Caylee Anthony Gram *Wanna Be* Sees Dead People- Is Donna MacLean A MacLeach?

Posted by BOC Staff | Casey Anthony,Caylee Anthony Case,Diane Dimond,Donna MacLean,John Q Kelly | Wednesday 13 July 2011 7:58 pm

Recently interviewed by Diane Dimond,  a journalist I like very much but who is apparently now lacking a fact checking staff, Donna MacLean claims to believe she is the paternal grandmother of Caylee Anthony.

Nancy Grace featured her on her show as well.   (Insert snark d’jour) Perhaps her fact checkers were unavailable as well and sitting on a jury somewhere… in an undisclosed sequestered paradise.

Apparently MacLean, is not alone, as she claims to have hired famed attorney John Q. Kelly in consideration of a wrongful death suit.

Mr. Kelly, who represented the Goldman and Brown families in a wrongful death action following that particular decades monster on a leash, also dropped by it’s jury, OJ Simpson, won the families over $30Million in a verdict award.

Mr. Kelly is also the attorney for the Holloway family, specifically Beth Holloway, during her recent attempts to see Joran VanderSloot in a Peruvain jail.

His client list reads like a who is who in high profile, including the estates of Kathleen Savio and the family of missing and presumed deceased George Smith.

Admirable endeavors, which begs the question, what is he doing messed up in this soup sandwich?

Donna MacLean claims that her son Michael Duggan, killed in a car crash in October 2007, was Caylee Anthony’s father. Sarah Duggan, Mr. Duggan’s half-sister, died of her injuries sustained shortly thereafter.

It is unclear how she arrived at this conclusion which belies any offer of proof, or geographical possibilities of any kind, and Ms. MacLean left out a very important fact.  Her son’s drivers license was revoked for medical reasons in 2001.  At the time of the crash, Duggan’s last known address was in Connecticut, and in 2006 he lived in North Rutherford, NJ, not Tennesee as his Mother reported.

Donna MacLean

In addition, Wilfred Duggan, Michael’s grandfather, had not seen his grandfather in a number of years, since a non-criminal incident in 1999.

Mr. Duggan refused to comment on how Michael gained access to his Sebring convertible.

A source inside the family wishing to be unidentified, has confirmed that the reasons for the revocation were based on medical reasons that would not allow re-instatement by Mr. Duggan without an approved evaluation.

Repeat 2001.  Caylee was conceived approximately Fall of 2004.

As  such is the case, is it believable Master MacLean was driving through different parts of the country, in the moving business, without so much as a drivers license, which by the way is a requirement of the bonds necessary to work in the industry?

Sadly, Ms. MacLean’s own family has never heard this story previously, and I do believe we have given Ms. MacLeach the latest 15 minutes she has asked for.

The Orange County Court House is going to run out of paper by the day at this rate.  There are enough meritorious lawsuits facing Ms. Anthony as we speak, I recommend one save’s one’s energy for those.

Sex Offender Gets Custody of Three-Year-Old Miranda Wilkerson

BAKER COUNTY, Fla. — Friends of Miranda Wilkerson are planning to protest a judge’s decision to turn over custody of the almost four-year-old to a sex offender.

The transfer happened on Wednesday in Baker County. Miranda, who turns four on July 24, is in the middle of a legal mess. Her mother, Trista Crews, died one month after she was born.

Crews was married at the time to a registered sex offender, Donald Coleman.

Coleman has a violent criminal history involving domestic violence and aggravated assault. Coleman pleaded guilty to a sex crime involving a child back in 1997.

Miranda’s family says Coleman is not her biological father. In fact, divorce papers filed by Coleman note that he knew Crews was pregnant with another man’s child. Miranda was that child.

Because Crews and Coleman were still married at the time of Miranda’s birth, he is considered her legal father.

Miranda’s biological dad as well as other family members are fighting to get her back.

They are planning to protest the judge’s decision in front of the Baker County Courthouse this afternoon.

Pardon my French, but what the Eff is wrong with these people? Is there something in the water down there in Florida? Who is this freakin’ judge???? I’m really starting to feel like if you actually want to protect your kids, do not ever live in Florida!

Looks like Cindy and George are setting up yet another “fund”. “Caylee’s Fund” to focus on grandparent’s rights.

“Mark Lippman, the couple’s attorney, told WFTV that the Anthonys plan to be the nonprofit’s officers and draw salaries because they are unable to work.”

