Dr. Phil Show Hosts Missing Portland Child Kyron Horman’s Step Mom Terri Horman Over Two Episodes

I have been covering this case since Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline School in June, 2010.    Like most missing persons cases I have covered in the past,  I am of the strong opinion that best efforts at the truth are the only way to propel investigations that, similarly to Kyron’s, have gone cold for one reason or another.   This approach has worked in resolving some of my previous cases.    I am proud of that.  I remain steadfast to the integrity involved in those and future cases.

Over the past 10 months (or so) I have been developing an updated series on Kyron’s case to include my multiple interviews with Kyron’s step-mom,  Terri Horman.   Needless to say as she was the subject of at least three simultaneous cases before an Oregon court and remains a person of interest by the agency investigating her sons disappearance, this has been an arduous and sometimes delicate journey.    Ms. Horman’s experiences during the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Kyron Horman are critically important to propelling his case and with great hope- finding the truth about what happened to this cherubic and innocent child.    There are dozens of sources,  collateral interviews, forensic experts and legal analysts that also contribute to my series and have done so because of their belief that my motivation is to bring to light information and opinions in such a way that would almost “require” a focused review of Kyron’s case and the likely shaking of that proverbial tree everyone talks about.

Set to publish about 6-ish weeks ago I was asked to postpone the first installment of the series, which I did.  I subsequently learned Ms. Horman was participating in the Dr. Phil program after she completed taping.  Dr. Phils producers were well aware that Ms. Horman had interviewed with me extensively, and anticipated my series would be publishing information that was not known to the public previously in the days prior to her scheduled episode.    When Ms. Horman conveyed to me that she feels obligated to speak out about “her son” in any national medium that will have her,   I most certainly respected that.  I still do.

While Dr. Phil seems like a gregarious fellow for sure,   I have zero interest in being associated with his program, nor do I believe his shows content is designed to do any furtherance of investigation or truth.  There is much concern (although I have no affiliation to the show whatsoever) that the timing of the publication of my series on the Kyron Horman matter might be interpreted differently or inadvertently contribute to the programs content or audience reactions.     Not what I signed on for.   A missing 7 year old boy six years running is not a framework for entertaining a target audience.   He is not fodder for online social media bully campaigns- yet it occurs.

I will be publishing my series on Kyron’s case at a later date, in it’s entirety with no editing adjustments as a result of any of the appearances on Dr. Phil.   I appreciate your patience and your understanding.   Feel free to discuss the show below.

This is an old video from last year’s Kyron’s car show. I simply hadn’t seen it, so I’m linking it if any of you haven’t either. I think it comes through well that a graying KH still thinks his son may be alive out there somewhere. It’s sad to see everyone aging out, people from LE retiring, etc., and still no Kyron. Kaine has grown a full beard and appears to have put on a little weight. I just don’t understand why these parents keep saying that MCSO is doing such a good job. Sigh.

It’s about to be 8 years. To hear Kaine say he believes his son who was 7, and now 14 is out there somewhere against his will and compliment MCSO in the same sentence is utterly mind boggling to me.

    Thank you for posting T.Ruth.

Soldier’s on a bender targeting terri.
Problem is to do so, she’s quoting Desiree’s own
written words saying Terri did it, cheek by jowl
with raising cash for Desiree’s unaccountable
    personal gofundme account.

Bottom line- Disseminating misinformation does nothing to serve Kyron Horman- it looks to me like a post stating there is a $50K reward is followed by a go fund me link, which is for personal financial gain and in no way associated with the reward. One more time- Terri Horman has not received a request for interview by MCSO since late June 2010, going on 8 years. She has not missed a support payment since the orders inception. If it matters, Dr. Phil himself has stated that in his personal opinion as a forensic psychologist and as briefed by the shows investigators and lawyers that HE does not believe Terri was involved. If Kyron’s case remains with MCSO with no request for an OUTSIDE agency to review the case status (cold), or for the case to be reviewed or turned over to the FBI it will never be resolved unless Kyron is recovered in a jurisdiction outside of Multnomah.

