Dr. Phil Show Hosts Missing Portland Child Kyron Horman’s Step Mom Terri Horman Over Two Episodes

I have been covering this case since Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline School in June, 2010.    Like most missing persons cases I have covered in the past,  I am of the strong opinion that best efforts at the truth are the only way to propel investigations that, similarly to Kyron’s, have gone cold for one reason or another.   This approach has worked in resolving some of my previous cases.    I am proud of that.  I remain steadfast to the integrity involved in those and future cases.

Over the past 10 months (or so) I have been developing an updated series on Kyron’s case to include my multiple interviews with Kyron’s step-mom,  Terri Horman.   Needless to say as she was the subject of at least three simultaneous cases before an Oregon court and remains a person of interest by the agency investigating her sons disappearance, this has been an arduous and sometimes delicate journey.    Ms. Horman’s experiences during the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Kyron Horman are critically important to propelling his case and with great hope- finding the truth about what happened to this cherubic and innocent child.    There are dozens of sources,  collateral interviews, forensic experts and legal analysts that also contribute to my series and have done so because of their belief that my motivation is to bring to light information and opinions in such a way that would almost “require” a focused review of Kyron’s case and the likely shaking of that proverbial tree everyone talks about.

Set to publish about 6-ish weeks ago I was asked to postpone the first installment of the series, which I did.  I subsequently learned Ms. Horman was participating in the Dr. Phil program after she completed taping.  Dr. Phils producers were well aware that Ms. Horman had interviewed with me extensively, and anticipated my series would be publishing information that was not known to the public previously in the days prior to her scheduled episode.    When Ms. Horman conveyed to me that she feels obligated to speak out about “her son” in any national medium that will have her,   I most certainly respected that.  I still do.

While Dr. Phil seems like a gregarious fellow for sure,   I have zero interest in being associated with his program, nor do I believe his shows content is designed to do any furtherance of investigation or truth.  There is much concern (although I have no affiliation to the show whatsoever) that the timing of the publication of my series on the Kyron Horman matter might be interpreted differently or inadvertently contribute to the programs content or audience reactions.     Not what I signed on for.   A missing 7 year old boy six years running is not a framework for entertaining a target audience.   He is not fodder for online social media bully campaigns- yet it occurs.

I will be publishing my series on Kyron’s case at a later date, in it’s entirety with no editing adjustments as a result of any of the appearances on Dr. Phil.   I appreciate your patience and your understanding.   Feel free to discuss the show below.

I will add one more reason to the efforts by KH to point the finger at Terri. If the real truth came out it would expose his illegal steroid use that could have impacted his employment as well as some of his buddies at the gym.

The FBI has a lot of quality people who are good at their job. Just like any other LE agency, there are some that can barely meet the minimum in their work. Over the years the FBI working with other experts have developed some amazing techniques for solving crimes. Attending a class without follow-up experience does not make one an expert in the content taught.

I just finished the video from today. All in all, I think Dr P was fair. And I think Terri did a good job. What people don’t understand who are judging her that I might be able to lend insight to, is she has learned to compartmentalize a lot of the case topics. I’ve seen her break down in tears about her children and even Kaine. She continued to say she loves Kaine, even years after what he did to her with her daughter and the rest of the media crap. That’s how much control he has over her (or had). She tends to frown and furrow her brow, especially when thinking about this case. If you can catch her laughter or a smile occasionally, THAT is the real Terri coming out. The controlled one is a way she protects her emotions. And in her case, who wouldn’t? She lost everything, and still fights to get something of it back.

Terri, I hope you feel good about your interview. I am surprised he was so kind, even as he was tough. All of your words are unchanged. I know this is what you know, what you believe and that your focus has been on finding Kyron and repairing your relationship with your daughter. I hope you can finally have some sort of contact and that time will heal the wounds.

Best wishes. I want Kyron found and know you do too.

Finally found Gosson again post Kyron.
Couldn’t find this last tome I tried.
Before being Kyron’s lead detective he had a
    lustrous detective career with mcso.
In 2014 this chart calls him still a Sgt and on the Inspections staff:

He seems to have been one of Staton’s first casualties in need of a Riddell type.
During his tenure, Staton busily created Commander positions, Capt positions, Lt positions, but Gosson, a seasoned major crimes detective went nowhere while River Patrol grads climbed and climbed.
Now Inspections and Internal Affairs are under former Undersheriff Moore.

Thank you for your sentiments. Although the venue was not my ideal choice it was a way to keep Kyron’s face out there. The only way to bring him home is to be tenacious about it and I appreciate all help in looking for him.

