Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Will Plumbing Emergency At The Anthony Home While Caylee Was Missing Produce New Evidence For The State?

When you have a family that both refuses to cooperate with Law Enforcement in a productive way, and in this editor’s opinion, outright obfuscates efforts to investigate the location of a victim and the circumstances to which Caylee Anthony became same,  we are forced to look at what I will term, available objective  data .

Analyzing data in conjunction with the verifiable evidence in this case, allows us, and eventually jurors, to better sift through the ever-changing accounts of those closest to Casey Anthony, without adding metaphorical dryer sheets to cover the smell.
As all www.blinkoncrime readers have known since my earliest coverage of this case, I have long stated it is my belief that the concern for Caylee’s welfare and whereabouts started with the Anthony’s backyard renovations the week of Cindy Anthony’s vacation over the fourth of July.

In fact, one might interpret Cindy Anthony hits her panic button during this time.

I have also written extensively that I believe that the defense team is going to intimate, if not outright accuse, George Anthony of culpability in the death of his own beloved granddaughter.
On Friday afternoon, following the conclusion of the last defense motions presumably prior to trial (insert laugh track) the state released additional video evidence to the defense.   As we brace ourselves to see video of Caylee with her Mother and Tony Lazarro having lunch, should we also prepare to see Cindy and George shopping for those backyard improvement supplies?

Or… Other?

Cindy Anthony’s bank records show 3 separate charges to The Home Depot posted June 30th.  As the purchases were made on Cindy’s check card, we can’t be sure if the purchases are made on June 29, June 30th or a combination of both.

Will we see the purchase of new gas cans, concrete mix, weed barrier, or something else?
Cindy or George Anthony began furiously calling her daughter’s cell phone, in the wee hours of July 1 at 1:43am.
Calls to Casey from the Anthony landline are made to her at 1:43, 1:51, 1:52, 2:02, 6:56, 7:33, and 7:50 AM.

Casey does not answer her cell phone, but she DOES check her voice mail after every one of them, and attempts unsuccessfully to reach someone at the Anthony home at 7:54 AM, possibly due to a busy signal.  This pattern of calls suggests an emergency of some kind, not Cindy checking if Casey was going to finally bring Caylee over as Cindy had requested.  In fact, there is a small break in the action, pun intended, when a different number is dialed from the Anthony home:

In no interview, in no deposition, will you find either Anthony disclosing the obvious plumbing nightmare necessitating 2 calls to Rainaldi Plumbing 4 minutes after their listed hours of operation in the yellow pages, and the subsequent service call resulting in a $283.96 bill.  Ironically, the check number, out of sequence, follows one Casey Anthony wrote on her Mom’s account in December

Spoiler Alert: The only reference to any plumbing emergency appears in one of Cindy’s letters to Casey, but two years after the July 1, 2008 incident.

..” I don’t know if Jeanene told you, about the water pipe we had broke on Friday, we had water from the pipe outside of Caylee’s room, leek into her room, mostly in her play corner- carpet was soaked and walls were damp.  Everything is drying out but the carpet smells bad. (I better watch how I describe it they may take it for discovery). It’s amazing how even clean water can smell rancid after it sits for a while.  Fortunately one of our church friends was able to come out and fix the pipe…”

Facing a capital murder charge, and already convicted of economic felony, it begs the question:

Why would a member of Jose Baez defense team, Jeanene Barrett, need to relay information to Casey about a broken pipe leaking into her deceased child’s room?

If you are thinking this is more “Anthony Code Speak”, you are not alone.  According to a blue print of the Anthony home, there is no plumbing on the outside wall of Caylee’s bedroom that would leak into the corner, the right lower corner or her “play corner” which abuts the outside wall.

As the bulk of “pipe bursts” or “breaks” go in Florida temperatures, in general they occur only through freezing, extreme temperatures, or water pressure stress (build up) of some kind. The source of the emergency plumbing call to Rainaldi on July 1st, 2008 is not known, but what is known, is that it gives new meaning to the signature of Casey’s inmate correspondence “FLUSH”.

What has always bothered me was what could have been found in either the backyard or now as we know, in the plumbing that would send Cindy Anthony into a clear and obvious panic, mobilizing Lee to track down his sister, and attempt to track down Caylee through her friends AFTER speaking with Casey.