People can spend countless hours, countless years even, saying they are coming for her or whatever, but reasonable people realize this does nothing at all to find Kyron. And, clearly it is untrue. It apparently takes some a very long time for that to sink in. I never read there.

Lastly- yes, Kaine has remarried. That’s all I will be saying about that, it is his personal business.

Re remarriage, I’d wondered if last year’s car show had her pic, replacing Kristen who

The “still alive Kyron” storyline keeps the Foundation donations coming imo. It is a necessary

This consistant public position of Kaine’s (which benefits fundraising imo) can only be taken by him because it is the MCSO “detectives” position and belief. I had failed to fully recognize it before. The tv spot starts with tips coming in from all over the country. Desiree has referred to the too. This is of believed live sightings. What Detective Relentless Aggressive does is follow up these tips. That is what mcso is working on. They are not looking for a sexual opportunistic organized abductor. This position of mcso personnel keeps the bios tied to and supporting them bcz it fosters the delusion kyron is alive.

Blink, wrt to Nassar and your “take away” by their parents…one of the gymnasts stated that parents were not even allowed in the gym. My take away would be that anytime someone tries to disallow a parent access to their child, it’s time to remove said child! I understand how a “stage mother” situation might bring that about, but boundaries could be established that parents must remain silent during training, etc. But, ultimately, IMO parents should have unfettered access to their children regardless of where that is.

I don’t pretend to know what the parent of an aspiring Olympian faces wrt that issue. I DID live the life of a Mom of two athletes that “in season” logged thousands of hours on the road and tens of thousands of miles on my SUV. I DID (to the point of severe annoyance) teach my kids about the potential of Pedos and attended every Dr. appointment in the room and had frequent and ongoing conversations about appropriate and inappropriate behaviors etc, etc. I am sure this is true of most, if not all, of us Moms and Dads.

As you point out- There is something wrong about any protocol that would ever transfer a parents role of security of their child.

    https://www.google.com/amp/amp.timeinc.net/time/5119793/larry-nassar-gymnastics-parents-guilt

Thank you Rose. As usual you are correct. I wish to be clear that nobody is shaming and blaming the parents for the abuse suffered by their daughters- Nassar was an unbelievably versed and prolific criminal pedophile. He duped multiple LE agencies in multiple investigations as well as the entire US Gymnastics program and its leaders, etc.

That said- with much respect to Ms. Swinehart, I find her statement about “quit shaming and blaming the parents, trust me you would not have done anything differently” offensive to parents that DID in fact, act. There are many that listened to their kids and confronted Nassar, and or filed complaints, removed their daughters. At the end of the day we have to feel compelled to applaud the actions that uncovered this evil freak, not those that (in the same statement) have caused immeasurable and permanent guilt. If we do not, my fear is that it does not empower people to trust their satellites and LEARN FROM THIS in a way that allows parents to better protect their children.

This offender profile (clearly) is a master groomer/manipulator/con/pedo/deviant- the worst kind- with creds to boot. I will never “blame” any parent for being duped- but the way around that every time, as I have stated here ad nauseum is to remove the opportunity for an offense. I do not understand how anyone can reconcile that a medical treatment for an 8 year old involved digital penetration with an ungloved hand and a Mom says “trust me you would not have done anything differently”- I have to believe that is offensive to those that did, and while it most certainly does not indicate blame or shame is warranted- but don’t we as imperfect parents owe it to our kids to do the “deep dive” inventory as to how our actions and inactions may have contributed, albeit most unwillingly? Because, I can tell you with certainty that stating “trust me you would not have done anything differently” is a coping mechanism- just like nobody has the right to blame her or anyone but Nassar- she does not have the right to speak for anyone as to what they may or may not have done differently in a broad stroke.

Distilling this further is proper, imo. How the Hell else do we “arm” our girls with the tools they will need, and the ability to hone their satellites, sometimes in the face of people they love and trust whose are not working.
If we begin teaching our girls (per this example, just as important to teach boys) at a young age (but old enough) that their bodies are private (both my kids called their privates “private”) and all of the associated boundaries that go with those conversations- and that messaging works like it should- we have taught them not to be victims, and if God forbid they become one- that they have safety in coming to you.

