Port St. Lucie FL– An Amber Alert  has been issued for a 7 or 8 year old little girl abducted by 2 hispanic males driving a white van on her way to school in the area of Pinero and Midtown Roads. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and pink or purple skirt. There are many conflicting details regarding whether the shirt and skirt color are transposed, so both combinations should be considered.

FDLE considers the caucasion child with dark hair to be endangered.

The abduction was witnessed by 2 boys also walking on their way to school. There are multiple law enforcement agencies in the area for training by coincidence, and there are currently 15 bloodhounds on the ground involved in the search. The alert was issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Markoff is accused of kidnapping and armed robbery of Las Vegas prostitute Trisha Leffler and the kidnapping and murder of 26 year old masseuse Julissa Brisman.

It is not known if the image above is actually Phil Markoff but a source inside the investigation has confirmed to Blinkoncrime.com the background in the images matches a residence of Markoff’s.

On Tuesday last week Markoff was visited by his brother Jon and sister in law Deanna; a visit in which he told his family there would be more “coming to light” and they should forget about him in prison.

Boston Police have named Markoff as a POI in a Providence, RI attempted robbery of a masseuse; his fingerprints were found on the wall in the Holiday Inn Express.

In a shocking development, the child’s mother, “Laura”, said not only did Police NOT investigate allegations that Huckaby NEVER had permisission to take the little girl anywhere, but Child Protective Services actually took custody of her daughter the evening she was in the Hospital to investigate her for possibly drugging her own child.  

“Laura” is adamant that Melissa Huckaby did not have permission to take her daughter anywhere, from anyone, and stated she called 911 when she returned home from work and could not locate her. She said it was almost 5 hours by the time Huckaby brought her back.

“CPS took her from me that night because they thought I has something to do with it,” Laura said. “She didn’t have permission,” Laura said. “Nobody gave her permission to take my baby.”

“I’m just kind of disappointed in them, that they didn’t look into Melissa more than they did.”

When asked her reaction when Huckaby was arrested, “Laura” was visibly shaken.

Laura Polk, 41, admits to a checkered past and prior drug use. She had a child taken from her and put into foster care in 1994 and feels this may have prejudiced CPS against her.

Det Nate Cogburn, the Detective assigned to the case at the time, told Polk he thought she was on crank at the time of the 911 call. She granted permission for him to search her home and nothing was found.

This past Friday, April 17, her daughter was re-interviewed by detectives and re-examined for signs of Sexual Abuse; none were found. 

Could the death of doe-eyed beauty Sandra Cantu been prevented?

According to Police logs, the child was with Melissa Huckaby, as identified initially as the owner of a Purple Kia Suv, from 1:30 to approximately 5:30PM on Saturday January 17, 2009.

The Police report does not specify Melissa Huckaby by name, which in itself is an oddity as by Huckaby’s own admission to blinkoncrime.com and others, she was in fact visited and questioned by police regarding the incident.

Does Tracy PD Have their own Richard Cain?

In Melissa Huckaby’s phone interview, she gives a different story than what is proclaimed by the family and referenced in the Police logs.

Huckaby claims to have had permission to take the child to the Park, where she had taken her 3 times that week, from the child’s grandparents. She appears to slip up when she says that when the child’s Mother came home, she did not know she was “missing, I mean with me, and she lost my phone number..” I received a call from my grandparents stating they got a call looking for her and I took her home..”

According to the victim’s 18 year old sister, the little girl was slurring her words, and was unable to hold herself up. Her Mother immediately took her to the hospital and called Police again when a drug screen showed she had benzodiazepines, or muscle relaxers in her system. Police logs show that they did not show up to the Hospital until after 10:30PM.  A source who has spoken directly with this family has confirmed that the responding officer both talked the mother out of filing a missing person’s report while she was missing and a complaint against Huckaby because he smelled alcohol on the breath of the mother and she had a prescription for a similar drug.

According to Tracy PD Sgt. Tony Sheneman, the extent he will comment on behalf of the Tracy PD is that there was “almost a MP report filed on January 17^th.”

There is no recording or notes of the interview a Tracy Police Detective had with Huckaby the evening of the incident.  

Family is Friends to the Cantu’s

Sources inside the investigation have confirmed to my satisfaction that the child was definately NOT Sandra Cantu. Blinkoncrime.com is witholding her name and that of her family for privacy reasons in the invent charges are filed against Huckaby. The child was a playmate of Sandra Cantus’, and both girls played with Huckaby’s daughter Madison frequently. Her family states emphatically that she was examined thorougly and aside from the drugs in her system, there was no evidence of abuse.

Following the incident however, the family was advised by the Tracy Police not to discuss the incident with Huckaby and the little girl was forbidden to go to the Lawless home, where Huckaby lived with her daughter.

Both the Cantu family and the family of the 7 year old victim have been advised by the FBI not to speak to reporters. It is not known if Sandra’s family was aware of the incident prior to Sandra’s abduction, but if they were, it would explain why they were adamant they could not confirm her last whereabouts and whether or not she made it there, as it is probable Sandra may have been instructed to stay away from the home.

Boston, MA– Boston Police announced they had a suspect in custody today for the Murder of Julissa Brisman, and will face other charges including kidnapping, illegal posession of a firearm, and probable others.

Pictured above with an unidentified female from his facebook account, Phil Markoff, 22, is a Boston University student originally from upstate New York. 

Boston’s Police commissioner Ed Davis said during a news conference this afternoon Markoff had been under surveillamce for days. He was stopped on 95 in Walpole, MA and taken into custody without incident. Police received over 150 leads in their hunt for the Craigslist Killer.

Orlando, FL- “Lucky”, 9, was playing with friends last evening in her neighborhood in the vicinity of S.Goldenrod and Pershing Avenue.  It was a mild evening in Orlando and the children were enjoying a game of hide and seek.  Keeping a close watch on the activities apparently, was neighbor Marcus Younge. 

Younge 23, came out of nowhere, grabbed Lucky by the waist and attempted to pick her up according to the child’s statement to Investigators. She was able to break free from Younge’s grasp and fled home to her parents as she had been taught.  While she was running, she looked back to see if she was being chased by her boogey- man- in- real- life, who was fleeing as well;  in the opposite direction.

Lucky’s Mother called Orange County Sheriff’s Office immediately, and her parents set out to find the guy their daughter said attempted to nab her while they waited for them to arrive.  Approximately one block away, Marcus Younge, who matched the descrition given by Lucky to her parents, was spotted by her Mother who was able to capture a photo of Younge on her cell phone.  Once spotted, Younge retreated from the scene and was nowhere in sight when Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) responded immediately with Officers and a K9 unit.

Using the bloodhound, the k9 was able to track the scent of the alleged perpetrator to his home one block from the scene.  Following a positive ID by comparison to the cell photo and eyewitness confirmation from Lucky, Younge was arrested.

While in custody, Younge denied being outside of his residence at any time that evening.  When confronted with the cell phone photo taken by the victim’s Mother, Marcus Younge’s temporary amnesia appeared to subside.  He admitted that he had attempted to hug Lucky, and that he may have a problem with his need to hug young children. Younge admitted during a digitally recorded interview with investigators that he himself had been sexually abused as a child and he may be acting out as a result.

Although Marcus Younge was charged with Felony Attempted kidnapping, he posted bond and was released this morning.  In the post-interview findings report it clearly states Younge’s interest in Lucky was that of a sexual nature, specifically :

..”Marcus Younge did attempt to abduct “Lucky” against her will with the intent to commit a felony not limited to lewd molestation and/or sexual battery…”