George and Cindy Anthony’s versions of June 15th and June 16th 2008 have evolved it seems, after every new release of discovery.  Specifically, George’s account of the last time he saw Caylee and what she was wearing.  They have gone to painstaking lengths to establish that at least Caylee was home the evening of the 15th, and very much alive the morning of the 16th.

So where is the blue “dress” she wore to the Mount Dora Nursing home on Father’s Day, June 15th, 2008? It would seem to me if I wanted to establish an alibis, or timeline, that clothing would be critically important.

Is that what Casey meant when she uttered to Tracy Mclaughlin and Rob Dick that OCSO had no idea what they were doing and they had not even found her clothes yet?  Was she talking about Caylee’s clothes, or Mama’s?

@ Ragdoll re the DT tainting the jury pool with the CBS farce: I totally agree. Its so obvious that even Stevie Wonder could see that.

Blink- those videos of Caylee reading her book and singing “You Are My Sunshine” bring me to tears every time I see them. She’s so precious.

Which begs the question- HOW do Cindy and George stand it? HOW?!

Blink- I too think Cindy found something in the yard 7/1 that caused panic and made her search for Caylee/Casey. The car with the smell just intensified it. But she really didn’t, COULDN’T let herself go there until she found Casey. And she COULDN’T produce Caylee. That third 911 call was genuine fear and panic from Cindy. It was a done deal then. The gig was up. Cindy KNEW, deep in her heart, that Caylee was gone. The cheese completely slid off her cracker then.

After that, no passes. No excuses. She abandoned Caylee.

I do wonder though, in the deep of night, lying in bed- does Cindy grieve for Caylee? I think she does. Not enough for us, but…JMO

Local 6 Obtains New Casey Anthony Party Photo
Picture Shows Mom Partying Weeks After Daughter, Caylee, Disappeared

    POSTED: Thursday, April 14, 2011
    UPDATED: 10:57 pm EDT April 14, 2011

ORLANDO, Fla. — Investigators this week obtained a previously unreleased photograph that documents Casey Anthony’s apparent carefree state of mind 2½ weeks after the state alleges she killed her daughter and dumped her body in the woods.

The photo was taken on July 4, 2008, as Anthony and her friends walked to a fireworks celebration in downtown Orlando. It shows her with a plastic beer cup held to her lips as she smiles.

In reading some of your latest posts about Casey’s strange behavior regarding lies, it reminded me of one of the early interviews with one of Casey’s boyfriends. If I am correct, he stated that he believed that Casey was a “Pretender” who would change her behavior to meet the needs she percieved were required to fit the situation. He went on to say that Casey would go to church with his family and do all the things they were active in doing. He was rather suprised at the change in her behavior since they had broken up, but at the same time he said there were signs of insencerity.

IMO Casey has been a manipulator since the time she was in middle school and her parents did nothing to put a stop to this behavior.

    Chica

I know you are upset with little Kaylee’s death and the horrid things that her family have done in protecting their own skin.

If it is any solace to you, I firmly believe that GOD has a special place for these little ones where they are cared for by the angels until such a time that a parent who loved them arrives to take over the task of giving them the life that they missed on earth. We do not know who the real biological father was. He may not have ever known about Kaylee. But he will know on the other side and IMO will be given the opportunity to be with her.

So hoping to see a smackdown to Baez and associates at this afternoons hearing.
The good judge Perry must get up each day and read the news.
No way not to read about all the bull-hockey the DT has been desperately trying to pull … the state’s papers are full of all their latest dirty dealings.
How dare Baez whine to the court that his client cannot get a fair trial due to the media … when HE is the one feeding the beast????

  12. Kleat says:

Blink, I haven’t worked my way through all the comments yet, but one thing has felt just plain wrong, that relates to the ‘car and towing’, is the family working so hard to explain the delay in ‘finding’ the tow notice, and then, upon finding the ‘Johnson’s’ notice, they didn’t figure it of enough importance, to get to the source immediately, so what it was on the weekend by this time. Come Monday, what does George, ex-cop, ex-detective, ex-car ‘expert’ and professional detailing person do? He puts off getting answers.