At the root here is a component nobody is really discussing and I openly admit I am not a trained trained pediatric mental health professional (wte of juvenile offenders and accompanying offender motivation analysis and interview of compromised juvenile subjects) and that is that in some of these Olympic bound programs- at a very young age we are giving up HUGE blocks of time and parenting responsibility at an extremely impressionable time in their emotional and physical development. It seems to me that is an opposite lesson of empowerment but rather a lesson in giving up one’s will before it is formed. Is it really necessary and if it is- how do we develop and oversee a program that keeps them safe and on a development course that supports them correctly whether they are “Gold” material or not. At the end of the day- very few are.

    Sorry for the novella.

In the old days, multiple changes to body like massive tats (second arm too but assymetrical so prob goes across back, plus non-ear lobe piercings = R/O BPD. Would need a lot more social hx. But it is like some men shall we say to marry women with weak ego strength/weak ego boundaries bcz they are very controllable. For a time.
Anyway, from the general to the specific: Terri’s days painting her body in spray orange-gold & entering body competitions and displaying abnormal (imo) muscle development does not differ much imo. In their marriage, Desiree probably altered her body too with hair dyes and body art. iirc Kristen was very in to self- body art/alteration. She had a history of very intense but unstable attachments—with kaine & several husbands.

At least they are happy; wish them well. (you saw the “matching” bands?)

But what do these apparently intense fast relationships with women say about father’s refusal to 1) sue pps to get answers at the school when it was a righteous slam dunk negligence tort, , 2) rip girl toddler from mother and powerfully estrange them (that suggests his breakup with Terri spawned intense anger at her and she was treated as All Bad), 3) get his son’s case transferred to fbi or an rxternal agency review) — suggests the same fusion with mcso as with a woman signif other—until he gets very angry and “breaks up” with mcso; and so on.

And so on indeed. It is as effed up as the day is long and the only thing I am 100% sure of is that this little boy deserves better.

“In a room full of sex buyers, enrolled in a court-ordered program in Seattle, I asked: “Do you ever think about the life stories of the girls and women you purchased?”

The men appeared uncertain about how to answer. Then a former once-a-week buyer, arrested for attempting to purchase sex from a police officer posing as a 15-year-old girl, said, “I don’t want to know how the sausage is made.”

I find it odd that Kaine is not using the newest (more accurate, IMHO) aged photo of Kyron on his poster there in his booth. He’s still using the one from when Kyron was supposed to be 10-12, which to me, looks nothing like Kyron, especially now that Kyron will be 16 this year. If Mr. Horman still believes his son is alive, and wants people looking for him, and the whole car-show thing is about awareness, he certainly needs to update his poster, dontcha’ think?

I completely agree as far as his conversational references and gesturing- but I thought I saw the age progressed pic on a display in the background.

In regard to the Olympic training programs. Many times with boys and girls they are placed with another family during the several years required to reach high skill levels. These families are in another city to be close to the chosen trainer and their facility. Sometimes these facilities are over a thousand miles from the child’s parental home.

I caught the reference to the foot problem. I hope it is something minor that is easily corrected. Perhaps it may be helpful to find a good shoe store that can properly fit a shoe for that foot when it heals. There are few such stores today that have well trained people to fit shoes.

I have lived with foot problems most of my life. My real size is a 12-AAA. Few athletic shoes are stocked in that size for men, so I usually have to compromise. The same for dress shoes. Arch supports and inserts help, but they need to be fitted too.

o/t: you are so kind. I will talk about it when I have a definite complete recommended Dx and surgical course. The only thing in complete agreement rn is that the previous trauma/injury and the surgery to correct it has also created some biomechanic changes that will now require some hardware.

Their gratification is all that is important to them. They are taking advantage of a form of slavery that operates all over the world.

There are also a group of people who do not buy such services, but instead use their guile to take advantage of situations where they can impose their low morals on unsuspecting youths and adults.

