Dr. Phil Show Hosts Missing Portland Child Kyron Horman’s Step Mom Terri Horman Over Two Episodes
I have been covering this case since Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline School in June, 2010. Like most missing persons cases I have covered in the past, I am of the strong opinion that best efforts at the truth are the only way to propel investigations that, similarly to Kyron’s, have gone cold for one reason or another. This approach has worked in resolving some of my previous cases. I am proud of that. I remain steadfast to the integrity involved in those and future cases.
Over the past 10 months (or so) I have been developing an updated series on Kyron’s case to include my multiple interviews with Kyron’s step-mom, Terri Horman. Needless to say as she was the subject of at least three simultaneous cases before an Oregon court and remains a person of interest by the agency investigating her sons disappearance, this has been an arduous and sometimes delicate journey. Ms. Horman’s experiences during the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Kyron Horman are critically important to propelling his case and with great hope- finding the truth about what happened to this cherubic and innocent child. There are dozens of sources, collateral interviews, forensic experts and legal analysts that also contribute to my series and have done so because of their belief that my motivation is to bring to light information and opinions in such a way that would almost “require” a focused review of Kyron’s case and the likely shaking of that proverbial tree everyone talks about.
Set to publish about 6-ish weeks ago I was asked to postpone the first installment of the series, which I did. I subsequently learned Ms. Horman was participating in the Dr. Phil program after she completed taping. Dr. Phils producers were well aware that Ms. Horman had interviewed with me extensively, and anticipated my series would be publishing information that was not known to the public previously in the days prior to her scheduled episode. When Ms. Horman conveyed to me that she feels obligated to speak out about “her son” in any national medium that will have her, I most certainly respected that. I still do.
While Dr. Phil seems like a gregarious fellow for sure, I have zero interest in being associated with his program, nor do I believe his shows content is designed to do any furtherance of investigation or truth. There is much concern (although I have no affiliation to the show whatsoever) that the timing of the publication of my series on the Kyron Horman matter might be interpreted differently or inadvertently contribute to the programs content or audience reactions. Not what I signed on for. A missing 7 year old boy six years running is not a framework for entertaining a target audience. He is not fodder for online social media bully campaigns- yet it occurs.
I will be publishing my series on Kyron’s case at a later date, in it’s entirety with no editing adjustments as a result of any of the appearances on Dr. Phil. I appreciate your patience and your understanding. Feel free to discuss the show below.

The soldiers site is now saying if Cristobal has any information about Kyron’s whereabouts he must come forward with it. The next step for WS/Sracey is to decide that Cristobal has that information and is withholding it then he becomes another Dede Spicher and the cyber stalking begins.

I lived in Houston for 35 years, but I am not familiar with professor Treece. Is he on the faculty of South Texas School of Law or perhaps Rice University or University of Houston?
I not a lawyer, but an engineer, historian and musician who has taken law classes related to contract law. My library includes quite a bit on the history of the formation of our country and the work done by the founders. I also have all of the federalist papers, the story of the beginnings of organization to put a stop to the English King (they are the activities of the Committees of Correspondence), Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations and others.
I believe in strict interpretation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Some of the later amendments have created unintended problems for people and the country.
I am glad to see that you read and post. This site has some wonderful thoughtful people who seek the truth about the cases presented by Blink. If we have a disagreement about something, we do it in a manner that states the problem without attacking the person. So many sites do not adhere to that standard and often devolve in ugly exchanges. We can thank our Blink for enforcing the proper standard.

I am not familiar with his body of investigative reporting. He apparently opens up some areas that LE and others would prefer to kept from the public.
I am familiar with the “Stingray” technology. It is a good tool when applied correctly. It should be considered on the same level as the land line “Wire Tap” requiring an order from a criminal court before being used. LE should be very careful in its use since it spoofs a cell towers entire operation and not just a single phone line as did the wire tap.

In my opinion, if Kyron is found, mcso/da should oetition the Court for custody in DHS, placed in a safe home, given strictly supervised visits at DHS’ site with mother, and work toward eventual reunification and residential placement with father with an RO on mother for his home and school. just my lay opinion based on all her socially destructive behavior “for Kyron” and that of her chosen money raiser associates. Imo his case wrt custody is way more slam dunk than in 2010. As for father, Kyron’s suffered a lot, and if the Court needs a LONG reunification process after 3 years, shoukdn’t 6-7 double it?

Kyle is way too enthusiastic for a ‘non-story’. Turns out TH was never even served with the RO, so she wasn’t even required to be there… tho her attorney apparently attended. You’d think he’d know that if TH isn’t required to attend a court hearing, she won’t be there, as history has shown.
The one attendee speaking to Kyle I, from the SG page is Lorey Oliver. As a side note, she actually stalked to my small hometown Thanksgiving 2011… including to my son’s school, asking locals questions. IMO, she is not stable mentally. She created many derogatory memes and did a lot of name-calling, all in her self-designated ‘Kyron Warrior’ mode.
Kyle needs to find a new story to chase… And certainly needs to vet his interviewees first.

I should like to see that transcript as to when that was learned in the first place- once again, super interesting considering both hearings were scheduled at exactly the same date and time, don’t ya think? I had personal confrontations with him prior to Kyron’s disappearance, where I had to demand that his employer KATU remove statements he made about me personally that were false.
He is also the reporter that chased TH and her mother (and the dog) around the neighborhood, claiming before the video aired that he had an exclusive interview (he never got a word out of them).
Integrity is not a word I would use to describe that reporter… IMO.