I don’t buy George didn’t know what Johnson’s is or was. George’s name was on the title of a car that, with his daughter and granddaughter, he knew was driven irresponsibly by Casey (citing George’s story that he followed her as she weaved in and out of traffic on the freeway, speeding, changing lanes, potential for inciting road rage from someone, or just an accident), and George doesn’t go to the tow yard (no rocket science to figure out ‘Johnson’s on the registered notice, even if it took asking someone in the security business or checking the Yellow Pages index of advertisers). George’s name is on the registration of the vehicle, I don’t buy that he didn’t investigate, he could have driven by the secure lots around Johnson’s and looked for the distinct car with the black bra, and oh yeah, distinct licence number, which he WOULD know.

I don’t buy his story, ‘I didn’t get around to going to the post-office that first day’, there’s just a good chance he located Johnson’s, the alley behind the car, and knew his daughter didn’t have it and probably, unless she was really good at forging ID’s, couldn’t get it back without his signature.

I want to see more details of that latest list of evidence, to fit in pieces of the timeline we don’t yet have.

The incident about the plumbing is new to me too! I always thought there was something more, between, there is a dead body smell in the car and my granddaughter is missing! Cindy and George, have been enablers to Casey from her conception! They are very much responsible for little Caylee’s demise! Cindy and George are very deceptive and are playing a dangerous game! It will all come to a head at this trial, the Anthony’s aren’t going to be held in a good light after this. If by chance they get away with this deception,(like the Ramsey’s) then Casey will certainly destroy them shortly there after! I am pretty sure Casey believes that she has done nothing wrong, everyone else has!

Blink, Mom3.0, Kleat…or anyone with a good knowledge (ce n’est moi!) can shed some light on this question I have….

WRT Linda Kenny Baden disclosing that Casey’s statement about the nanny is a lie, is that not considered attorney-client privilege? If not, and a third party (attorneys, interns, paralegals, investigators, etc….) working for the DT quits, does that exempt them from the ‘privilge?

Where am I going with this? If Casey did confide to LKB, then there must be some kind of documentation or statement detailing ‘the truth’. I am thinking that a former someone (no one specifically) could actually go on record down the road and reveal what they know about Casey’s statement. Is it possible we could get the truth about how Caylee died (providing Casey gave up more info than just her admission to lying about the nanny). Just how protected is Casey if someone like LKB goes on record…or is it a big huge no no(LKB yapped when she should have been zipped)?????

Gosh, I hope this makes sense!

Just watched the Hearing – Judge Perry was brilliant, I can feel Blink’s man-crush coming on! He is so patient, knowledgeable, authoriative and human all at the same time. Mason did his usual party trick of trying to goad Mr Ashton but Linda quickly stepped in to prevent him rising to the bait and Judge Perry admonished the attorneys (not mentioning Mason by name but was obvious whom it was aimed at) followed by a very quick, smart reposte from Mr Ashton. (I don’t HAVE to call Mason, Mr, do I Blink?). Looks like Baez didn’t get far with his request for withdrawal of a smiling pic of his client; JBP left the door open for it to be used at Trial should the matter of Casey’s demeanour be questioned. It all seemed like a desperate last ditch effort by the defense to buy time and Casey didn’t look her usual cocky self and I didn’t see her write anything down on her legal pad either. I think JBP has caught the pen clicking virus off of Baez!! Probably started doing it in his frustration with the defense! Why is Casey never left alone when her team are called to the bench? Wonder where the jury pool will come from, JBP indicated somewhere rural. Things are really moving now, perhaps Casey can feel the noosed tightening around her neck, hope so!!!

  19. PA Mom says:

Hi Everyone! This is just a note IMO. My twins attend the local community college. One of them explained that they were discussing Mother’s who kill their children in her college psyche class today. The discussion was about mental illness and how it can lead to this kind of tragedy. Of course, Andrea Yates and others like her were discussed. I asked her if Casey Anthony was in the mental illness group. I was surprised by her reaction. She said “she is the liar! Isn’t she the one that killed her baby to party?” She also told me that Andrea Yates never lied about killing her children. I don’t talk about this with my girls, so I was shocked by her response. Evidently, many people have heard about Casey Anthony probably from the news. Casey isn’t considered to have mental illness by a college professor and many students from all over Pennsylvania. I don’t think she and her defense will be able to fool people with a “she’s crazy” defense or she has a mental defect.

