Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview

New York, NY-  For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case.  Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman courtesy of People

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions,  and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.

In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning,  Horman  maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

“… At what point are Kyron’s biological parents going to realize I don’t have the answers, they need to change this thing around…”

“…There is so much the public is not being told about this investigation, that’s why I am doing this- nobody is looking for Kyron…”

Horman’s interview drew sharp reactions from Kaine Horman and Desiree Young, Kyron’s parents.

“…Why is she silent for 5 1/2 years if she is innocent.  I want her to tell me where Kyron is.  If she is innocent she should call Multnomah County Sheriffs Office and sit down for an interview…”-  Desiree Young

“Hi friends. Yes I am well aware of the tabloid journalism piece in the media today. FYI – there will be more of the same coming Friday
We have a HOST of MCSO and FBI investigators STILL standing by with interviews and polygraphs when someone actually wants to cooperate. FEEL FREE TO STOP BY THEY ARE WAITING!! STILL!! Until then we’ll stick with the scores of people with valid/accurate information and the failed polygraphs as the only actual actions taken to-date.  To all of you: how about not linking the article/interview?
REMEMBER KYRON?!?!? This is what we need to be focused on!!
Love you Kyron!!” – Kaine Horman post on his Facebook Page

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney,  Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.

Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview.  Um, What?

Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

About Yankee’s 2014 donation to Staton: in corrupt govt worksites, it is a condition of employment.
Same thing has been debated in Centre Cty PA , with a recently implemented slight curb on supervisors’ directing employees to sign election petitions on work time in work locations.

yesterday I looked up a long-deceased Federal employee.
I was seeking to dispose of her oils to anyone interested for shipping cost alone.

That employee, secretary to the head of a regional US govt agency in the 50s,
was able to procure/purchase in the 50s the govt purchase of her own oils to line that agency’s (irs) regional govt walls.

my mother, secretary to the no 2, therefore her underling, had to buy them too, despite penury.
if I got a cookie for a school lunch, I remember opening that second shelf sale good to display to
my shock and my classmates worms. whatever the cost to family, govt secretaries in a regional irs office
had to buy a higher up’s oils to have any chance of promotion or peace.

Have things changed for and between women in work sites?

I learned this now deceased woman’s undistinguished son lives in a KY town beyond rural,
and my mother ended up surpassing her in the mgmt food chain.

I look at the oils, which I hope to profer to a dealor for free,
and remember some govt workplace corruption never ends.

of course people like Yankee have to go on record contributing to
people like Staton as govt employees.

    AND

Thank you ATG for pushing me to pedal. One stumbles on the most interesting things. Legal case2008 involving mcso.
A type of mgmt problem (allegedly – promoting an unqualified aka then bimbo type) allegedly occurred under Tim Moore in 2002 before the 2003 Guisto election.

Cameo appearance of Jennifer Ott, Staton’s righthand HR-research assistant at that Union meeting where he presented her profiles of the participants:

“Bisson and Traxler were instructed by Tim Moore to train Jennifer Ott to eventually become the new Director of HR. Traxler was aware that Ott had previously quit a Recruitment Specialist job because it was too hard. Moore told Bisson to hire Ott back to work in HR. Traxler characterizes Ott as much younger than Traxler, very attractive, and very popular with the male managers. Traxler did not believe that Ott had the necessary knowledge, skills, or training to be the Director of HR.”
In a case with some parallels to Yankee.
Doubt Rosenblum DOJ will find this backgrounder on Ott, or this 2008 case with fiscal whistleblower parallels to Yankee, or think it relevant.
Yantis gets her job at same time.
Ott worked on Guisto’s transition team.
In opinion Part II Ott reappears as a coverup specialist from a tort defense pov.

    https://casetext.com/case/traxler-v-multnomah-county-2

    Relevant:

“During her tenure, Bisson saw the MCSO act inconsistently in allowing some employees to retain their jobs after using up family medical leave time. Some were allowed to return or to *4 retire after taking much more time off than provided by statute.”

