Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview

New York, NY-  For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case.  Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman courtesy of People

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions,  and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.

In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning,  Horman  maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

“… At what point are Kyron’s biological parents going to realize I don’t have the answers, they need to change this thing around…”

“…There is so much the public is not being told about this investigation, that’s why I am doing this- nobody is looking for Kyron…”

Horman’s interview drew sharp reactions from Kaine Horman and Desiree Young, Kyron’s parents.

“…Why is she silent for 5 1/2 years if she is innocent.  I want her to tell me where Kyron is.  If she is innocent she should call Multnomah County Sheriffs Office and sit down for an interview…”-  Desiree Young

“Hi friends. Yes I am well aware of the tabloid journalism piece in the media today. FYI – there will be more of the same coming Friday
We have a HOST of MCSO and FBI investigators STILL standing by with interviews and polygraphs when someone actually wants to cooperate. FEEL FREE TO STOP BY THEY ARE WAITING!! STILL!! Until then we’ll stick with the scores of people with valid/accurate information and the failed polygraphs as the only actual actions taken to-date.  To all of you: how about not linking the article/interview?
REMEMBER KYRON?!?!? This is what we need to be focused on!!
Love you Kyron!!” – Kaine Horman post on his Facebook Page

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney,  Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.

Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview.  Um, What?

Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

@erose. wrt “t?.. and no one wanted to release that info before TH was nailed to the cross, why?”
MCSO has never released anything re
    1) the man in the photograph, later identified,
    2) “a male chaperone as told to TH,”
    3) SZ incident in Mathews’ classroom, escorting Kyron out of the building.

Imo this is because the ADA on the case (hehe Brown’s Public Safety Advisor) or her supervisor informed Kafvre, O’Donnell, or Staton and his downstream, as that ADA co-worked Grand Jury(1),
hell no do not tell stepmother because that is Exculpatory Evidence of TH!
I remain puzzled why MCSO/DA informed the bios about SZ (I think Blink has said,
I could be wrong) at some point because
    1) DY tended to let it (info from LE) all hang out,
    2) Kaine would know it shot down the basis of his RO entirely.

Yes, both bios were informed of SZ and the circumstances.

So my question is did Kaine Horman settle because he didn’t want RSE to testify? Why would he do that? My only answer would be because he knew it was BS.

I am such a “lay lay person” why does this indicate that it was Kaine not Terri that did not want RSE to testify. Don’t throw tomatoes at me just going on what some may think on other sites that have still been vocal about Kyron’s disappearance but stupidly think they have omnipotent powers. I am certainly glad that Kyron is still thought about but not impressed with the witch hunt. We do not know who really really knows what happened to Kyron.
    Signed,
    Frustrated..Frustrated…but patient.

I think Kaine settled for 2 reasons-
#1 first and foremost- his steroid admissions. Obviously HouzeofBunch would have used that in 2 ways- 1. The mfh allegation was a smoke screen to remove TMH from the residence and interfere with her parental rights and 2. It would support TMH assertions of Kaine’s demeanor to the children and her.

#2 RSE- his testimony already disproved the FAPA. The “good faith basis” for the “fear” for Kaine and Kiara’s safety according to “it” was that TMH tried to (attempted- important legal difference)to hire him during a lunch meeting in Fall 2008. The FAPA affidavit alleged TMH “attempts” to hire him “late last year” (Sic) indicating 2009. As I posted when this was learned- those dates do not match. Specifics on that in the piece.

Since DY was informed of K’s bldg exit with SZ, why is her surrogate, Soldier, republishing and republishing DY’s own words stating Kyron left with Terri? Seems like she has an affirmative obligation to her followers to say, “Based on further information given me by LE, Kyron did not walk out of the blldg with Terri but with another person.” I suppose
that was the info that led to her dropping the civil suit.

Since LE told the bios, LE surely could and should have told the Judge in the custody battle,
since the only basis for the FAPA was the word of LE in the first place.

Judge ordered no statements or LE conversations could even enter the zip code of the custody case-
The defense of SZ info not being offered in an active investigation is simple- at the time, LE could not know if SZ was working in tandem with or for their defacto suspect, TH.. SZ and the FAPA as far as I know, have nothing to do with each other in establishing SZ identity. I do know that Kaine is the only person I have seen finally give his about 50% truth in knowledge about the “mysterious unidentified man” and that is confirmation there is one. How anyone continues to skate around that is beyond me?