Also Sunday, a man who asked not to be shown on camera, expressed his frustration about the Kyron Horman tipline.

“Chas” said he has called the tip line twice, but hadn’t heard back. He was concerned other people’s tips, like his, were not checked on.

Chas said he saw Terri Horman the day Kyron mysteriously vanished.

“I was on my way to work, driving down Highway 30,” said “Chas.”

It was Friday, June 4th, sometime between 9:15 and 9:45 in the morning. “Chas” was heading south on Highway 30, on his way to work when a white truck pulled out onto the road.

“It came out of one of these side streets, I am not exactly positive which one, but I am pretty much sure that it was north of Logie Trail road.”

Logie Trail Road is right across from Sauvie Island. One of the areas investigators have searched several times.

“I recognize that truck because I have a friend that has a similar truck and I thought it was him.”

But when “Chas” pulled up next to this truck, he saw that it wasn’t his friend, it was a red-haired woman, he didn’t recognize.

He later realized that “red-haired” woman was Terri Horman.

“I didn’t really think anything of it, obviously at that time there was no reason to.”

“Chas” said he’s been following Kyron’s disappearance since day 1, and when police released the flier asking the public to come forward with any information if they had seen Terri Horman or the white truck the day Kyron disappeared. That’s when “Chas” remembered back to June 4th and called the tip line.

“The next day, I called again, and gave a little bit more detailed information because in the back of my mind I was thinking maybe I didn’t give enough information.”

Now 10 days later, “Chas” was left feeling a little frustrated.

  15. Quizzical says:

    @Blink.

I think the interview actually went somewhat better than I expected. As you said the time and the format left a lot to be desired when it came to expanding and clarifying, such as the SF day vs. the presentation. From what I know of Kyron’s case, Terri was forthcoming and truthful relative to the facts as I understand them.

I was surprised Terri went directly at LE as to being corrupt. I think that has been substantially documented here by you, Rose, Erose and Truth. Still, poking a stick in the hornets nest will often get a lively response, which I am sure was the intention. Little response from LE/DA is telling me, what I, and many here, have long felt, they got nothing.

I am sure Terri has plenty of “dirt” on both KH and DY, yet she didn’t go after them except in response to accusations from them, misinformation given by them, or Dr. Phil’s behavioral disapproval of her that were equivalent to KH. In that letter case Dr. Phil shut her down. I would like to see Dr. Phil invite KH and DY to come on his show and be subjected to a long list of very questionable behavior on their parts as Terri had to do. Why do I doubt they would ever agree to such an appearance?

While for the most part I think Dr. Phil was fair, I think he went a bit overboard pushing the texting, although she probably had to go through most of that for any credibility, if that makes any sense. I personally think it has nothing to do with this case, but those that are adamant Terri is guilty use that as their centerpiece as they have nothing else. Also, making a big deal about lying to the media as to the state of her marriage at that time is such an infinitely small thing I can’t even believe it is a thing.

The biggest thing I didn’t like about Dr. Phil in this interview (and others) is his often “touched for the very first time” demeanor, good grief.

The 7-11 tape about the guy pacing out front and having a white truck is fascinating, as was LE disinterest. One wonders if someone that obsessive and confused as to school location could get it together enough to pull off a child abduction from within a school. And, maybe it was even the wrong school. Is this where LE’s obsession with white trucks originated, or is it just one of many they count as they try to sleep.

Just my speculation. I would think by this time, after all she has been through, she hardly recognizes herself psychologically. She now has to be guarded virtually at all times. She is rarely in her “natural state”. Then you add the pressures of this show, the intimate questions, the accusations, it would be sociopathic if she reacted “normally”. If it was me I have almost no doubt it would be a dissociative experience. From time to time I would probably answer as if it was happening to someone else, hence “the daughter”. To give any credence to anyone purporting to read her truthfulness, in her current state, is ludicrous. If your going to go there, dispute the words with proof, not delivery.

That being said, the cadre of interpreters for the local media was interesting. Most were retired LE/FBI men doing the usual, backing other LE. One of these was a little bit scary. While describing her looking up as if searching for her words was a sign of lying, his eyes were darting back and forth as he seemed to be purposely making himself look down at the table in front of him. A little later he looked to the “sky”, I guess indicating his own lies, sheesh. The one woman, while finding fault with Terri seeming to be overly rehearsed, actually felt she was truthful about not harming Kyron in anyway and not knowing what happened to him.