  20. Mom3.0 says:

I just finished watching todays hearing-
Blink- there was so much going on in this brief hearing I feel like I am unable to explain it all. I hope you will give us your take.

    - Ashton argued that The State should be allowed to have their Dr. eveluate casey. Then JB argued no that this isnt a mental defense but there are reasons why a person would act guilty even though they are not- To which JP asked over and over to what specifically will these Dr. testify to that wouldnt be hearsay…JB answered- psychology and trauma- and behavior science….JP asked what if these people in these depos dont testify …JB answered obviously we would have to show predicate….We learned that Dr. DZanniger(sp) depo was halted by Judge Perry after being called via telephone by both State and Defense- JP said he had sided with the defense on this matter-(to halt) but then went on to say certain information was discussed in this depo…then abruptly stopped and called for a sidebar…

What happened? Why would a depo be halted? Why was JPerry so concerned to bring up matters that arose during the depo?

JB then said the defense is withdrawing this expert testimony but Ashton said the State would like to get the depos of ?? anyway…

IRT pics stickers found in Caylee’s and Caseys room (IIR) ruled admissible if relevancy shown…

Party Pics- Admissible if relevancy shown Here JB actually argued that these pics have no bearing on this case, as the crime was already over…???!!! June 20th…which crime was already over? The lying? The stealing? The “kidnapping”? The murder AND the disposal? What crime was already over? Caylee Anthony had not even been declared missing yet. Geee thanks for that info JB…..
Unfortunately, I could not hear Mr. George’s arguments…so I can not give the states stance…

Next up was the Big Trouble pic that graced the cover of The Enquirer or Globe Mag…It is the one that shows Casey and a younger Caylee (In BT shirt- with a slight blemish on her face) Taken in Ricardos BR- ..slightly messy room- JB objects to pic because it does not show shirt clearly, bruise was on Caylees face (bruise Ricardo said happened accidentally when Caylee hit the table)and because of the messy bedroom…Judge said get together and come to an agreement regarding the bruise- photoshop it out or give instruction to jury that it is a non-issue…JP not concerned with room or the shirt being shown..

Then there was jury talk- JB actually had the nerve to ask JP to prevent cameras in the courtroom said media is preventing them from getting a fair trial…Can you believe this BS? after the 48hrs mumbo jumbo? JP gave several hints as to where the jury will be from…and said that only 1 person from the defense and the state will know before hand- and they may not even tell their families ect.

Next JB asked for in camera meeting— whoa was it ever a long meeting…Casey IMO emerged from the meeting looking downtrodden…I do not know what was discussed… Gee- I bet the court reporter was busy.

After they returned they all went over a few housekeeping things..but nothing of note really. Sorry if I left something of importance out…I am trying to deciever what happened today and what it means…
For those that missed the hearing WFTV has the vids up already

  23. Ragdoll says:

    PA MOM

IMO, I believer there are mothers who are genuninely sick and uanble to cope. I don’t condone what they’ve done but Andrea Yates, for example, showed signs of severe post partum depression. I have no idea if she was ever treated or medicated for her condition. For some mothers, they don’t even know what’s wrong, clinically, they just know they feel hopeless and alone. They have no coping skills and most likely not getting any kind of medical or cognitive help.
What saddens me about this is that it can be successfully treated if they seek help or someone on their behalf intervenes and encourages them to get help. Susan Smith, Debbie Downs, Casey Anthony, all fall into another group, it would seem, where a ‘man’ or the need to be free from parental responsibiility is the common denominator.

Many here on BOC know the details, circumstances and behaviour of Casey Anthony and her family like the back of their hand! It’s next to impossible, imo, not to believe this woman killed her own child. No one can successfully diagnose Casey from our perspective, but, she does exhibit signs of narcissistic and socio pathological tendencies.

Bottom line is a sweet little baby girl died because she was born into a wreckless, unaccountable, emotionally and psychologically destructive family. The demise of the Anthony’s was in motion long before our precious Caylee Marie came along, imo. She didn’t stand a chance. Even the pureness of her light and innocence couldn’t soften the darkened hearts of the Anthony’s. Evil seems to protect evil at all costs on Hopespring Drive.