I believe DY is under some opinion that distance from SG and the haters offers her some plausible deniability from their actions since her conversations with counsel June 2015 (at least the ones I am aware of). Obviously that is not accurate. Add to that posting false information intentionally to defame or embarass someone is not parody or opinion- especially on a community classified FB where no alternative opinions will be posted. I will save all from my Jack Nicholson impression about not handling truth.

That said you are asking reasonable questions about what a reasonable person would do and say. With great respect for her loss and pain- I am not finding anything reasonable about her public commentary or actions associated with those seriously depraved loons.

@Ode. Rack-gel’s position that Fall in Court was they were absolutely going to put RSE on the stand, and they went so far as to get Kantor to rule BunchaHouze could not cross that trial testimony. The flaw with their determination to have RSE testify and put that on record is that Houze got to participate in the depo.
It wasAFTER RSE’s depo Rack-gel realized they could not use him at trial. He was never Houze’s witness but Kaine’s. So much for Rack-gel just trying to help LE. She should’ve interviewed him herself before she based a FAPA on his story.

Lol. I promise to discuss all wormhole projectiles.

I think it is fair to say that even though I have been trained to believe anything is possible in an investigation, and I most certainly have encountered my share of “firsts” over the years- at the end of this, Kyron’s case will likely be the record holder for me in terms of “firsts” I have been exposed to in a similar investigation.

I we could only get the full court transcript of the custody trial and access to all the documents submitted, it is my opinion that there is more than enough for an appeal. I’ll even go so far as to state that there is a very big possibility of malfeasance by the court that could be proven.

With all the corruption or the appearance of corruption that you have uncovered in the legal/LE operations of Multnomah county, the whole of the county should be investigated by a quality team of people.

I am interested in the “continued outside interference may have been unforeseen” being enumerated
    from your experience Blink.

in the investigation Day 1ff there has been
    1) Internal problems. MCSO had chaotic internal leadership, command & control, and
apparently nonexistant internal accountability. and an internal culture of fear.
    2) external interference.
    a) DAOffice: malignancy (Frink) and the inexperienced, inept, & politicized (the fulltime ADA assigned).
    b) bio 1 and his Counsel litigating the most self-interested of civil cases by hook or mostly crook imo.
    c) bio 2 & spouse (the thing speaks for itself).
    d) freakish followers of c&d, from the new residential readymade family to FB.
    e) the inexperienced imo unstable Judge.

  21. Rose says:

DY should have been outraged all attendees were not assembled for a briefing by LE and informed when K was seen leaving the bldg & with whom, while being given info as to his sightings internally in the bldg or on grounds up to that point, in an effort to jog attendees’ memories and id him. The only conceiveable reason she did not know that had to be done (a managed mtg with all potential witnesses to dig their memories) is that an LE oaf (in my opinion) who was a know-it-all was advising her.

Gary Oliva just spent a week at the Gospel Mission here in Medford Oregon. He said that he wanted to go and find his father’s family in Rome, Italy. I know this becuase he shared a bunk with me in the men’s dorm. I shared my encouragment and prayers with him. He told me that he was in trouble with the law in Oregon but prefered to live in the Denver area because he knew peolpe there who would ‘leave hime alone’. His hair was very long and he had a huge mustache about 6-7 inched long. After he checked out I was amazed to find out that he was a suspect in the Ramsey case. You never know who you are talking to these days. Heads up! I have no idea but I do believe that he is in the Grants Pass area of Oregon seeking a place to live. He is still a homeless drifter and is more than likely not going to leave the state before he does his time here…or he may try to leave the country to find solice with his distant family in Italy. Be aware. That’s what I know.

If you look at the signers on SG’s petition most signers are from other states and the signers from Oregon are mostly people who do not live or vote in Multnomah county. Does anyone know if there is even another candidate running against Reeese.

Sadly most Multnomah County residents(and Multnomah County is the smallest county in Oregon) are not that focused on the Kyron Horman case. Plus In a presidential election year most people are more focused on federal election news.

Don’t lament the lack of a patience gene. No one comes to the world owning such a gene. Patience must be learned over and over and over by experience.

This case because of its players having an agenda that was not about finding Kyron, but hoping to put an end to it quickly by attempting to hang the deed on Terri Horman whether she was guilty or not would try the patience of any truth seeker. I am so glad that they could not succeed. However, they did accomplish turning her life into “hell” by using their authority improperly.

Sometimes my frustration makes me want to take a two by four to several in the courts and LE. This I know is not possible and would not solve anything. What these people need is something that makes them behave themselves. They need to fear the people of Multnomah county will wake up and kick all of them to the curb with some spending time in prison for their bad acts.
