning of June 4th? Or maybe TH or DD found a way to gain access to RS’s truck without his knowledge.
I truly believe TH wanted RS deported and the 911 call in May didn’t work. To get RS deported quickly he would have to be implicated in a crime. She told her Mommy RS was angry because he was here illegally. Why emphasize that detail to Mommy? To make Mommy aware RS has the motive to harm TH and her family.
When AS went to jail she had to come up with plan B. RS was confident the MFH sting would work if he could show TH that AS AKA “Hit Man” was out of jail. But TH was committed to plan B and plan B didn’t require her to pay RS 10K. Heck plan B might have served two purposes; deporting RS and hurting KH.
one thing i cant really shake loose is that LE insisted that the community is safe. the community includes the hormon-moulton-young families. if RS is still free, it seems they would not go to this degree to make this statement, regardless of whether or not they have enough to convict. so either RS is not their man or he is being held under an anonynmous ID. it seems.
It would be irresponsible of LE to insist that the community is safe (did I miss this statement by LE?). I understand that they might be trying to prevent public panic but until a perpetrator is in custody they are doing the community a disservice by promoting a false sense of safety.

From what I remeber reading the MFH plot was never really plotted.. TH told LS she wanted Kaine dead… LS didn’t think she was serious, and the subject was dropped. Not thinking she was serious is why LS didn’t go to LE before.. it wasn’t until he heard that Kyron was missing and that Terri was getting a bunch of attention over it, that he decided to come forward. Not sure where the $10,000. came into play. Did she say I’ll give you $10,000 to murder Kaine? I don’t remember reading that.. I’ll search around for links.

It was used to solicit info. on DeDe, Terri or anyone else seen around the truck. I hardly think Blink is trying to deceive anyone. She just presents the facts as best she can without screwing up her relationship with her sources. This is by far the most informant crime site on the web and I am thankful for it. I don’t think RS came forward on his own. I think LE found him and in questioning him RS admitted the MFH plot. This article could be interpreted either way but I think I remember Blink saying RS did not come forward on his own. I can’t find the thread though.

Quite frankly, I think RS with all of his illegal immigration problems and God knows what else, would never risk talking to LE on his own free will.
Also, if AS took part in the MFH sting as I suspect, then quite clearly RS believed TH so much so that he put her in touch with a “hit man.” RS is not the innocent LS caught up in TH’s web, he helped her spin it.

Dave, groundskeeper, is city of Portland employee & mows the soccer field.
The small grass patches around the school buillding would need a smaller mower.
Which could be where RS services came in @ Skyline.
So to be @ the school & be seen wouldn’t be out of line.

Is there evidence that RS is illegal beyond what TH said to her mom? AS is illegal and Blink thinks there could be a connection but I don’t see anything that says that RS is illegal. He is described as being efficient and articulate and he is still free.
I, also, question the claim that RS worked at the school. There was someone there the day of Kyron’s disappearance mowing the lawn and he works directly for the City of Portland. He seems to me to be the person with the greatest opportunity to take Kyron without being seen but I have to assume that LE has checked him out thoroughly.
The Mexican Drug Cartel seems more likely to come into your home at night with guns to kidnap someone rather than some convoluted plot to take a kid directly from their school.

Schools have used a variety of methods to ‘the issue’z
Some schools have used parent volunteers, neighbors, pTA funds &/ or parent paying for the service etc
It depends on the neighborhood & how much lawn
There is an annual clean up- volunteers @ schools before the start each fall.
Many times I have seen a school with a/ overgrown lawn.
Maybe that is ‘the lawn service’ TMH paid for ?

I posted earlier about TH’s personality traits: Narcissistic/Borderline and her seeming bipolar2 and drug use. Going thru money rapidly says mania. Drugs (particularly testosterone, which is obvious from her body building pics = rage and irritability). I keep going back to the day Kyron disappeared and the thing that keeps popping out at me is his attire. What parent would dress their child in a t-shirt that pays homage to a television show so violent that parent groups stood up in formal opposition to it? CSI’s spinoff show was Without a Trace – people (including several episodes about children) suddenly disappearing. We can speculate about her timeline forever, but we know what he wore. We also know Terri couldn’t get his science fair pics posted quickly enough but she didn’t go to the talent show and gave no reason for Kyron not being able to perform. One other thought which I touched on before: many articles about all the pot growers and the huge marijuana industry in N Portland; very conceivable to me that she was investing $$, hopeful for big returns and got mixed up with organized crime. Concurrent but possibly two different issues.