Interestingly, in his latest “facecast”, Kyle stated he didn’t give any credibility to body language experts when it comes to Terri in this situation.

That being said, TERRI, do not trust Kyle, as far as I am concerned he is “in bed” with SG and the Haters. In fact SG thinks so too. Just few hours ago she stated she hoped she would soon do a “facecast” with him.

Kudos to TMH, I think you did a swell job of getting this case out there again. The disclosure of the 7-11 lurker will no doubt lead to tips.

One of the most resounding things you said was “Desiree needs to get a grip…”

Someone needs to telll Desiree no more interviews with the press unless she is reading a pre-drafted statement that was written by someone else who knows at least how to make sense. I have no sentiments or her but anger left in my tank after seeing her response to Phil show.

I could be way off base here, but I’m wondering if the presence of a full upper-lip mustache on Phil made it difficult to read his lips. I noticed Terri kept looking over his right shoulder, almost as if there was a screen behind him that was showing her his spoken words.

  20. TMH says:

    Meeting Dr. Phil…
I read that someone thought the interview was rehearsed. The first time I met him was when I walked on that stage in that horrid flamethrower dress (all wardrobe by them except the mother’s ring I wear) and every question he asked was not known ahead of time. He wears a com in his right ear and when you see him cover his mouth to the audience, he’s asking the producer a question or checking for clarification. He is prompted to ask questions also and has a folder in front of him that was a collection of three hours of typed information done with the producer and I.

The taped portion was done on August 20th and the live interview was on August 24th. I was NOT paid for this nor was I paid by People magazine or ABC. Only travel arrangements were taken care of in each instance.

I have met some wonderful people through this process who genuinely want Kyron always in the forefront. He deserves nothing less.

have switched to computer–so fancy I find it harder to type on than phone. @atg. unless they flew out from Washington, no quality FBI on this. local office under Balizan who had no background in these type cases was such a mess Portland had withdrawn from JTTF.

Re TH’s mtg with Gosson, lead, whom she thot was FBI (I think, not relistening), I thot she said he met her in a firehouse (Skyline area?) and said he felt her innocent. He may have, but I would assume it was more trickery. Imo most firehouses have recording cameras. One way to get her on tape, relaxed, outside of a police station.

Gosson’s lustrous work arrest history included a number of molestation cases, including interfamily. If he was not entertaining that idea in this household with the dr apptmt looming, I’d be shocked. Rather than believe T innocent, I suggest what got him in the paper pushing aisle far away from investigations was more likely a refusal to believe or use RSE.

A couple observations. Terri characterized the Horman relationship as hypersexual from the outset continuing right thru to his departure. I doubt her first 2 spouses shared that MO, so this was learned behavior? A pattern exists on his side though in that KM’s two eldest recounted the same type of hypersexual relationship with mother that was heard household wide by the children, and felt it played a role in her continuing to have housing, Moreover, Desiree termed him more than once highly promiscuous in their marriage. And Terri spoke of mistress(es), including one he consorted with just after the kidnapping. And wasn’t he also reputedly there early that Friday am, the reason for early gym time?

Put this hypersexualized behavior in a basket with his brother’s history of molesting a below age quasi relative (former stepdau?) with a baby in his bed wasn’t there, and on conviction attributing it to his own experience of molestation by a grandfather. Was that interfamilial molestation confined to his brother in that home? If not, is Kaine also at risk of Kristian’s “lapse”?

In this context of extreme hypersexualization in the home led by Kaine who has a pattern over time, and his brother’s and family histories, Judge Kantor is taking an enormous risk leaving young k in Kaine’s household unsupervised.

And maybe it was Gosson who understood the risks as he was seasoned on this type case.
    ________________________________
I looked at length last night for Portland area pro bono civil rights lawyers who’d deal with custody on civil rights grounds. Didn’t see anything. That, however, is the subject of a frank conversation with Houze for direction to pursue.

As a former CPS worker long ago, my understanding is no Court can bar a mother even seeing her daughter for 2.5 years after an agreement leading her to believe in good faith she would. In fact, going back to the beginning, TMH was never adjudicated as having violated any statute relating to neglect or abuse. her parental rights were never severed or questioned. She never voluntarily relinquished them. The Oregon FAPA statute as written that put the burden of proof on her with criminal allegations looming, while she was not a named suspect, yet the Court shielded all Le from testifying as to grounds, is unconstitutional imo. What Meisenheimer did for years, then Kantor, by precluding all visits, even supervised visits, with mother, without an adjudication and finding of fact of abuse or neglect or POTENTIAL for same based on evidence such as testimony from anyone that could be tested by defense is so unconstitutional it is repugnant. Imo Terri needs to litigate this in Federal Court asap. Idk how one does this absent financial resources, but someone should take her on. I hope she picks Houze’ brain on that. Riddell needs to run for DA. Maybe he’d take it. Maybe D Horton. Maybe G Spence. Maybe L Wood in GA affiliating locally. Idk. But in my opinion, Kiara is in jeopardy and in need of outside supervision given the social history of father’s family.