“Bisson observed the MCSO use the budget process as a way of getting rid of employees “that were unpopular and that management did not want to keep.” Bisson Decl. ¶ 17. Bisson, who had supervised Ott, did not think that Ott was competent to take over the HR Director position.”

“Traxler observed upper management, including Aab and Moore, protect certain employees and use budget cuts to get rid of employees that they did not want to keep. Moore also instructed HR to work around County rules at times to give special treatment to preferred employees. Traxler witnessed Moore treat family leave inconsistently. Employees he favored were allowed to retain their jobs after using up their medical leave but others lost their jobs. Traxler believes that Moore wanted her out of an HR management position because she tried to apply HR rules equally for all employees. Moore made snide comments about Traxler and her skills.”

imo This is how when Yankee was reassigned work duties last Nov she knew she was about to be terminated. Old Tim Moore game:

“Traxler was concerned because the last four employees who had managed Payroll had their positions cut from the budget. Traxler also was not allowed to move her desk to Payroll and had to keep working from her desk in HR. Ott told Traxler this was so she could continue to answer questions from Ott and the HR staff. Traxler was not given any storage space for her Payroll materials and was characterized by Ott and Moore as messy.”

Her lawyer Levy dropped the ball and failed to file Notice of intent to sue in the proper form of an excellent cass, this summary judgment
“As in Flug, Levy’s email does not convey an intent to sue even though it characterizes much of the MCSO’s behavior as unreasonable and contrary to law. ”

“Accordingly, I conclude that Traxler has not met the OTCA notice requirements for the state claims other than the OFLA claim. I grant summary judgment against the state disability discrimination, age discrimination, and whistleblower claims.”

    and so it went

  10. Rose says:

One would have to read the State law
but it seems to me the sources Ott build her “full profile” compilations with are irrelevant whether internet, direct collateral interviews, or LE official databases. What matters are the end profile products, the motives and useages. I suspect there’s enough to charge Staton and Ott with a violation of State law, and use of an LE database woukd only add another charge.

“In the middle of the meeting, according to documents WW obtained under a public records request, Staton made an extraordinary announcement. He’d “had a full profile done of them”—i.e., on each of the 14 citizen volunteers on the committee.
Staton added that his human resources director, Jennifer Ott, “had files on the committee members.”

  11. Rose says:

It’s beginning to look like the one route to progressing the failed investigation and coverup is to see the County taxpayer victims of mcso have the fish’s head and its entrails (Moore, Gates, Ott) gutted by private or State litigation. These then, are outside the gym circle of user-dealors, and it gets down to the Horman social circle,
otherwise how would Terri know about several superfluous to the gym and to the arestees?
I don’t remember anyone in their social circle but Mike R, who was Intel & motorcycles
and do good in nepal, & who decamped to CA office. Mike C, who was alleged to be drug driven by his Ex
was supposedly new to Terri. I suppose to id their social circle one would have to go back to Kaine’s 2009 FB.

    ************

So who was waiting to be deposed in KH & TMH’s dissolution? Could it possibly be the same people who were about to be deposed in DY’s civil suit when it was dropped? Is that possibly why the dissolution suddenly settled? Would those depositions have lead to LE’s antics?

  14. A Texas Grandfather says:

I am glad to encourage you Rose. You have a talent for finding detailed information.

Maybe the lady doesn’t have an MBA. It could be a Masters in another area. Few MBA curricula have anything to do with computer hardware or software.

Unless one has an electrical engineering degree with a major in electronics, the hardware expert may be someone’s opinion rather than fact. The IT courses usually concentrate on programming and design unless they are a part of an Industrial Engineering program.

I still have an SDK (System Design Kit)main board for the 8086 processor from Intel built at Beaverton in 1977. This is the board that was used to evolve the original IBM PC. I have worked on big main frames, minicomputors and microcomputers Maybe in those days I could have been considered a hardware and software expert because I could write code in assembler that was used by System Programmers. A systems programmer is responsible for maintaining the operating system. So much has changed that I would have to study for a while to get up-to-date.

Regarding the operation of MCSO, it appears that there is a “Good Ole Boys” system underneath the so called transparency claim. Such a system cannot fulfill its duties to the public in a proper manner. Instead, it creates a rotten environment for the workplace.

