The series of events that led up to her murder are stupifying.  

Of Particular concern is the rash of fires occuring on the farm and within surrounding areas in the time frame of both of Christine’s visits there.

As the September alarms are no longer accessible on the Pocomoke Volunteer Fire Department Site, you are looking at a cached version confirming the call to the farm and the fact that photos DID exist of what was assuredly a major fire. Three different stations responded at a minimum. The Images have been deleted.

The day before the Byrd road chicken house fire on September 20th, the Showell Fire Department extinguished this chicken house fire:

Effective October 1, 2007 the Worcester County Fire Marshalls Office takes over.

“..The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office is responsible for conducting fire investigations of all fires in the County where arson is suspected, the fire is undetermined by the fire department, and/or an injury or death has occurred. The Worcester County Fire Marshal’s Office is the local enforcing agency for 3 municipalities and the County…”

 

Note the October 10th alarm for yet again, a subsequent fire in the chickenhouse on Byrd Road. 

On October 11, the neighbors who have already been vicitmized by the Clarence Butch “ Jr” Jackson crew, are victimized again. As you can see the Fire Marshall visits Byrd Road.

What the record does not say, is that the neighbors are awakened at 3 am by the Fire Marshall and Deputy Parnell from the PCPD. They were told if they called the Fire Department one more time for fires on the neighboring property, they would be arrested.

On the exact same day that JR Jackson unsuccessfully seeks peace orders against the neighbors that are simply trying to avoid the menace of his existance at this point are denied on October 13th; there is another chicken house fire. Fire Police and Pocomoke PD are in attendance.

Another outside fire call on October 17^th. There is no data past October 23^rd on fire activity available for this time frame. 

The November calls have been deleted entirely by the Pocomake VFD. The site is managed and maintained by “Choppy Layton” a long time Vounteer Fire Fighter and by all accounts, a solid guy. 

What is astounding, is that I am in receipt of an email that confirms a witness gave a statement to Detective Trautman, the original detective in this case, on February 12, 2008.

Should we consider it a coincidence then, that the last time the PVFD site is updated, and apparently when the November alarms were deleted is February 12, 2008?

We have eyewitness accounts of fires on the Byrd Road farmhouse from November 9^th through the 13th at a minimum. Fire Police and Marshalls have been to the property.  By my accounting, we are talking in the neighborhood of 12 fire alarms to this property alone, starting one month after an emergency outdoor burn ban.    

Why hasn’t Clarence Jackson been charged with arson?

Any other suspects? Dead Issue? We know there are surveillance still pictures and security guard witnesses, what did they see?

What is the ratio of alarm calls versus arson arrests? 

I digress.

Who was copied on the confirmation email containing a witness statement on February 12, 2008?

Michael McDermott. 

However, there are no incident reports that we know of, from witness accounts that the Pocomoke City Fire Department was called on November 9^th at a minimum.

You will find fire fighter pictures and coverage from August 2007 on the site, followed by current footage. There are no pics or reports of the Byrd Rd address, although there are several witness accounts of multiple fires on the property, and of course the flue fire from November 9, 2007.

What is also not listed there, is the fact that James “Keven” Hall, the training OFFICER for Pocomoke City FD, is a registered violent sex offender.

Could he be related to Levi and Joyce Hall? Is that the reason that the searches on the property where the Pocomoke City FD were in attendance yielded nothing? It would seem finding her remains would yield heavy coverage. In turn, this information would have been discovered early.

What effect, if any, has this had on the Christine Sheddy case?

I have re-read this article numerous times. How in the world any person could “take away” from it that my team or I, in any shape, form or fashion, have anything but the utmost respect for the thousands of men and women in this country that volunteer their time and risk their safety for ours is ludicrous. There is no such allegation or inference of any kind.

Anyone alleging that has their own agenda and it is painfully transparent to all.

For starters, I am the granddaughter of a United States Marine that fought valiantly in the 2 bloodiest battles in WWII who declined a full ride football scholarship to Duke for the privelege. I have nothing but respect and support for any public servant. To suggest otherwise when my Poppa has had such a profound effect on my life is an insult to his memory.