As to locals, local press, local LE, current and former PPS employees, and current and former PPS parents – SOMEONE PLEASE STEP UP and challenge the status quo. 23. Rose says:

I submit there were two reasons WW ceased all coverage. Zusman said when ER was running for AG the WW ceased all coverage of her, although Meeker, he said, played no editorial or news role and was a mere owner. He Chinese firewalled off her coverage from mgmt. after election.
    l) reason l is in early 2012 ER was training the more seasoned Holton and struggled to obtain the Union endorsements. She won AFSGE (sp?) about Feb 2012, but need LE Unions, teacher unions, AFLCIO (which she later got) etc. If WW developed stories implicating government employees (MCSO, PPS, etc) that jeopardized those Union endorsements. (As it happened, she endorsed marijuana legalization, got plenty of pot seller money and pot buyer advocacy, and waltzed into office.)
    2) She knew in Office more likely than not she’d have to defend the State against any charges brought by Horman’s attorneys against government actors (MCSO/DA, PPS, etc). So after election, she herself directly had a conflict of interest. (Further, MCDA could have brought the OR DOJ in at any time.) Imo that has been enough for Zusman to cease coverage of the abduction and its principals altogether during her tenure. He’s just not been honest and transparent about his reasons to abruptly drop all coverage when ER began to run for office.

@TMH. TY for the backgrounder on the venue. You can never extinguish though rampant speculation on hater craters about degree of deafness and their read of his own behavior. let the illiterates fish in their own pond.

Here is my lay opinion, and I would be most surprised if your attorney hasn’t conveyed the same type of “stuff.”

I appreciate your explaining your objectives, choice and background of various venues, and thanking those BOC readers who support Finding Kyron First.

You do not have the luxury, though, of Finding Kyron First.
The only person you can directly impact and aide, who desperately needs it, is Kiara. James and yr parents are subsidiary concerns as adults. And, as my internist used to say, you can’t take care of yr very needy kids unless you take care of yourself (not that I ever listened to him).

It is absolutely critical now that you put your young daughter, who has had So many adverse experiences associated with the abduction (loss of 2 brothers, grandparents, mother) and malignant household influences since she was alienated from you, FIRST, not your son, who does in fact have so many others better situated than yourself to Go Find Him First.

Protecting your daughter will require litigation of some nature, I predict Federal civil rights. All your energy should go to that in consultation with Houze as to available resourses.

And, speaking as an opinionated lay person, I absolutely believe that if you discuss ANY family member (yourself, James, Kyron, Kaine) on ANY SITE, to include media, to include this site, DIRECTLY, hell will freeze over before a Judge will give you custody rights of any kind in my opinion. After saying “thank you,” I hope for Kiara’s sake you stop posting on this site, or any site, right now. Giving interviews to reporters you have vetted and have done extensive credible research (which includes the People reporter but not any reporter in the Portland market), is one matter, if you DO NOT mention Kaine or Kiara at any time. But posting on line on any blog — all of which have posters critiquing Horman family members to include Kaine, his social circle, his family, and so on — will and should be frowned on deeply by any Judge evaluating resident placement. There’s my opinion Blink.

So my plea to TMH is Put Kiara First Now, not Kyron. You can’t do both in my opinion, although obviously you believe both that you can and that it is necessary to see Kiara. I think that latter strategy will backfire.

And apparently doesn’t know why she’s got no visitation after, what, 2.5 yrs post-agreement?
has nothing to do with agreement compliance much less custody. Ask many cpsd involved
parents whose kids are in Court custody due to x y ir z who have a remedial
plan. They can do All That but with a worker with an attitude and a lazy attorney, they’re screwed.
Especially screwed if custody is in the hands of an imo narcisstic father with sociopathic features with no return Court dates.

That Agreement should have had a schedule of return Court dates for Status Hearings every 3 months for 2 years for supervision of implementation.

While one party like hef has to comply and document wrt a visitation plan, imo it’s irrelevant to outcome in
the dysfunctional Multnomah County Court and in Billie Bell’s hands.