  15. Rose says:

Since Rosenblum was on the small Work Group post-law 2002, a work group which issued its report last Dec, imo she was fresh on the statutory profiling definition and knew that Staton/Ott’s profiling presented at the Union mtg did not meet the definition and told Kafoury so. The legislators and Brown forgot to include Union reps along with the homeless in their broad list of protected classes (snark). So the only thing left is Staton’s hyperbolic comment other Sheriffs will “cap” supporters of appointment v election, hardly a crime.

as many of you watch Nightline tonight to hear the story of the monster and to hear Desiree’s response…please keep this little man in the front of your mind. It should be about HIM, not them fighting back and forth in the media. He lived with his dad, his room is still at his dad’s, his school was near his dad’s, his dad cared for, loved, fed, etc. this amazing boy….he needs him back. Everyone should be a united front, listening to law enforcement, following their directions on what steps to take next like Kaine does, not going on public television to argue back and forth. Rant over! BRING KYRON HOME!!!!!

Oh? Not arguing publicly like on Dr. Phil- for which both guests were paid? I find it an egregious overstep of the live-in, after the fact girlfriend, who never met Kyron, whose daughters were regularly tweeting seriously inappropriate behavior in their presence is going to assess a situation she never experienced personally. The monster? This is how she refers to the Mother of a child in her defacto care protected by an order she is violating by those very comments? Of course kaine listens to LE- not doing so would have landed him in jail and with a different custodial arrangement. There, I said it.

“Everyone should be a united front, listening to law enforcement, following their directions on what steps to take next like Kaine does, not going on public television to argue back and forth.”

In addition to B’s comments in what a bizarre thing to say after Kaine went on Dr. Phil with DY doing the same crap, I found the whole statement odd.

    1) First and most obvious, everyone should be on a united front to find Kyron. KM’s statement implies everyone is not, meaning KH & DY. (which of course we know, but the question still remains as to why not?)

2)It also implies that LE doesn’t want DY going public like she has been since 2010 and trying to ensue *catfights*, because if that’s what they wanted, Kaine would be doing it as well. (and of course KH is doing everything by the book…..right. snark)

3)It also implies that KH *IS* following LE’s “directions”, but DY is not. (We know TMH could give an RA about LE now, and I don’t blame her a bit, though I do believe she will still try to do what is in Kyron’s best interest in regard to the investigation.)

4)It also sounds to me like KM is more upset with DY’s response to than TMH making the interview claiming her innocence. Which being in her position is equally odd, IOW has KH shared his doubts re TMH’s guilt or innocence in Kyron’s disappearance?

I would like to know exactly what LE has told KH to do? Sell bracelets? Sit back and wait another 5 years, something will come up? Maybe out of a Koloring book or a Kar show? WTH?

I don’t do FB, but I wished someone would have responded to this gal, and asked her exactly what it is that LE would like the parents to do? (Have a joint bio-step sit down?) And what directions Mr. Horman is specifically following?

IDK, but this is just one more weird statement to me and reaffirms there is some sort of relationship between Mr. Horman and LE, that oddly does not exist between DY and including her police officer husband. One would think, there would be more of a relationship going on in the latter than the former. If it is as Blink says, Kaine is avoiding charges this way, then why doesn’t DY blow a fuse and get to the bottom of THAT issue? That could be what is stalling this whole investigation.

So now I’m wondering if it’s the other way around and KH is holding things over LE’s head?

  17. A Texas Grandfather says:

    Rose

Your #9 post above just exposes what a bully Staton actually is. Asking Ott to produce a full profile on the committee members has zero place in their work. The profiles will be used to get his way.

This may be against Oregon law and if so, a legal case for the committee members to remove him from office. This sheriff does not run a good agency. How much power the committee has in making changes is unknown.

  18. erose says:

@Rose, Ah, Vancouver, SMH of course. I do not doubt the pressure and expectation of her donation. Underhill made the list as well.