  25. JR says:

Mom3.0 – I too give you props for the astute insight you shed on this case!
chelsea 1515 – I totally agree with your analysis here:

    {chelsea 1515 says to Mom3.0 – thanks for bringing me back to sanity!! I have been reading all the theories and thinking oh maybe they have a point but deep down I knew that Casey, and only Casey, was responsible for the death of this little girl. You only have to listen to Cindy’s 911 call, she could not have been ‘acting’. Whilst I despise both Cindy and George for since lying and trying to protect Casey, I am sure they are devastated at the loss of Caylee and horrified at the knowledge of knowing their daughter killed her. To see Casey going into Court without batting an eyelid, preening for the cameras and her fawning attorneys makes me physically sick to my stomach. Listen to the early phone calls between Casey and Lee and her friend (I believe her name is Christina) and watch again the early jail visits. The tone of voice Casey uses is appalling and makes me cringe. Everyone seems to cower and try to placate her whilst backing off from questioning her. Not once have I seen any sign of emotion from Casey, not even when they are discussing the putrification of the remains of her child. I am sure the Prosecution have their case well in hand and if I were in Casey’s shoes I would be quaking. How can the girl go into Court knowing that Judge Perry has heard and seen ALL the evidence, even that which will be witheld from going to Trial, and still hold her head up. She makes no effort to ingratiate herself with the Judge, makes no effort to behave like a distraught mother of a murdered child. I don’t pretend to understand her, I just know I loathe her!! JMO}

….Chelsea – I too have been amazed by Casey’s ability to do the absolute unthinkable and STILL have reign over her family, her oblivious bubbly demeanor in the court room and her shameless balls to tell the ridiculous level of lies to detectives and FBI. All of it can be pretty much explained by what it so precisely reveals – textbook SOCIO/PSYCHOPATH/NARCISSIST. The hold Casey has over her parents looks to me like the dynamic of a relationship with a sociopath “The sociopath’s way or no relationship at all”. Simple as that. They need people to feed into their -whatever the fuck it is- or to simply -serve their interests- and if you don’t they will simply discard you, if you don’t go crazy trying to ‘reason’ with their unreasonableness first. Most of us eventually figure this out as one of life’s most difficult lessons (getting sucked in by a sociopath) and a few years after severing ties, we can get back to the behavior of normal life. Unfortunately for George and Cindy, they are the parents of a sociopath and the only way they’ve been able to maintain any relationship with their daughter is the pathetic, dysfunctional and insane enabling we see now. How George said he kind of knew Casey was lying about her job, but didn’t want to press or rock the boat…he knew but he WANTED to believe the best cause basically it would only end up being HIS BAD if he didn’t.

Sociopaths have this insane ability to put a ‘spell’ on those around them, not just already dysfunctional people like Cindy and George but even normal people suddenly wanting to believe this person so badly they will adapt to the most abnormal shit.

After years of living in this craziness, the dynamics have gone to this ridiculous extent – Casey the sociopath has lied continuously, stole repeatedly and thrown everyone else under the bus, even making up people to throw under the bus after killing and discarding her own kid BUT has somehow still managed to twist the parents’ initial (natural) anger towards their daughter and grief for their granddaughter into grovelling for the sociopath’s acceptance (forgiveness for that fateful/but completely logical call to police) and compromising everything in and beyond themselves to redirect her fate.

I honestly think sociopaths are born not made, but the consequences can be made so that at least for their own interests they know when to behave. But even if someone had the energy to constantly impose the rules like that, their relationship with the sociopath is really just a never ending game.

Annals, once again your on my page. Fave line of the hearing. I so dig CJ Perry, seriously.

It was really uneventful for me-

Baez tried a backdoor approach to have hearsay testimony admitted under the guise of expert testimony with no rendered diagnosis. What is the crux of that issue for me, is that given the statements in open court, I have no doubt that Danzinger’s deposition contains either his opinion of culpability to the defendant based on her statements, or she directly confessed to a level of culpability, and the reasons why.

Baez is not going to have someone else testify for Casey so he does not have to put her on the stand, no many how many little men located behind the green curtain he instructs them not to pay attention to.

In short, I think Baez went deal fishing with this “proffer” and he came up with Ole Greg on his rod, motherlicker.

Reality begins to set in for the baby killer.