Another way to view it compassionately is that the parents have been victimized as well as their children. My sister was a competitive swimmer and I’ve seen the lengths families will go for Olympic hopes. I can see how the parents were buffaloed and victimized right along with their kids, even if in the same room.

Anyway, K abductor was similarly skillful—
removed him with a teacher’s permission during school hours.

    Right.
I can’t state with certainty that suspect zero abducted Kyron from the school because to my knowledge there is not a witness who saw Ky leaving the grounds with him, but there are multiple witnesses who saw him walk out the door with him from Matthews classroom. We either have a guy on that list who should have been central to the investigation, or we have a guy NOT on the list. We saw Terri’s counsel make that argument in open court on the record and we know he did so followed by sworn depositions in support. To your very important point,- what about the victims that might have escaped victimization if a proper investigation actually had ensued, as opposed to one led with the premise of “CYA”. This has always been my fear-

    Evie

I am glad to see your posts which give us a local point of view. Do not believe that your posts are unimportant. All who post have different experiences in their life that equip them to analyze activities from a different prospective.

Evil comes in many forms and with forces that a community must be alert to prevent evil from harming individuals making up the community.

Government and large organizations have responsibilities and goals. The moment that someone breaks the rules or a law in order to obtain an advantage, we have evil at work.

In the case with Kyron, we had a schools system that did not want to be responsible for their students. The next thing was a broken justice system that included LEA and the courts.

The case with the trainer was a desire to have someone that could produce quality athletes. The people in charge of that organization failed to meet their responsibility of keeping an eye on all things related. And, when they saw bad behavior, they didn’t want to do anything about it because they wanted his services in order to win.

Just today, we have an exposure to evil in our federal government with the failures in the Department of Justice and the FBI at the very top level. This was going on for years because they thought themselves above the law. They stonewalled the congressional committees for years as if they didn’t have the responsibility under our Constitution to oversee activities at the DOJ.

I just finished reading the newly released book by James O’keefe titled American Pravada. In it he exposes the ineptness of the public media in doing their duty to investigate the daily activities of government and business. Instead he paints a good case of the big print and video outlets becoming a propaganda machine for the Democrat party.

And the PPS CYA history continue to unfold. Maybe that PPS board appointed committee is really trying to do something here after all. Do KH & DY ever read the damn press? How can they remain happy with the investigation when one knows darn well that PPS has a history of covering up potential crimes committed by their staff. If PPS will cover up some inappropriate sexual encounters perpetrated by educators or staff, what in the hell do they think would be PPS’s course of action in the case of an abducted child? Grrrrr! Seeing what is being uncovered here, were it me, I would have every damn teacher that had ever been at that school during my child’s attendance investigated to the hilt! I would make sure that records for any prior discipline actions (or complaints sans discipline) stemming from complaints any children ever had about any teacher was followed up on. I’m guessin’ that has not been done. IMO, they key to Kyron’s disappearance is still hidden somewhere in the well orchestrated cover-up by PPS.

  33. Rose says:

@first-time. It is very puzzling. Family behaves as if she’s on the streets of Columbus, and it will just take a sighting by a stranger to either free or capture her. Their site, complete with dog & teary mother, makes it look like she went of her free will and they are trying to persuade her to return. There are allusions to suicidal tho. Her before & after pics are very attractive, but she seems to be exploring a new self-identity more recently. The 25 billbiards for a girl her age, if she is merely estranged, feel like family stalking. If she went willingly, because she is trying out new personas, that is one attractive, large, heavily Catholic & overwhelming family to try to separate and individuate from. So I bet she is way across the country. LE is involved due to her age, so if she’s with anyone over 17, it’s a criminal case.

  34. Rose says:

Police term her an endangered runaway:
    https://www.10tv.com/article/after-reported-sightings-police-now-investigating-missing-hilliard-teen-runaway
endangered likely due to being with an adult male. The question is whether drugs are involved.
So tactically LE and the family are going for:
    1) a saturated market with pics soliciting “tips” to LE to enable what amounts to an LE “capture”
    2) a Facebook site with multiple heartfelt pleas to return. I think these tactics will drive her further away.
They needed to id the one person in or out of family she was likely to keep some tie to/communication with, and ask that person to try to quietly connect with her over time & enlarge the relationship with her. The whole family trying to plead at once 4 a relationship is likely counterproductive.