  19. erose says:

@TRuth, Great list, I would add 5) Never mention that Kyron left the building with a man. (and why would both parents, who are not getting along, keep that information secret, and why would they discount that information on the “Find Kyron” posters that explained that scenario if they themselves wanted that information out there?)

  20. Rose says:

TY TRuth. It is so helpful to put Kristin’s patter together in one place.
Too much for me now. I will ponder Kristin’s missives after they sink in.

    In the meantime poor Hill3..
Mom asked for $3,000 more awhile back to take her to Fla to
get her dog, but nary a dime to show for that solicitation. A lead
donor had effectually finded Round 1.
She recently added an extra $2,000 to that unfunded 3,000.
So 5,000 more to get and integrate child Hill3′s “seizure” dog.
    Nelmel predicted this one too.
This situation is way sad, and KM needed a social worker
at OSU or wherever to get her child a workable plan.

Perhaps Kaine could underwrite $5,000, but maybe he’s not invited on the
dog/Cape Canaveral jaunt. If these 2 had melded imo,
he’d be there with kiara visiting Canaveral too.

Not wishing to be insensitive but the whole crowdsourcing thing and then adding several thou to travel during Spring Break- awkward.

Couldn’t the dog be fitted with a Kyron foundation vest and promote awareness and therefore get some funding?

    B

  21. Rose says:

    @TRuth. How could this kiara’s mother-substitute
use the word “the monster” wrt kiara’s genetic mother?

    any adoptive parent knows better.
(and didnt kristen have adoption in her family story.)

I suspect kaine has booted out this 40 yo babe because she is
such a liability in the potential custody war.

  22. Rose says:

@erose. wrt “Never mention that Kyron left the building with a man. (and why would both parents, who are not getting along, keep that information secret, and why would they discount that information on the “Find Kyron” posters ”
thinking must be the pocketbook. fundraising 101.

On page the comments were turned off or I would have
She was so out of line referring to a child’s mother as a monster She is raising this child with the child’s best interest in mind The child mother has a name. Terri or mom to Kiara.
Kaine has not treated his women well from my view so my hope is KM is going find her self in the same situation
She has girls who still need a mom of their own So want is she so involved in Kaine’s life for
    Good bye would be best

  24. Rose says:

@Malty. Sometime in the last month Soldier said once Kaine had a new Ex.

It seems like the child needs a dog it is the parents problem this child of KM must have a DAD some place
To pay child support and she works plus donations from friends
Kaine needs to plan for Kiara’s future and education and health She could have health problems some day
Moving in with some one doesn’t mean you are that child’s parent

I have to say I think it is incredibly interesting as I am going through this process the amount of insiders that believed after prolly weeks 2-3 that Terri was absolutely not a suspect and should be eliminated as one. That hot mess sting led some to “dig in” out of fear and some to ask to be reassigned. Staton lost confidence in the investigation because it was proper.
    B

  29. Rose says:

Imo for the sake of Hill3, mom needs to be led by the hand by a clinic social worker.
Who in their right mind buys a SW Air ticket (or other airline; I use kayak plus SW) to Fla at Spring Break?
Who stays at Airbnb rather than Red Roof Inn or the ilk (which takes dogs). I once did these wonderful things for my kids; now I stay at the cheapest as I drive cross country using the bedbug registry. Cheapest plan of
course would be to fly dog & trainer to OR to deliver after school concludes. I was sad to see her job has no paid leave. maybe Kaine could help her get an entry level govt clerk job say with mcso and tap into PERS at 65. Yes, folks can give as they please to benefit the child.

I travel pretty frequently to Fla for work- timed correctly it is cheap travel. Frontier is ridiculous.

not only that Blink, it’s a medical deductible if one had an income.

  31. T. Ruth says:

Trying to decipher if Duyck’s comment is anywhere near accurate, I found his mom’s obit (HUGE family), but I come up empty with any LE connections (cousins) other than a possible connection to the last name of one that died in the line of duty in 1998. RIP, officer, Waibel.

    http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=122630556

It would be easier if someone would just post over there (if their postings are not closed and ask who his cousin is, LOL).

(I took an interest in particular because I had come across the Duyck name before when looking at fire departments up there.)