Terri was not prepared to discuss that aspect imo, and was caught off guard because she is limited by what she can say- including- I am limited in what I can say.

Well, thank goodness she’s adhering to limits. You’re knowledgeable enough Blink without external limits.
Be that as it may, that Agreements major flaw was the lack of 3 month Status Hearings re implementation over a couple years with an independent 3rd Party Monitor (of Bell).

I am not her counsel and we dont know exactly why she was advised accordingly but I said then and I say now in my view it was destined to fail and ftlog never addressed the falsity of the separation in the first place. You cant swear to probable cause and get off the hook with me, lol.

@Quizzi wrt “The 7-11 tape about the guy pacing out front and having a white truck is fascinating, as was LE disinterest.” This was likely not an “investigator” who respinded to 7-11 but likely a deputy on local oateol, maybe on his way to River Patrol shift. Imo they had no trained professionals responding to these Tips unless they were adjudged highest priority & passed on to Gossen’s team.

He posts on SoldiersSad Profane Grammar-Challenged site
while knowing few of its reader/posters reside in his Media Market.
That tells me he wants to Move On to a larger media market.
Fitting in with that are these FB videos he’s putting on the KGW FB site to get hits and be tech hip.
I watched a couple minutes of the last one.
Now even untechie me bought my kid a tripod to use in videography. He’s in a TV studio and his camera holder
bobbles like a bobblehead doll. Unwatchable. So I moved on to comments. So many inaccuracies, untruths, so yes
he’s got a lot of hits m, but he is actually broadcasting on his EMPLOYER’S FB site well known to be untrue defamatory material about Terri and well known untrue facts about the case. The KGW news room is out of supervisory editorial control and deserves all the public demonstrations it reaps.

FWIW…I equate TMH’s facial expresses with processing the questions asked of her, related to her hearing loss in left ear (left?). Concentrating and engaged. Her timing wrt to responding…amazing and expedient.

I’m still processing Dr. Phil’s questions. Some of us get there eventually.

Someone dropped the ball big time on 7-11.

Here’s O’s latest Kyron scribe. I take back his LF-III appellation; it seems the O just fails to provide mentors & editors.

He graduated HS in 2006, apparently, and in 2010 was working his way to a 2014 college graduation.
Granted Max is busy with Ammon, but you’d think other Ladies would brief him.

A few months ago Kaine said he was on a short sabbatical, and when it ended he’d know if he had a job to return to.
So he should be finding out about now.

    Scuse me, that’s SF-III.
Maybe he’d work for TH as a

You’ve all have probably seen that Burke is going to sue CBS.

In the series, “The Case of: JonBenét Ramsey,” investigators reexamined all of the evidence from the case and concluded that Burke Ramsey killed his sister by accident with a flashlight. They theorized that when the family returned home from a Christmas celebration, John Ramsey put JonBenét to bed as Patsy Ramsey served Burke pineapple and tea.

Sometime later, they believe that JonBenét came downstairs and helped herself to her brother’s dessert and he became so infuriated, he hit her over the head with a flashlight. The investigators also concluded that the parents covered the whole thing up.

I have been tweeting with Lin Wood for days lol. Just outrageous. Not sure if you have seen it erose- but Wood will win just like he has before.

I watched that show and it was absolutely disgusting. The so called experts who were actually idiots left out information about the JBR case said things that were patently lies as they tried to generate a story that would bring them the most publicity. CBS absolutely deserves to be sued for giving air time to this blatant pack of BS.
The fact that this bunch of baloney was even aired just goes to show the irresponsibility of the media, We have for sure seen this kind of greed and lack of any kind of insight in the Portland area local news its to bad a once respected profession/media has become so corrupted by people who are only interested in their own 15 minutes of fame and are willing to get it at other peoples expense.

  44. Rose says:

for 3 years I stopped at any 3 7-11′s in the early morning to get my son breakfast (bribe for a 2 hr school drive). Patrons were 90% yard maintenance workers and construction workers of various industries.
    —-
It is interesting MCSO called for business and residential footage on a number of local roads, but one of their patrolmen showed no interest in footage on HW 30, when iirc there was some thought TH might have been on 30 from a ping perspective.
    ——
It seems rather easy for Reese to politically handle this case, if the bios won’t call for its transfer to another LE agency. I assume anyway the DA would have to jointly sign such a referral out, and I can’t see Underhill doing that–too much to hide wrt Frinkenstein’s work product. (And one sees why Barker had motive to quickly jump to a Reese election endorsement.)