Don’t know why this was on my mind when I woke up this morning, but I was thinking about what may have happened on June 3, 2010 at Skyline Elementary. Come to think of it, I guess it was on my mind because of the, what now seems very common, practice of “passing the teacher trash”.

IIRC, there was a FB conversation between one of the teachers, Gardes, and Keefer’s wife, (who I believe worked at a different school). Without going back to look it up, IIRC, Gardes said something to her along the lines of hearing a rumor that a teacher was leaving Skyline. To which, IIRC, she replied she’d heard that rumor as well. Then, IIRC, something about all hell breaking loose on June 3rd, when Ben Keefer was not at school that day.

So, here are some of my new questions,(and I wish MbS was still with us here):

When a Principal of a school is absent, who takes over the responsibility, (is there a VP?) and who would that have been on June 3, 2010 at Skyline?

Also, where was Ben Keefer on that day? Is it possible he was meeting with his higher-ups to discuss some sort of discipline-oriented activity of a teacher at Skyline? If so, who within PPS would he have been meeting with?

From that little tidbit of FB conversation we saw between Gardes & Mrs. Keefer, we can’t be sure that the teacher they referred to actually DID leave, but if they did, weren’t there only two who did not return in September 2011?

Also, I don’t recall the time of day those FB conversations took place, if it was a.m. on June 3rd, then it is possible that whatever information (rumor) they heard was known prior to June 3, like maybe June 2, or earlier.

With the recent unfolding of all this “pass the trash” behavior being done by school districts all over the U.S., could whatever was going on on June 3 have anything to do with Kyron’s disappearance on June 4?

PPS’s refusal to provide documents makes me wonder if the missing log-in records had something to do with whatever was going down on June 3, 2010, when all hell broke loose. (I’ll have to go back and see if I can find the actually wording and times of day.)

Anywho, I don’t recall ever hearing where BK was on June 3rd. One would think with the IB science fair happening the next day, unless it was something uber-important, or he was ill, he would have been at Skyline.

My apologies for my earlier question- you addressed it in this post, thank you.
Who were the two teachers that did not return the following school year if you recall? So as far as Skyline staff that makes two teachers and a janitor?

Was easier to track down than I thought. The conversation between Gardes and Mrs. Keefer took place on FB on June 1, which was a Tuesday at after 9 p.m. The conversation talking about Keefer not being there on Thursday took place at 10:26 a.m, June 3rd.:

    Brian Gardes
Just found out one of the teachers is leaving my school.June 1, 2010 at 9:49pm
    Debbie Keefer I heard a rumor…..

Thursday is the day the Principal is Out at an all day meeting.
It is also the day everything at a school goes haywire.June 3, 2010 at 10:36am via iPhone

So what happened on Monday June 1 or Tuesday June 2, that caused a teacher to quit? And where was Keefer on June 3? And what went “haywire” that morning?

I certainly hope LE, particularly in the wake of the knowledge of “trash passing”, looked into this long ago, but who knows.

Refresh me on the “trash passing” please. It is certainly interesting to see that someone describes the school day as haywire the day before the science fair/open house.

OT: Rose, thanks for weighing in. I mostly agree with all counts. I come from such a family, and it can be difficult to exercise one’s rights to their different point of view in such a clan. I fear she’s taken her own life and they just haven’t found her.

I hope you’re wrong ft, this breaks my heart to see such a beautiful, young soul feel hopeless. I don’t know about your area, but in mine I can tell you there is a gross deficiency of mental health professionals with specificity in treating the tween through end of minority population. It is almost entirely reactionary (as in, normally if a youth becomes a criminal offender or through some sort of voluntary or involuntary commitment. Add the self medicating factor in there and it just gets worse.