If at all true, I wonder who retired.

    *****************

Is it possible that Gosson retired, right in the heart of Kyron’s case?:

“The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office would also like to announce that a press conference is scheduled for Tuesday July 27, 2010 at the Hanson Building located at 12240 NE Glisan Portland, Oregon. The exact time for this press conference will be announced by Friday July 23, 2010.

Present at this conference will be Chief Deputy Tim Moore and Lead Investigator of the Kyron case Sgt. Lee Gosson. The purpose of this press conference will be to provide an update of the case and respond to questions that were submitted regarding the case.”

    http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?action=printpage;topic=8300.0

^^^ AKA, the presser that never happened. Gosson was a no show and Moore gave some kind of statement, IIRC, ZERO update. That was it. No mention of Gosson being on or off the case ever again.

Can anyone verify if he’s still active LE? I don’t know why this bugs me, but it does. The biggest case to ever hit Portland and all these folks retire….judges, multiple DA’s, now LE?

    Will Staton be next?

  32. Rose says:

what dog do Jacquiss, Kafoury, Underhill, and Ellen have in this
latest lurid episode in the history of MCSO leadership?

Underhill and Kafoury have the motivation of Dem politics and defend the
    County ciffees, esp mcso’s.

Jacquiss’ timing after SIX years of the same from Staton dovetails with Ellen’s FIRST (and likely last, aging out to SC Judge before her term ends) reelection run

Then there’s the old girls’ protect our fine Dist 4 CC candidate from Staton filing.

One thing Ellen won’t find, and knows she won’t find, is evidence of a crime or violation of state law.

The other motive is to schuss out Riddell’s case via interviewing Yankee prior to trial against the County (coffers).

I think Jacquiss was aware of these “investigation requestors’ motivations and kniwledge before he wrote this piece.

    Because of the timing.

Rose, the article said both Kafoury & Underhill wanted Staton investigated for this. So how does that work? Did Kafoury go to Underhill with her request, or exactly how is Underhill involved and why would he be? I don’t know how this process works and why the they both wanted Staton investigated. (i.e., Staton does not report to Underhill). Makes me wonder if there is yet another reason Underhill wants Staton et.al, investigated.

In the letter they both signed, (dated Feb 5) it implies they had already talked with Rosenblum about investigating the Sheriff. The second part of the investigation, the alleged misconduct regarding the Sheriff in several instances, not just with Yankee, is a very wide-open door to be investigated, don’t you think? Makes me wonder if the investigation will involve more than just Yankee’s claims.

KM is lying on her FB about the service dog. I do not believe for one minute that she doesn’t know, by now, that there is NO “national database for service dogs.”

There ARE multiple websites that are companies that will send people paperwork (from their company) indicating that your dog is a service dog. Please review some of these websites. Google search them by typing “is there a national datebase of service dogs?” Lotsa people in on this biz.

Pull up a few of those “official” registry sites for service dogs, and scroll down to those nice disclaimers at the bottom. Guess what most of them say?

Oh, how about this: “Not affiliated with any government agency. Registrant data is based on assertions by dog owner. Registration is not required by the ADA.”
    (that’s from: https://www.usservicedogregistry.org/)

Or, this! “The US Dog Registry is an independent organization providing service dog, emotional support dog, and therapy dog registration and products, and is not affiliated with the ADA or any government agency.”
    (from: http://usdogregistry.org/)

    Not to mention: http://servicedogcentral.org/content/fake-service-dog-credentials

I have searched high and low. I have done so because I have worked with disabled and seniors who needed assistance animals and seeing eye dogs, etc. Over many years working in affordable housing, I have learned (to date) that there is NO official registry for service dogs. If this has changed, I have not found any information to indicate it has changed.

Ms. KM needs to either stop allowing her dumbass self (yeah, I just said that) to continue to get ripped off, or she needs to stop lying to people.

Again, I cannot even cope with the idea that she has been involved in getting her daughter a service dog for the child’s epilepsy — all this time — and does not know that to date, the ADA requires no “registration” or “certification” of such dogs.