Secondly, a member of my team’s Father is a retired volunteer fire fighter with 25 years of service. She knows first hand what it’s like when Dad is called out right when dinner starts or when was mostly inconvenient. 

I watched both the WTC towers crumble from a hill in Boonton, NJ after being diverted on my way into the city for a meeting at a client who saw the first plane hit from her office window.  I will never in my life forget the smell in the air downtown a week later when my meeting was rescheduled.

I stopped at the corner where the National Guard was now positioned and bought a bouquet and went into the Ladder Company on Water St.

There were pictures of 9 Firefighters that were missing or dead. I hugged a man I never met and blubbered in front of a work associate. I hung their prayer book in my office. These people are Heroes.

H E R O E S.

The issue here is there are records that have been pulled from view intentionally, including pictures that encompass the time frame that a young mother of 3 was murdered on a farm that there were several alarms to. 

If someone does not see how this is relative to a murder investigation that occurred at the property, potentially by a person of interest who started the fires in the first place, I am at a loss.

The business at hand is finding Christine Sheddy. 

Pocomoke City, MD– The last time Christine Sheddy’s best friend “Q” spoke to her at approximately 9:30Pm on November 12th she was trying to whisper something to him. He could not hear her. He heard a guy in the back talking about how they were gonna keep her, she’s so good to them, so nice to look at.. You get the picture. Skeeve Meter twenty out of ten. 

Christine put him on the phone with Q as he kept following her around talking in the background. Q describes the voice on the other end of the phone as a red kneck. Definately not JR or Dominick. Justin and Q chat for a few seconds with the regular niceties.

 To this day, “Q” is not sure if she put him on the phone thinking it would get him out of her personal space, to make Q think he was “cool” , or to identify him to Q without the privacy to be able to reveal whatever was wrong.  It haunts him.    

At 11am the morning of the 13th Q calls for Christine. JR answers and says he is “out”, does not have many cell minutes left and will tell Christine to call him when he gets back to the house. Lie No.1 out of infinity.

The following are the still shots taken by the mounted, motion- activated camera on the neighbors home, installed following JR stealing a laptop and cell phone and JR and Justin slashing the neighbors tires in October.

The first person to leave the residence at 12:58PM on November 13:

Unsub self-professed hunter/correction officer. This truck had been seen on previous occasions from this footage. This man is stopped because the neighbor asked him who he was. He said he was a corrections officer, and simply looking for a place to hunt. The neighbor asked him why he would not take the two on the roof with him. Jr and Dominic. They were fixing the hole in the roof from  the fire the evening of the 9th. 

Until this article, this truck has never been identified. The mystery CO and hunter is NEITHER of those things. The truck belongs to Tia Johnson’s father, and was driven by Charles Timothy Johnson, Tia’s brother. This is the first vehicle to leave the property on 11/13.

Here is the lovely couple Charles T Johnson and Jennifer Waters Johnson arriving at the party on 11/11, apparently they bring the party with them, or at least the coolers. Why the hunting story? Did he think she may have seen Charles in the field or woods as well? Was it related to Jennifers probation hearing the next day?

1:57PM- Tia’s car, with Jr and Tia in it, leaves in a manner to avoid the camera.

2:06PM– Tia’s car returns, she is alone.

2:08PM– Tia’s car leaves again, unidentifiable driver.

2:36PM– Tia’s car, driven by JR, so fast the witness believed he was going to flip it over.

3:38PM– Tia, JR and Justin leave the farm in Tia’s car.

4–4:30PM– They return in Tia’s car, avoiding the camera. 

5:06PM– Middle aged woman with blonde hair arrives, later determined to be “Nevlyn” , Dominick Von Graevenitzs’ Mother in Law. 

5:08PM– Nevlyn leaves the farmhouse with additional unidentified passengers.

From approximately 5:30–7PM JR begins calling Christine’s family and friends. (yes, I am being intentionally vague on the chronology).