Begins with the SA and then the DT walking back into the courtroom from the in camera meeting with Judge Perry.
Bringing up the rear is KC with her armed guard escort.
The look on KC’s face is something I’ve not seen before.
Her whole demeanor is different after this private meeting with the Judge and SA’s.
You can see the anger, tension, and some shock bubbling up from right below the surface of that stone face she comes out with. IMO

I think she’s been introduced to the REALITY that her hero Baez is not gonna be able to save her sorry ass.

Interesting that there is none of the usual chit chat between KC and either Baez or Mason as they sit there and wait for court to begin again. Nothing.
KC clasps her hands and taps her finger nervously trying very hard not to look at the camera or her attorneys.
And look at Baez. He’s standing for the last 5 minutes (half the video) with his briefcase at the edge of the table – so he’s ready to bolt out that door as fast as possible.
No fond look back or giggles with KC today.

I have to agree somewhat about your thinking regarding sociopaths. I believe that sociopathic behavior is created by a gene passed down on the maternal side of a family. The other part of this is a family gets caught up in the lies and manipulation of the sociopath.

Unless it is recognized early and stopped by a loving caring family member, the sociopathic behavior will continue until it creates a situation so untenable that society has to step in a make corrections.

I know this from observing such behavior in a family over thirty years ago. Most sociopaths do not take the final step of taking the life of another when things don’t work out to match their “made-up” world, but it is not uncommon for them to become angry and violent when they are confronted with reality.

JR – thanks for your support for my ‘analysis’ although I don’t pretend to be neither legally nor medically savvy, just kinda normal. It is so easy to label people to explain their behaviour but sometimes I truly believe people can be plain rotten. Over the years I have come to realise that amongst my most disliked people are those that are self centred and selfish which brings me back to my own theory – these people just do not have or perhaps because of the environment they are brought up in, never acquire, a conscience. They care only about themselves first and foremost. I actually have some sympathy with Cindy, George and Lee even though I abhor their actions since the 911 calls set the ball rolling. They have lived with the monster we know as Casey and whatever label she ends up being given, I cannot and will not, ever forgive her for ending the life of little Caylee Marie. Every mother knows the feeling of losing sight of a two year old for 30 seconds let alone 30 days, it is a heart stopping moment followed by the most tremendous relief on spotting their familiar little faces. Whatever Baez has up his sleeve there is no explanation that will ever do it for me on this one issue alone.
Hi Chica – I’m with you, can’t wait for the trial to start. My purple ribbon for Caylee is blowing in the breeze today. The slow wheels of Justice are grinding there relentless way forward, not long to go.

Proffer as in plea? Whatever happened behind closed doors, it was enough to shake up the defense and the deh fen dent (I love how CJBP says defendant).

As for the sig on the check…is this checking account a joint acct? I noted that George and Casey have very similar hand writing. Did George sign this check?

    Have a blessed day friends!

Speculation is : the judge spoke to casey about her willingness on speaking to the states psch!

I had assumed there would be an appeal in the works since she was taken in the jury room!

Magpie a poster at the hinky gave an overview of the hearing(she was there)

she did say baez had his back to the judge and facing the gallery he rolled his eyes and smirked!! wasnt taken to kindly or seen as funny by the gallery!! guess making a fool of himself has been something he has always done.

waving at you my friend~~~~~~~ Yes we are almost there!! casey didnt look to happy after returning from the jury room with her attorneys! in fact she looked downright pissed!!! but not pissed enough to fire her attorney!! is the porchlite just coming on???

get a grip casey cuz its only the begining and she is not good at hiding her anger!!!

I am so sick of mason and baez know I think they are a bunch of mother licker’s

I so knew I would regret that, lol.

I did not call them that, I was quoting Ole Greg. My bad.

I have every Gary Numan tape ever LOL

I’m ole Gregg …. How come this hook’s in my head fool?

BTW I agree that much wasnt going on in the hearing yesterday but SOOO much happened in the depos and in camera- Did you all notice how Casey and her team of boys acted after returning from JPerrys chambers?

  42. Mom3.0 says:

TGF I agree with you Casey is a master manipulator. I think Cindy tried to project herself onto casey- where george realized her for what she was Cindy tried to protect her thinking…she is my baby daughter…she isnt bad she is just misunderstood or?