So, how he could handle it internally politically is to make a statement, Levi and Gosson and his former work crew by his side. And say the former Sheriff personally directed the investigation from July 2010 forward due to his heartfelt anguish over the victim and his families. That Levi has done a fine job advancing the case. However, he feels it expedient to reassign the former Lead Detective of June 2010 and his reassembled former E Cty Major Crimes team as leads to resume their work, citing that former team’s solve rate of kidnappings and homicides. That puts a new “team” in place, and one that doesn’t have to be brought up to scratch and gets Reese off the mgmt hot seat.
    ____________
Because Kaine prominently threw out reporters from the State’s 2 leading newspapers in his press conf, imo he or Kyron’s other family (DY/TY) were fully capable of asking Staton to relieve Gosson in July 2010 if Gosson did not want to use the strategy of threatening RSE to feed KH untruths to secure a divorce court setting and remove Kiara from Terri, or if Gosson conveyed he was not on the bio train of Terri did it.

IIrc this Chas sighting of 6/4 between 9:15-9:45 am was one indicia that David Alan D might have been involved due to the long red hair
since Terri was physically elsewhere. But he surely would have been memorable inside Skyline.
    __________________________
The problem with the flier Staton and Gates personally cleared with Terri is that it showed pics of the 2 ladies, misdirecting memories.
Should have simply shown a few generic white trucks and mentioned streets and areas with a map.

Since it seems Kyron was taken in a white truck(reference made by erose to another one parked where Terri’s was not on the road SZ presumeably exited to), it seems pretty guaranteed some driver would have seen a boy in the front seat with a man, unless he was bound and secured on the floor. MCSO should have immediately looked for a man, generic Mathews’ (and her room participants at the time the man left with Kyron) descriptions and sketch, with a white truck in the area Friday morning, immediately. IMO all these family dramas mislead not only the public but generated confusion and chaos within MCSO.

  46. Rose says:

Ragdoll, If I were sitting there on national TV for the cause of Kyron having to deal with a man as incompetent at any profession other than a TV talk showman, who is known to be prone to ambush and sensationalism, you’d have a pry a permanent frown off my face, audience or not.

  47. T. Ruth says:

Thanks again Quizzie, I didn’t think Skyline was the closest elementary school to that 7-11, but wanted to double check with you, since you’re up there.

    *****************

So now my question is, why would a clerk from a 7-11 store, respond “you mean Skyline?”, if asked where the closest elementary school was? Makes no sense to me. 7-11′s routinely receive a lot of school kids walking home from school, etc., due to things like candy bars and Slurpee’s. (Do they still sell those?) One would think the clerk might actually know which school was closest. If I were the clerk and didn’t know which school was closest, I’m pretty sure my first response would be “I’m not sure, why do you ask?”. Makes me wonder if something else was asked by the man that actually made some reference to Skyline somehow. Or maybe asked about going in a certain direction, NSEW of there? IDK, just odd.

  48. T. Ruth says:

Thanks for the youtube links guys. I got to watch part two last night on that other station out of Portland, I guess that station runs one day behind our local one.

    ***********
I wish TMH was asked more about Kyron than she was. I wish Phil would have asked her the same questions that he asked DY & KH regarding Ky’s behavior changing as much as a year prior to his disappearance. Did she notice his eating habits changing for instance? He appeared to me in photos to be losing weight. Questions about the alleged DY/TMH conversation, wherein DY stated that TMH wanted DY to take custody of Kyron. Why didn’t Phil ask her the same questions he asked the bio’s? I mean after all, TMH was the one who Kyron spent the most time with. Why didn’t he ask her about the comments she made in People (I think that’s where it was) about Kyron touching himself inappropriately? And why didn’t Phil ask her about why James was sent away, and whose idea was it and how did Kyron react to that?

Oh well, I don’t know what hit the editing floor and maybe she was advised by her attorney not to speak about Kyron in any detail. Btw, contrary to what other’s seemed to see, it seemed to me when she did speak about him, it was kind and lovingly. Like when she talked about how proud he was of his project.

I hope new tips someone arise out of this one way or another.

  49. T. Ruth says:

    Hey Malty, where are you?

  50. rose says:

Soldier writes someone informed herTerri was fired in Sacramento.
    No reason to believe it.
BUT, if true, and her informant was from the alleged work site, that is direct evidence
of job loss across interstate lines secondary to her on line stalking, with ample
historical evidence of her close association in stalking activities with Desiree.
