Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions, and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.
In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

“…There is so much the public is not being told about this investigation, that’s why I am doing this- nobody is looking for Kyron…”
Horman’s interview drew sharp reactions from Kaine Horman and Desiree Young, Kyron’s parents.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

Thanks for the link to the Medford detective Rose. According to the bio he is an expert on the MAC operating system and has taken the beginning course in phone forensics.
Apple has always had what was considered a proprietary operating system. It was originally developed for the Motorola 68000 computer chip. When Steve Jobs was fired as Apples CEO, he began a new company that he named Nextstep. The operating system for it was a derivative of UNIX. It was on the Nextstep machine that Tim Burners-Lee developed the concept of the graphical internet and designed the hypertext transport protocol along with HTML to display a page.
When Jobs returned to Apple he brought the UNIX operating system back with him. UNIX was developed at the AT&T research center (Bell Labs) in New Jersey. The federal government prevented AT&T from entering the computer business. As a result of government intervention, AT&T made UNIX available to universities all over the country including the source code. The source code is written in the C computer language that was also developed at Bell Labs.
The West coast schools nearly all took advantage of the free operating system. An IT person attending one of those schools most certainly was taught UNIX and its internals. The MAC OSX operating system is based on UNIX. In addition, most of the smart phone operating systems can trace their lineage back to UNIX via the LINUX operating system and its derivatives such as the work of Google for their browser Chrome.

There is something missing in the interviews with TMH and with DY that is crucial to the application of perception of guilt.
1. Neither Elaine, nor ABC, nor whomever interviews DY asks if LE had spread the web and interviewed registered perps in the area.
2. This is important. Back south, a few days ago, the police responding to the 2y/o that was reported missing had an immediate sweep of the area and was on the perps (lie white on rice) that they found.
3. We know, because of the Wendy’s perp (with Roseburg ties) that even the most infamous of Oregon perps were not even interviewed. Why?
4. Especially since Houze had indicated that he had witnesses who would testify that Kyron was seen after TMH left. And that there were reports from the beginning that Kyron was seen with a ‘man’ after TMH left.
5. Why has there NEVER been a known vetting of perps in the area? Other than the ‘witness or witnesses’ asked for in the August 11th, 2010 press conference.
6. Why did the public settle for a re-active rather than pro-active ‘investigation’?
7. And what in general, then, does ‘active’ investigation mean? If it is, than state at least in general terms, what that means because for 5 years that has been the ONLY excuse that precludes a COLD CASE.

That’s exactly how a Constitutional Sheriff would reply to a wimmin with the temerity to do her professional job and pose a reasonable, and necessary, question about his investigative process. I think we underestimated the world view of Staton Moore O’Donnell and probably Yandell as it affects the investigation. I now suspect both Youngs share that socio-political worldview of the County Sheriff.
KM, on her FB, is reacting to the TMH and DY show, post-People interview. Here she seems to be saying that yet another catfight initiated by DY and directed at TMH does not help find Kyron. She points out — very aggressively — that Kyron lived with KH and that the core of his whole life was with KH (dig at DY there, ouch). She is pointing out that the investigation is not helped when DY goes of on TMH yet again. Obviously I do not know KM and I have my documented distrust of KH, but this is a reasonable observation — other than use of “the monster” is entirely wrong, but other that that, KM is taking both ex’s to task here. I get it that she has a bias — KH is her security allowing her to live an upper middle class life — but at the same time I find it interesting that she feel free to snap at DY as well as TMH. If KH didn’t want her to do so, I have a hunch we would not see this as a very public post on her FB:

as many of you watch Nightline tonight to hear the story of the monster and to hear Desiree’s response…please keep this little man in the front of your mind. It should be about HIM, not them fighting back and forth in the media. He lived with his dad, his room is still at his dad’s, his school was near his dad’s, his dad cared for, loved, fed, etc. this amazing boy….he needs him back. Everyone should be a united front, listening to law enforcement, following their directions on what steps to take next like Kaine does, not going on public television to argue back and forth. Sheriff Stanton in his exchange with the reporter as posted by Rose is showing the reporter that he has his mind made up and any question to the contrary has no merit.
IMO it is his ignorant, arrogant hard hardheadedness that has created the mess that this case has become. He needs to be removed from office by the people. Under his watch, the County is at risk for their safety.
The Tea Party ideals are not negative. They are attempting to push the country back into the concepts of Constitutional law rather than the socialist concepts we now have. Every movement will always have some that do things to the extreme. Balance is the key. Too far on the left or right creates problems.

But who’s a DA accountable to for mcso’s tactics which he must be aware of? I suppose only Bar discipline. I would guess DDS’ attorney has standing to ask the Bar to investigate MCSO’s ILook surveillance in this case. Yandell saying “We contracted it out” won’t be a defense.

Thank you for addressing the dna in bed of truck. With the rainfall the week of Kyron’s disappearance I was surprised to hear of dna found there. If it was a hair follicle there are a million reasons that Kyron’s hair would be there. I know I used to climb in the bed of my dads pick up routinely so it isn’t evidence of anything. If blood, another story, but how would that still be concentrated enough with our infamous northwest showers?
Even better is that Kaine failed two poly questions. I recall his demeanor at the first and subsequent pressers and from the beginning many peeps following this story believed he was also hiding something.