I honestly think as Casey grew older her parents lived in fear of her …they went along with her whims and tried everything not to upset her…Sad and wrong.

Sammy thanks – I am honestly not understanding how this defense team can even attempt to hold their heads up …their tactics and behaviors are despicable… Mason baiting Ashton yesterday? Wow- Ashton please dont let them make you play their foolish games- rise above it as Mr. George and LDBurdick have. PS- I just read your comments IRT after the in camera stuff- I reall agree with you she didnt even acknowledge JB and he was eager to leave- bag in hand even before the Judge had ended for the day…

Ragdoll I dont know if it is a breach of attorney client privilege…I would think no just because LKB isnt that dumb. I think whatever is leaked by the defense, past and future is all in their plan to get info out there with out having Casey take the stand.

JR- thanks very insightful post- agreed especially this part:

After years of living in this craziness, the dynamics have gone to this ridiculous extent – Casey the sociopath has lied continuously, stole repeatedly and thrown everyone else under the bus, even making up people to throw under the bus after killing and discarding her own kid BUT has somehow still managed to twist the parents’ initial (natural) anger towards their daughter and grief for their granddaughter into grovelling for the sociopath’s acceptance (forgiveness for that fateful/but completely logical call to police) and compromising everything in and beyond themselves to redirect her fate—

Chica, you are so nice thanks I appreciate you and your energy as well as Everyones posts- each poster adds so much to the conversation.

Blink you wrote something that has really stuck :

“If she is just a liar, why is she alibis/defense shopping already, months in advance, according to her own parents and Richard Grund, to name a few.”

You cant claim accident and ugly coping or whatever- and know right from wrong -Why the alibis and new alibis after one is discovered and debunked? Thats not ugly coping thats covering your own azz.

A person who accidentally harms their child or tries to cover-up an accident ect.. does not torture her family and friends and LE and searchers with more lies…they come to the end of the FIRST hallway and fall to their knees asking for forgiveness and mercy..they dont tell their mom to give them one more day…and make up a last phone call from their dead daughter…they dont call home from jail and have the audacity to say they have been arrested on a F’ng whim and reply to their distraught worried friend…Oh well (die then) waste huge waste…

    Ugly coping = U. G. L. Y Casey has NO alibi BS

Blink you also brought up another point that has been plaguing me…I always wondered about that “jibberish” call to GGma- was it Casey placating her mothers fears by playing the tape of Caylee on FDay over the phone?

I have always tried to give Cindy and all the Anthony’s the benefit of the doubt…I must admit that it becomes harder and harder to overlook their actions and different recollections ect…

I would just like to know how they think the ends justify the means? What about Caylee?…Casey lied- she knew the truth the whole time and took great joy in making you all suffer. Think about that.

We are seeing the results of a sociopath who has completely taken over the family. The only way to deal with this behavior IMO is to grit your teeth and throw them out. Stop being an enabler. Don’t give them access to money, cars, food, shelter, other family members outside the home or any other thing that would enable them to survive in their twisted self induced state.

Will that stop them? No, but it would allow a family some peace. What the sociopath will do next is find another person or family to use in getting what they think they want.

Your post where you expressed what you thought Casey was thinking was very close to the reason Kaylee is gone. The sociopath couldn’t stand the fact that the boyfriend loved Kaylee too. After all wasn’t Kaylee the property of Casey?

Once Casey produced little Kaylee, the family was trapped in trying to appease the twisted desires and behavior of Casey in an attempt to protect Kaylee. It didn’t happen. That is where the family should have stopped when they found the truth. Misplaced altruism has taken Cindy, George and Lee to the place they are today.

Good find Blink! The check to the plumber looks like ICA’s writing not Cindy’s imoo.

Thanks and nice to see you:)
I agree with you that the sig is off.

    ———————–

    I’m very confused now.
If KC signed the check … wouldn’t CA see the plumbers at the house and ask WTH?? (she was home from work doing the backyard landscaping at this time, right?)
Or if George had mastered CA’s handwriting and wrote the check … to what end??
Both CA and George-Marie were around the house at that time.

I don’t doubt for a millisecond that KC can and has forged CA’s siggy many times in the past, but I just don’t follow how that would have worked with Ma and Pa A at the house at the time.

Forgive my slow brain … I’ll go have another cup ‘o joe and ponder this some more.