Well if an alive 15 yo Kyron wanted to live with mother
Terri, the woman who took care of him, rather than the bios,
the antics of the latter two have been real off base.

the janitor left several mos before the abduction, say Feb. . His new school was nearer his home and he wasn’t bedeviled withextra Green Team make work. He returned temporarily after the abduction as extra help at year’s end. One staffer who left was Mastin. Don’t recall the other. Maybe Mathews retired? I have same memory as TRuth re commentary on June 3–commenting parties & content. Well documented in press and by parents that PPS routinely transfered troubled staff—but principals & Admins also. Anthony Lopez springs to mind when he was coverup for a very troubled principal in his regional supv area, & he just got promoted up.

  40. A Texas Grandfather says:

The term “trash passing” refers to how school administrations get rid of non-performing or bad behavior teachers and other staff by terminating a contract with a promise not to expose them or make an entry into a personnel file.

This happens throughout the entire public school systems in the United States. It also extends to the college and university level. It is done to protect the school or district from the possibility of legal action.

This also extends to other government entities and in particular where unions are allowed to operate.

Thank you ATG. These days I have to consider myself lucky wrt my children not being exposed to this issue while they were in school- although I am aware of at least 2 teachers fired (one arrested) for inappropriate relationships with students in a nearby district. I interned in the Youth juvenile system where we are now a few years ago and with certainty I can say that the biggest risk to adolescents in this general area now (at least that is publicly known) is drugs.
    B

  41. A Texas Grandfather says:

I have to agree about the drugs issue. Rural school districts at one time were escaping the problems of drugs in the community due to the low density of population. With the saturation of the urban markets, the drug sellers soon moved into the rural areas. Today it is everywhere.

Abuse of alcohol is another problem with the school administration and teaching staff. Alcohol is a drug of a different type. Addictive people can get “hooked” on any number of things including foods. These addictions will affect their lives and the lives of others in a negative way-family and community.

The public school systems have done a good job of pushing parents away from being able to monitor activities on a day to day basis. This has mostly happened since the 1960′s. Bad actors in the classroom and at the administration level have been more successful in concealing their acts when concerned parents are unable to be on-site.

OT re Nasser. Just discovered @alxwinter, led there from twitter of W Schaub.
Skimming his twitter reminded me there’s a whole subculture of competitive
documentary filmmakers out there who will vie to tell this Nasser and the girl athletes story and
get awards at Sundance & the box office. These 200 plus girls
need a Court to establish them as a class and represent their interests with
storytellers. Thinking on, it is kind of amazing no documentary has been done
on the kidnapping of Kyron Horman. Lots of Indie doc types on the West Coast. It has
everything: beautiful Skyline scenery, family conflicf, a belly-stuffed Sheriff, a coke/mistress-

    1. WORD on “permission” to proceed as class.
    2. Not surprised- there is no film crew/production team at the ready to produce a cold case with no new information or lead avenues to resolution.

bedeviled County Commissioner Exec, a hot rod lovin’ body builder dad, a small town cop stepfather,
a public school any parent would love, mouthpiece media, and so on.

after all, the parents keep saying any publicity, “his face,” is good publicity
because it may spur a “tip,” and he might be located. Why not a documentary?

I think it is because MCSO will not release any information. Kaine is not interested in a documentary because he probably has lots of secrets and and would not want Kiara to be effected by a bunch of media hoopla. The school is not talking and hopefully Terri is avoiding the limelight. So that only leaves Desiree and her version of events which is slanted to make her look like an avenging angel.

Seems like everyone has some big secret/territory to protect so I think it would be hard to put together any kind of a case history that has not already been in the media.

    Poor Kyron.
    Maybe someday.

  45. A Texas Grandfather says:

A documentary that exposes all the bad actors? Where would all the details to build a story board be obtained? The school and LE are not going to co-operate for fear their CYA activities would be spotlighted.
It would probably expose some of the less than stellar activities of Kyron’s family too.

Read the lead article at scared monkeys today about the documentary on Natalee Holloway. Some truth some fiction and enough fiction to cause Beth to sue the production company.