Like, um….”Service animal registration is a scam. It is a for profit business. It’s purpose is to make money at the expense of gullible people with disabilities and those who just want it easier to break laws. Registration means nothing because the dog is never evaluated, never even seen by the agency issuing the registration. It’s just a piece of paper that any idiot can buy for between $40 and $250 dollars and that could just as easily be printed on a home computer for a few cents. Registration scams exist primarily to help pet owners pass off their pets as service animals so they can get them on airplanes, into motels, and into stores with them. Real service animals don’t need this kind of registration.”

Please excuse me while I throw something out the window. I am so mad about this.

I guess that explains why apparently medical insurance or apparently social programs based on income don’t cover these costs. Just wth already?

Oregon Department of Justice Begins Probe of Sheriff Dan Staton

    (snipped, more @ link)

Although all the allegations relate to Staton’s conduct as sheriff, entitling him to legal representation by the county, he has also retained the Barran Liebman law firm to represent him. If Staton wants the county to pay for his private attorney, he’d need approval from the commission or the county attorney. He has not sought that approval.

Staton’s spokesman, Lt. Steven Alexander, confirms the sheriff hired a private lawyer. Asked who’s paying, Alexander says, “I don’t have any information on that.”

    ****************

Well that’s interesting. Paying for a private attorney, when he could have one for free.

No wonder he doesn’t want a county attorney. He allegedly called Carlo Calandriello, the bald efr.

(You can read the Tort Claim Notice at the above link.)

He settled the suit, so should become very interesting.

not only that Blink, it’s a medical deductible if one had an income.
Kaine might marry her and file a joint return this year.
Then he could move on if they chose. Kind of like Cylvia’s tax planning.
    ———–
As a single low income mom KM is probably getting some kind of assistance from the state/feds (medicaid) for medical issues. If Kaine marries KM he will be financially responsible for the medical problems of both her girls because her+his income would cause her to lose or get reduced state/federal aid. Considering the health issues her girls have that would be very expensive(and could become more expensive) even with his health insurance to offset the cost. I don’t think Kaine wants to go there he seems to be pretty careful when it comes to his money. I also think Kaine sees KM as a babysitter with benefits anyway so there is probably no marriage in their future.

@TRuth, Just trying to put that lead detective thing together.

    08/03/10

Fitting Portland’s more self-effacing style, the Kyron investigation has no publicly recognized spokesperson. Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton’s shop is nominally in charge of the investigation, but the painfully shy sheriff rarely takes the microphone, preferring to delegate speaking duties to a rotating cadre of command staff. The lead investigator, Sheriff’s Sgt. Lee Gosson, has never even spoken publicly on the case. Despite its low-key style and the fact it’s a relatively small agency, insiders say any suspicion that MCSO could mishandle the case is groundless—it has help from other members of the East County Major Crimes Team, which includes some of the most seasoned detectives in the region. The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office is also involved in steering the investigation; the person in that office who puts in the most hours on the case is Chief Deputy District Attorney Norm Frink, who likewise has made no public appearances.

I believe this is Gosson’s mother as d-i-l is Sharon, same name as Gosson’s wife.

Likely the first individual in OR to be investigated for a violation of that recent profiling law was Rosenblum’s own DOJ investigator:
    http://www.opb.org/news/article/oregon-attorney-general-apologizes-to-profiled-doj-employee-/
The OR law was particularly intended to deal with unwarranted stops based on profiling, but here the issue is
software surveillance based on a twitter handle political-social affiliation (#BlackLivesMatter).

Not so far a stretch then to see Staton-Ott profiling of individuals associating with each other as
a Group–a professional-social grouping (Union Reps) with a political cast
(Unions being seen generally by some on the right as lefties) when the issue under discussion
by the Group with Staton-Ott is first and foremost a political question. So, if Ellen is consistent
and applies the same standard as with her own investigator, this investigation might bear fruit.

After reading Graham Spanier’s defamation suit filed today, I am wondering if the bios’ many national media appearances and print interviews where they couple accusation of Terri as perpetrator or co-conspirator
with the statement LE has told me can be attributed to mcso as defamatory by mcso under an agency theory.