If they found Kyron he would go back to living with Kaine since Kaine has sole custody. I noticed that DY was not able to get custody of her other son Q from his father so maybe there is something that the court found out about DY that was not positive.
in my opinion Kyle Iboshi is clearly a stalker. I hope TH’s attorney find some way to to get him charged under California law. I can’t believe that KGW even keeps him around. I know I would not believe any story that he presented as news

If you watch the video my favorite part is when Iboshi asks TH’s attorney why she was not in court. The attorney looks at Kyle like he is a complete idiot and says “she was not required to be here” and then turns away. I don’t think Kyle is going to get many job offers in California.
He also all but shows the address of the house TH was living in on camera which I think is not right since it may allow crazy stalkers to find the residence. Kyle shows a picture of the house and street sings showing the cross streets it would be easy to match up the house to his news feed pictures. If I was the homeowner I would complain.
There was no other reason to show the cross streets other then to make sure stalkers could locate the home where Terri had lived. I think Iboshi is a real piece of work and should be fired by KGW. I never watch the KGW news because of him.

I think he did go to her job while he was down for this court thing. She left in November, article says she quit… I noticed in the video, the picture he used of Terri looks like her job ID tag… Doubt if the employer sent him a shot of it, but maybe? My guess is he went there, since the crater has already trashed their online pages… why not smear the location too? *gag me*
After viewing again, clearly he did go there… shows him walking out of the glass doors of the business… saying the staff didn’t want to go on camera (he has the ID tag in his phone, so he must have snapped a pic of it inside?)

As deputy O’Donnell knows well, with 5 years on the CAT, if K were recovered alive but with his abductor unknown, and frankly neither bio has been cleared by mcso except on their own word, the DA, or or DA if CAT initiated or DA if cpsd initiated, can petition a court for tempirary care for Kyron’s safety while he is assessed and interviewed and supported. It would be imperative that neither parent influence his le interviews. There should be no visitation until those conclude. Both parents would have notice and the right to object, but any competent DA would already have a draft petition in file for that eventuality. After le interviews and assessment, there is the issue of parent visitation. Due to the destructive social behaviors of Desiree and her sister and volunteers directed at Kyron’s functional mother and at strangers who are dumbfounded by their stalking, I would see no chance if in temporary DHS care that Desiree would have other than supervised visitation in an office for that purpose. Kaine’s would be aimed at reunification after psychological assessment of both imo and a considered study of K’s needs. Desiree may think at some age Kyron can say he wants to live with her as Quinn did. I cannot imagine Kaine permitting that, nor should he. Imo she is in a worse custody modification posture than in 2010–one argument that Terri didn’t do it, as she reportedly felt K should be with Desiree.

In looking at TH’s position regarding baby K It seem what ever Kaine wants Kaine gets as far as child custody goes. CPSD and the Oregon court system have so far have always ruled in Kaine’s favor even when it seem to violate child welfare laws. I think that would be the case if Kyron ever was returned DY would no more have a chance of Custody of Kyron then TH had for even visiting baby K.

Thank you kindly erose. A most humbling experience to say the least. As usual I completely underestimated the recovery time and activity and had to have the top stitches re-sutured yesterday. I am on crutches only, no weight bearing and open shower door while sitting. Good times I tell ya. Fractured sesamoid removal, plantar plate repair, synovial sac rupture, neuroma extraction with nerve excision in IS2.

Yes, actually 2 surgical sites, top and bottom. Total of around 60 stitches (top is micro inside + end exterior) left foot. IS 2= interspace 2 or between 2nd and 3rd toe.

Saw him today at the nearby Fred Meyer. Assuming the small child with him is Ki, she was pushing the grocery cart and wearing a hoodie with the hood covering her head. From the photos we’ve seen when she was a little bitty she looked very much like TMH, but now I think she looks just like KH.

Stacey has always represented herself as acting at the Davidson’s direction. And she has long acted as the chief
fundraiser for an acct wholly owned by Kelly. imo she has been emboldened bcz she figures if Terri lacks defense money, Terri can’t sue Stacey and the Davidsons in tort. Terri tho has to quit resigning when these 2 go after her job and housing. It will be a complex case but quite winnable. A major Cristobal/Kyle error was publically documenting he’d called mcso. so look for mcso as a codefendant. Terri needs to quit taking up with troubled men (I bet cristobal had one or more needy kids which sucked her in too). and learn to enjoy a room of her own.

A lot was going on in both Medford and Skyline homes mcso never paid attention to explore, probably because they knew an unknown man took kyron from a classroom.

Too bad, we didn’t get to see Kyle’s at the time he answered “she was not required to be here”. If only the attorney had ended the answer in “duh!” LOL What a misleading story headline as well, TMH was not a no-show, she was represented by her attorney! And apparently hadn’t even been served on the other case. Same headline appeared across a news station I was watching in my area that night, and I figured it was exactly as it came down, never bothered to even see the report.

Your request for Rose to use smaller words and examples is funny. These people, if they use language as in your illustration, probably read and write at a fourth or fifth grade level.
This reminds me of the case with the Wall Street Journal in the 1970′s where they were loosing circulation. They hired a firm to search for the cause. The end result was that peoples reading skills had fallen in general which resulted in downgrading the expected audience to High School level. This rebuilt their circulation.

This repair work was much greater than I thought it would be. Please don’t push yourself too hard in regaining the use of your legs. I know it is hard for people with active lives to be patient enough. The process of healing may take a month or more.
I learned this the hard way with my dental implants. Lost one of them by playing my trumpet way before I should have. This delayed the process by seven months.
You have three that can help you get things done. Let them do as much as possible.