@Blink. The UGE thing is Kaine NEVER set the record straight publically he knew the ped apptmt was 6/11, but obfuscated, directing public to believe Porter herself was misled. He needn’t be asked a darn thing. He coukd have said in his FIRST public statement Kyron’s apptmt was 6/11, and the teacher misunderstood or misremembered.
His motivation for falsehood by silence or omission continues to trouble me. It goes to character & credibility.

Wow, so while they leaned hard on KH and DDS, and squashed TH, yet they must have handled DY and TY with kid gloves. Can I assume no need for KH to do another LDT since he was already on board with their theory? He was put in a position of having to save his own ass instead of trying to find his son.
Since this tactic was almost immediate, it begs the question of why LE needed to have a quasi-suspect so fast? Was it because of public panic? Seems to quick to have any egos at stake.

@Rose, I think you’re right about the civil action. TH states she wants to find her son, get her daughter back and get her life in order, in that order. The civil action would go a long way satisfy #3. She may have to accomplish #3 before the others fall into place. Wishing Godspeed on all three, then the book, it needs a happy ending.

There are so many questions I’d like answers to, but clearing up the sighting of Kyron with some man and yet no sketch released is probably the most frustratingly weird thing I cannot comprehend. Who told Terri that Kyron was seen with a man and two girls? When was TMH informed about Ms. Matthew’s nod and Kyron leaving with a man? Or was she? And what time did that take place?
I would like to know what agency and exactly who Terri Horman talked with when she turned in the roid seller. And who exactly called her back, and what was the date of those conversations.
So many questions. I wish LE would just provide us with a timeline for Kyron, I think that would help bring forward tips. I just do.

The key question is: has Kaine paid for kiara’s after school to 6 pm adult-supervised child care past & present, or, as Kristen is doing with Dau 2 & 3, has he left her with those severely ill minors in need (per a Dr wrt Child 3) of an adult presence. Imo a 2nd grade girl should never be left with an 8th grader (or 12th grader) as ill as Kristen’s girls, nor an unknown 55 lb dog. In fact if kristen is leaving shelby alone after school because she hopes the dog is enough when drs told her (she said) an adult must be present, well, shelby should be reported by those drs to cps too.
Her girl tweeted they had lived in 5 places in 2 years. I get they were functionally homeless. But, imo in no way does kiara need this woman’s and her daughter’s issues.

1. a brother abducted
2. father involved in steroid distributions for which arrests and convictions of linkages were then ongoing & eventually had.
3. father with one long term mistress and one more recent mistress (unless I got that distinction wrong),
4. father uninvolved functionally in childrens’ medical care
5. mother with past dui (means nothing to cos unless ongoing driving drunk)
6. brother sent to live with grandparents due to stepfather strife.
This is enough to open an initial case to see if she is safe.
Then, the minute Kaine alleges a mfh and asks for a FAPA to protect KIARA, there was imo enough to move from initial case to an ongoing 90 day investigation.

At this point, because Kaine has kiara in the care of a woman who calls mother a monster, and who avers she is never home before 6 pm M-F, and has 2 girls who should not be left alone themselves per Drs and should never have babysat kiara, and who is about to take a 55 lb puppy into the house whose capacity for aggression is unknown and leave kiara with that dog when Kaine is say at the gym, CPS needs to open a case, get the Court involved, and get Calif Child Wefare Dept to do a State reciprocal home study on mother. Terri needs to fogeddabout Bell because she wants reunification. Needs to run not walk to a family attorney like Stanchyk.
I am sitting at the computer with steam coming out my ears after reading Blink’s reply to January at #30 on the previous page.
This was a set-up to trap Terri by claiming an illegal test was failed. Polygraph tests are only useful in finding some investigative leads.
I have always supported LE. The father of one of our childhood friends worked for a Police department. He would often drive a carload of kids to school during bad weather. Mrs. ATG’s grandfather was the sheriff of Harris County, Texas at the turn of the 20th century. Our oldest daughter worked in LE and was the President of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Texas Department of Public Safety (State Troopers)for two years.
It is behavior like this that makes people dislike LE. It only takes a few bad apples to infect an entire organization. The people of Multinomah county should be demanding better behavior from County Sheriff and his officers. IMO they are a disgrace to the entire state.
The information contained in Blink’s reply should be published in a manner that all the people of the county get it.

It said Kyron’s ex-stepmom. More than one post. This is in reference to the Mother of the child who is not hers, who sleeps in a home that is not hers (Kristin), in the brothers former room who is missing, while her own kids are tweeting about her inappropriate sexual behavior and having to ask Kaine for money or needs.
Actionable under the protection order. No Malty- I really cannot believe this girls gall.

To Blink, what was the domestic problem(s) that O’Donnell (I believe he was the LE person associated with domestic trouble specifically due to his working on Kyron’s case) experienced? Something that dangerously colors his view of women overall, that influenced the treatment of TMH when Kyron went missing?
To my knowledge O’Donnell domestic issues preceded Kyron’s case. It was in the annals of the Giusto report (iirc) because his spvsr was allegedly investigating his wife (investigating is my term, lotsa room for snark), brief RO was entered and dismissed.

Terri needs to bring this up to DHS or whatever group is watching out for Kiara’s well being. It can not be good for Kiara’s mental health to have Kaines live in girlfriend trashing Kiara’s mother every chance she gets. Kiara knows Terri is her biological mother and may worry that she(Kiara) is the birth child of the monster and may therefor carry some of the monsters traits in herself(Kiara).
This is very irresponsible behavior around a minor child Kristine should know better or not be allowed to be a caretaker for Kiara.