However, it should be noted that JR did all of the calling, and all of the “version” alchemy. An Excerpt:

11/13 6–7:00PM call, recipient witheld–    

On the 13th around 6 or 7 JR left a message on my cell telling me to call him back as soon as I get the message, and it didn’t matter that it was before 9. (editors note: 9Pm is the reduced rate benchmark).

I got the message 20-30 minutes after he called and called him right back. He answered and said that him and Tia went to pick up her kids up from school and when they came back Christine was gone and the boys were there by themselves. My reaction was shock and worry. That just doesn’t happen, and Christine would N E V E R leave her kids by themselves. I was like “are you serious?” JR’s tone was calm and even called me nicknames like “ma”. He said he did not have any idea where she was and he, Tia and a cousin even searched the wooded property because they had a lot of land. He also said she may have went off with a guy she met that worked at Walmart. He said that he was trying to get a hold of my mom so that she or someone could get the boys. He said Christine mentioned to him that she was moving from the farmhouse.

That call was made AFTER he had already spoken to Q with the same story.

I asked Q– when did you KNOW something had happened to Christine; something was very wrong? He replied: “When Levi and his Mom picked up the boys, I new something was horribly wrong and something had happened to Christine. She would never in a million years let those boys go with Joyce. ESPECIALLY Joyce AND Levi. Never…”

8:08PM– Nevlyn returns to the property with passengers.

8:38PM– security check

8:50PM– Joyce Hall, mother of Levi Hall, and Levi, arrive on the property.

9:26PM– Joyce leaves the property.

9:57PM– BLACK PICKUP WITH SHINY BLACK WHEELS ARRIVES.

Simmering Perdition  

How do they find each other? Is there some invisible beacon for the black hearted to lessen the degrees of separation between them and like minded cellar dwellers? I have come to the conclusion that there are two types of people in this fray.

There are the “most of the people in my family were criminals and we did not mind seeing each other through partitions,” types- and their victims.

Not only did Christine Sheddy invite the vampire into her home with Levi, but she went directly to the lair in Pocomoke City in November 2007. 

Pocomoke City has a population of under 5000. How this unlucky soul came into contact with what appears to be it’s under-est of bellies starts with Levi’s cousin Steve Magg. The impetice for the meeting, the guy who actually drove Levi, Christine and the boys for the only other trip to the farmhouse in October, the guy who was at the farmhouse constantly from November 9 through the 13th HAS NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED BY POLICE IN THIS CASE.

Advance apologies et al, but in the course of this investigation, I can conclude Levi Hall and Mother Hall, had no advance notice of Christine’s jaunt to Pocomoke. In fact, Christine was running from Levi, dated 11/3/2007 1:13PM:

are you ok ive been trying to call are you ok well steve said something about punkin-chunkin i need to see yo so i guess ill try and go mabee ill run into you f*** baby i hope your ok where ar you at ?

The question becomes, what makes a woman that has literally met these people on one occasion, want to pack up her boys and scoot? She had been there for 4 days previously.  Apparently the lack of allegiance not withstanding to Levi as he introduced them, but WTH?

Christine caught Levi in another tryst, smoking more crack from dealer Todd, and argued with her Mother about it. She sent a very long and painful email to friends that she had had it with her children doing without, was tired of the abusive co dependent existence robbing her of unaffected thought, and refused to fail in her life.  

Against the protests of her BFF “Q”, Christine talks him into taking her and the boys to meet Tia and Jr in the parking lot of the WalMart where they will pick them up for the rest of the trip to the farmhouse. 

Q never saw the Farmhouse until blinkoncrime aired the first footage.

If he had, he never would have let her and the boys out of the van he told me in a recent interview. I said, “I know that Q, I was there, I know.”

The Quantum Crash that is the evening of November 12, 2007, ending Christine Sheddys’ life, was on course years prior.

Fabienne Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, daughter of Catharina and Frans, is the anachronism of this tale. 

Fabienne Josephine Stassen comes from a prestigious family originating from the Netherlands.   Her parents and sister are esteemed medical professionals. Fabienne was a nurse, fresh from school, at 32.