Gag me with a spoon already. These people really need to take Casey’s lead and stay out of sight and out of the way for a very long time, IMO. Go away, Cindy and George. You’ve done way more than enough already.

Blink: re: upcoming Scared Monkeys show. Please remind the Harringtons that they are still in our hearts and justice for Morgan remains at the forefront of our thoughts. Their ability to handle their tragedy with such integrity and grace demonstrates the true meaning of “heroic” to us all. As Jaycee Dugard has come out of her 18 year nightmare a ‘true hero’ as well.

On Casey: I believe, from Todd Mascaluso’s connection to the 2nd private plane leaving Orlando, apparent affiliation with office in Bank of America building downtown and his sudden comments appearing in the media out of the blue, that Casey has likely come to California. Bottom line is she needs to make money and Los Angeles is where both the entertainment and sex industry are fueled. Its also the mecca of plastic surgeons and image renovations, as well an industry specifically catered to protecting high profile people. (Although she is more the Osama Bin Laden profile rather than star status celebrity).

I’ll let you guys know if I happen to run in to her…haha.

I am amazed at the Anthony’s behavior. Must they spew their nonsense to the public and hope for MORE donations to pad their pockets?

They will establish a NEW foundation (guess the first one didn’t do so well) and try to take credit for establishing Caylee’s Law. It was not their idea and it should not be portrayed as such. They will boast for years that the “Foundation” helped thousands of children and families. What a farce! They only want to run this so called foundation and pay themselves.

I’m sickened by them living off of the State with their claim of disability due to the trial. How many families in America have been approved for disability because they lost a loved one? Answer: One- The Anthony’s. I’m quite certain they have made more “blood money” than the $20,000.00 dollars that we know of. You can’t tell me that Cindy’s new outfits (one for each day of trial) and the shiny new red Jeep are all afforded on one person’s disability.

I have no desire to read their BOOK of LIES. So what, Cindy took copious notes during trial- she’ll spin her story the same way she spun the chloroform searches. The entire family are liars. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree, the tree fell right on top of the apple.

Due to the Anthony’s being shoved under a bus by the defense, a great deal of America forgave Cindy her aggressions. Fool me once-shame on me, fool me twice……… Never again.

I just don’t know how it is ok with any of them to make money off of this tragedy. I for one am not tuning into any major networks who continue to spew the defense’s “woe is me” card on behalf of Casey or the Anthony’s crap.

I know they have lost their beloved grandchild, but even Jeffry Dohmer’s family showed a great dignity in their tragic story. Jeffry’s father told his son he loved him but would not condone his actions and had empathy for all of his son’s victims. The Anthony’s want it to be all about them.

Oh, and Casey, if your reading the blogs—enjoy your fame. I see it has brought you some great marriage proposals. The ONE guy who wants you said it is because you have a good body and like to party. His qualities and requirements for a mate are basically the lowest of low. I also can’t wait for some loser like him to bring you home to meet his mom. I can just imagine some mom’s face when her son says, “I’d like you to meet my date, Casey Anthony.” She’ll slam the trailer door shut on your face.

You will never have a “Beautiful Life”. You have ruined and marred so many people’s lives with your lies. Everyone you touch has been burned. From Jesse Grund who did nothing but try to love you and Caylee, to the officer you dated who was embarrassed to say he dated you, so he got fired. Another officer was fired because he didn’t find Cayelee’s remains, which afforded you a lack of DNA on the tape and Caylee’s body. There’s your parents and family members who have suffered. Roy Kronk who was vilified yet should’ve been praised by you and your family since he was Caylee’s savior. Zenaida Fernandez-(hyphen) Gonzales-need I say more. Amy (best friend) Heizenga: AKA your illegal bank while mom’s is unavailable. Tim Miller and the many thousands who freely gave their time and money. Even Leonard Padilla and crew. But let’s not forget the person who matters most (to those who didn’t know her but seemed to care more for her than her own mother did) CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY. She paid the price for knowing you and what a price it was. Rest in that “Beautiful Life” of yours.

the info coming out that Mr Bradley tried in vain to alert OCSO that something was wrong with the computer info about chloroform — there’s another stain on this trial.
A stain that I see Baez and Mason riding for all it’s worth.