I am going to expose a little known fact about web sites. Every time anyone anyone logs on to a web site, there is an entry made in a log that the owner or site administrator may examine. Therefore, Blink has a record of all who just read and those who post.

  47. T. Ruth says:

I could be wrong, and I’d have to go back and try to find it, but as far as regular teachers go Mastin & Terrones are the ones IIRC did not return to Skyline the next year. Seems to me there also may have been another, (P/T Music?). Gardes & MsK, specifically referred to a teacher leaving, not janitors or other staff. In any case, if MCSO/FBI(whomever)did not look into whomever it was that Gardes/Ms.K were referring to in their convo that was leaving (and we really don’t know if they were leaving on their own accord or perhaps with PPS approval being “passed like trash”) that would have been an inexcusable thing to overlook in this investigation.

The FB convo between Gardes/Ms.K was so, sort of, secretive,(i.e., no names of said teacher, or why they were leaving and the “rumor” remark) makes me think that indeed something, in some way, had gone on previously at Skyline that was one of those ‘never to be mentioned’ situations PPS is currently being accused of covering up.

Of course, I’m not pointing fingers at any particular teacher who may have left, there may have been great and, in fact, concerning reasons why they did. And that’s my point, LE had better KNOW and understand why whomever it was DID leave. If they didn’t bother to investigate that then, it’s certainly not too late now; especially with PPS currently being exposed and investigated for ignoring multiple children’s (and perhaps other whistle-blowers’) accusations of inappropriate behavior of their staff in the past. It’s always possible that whichever teacher Gardes/Ms.Keefer were referring to, was actually leaving because of something they witnessed and that they were actually a whistle-blower who was simply ‘moved along’ with accolades and stipulations.

Many scenarios could come of such a thing. For instance, if EM was a whistle-blower, is it possible that Kyron was abducted from her room as a payback or warning? (When did she retire?) Or, for instance, is it possible Kyron was abducted because he was being protected by a whistle-blower, and he is being kept safely somewhere by someone in fear of retaliation?

IDK, I just hope it was investigated and if it hasn’t been, because LE was too busy looking up TMH’s azz, I hope it is being done now.

My questions remain who was the Skyline teacher that Gardes/Ms.K were referring to on June 1, 2010 who was leaving and why were they leaving, and/or threatening to leave?
Did they in fact leave? (Or did they receive a huge salary increase instead?)
Where was Keefer on June 3, 2010?
Who was in charge on June 3 at Skyline as Keefer was not there?
What went “haywire” on June 3?
If the teacher DID leave, where did they go? Transferred? Promoted? Retired? Teaching elsewhere?

None of this may have anything to do with Ky’s disappearance, but if it certainly could have.

  48. A Texas Grandfather says:

Texas Governor Gregg Abbott announced today that as a part of Texas Senate Bill 7 passed by the legislature last he is authorizing regulations to stop the “Pass the Trash” culture in the Texas school sytems. This includes public and private schools. It will affect all administrators, coaches, classroom teachers, maintenance personnel and all contractors including buss drivers.

The TEA is to apply the new rules when they are complete. This covers the school personnel side of the problem, but does not at this time address students and parents who have in the past created problems because of false accusations against teachers and others.

There will be a do not hire list maintained by the board of certification for educators. This is a step in the right direction. However, it does not address those applying for work from out of state.

  49. Rose says:

anyone put on that TEA Do Not Hire list is gonna be
solicited by a first rate tort lawyer to sue
whatever District, School Board, & supervisor
    recommended that status imo.

  50. Rose says:

Terrones did return. It was the year after that
he followed Keefer to George Middle.
It was after Keefer left Geo Middle that
he went to a HS in Vancouver WA. kinda
old to be changing retirement systems.

Rose- I am holding your last post until I have time to digest it more thoroughly. You are crazy brilliant, and your post looks like a PA (production assistant) notebook of a young (or mature, wth do I know) Errol Morris.
My fear is that you provided a roadmap you will never get credit for. I know. You could care less, I get that.
Need to ruminate before I post and respond if thats ok.