On 7/13/2005 Clarence “JR Jackson assaulted Ms. Stassen, among other menaces, and in August, the PCSO issued warrants and Peace orders. That included Fabienne and a neighbor of JR’s. Sharon Jean Nelson.

Ms. Stassen’s fears of Clarence “Jr” Jackson were short lived. Unfortunately, she requested a rescind hearing for the peace order against him in September and refused to assist in his prosecution so the charges were dropped.  2 months later Fabienne files for bankruptcy, before it is discharged, on February 9, 2006 dies unexpectedly.

 

Fabienne Josephine Hubertina Stassen

SALISBURY — Fabienne Josephine Hubertina “Fab” Stassen, 33, died unexpectedly in her sleep Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006.

Fabienne was a registered nurse. She was born July 5, 1972, in Belleville, N.J. She was a graduate of Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, N.J., and Raritan Valley College’s School of Nursing in Raritan, N.J., where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Until she moved to Salisbury, where she worked in several medical care facilities, she was a member of the Clinton, N.J., and Plainfield, N.J., first aid and rescue squads. Among her many awards was a certificate of appreciation for participation in the rescue efforts of 9-11 at the World Trade Center in New York City.

As a nurse, in addition to medical care, she brought cheer and a breath of fresh air to her patients. Her big heart showed not only in her caring for people but also in her love of animals.

She is survived by her parents, Toos and Frans; two sisters and their families, Veronique, Tom, John and James and Nicole, Aaron, and their little one; two grandmothers; six great-aunts; four aunts; seven uncles; and 24 cousins.

Fabienne’s remains were cremated in a private ceremony Feb. 11.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity that cares for people or animals in need.

In August 2007, just after meeting Tia Johnson and this backwoods impression of Sid and Nancy is if full bloom, JR gets a ticket for speeding in Somerset County for driving 101 mph in a 55.

He was driving Fab’s Mustang. Jr. Jackson was driving the graduation gift of the woman he beat, turned onto drugs, and died while they were dating.

Although the record of the ticket he was given shows failure to appear warrants and suspension of his driver license; that was all miraculously fixed with a plea of guilty on 2/09/09; the 3 year anniversary of her death.

In front of witnesses speaking to blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity, JR got a call in early September ‘07 from someone who obviously found out through the summons that JR was in possession of Fabienne’s car and gave him instructions on returning it.

The location of the Mustang with white racing stripes has not been disclosed.

Christine thought everybody was cool. She would say that all the time, So and So is cool. Q, their cool. Even if they weren’t, she did not really see it. I begged her not to go to Pocomoke. I think she was just tired and thought, she resigned herself sometimes that she would never get away from Levi. She was my best friend, I loved, love her.

Cultivating a Criminal Enterprise; now that is a feat. A family affair, you might say. Grab a Pen. Grab a moist towlette. Grab an adult beverage, I may need 2 chapters just for these introductions. In this one however, I am outlining the primary players in Christine’s case.

Tia and Clarence

Tia Theresa Lyn Johnson Weisenburg, daughter of Teresa Johnson and Stephen Johnson. Former wife of Shawn Weisenburg. Born of that marriage: son, Austin. Shortly after their separation, Tia files a paternity suit against Jerry Davison. She wins. Austin Weisenburg is in the custody of non babydaddy Shawn, currently. By all accounts, Shawn is a decent guy and Father. He had the sense to get a restraining order against “JR” for weed in his house.  Born later, father unknown, daughter Cierra, or CC. Tia is pictured 2^nd from the left.

Apparently, unsuccessful personal injury lawsuits notwithstanding, Tia has herniated disks L4 , L5. This is public record. What is not so public, is the witness I spoke to, upon the condition of anonymity, is that Tia has an unusually high tolerance for Oxycontin. 

Clarence  Butch “JR”  Jackson. Now, here’s a pip. Clarence is also no stranger to the judicial system.  JR, born in June 1974, has been a busy dude. He has a rap sheet from Ocean City through most of Worcester Cty. In lieu of a “Tom Tom”, let’s say that is the equivalent of vast pokey visitin’.