Not sure if I’m correct – but sounds like this was something that OCSO failed to follow thru on – after Mr Bradley even offered to fly back down to Orlando at his own expense to clear up the conflicting reports.
OCSO for whatever reasons, would not listen at that point.
Kinda like the lazy officer at the beginning that refused walk into the muck to take a closer look in the swamp the first time that Roy Kronk tried to alert OSCO that he saw something in the swamp. (and eventually fired)

This wasn’t something that LDB, Jeff Ashton, Frank George were trying to cover-up.

Let’s be clear on one thing…the Scamthony’s are NOT victims. They’re con artists. Caylee is the only victim!!!! They blew their chances for any kind of public support. They are accomplices after the fact. You can’t have it both ways. They may grieve for their grand daughter but they clearly demonstrated that lying under oath and obstructing justice was a snap. They’re certainly not role models for grand parents who have no access to their grand children. This was NEVER their case or situation. All they did was enable their creature. It was never about Caylee. What I did learn was that money is thicker than blood in this family. That’s their legacy.

They abandoned Caylee and her memory. That is that.

If boycotting and turning off the Creature channel et al is your goal, posting links to interviews (even after the fact) is still giving credit to the source. They know we’re tuning in *angry face*

Apparently, if a link is copy and pasted (from their page, at least) it’s tracked by the domain. At what point that becomes ineffective, IDK (in other words, not sure if a link copied from a link of a link is trackable by source of info).

My point being, if one reads a story and links it to a blog, it tells FOX/Georaldo (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, HLN) that people are still tuning in. (I apologize for my inability to explain effectively).

Have you truly followed the case from the beginning? How is 22 years old ‘near teenager’? It’s ok for an 18 yr old (male or female) to serve in the Armed Forces in the most inhospitable parts of the world in order to safeguard your sorry skin from terrorists. Yet you believe a girl having been given every opportunity to do something with and for herself should garner our sympathy and compassion because she ‘couldn’t cope’ with a beautiful little girl of 2 years of age who was inhibiting her whoring lifestyle, who was probably about to let the cat out of the bag regarding this lifestyle. If you think anyone here on BOC has ever entertained the thought that Caylee died by accident and not by the hand of her hideous mother I believe you are badly mistaken. Forget the 84 searches, concentrate on: missing for 31 days without reporting, bedhopping with a 2yr old having to share those beds, lying, lying, lying. Watch the prison tapes, listen to the telephone conversations from the jail, read the grandmother’s interview, then tell me she was a ‘near teenager’ with poor coping skills. Casey Anthony was a first class act when it came to manipulating to get her way, she is soulless, no conscience, doesn’t know the meaning of the word compassion or care. She is one depraved individual who has got away with murder. JMO

I do find it interesting, though, that an invoked witness, Bradley, took it upon himself to directly communicate with and question another invoked witness, Stenger, while the trial was still ongoing.

I respect Mr. Bradley’s position on the matter, but I will be honest, someone owe’s Ms. Drane Burdick an apology as it relates to her questioning Cindy with the “84 x” question. Absolutely up my street. It’s rude & vulgar, but hilariously funny!! Would recommend to anyone in need of unwinding.

Nothing will change the fact that Caylee is dead. Only time will tell what the Public will retain as fact. Or how others will infulence their decisions of what is fact.

I will ignore as some will. Will write to offensive articles or publishers and boycott everything Anthony and Baez. Easy and right solution for me. I have turned my back on what they want the Public to percieve them to be when I know in my heart they are not. A liar is a liar is a liar. Have learned Lying can be evil causing many lives to run amuk. No pity or compasion, so sad, to bad, you reap what you sow.

    Thank you for posting this

I have been seeing the term “near Teen” around for about a week now and it infuriates me. She was then and is now a fully grown woman who made her own adult choices beginning with the choice to bear and keep her child.

Interesting read. I don’t want to continue to fuel the fires, but there is still so much uproar and outrage. I hear also that ANOTHER juror quit their job recently. Another book of LIES to come out? Ugh.

blink…. I really don’t think lies and parents who are willing to lie for her are coping tools. I think it is sad, very sad. A hyper-critical mother like Cindy tool a teen to lie, lie lie.. and escape reality. Casey wasn’t much more than a teen, emotionally. something sad happened and she used the coping tools this family equipped her with lies and escaping reality. This is sad.. to me watching the jail videos of George he is speaking in some type of code either to Casey to himself he knew what happened.. the mother is a monster of a more subtle type. this girl never had a chance.