@Kary – you asked about the restaurant, didn’t we hear that TH probably met RS there at times (maybe that is a rumor or good guess)
Where do we go from here legal-wise? (We are the emotions, I really mean where does DA office go from here? More focus on DA now than LE now) Are there likely other witnesses/evidence, can some of the witnesses be called back? And what about what someone else said, did the DA group ask for one charge or only so many and now might they come back with some lesser ones? Is it without new evidence, they cannot ask for the same charges again, right? Is it possible we are going to be left with too large a bulk of circumstantial evidence and too many (guilty) people keeping their traps shut, lying, immunity bargaining, weaseling, bs-ing, pointing fingers, game playing, etc.
Yes, there is a whole humungous network of other crime (perhaps multiple overlapping rings) and that is good to get them, but what about finding our boy and helping the parents this way?

It kinda scares me that LE would question whether there was a lawnmower in the back of the white truck when all of us amateurs have very easily blown it up and seen that it is the windshield of a car parked behind the truck.
There is one place online where I found “Ubaldo R. Sanchez” listed as a possible relative of Jaime Sanchez Estrada and Rodolfo Sanchez. I spend a lot of time thinking about all of this, but I can’t start spending the money to pay for reports so I only get so far – hoping others already have accounts or connections. This “Ubaldo” might not be a child.
There are many possibilities with the names being so common. Obviously, the children could belong to either Rudy or Jaime, but not necessarily. One thought that occurred to me is that she could be Anselmo’s wife. She’s 5′ tall and he’s 5’4″ – not to say a tall man wouldn’t marry a short woman, but maybe not the other way around so much – especially with the history (insecurities) Anselmo apparently has. I shudder to think Anselmo is a father, but it would make sense that she would take off if it appeared Anselmo was going to be deported soon or remain incarcerated for a long time, or that he had enemies who might try to harm the children. If Rudy and Jaime were trying to support them in the absence of Anselmo, they would certainly be concerned about their disappearance.
No matter who is the father of the children, their mother might also have been afraid DHS would take them away after LE came to the house to see Rudy – if they were present and she didn’t really understand what was happening. It’s possible that at least Ubaldo (age 1) could have been born in the US and be a citizen, possibly Jamie also.
If you follow the usual order of names (as I understand it), we have:
“Jaime Sanchez Estrada” – probably brother of “Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada” – both use same address, Sanchez is the name that would be passed on to any children
“Ubaldo Sanchez Mejia” (age 1) (only the name “Ubaldo” was listed as a possible relative of Rodolfo and Jaime) Names “Elsy” and “Jamie” did not appear on the “possible” list.
“Jamie (minus father’s name) Mejia” (age 5) Possibly had different father (Puerto) accounting for why mother used her own name for Jamie, and has used “Mejia-Puerto” for herself.
“Elsy Mejia-Sanchez” or “Elsy Mejia Puerto” – perhaps a first marriage using Mejia (her name from her father) and Puerto (first husband’s name)
Hopefully, someone else will learn more and either verify or rule out the possibilities.

Do the Portland schools employee outside landscaping contractors? If they do that would be a new since my childhood in Portland schools. Often grass cutting is discontinued in the Portland area during the summer. I don’t know of any school in my district that waters anything. The fields and grass turns brown, dies off with nothing to mow by August. Things green up again in October when the rain gets going again. Conservation of resources is popular around here, they try to save water as much as possible. I am confused about how RS would be at Skyline school. If he lives in Canby that can be a really long drive due to traffic. It just wouldn’t be worth his time to drive all they way to Skyline, no way. So was he using that address in Canby (?) or had some other motive to get involved at that school? I don’t know, just the time/distance between the two places makes me wonder why did he get involved working at a place so far from home, he could have been working at many places much closer to home.

I’m all for it being the windshield of another car, but the image appears too narrow. I understand how viewpoints come into play, but it still appears too narrow. Also, the image in the sideview mirror could be the side of the truck itself. There also does not appear to be signs of a car relative to the view under the rear of the truck.

What could be the reason(s) Ky (and not Kiara) was abducted?. If her smarmy cohorts wanted to cause her major grief that would have been the way to go.
I hope LE can come up with some concrete evidence of the MFH plot. I think at this point they have “he says”, “she says”. Ky was the target because she wanted to hurt Kaine and Ky was a P-I-T-A to her. She set up the events and although I agree she may not know where he is I also think she doesn’t give a hang. jmo.

Given the witnesses that have come before the GJ -people who saw her and/or spoke to her that day, PPS personnel, Skyline parents and students, FM/Starbucks employees, MCSO personnel, 24-Fitness members, etc., TO ME, it is pretty clear that the proposed indictment is about Kyron’s disappearance. jmo

I have watched the show maybe once. I had a good friend that gave my 7 year old the t-shirt when she was visiting Las Vegas. You can bet that I wouldn ever allow my 7 year old son to watch CSI. However, I don’t see anything wrong with him wearing the CSI t-shirt. There must be alot of children CSI t-shirts floating around.
I also read on another website that Kyron was fascinated by crime detectives since his stepdad is a detective. I believe it was Desiree that stated that Kyron has never watched CSI.
