Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions, and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.
In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

That is an impossible prosecutorial hurdle. So Trump or Clinton and spouses may accept as much monetary benefit in the White House for themselves or their children as they want as long as prosecutors can’t prove a specific official act or pending decision was “influenced” by said monetary benefit.
That very strict Roberts test does protect Roberts himself who golfs with lobbyists (who identify themselves as attorneys despite their employers) at the Chevy Chase Club. As far as I can tell, his relationships center on the Club and golfing, private Catholic school, and his parish. And of course fellow Catholics on the Court. I’m not agin Catholics. Day in this particular controversy did everything correctly & by the book. They allied with Day taking a stand against a certain Reese’s AC Hendrick who allegedly did not follow proper procedure but bent rules for political cronyism reasons & was allegedly untruthful with Day about votes he “had” on the PPB before it even met. Hendricks appears to have been Reese’s ally .
If Reese chatted about personnel choices with Marshman, Reese appears to have a long vindictive memory. Next to last paragraph: how Day & Steinbronn sealed their post-O’Dea fates with Reese and his AC Hendricks. Maybe O’Dea was actually trying to clean up a Reese cronyism shop.
With these PPB “factions,” a conspiracy theorist might joke O’Dea was deliberately taken to the wilderness, plied with drink, handed a malfunctioning gun, but instead of offing himself accidently, he shot the wrong guy.

Isn’t it weird that WS site is directing a petition to MCSO And MCDA with this question on it:

Desiree repeatedly insists he was last seen by Terri Horman and that they left that school together. Do they no longer believe her? Do they no longer believe LE, who has repeatedly claimed the same thing albeit adding the words “known person”? Do they perhaps believe they have been lied to by DY or maybe they believe LE has lied to DY?
Who on earth is a source “close to the investigation” that is communicating with SG saying KH’s property was never searched by cadaver dogs? DY? TY? And why would DY not be informed by MCSO if they were still conducting searches?
There are five questions on this petition, seems to me DY would already have the answers to all but one of them, this one:

@Rose – Based on my knowledge and many years of experience in the same neighborhood but without personally knowing either of the 2 parties discussed in the article, my educated guess is (1) either the comments in question were misunderstood or misrepresented by the person making the complaint, or (2) the person who made them did not have adequate experience and female African American role models and mentors (for her job) or if she did, did not learn what she needed to know about consistent professional conduct in spite of her own cultural biases.
The content of the comments that I have heard reported so far did not surprise me at all. The lack of verbal restraint in a professional setting did surprise me in the context of that particular family.
I don’t want to start a global discussion about discrimination within different cultures, etc., because I’m only speaking from what I know after about 25 years in my little corner of the world that is being discussed.
Thanks, Rose- I did find it interesting. IMO, high salaries should be for high levels of professionalism and personal skills in addition to whatever your actual job is about, and should lead employees to feel safe with their managers and administrators. It takes a lot of courage to say when you aren’t feeling safe – I should have sued PPS once, but I would have had to involve innocent people and been unable to keep working in a place I loved, so my friends who were witnesses helped me and it worked out OK.
@MBS. I just thot you’d have human interest in the sib of respected officers. Hadn’t read comments & just did so. Theme seems to be nepotism. What we have learned thru backgrounding the Horman case is the heads of mcso/ppb have been self-interested and without management ability for decades (cf Guisto interviews). This has lead to dysfunctional internal cultures where promotions & assignments bear no resemblance to training or ability. And bad apples act out without fear of accountability. For example, Marshman apparently promoted a favorite to head East Precinct by moving the well-suited man there “down” to head “Detectives” tho he had no background in that Unit. We’ve seen hiw often River Patrol Supervisors, and those who rose thru RP ranks, have been made head of Investigations, or investigators, in mcso. To me the bios’ only hope in the County for a professional investigation was State Police.

The PI’s complaint of workplace harassment matters only because it shows the entrenched culture of “ignore personnel problems” in PPB and that it came from the top.

This lady’s credentials suggests she woukd’ve been lucky to be hired for a job in her professional field in any State or local govt OR setting. The real investigation shoukd be whether the Diversity job was advertised, were vets given civil service pref, and so on.

I worked in a Federal job in a generally all black environment as a very rare white employee. I will say in an urban setting among native-born blacks (ie not Southern migrants), there was no greater sin than marrying a white, and it generated ongoing workplace harassment to targets (sniping) not overtly tied to the marriage. ie I saw a fine black male Harvard MD/MBA driven to transfer out. It also impacted my supervisor (black make/white wife as well). While the MD’s marriage to a white was mentioned to him, the harrassment by a nurse supervisor took other forms. Imo in workplace cultures in cities like that inner city Baltimore work experience, such race-based workplace harassment of a minority who interracially married is not unusual but typical. I’m sure it cuts both ways with races on the intermarriage thing, but workplace harrassment due to it (constant needling about other work-related matters) is real. I suspect the real issue, if harassment occurred, was the PI’s own race combined with her gender.

It seems PPB officer Wheat and her Board ally Carle had more up their sleeves than privately investigating Roberts’ promoted (sales) Iranian American employee, or protecting the employee Roberts was having investigated for workplace harassment. I assumed Roberts was fired for his proposal to charge high volume sellors a bit more than low volume businesses, with apparently didn’t sit well with Heidi and the Gov she advises on the lottery.
But it seems Jacquiss found the potential cut into hi volume sellors’ profits was way bigger than that and involved opening the marketplace (which serves as an indirect tax to fund State govt on Oregonians who play) to internationals.
The underlying theme is a Lottery Director who ran it as a business for the State coming up against the business interests and political power of high volume sellors likely in Multnomah. So, looking for who was behind plucking Wheat from the lower ranks of PPB for the Lottery LE seat, and did the same County interests bring Kyron’s ADA attorney on to advise the Gov on State Public Safety, which under Brown apparently includes the Lottery, I found a map distinguishing high volume sellors. Jacquiss needs to task a high school intern with identifying Muktnomah high volume sellors who woukd’ve been charged more under Roberts, who would be very against international cis. on their playing field, then identifying their ownerships, and looking for political influence (ie campaign donors). (Btw, Bottoms Up does good lottery business.)

Looks like someone in the Governor’s Office still has cachet with a WW editor or owner.

Honestly in this day and age, why would anyone be asking someone WHY they married outside their race? Firstly, what the hell business is it of theirs? None. Who gives a damn who is married to who and why? If any of my bosses had ever asked me why I married someone, I’d pretty much tell them it’s none of their damn business. Either that or I’d simply throw the question back to them, “Uhhhm, let’s see, because I love him, so why did you marry your spouse?” End of story.
Geeze, what a stupid thing to ask someone. O’Dea should have taken care of that situation immediately. Where are people’s brains?