Kindly allow this to be a cursory introduction, more on “JR” later. Contrary to what both Tia and JR have told Christine’s family and police, neither child was at the farm on the 12th or 13th of November.

Dominick and Erin VonGraevenitz

Domo, Father of 7, *ahem*, 8, as he likes to be called, is JR Jacksons brother. Not sure about the brotherly thing exactly, as Domo sought a peace order against JR in 2003. Domo has asserted on any blog that will allow his grasp of the English slang, that he was not at the Farmhouse November 12, 2009. Not so. He exclaims he was enjoying his wedding anniversary that evening. He does not own a Vizir , but he wants one. He is 5’5” in contrast to Erin, who is 6’1”.  2002 and 2003 were particularly trying for Domo. His mother in law took out a peace order on him and he was arrested for a sex offense and assault on a minor. 

Erin, is not in the running for Mumsy of the Year. She may be however, the most fertile woman in the saga. Erin was pregnant with the couples youngest son at the time of Christine’s disappearance. 

Dominick has since left his compound and is now bringing slices of heaven to 23 year old Mary and their new baby. He was ordered to pay child support for the starter family last month.

Justin Hadel

Justin Hadel is Tia Johnson’s cousin. Justin was the current boyfriend of Crystal Freeman, who has a child with Charles Timothy Johnson, Tia Johnson’s brother. Justin could be heard in the background of more than a few of Christine’s phone calls to “Q” extolling his fondness for Christine. Justin’s mother, Susan Shelton, whisked him back off to Texas immediately following Christine’s disappearance. He is in the Md. court system under the surname Hydon. 

Charles Timothy and Jennifer Johnson

Charles is Tia’s brother. He is married to Jennifer Waters Johnson. He has a child with Crystal Freeman. Jennifer filed domestic violence charges against Justin Hadel and Byrdie Johnson last year that she refused to pursue.

Charles was arrested for second degree assault the same month. Charles has a history of harvesting Conch and Horse Shoe Crabs without a license. It is alleged by her family members Jennifer has a substantial drug problem. According to court records, she has children from 3 different men, that were not in her care in 2006 and an outstanding failure to appear warrant in Virginia. Charles and Tia’s mother Teresa also attempted to remove custody of their child. Jennifer was put on probation supervision the day Christine was reported missing, November 13, 2007.

Stephen Dale and Byrdie Johnson, Jr

Stephen is Tia Johnson’s brother. Stephen has oodles of files in the criminal courts ranging from burglary to several domestic violence and peace order incidents. One month prior to Christine’s disappearance, Stephen and Tia’s mother Teresa filed for custody of Stephen and Byrdie Johnson’s children. Stephen and Byrdie have an extensive history of trading off domestic violence allegations against one another, most recently November 2008. Byrdie has been arrested for assault, burglary and dangerous weapons charges. She is pictured in the first pic in this article on the far left in the pink.

Levi Hall

Levi was the longtime boyfriend of Christine Sheddy and father of their two sons. Levi met Tia and JR through his cousin Steve, who Tia described as her best guy friend. Levi arranged for Christine to stay with JR and Tia, although has never divulged under what auspice, and why he would not come pick her up when she begged him to. He last beat up Christine a month before she disappeared from the farmhouse in Pocomoke City, MD. He has maintained a solid record of arrests since 1997 from disorderly conduct, DUI, forgery, theft, and domestic violence. If I had the letters for his name while playing scrabble, I would spell out e v i l instead.

Joyce Hall

Joyce Hall is Levi Hall’s Mother and Grandmother of Isaac and Zeke, Christine Sheddy’s sons. She was also an employee of WGMD, who has covered the case since Christine’s disappearance by Dan Gaffney. Joyce did not mention to anyone there that Christine was the mother of her grandchildren or that Levi was her son until Lynn Dodenhoff was interviewed on a radio program mentioning her by name.  

Steve Magg

Steve Magg,  Levi’s cousin on his Dad’s side, had driven Christine, Levi and the boys to a weekend stay to the farmhouse a few weeks earlier. Steve introduced Levi to JR and Tia and per Tia he is her best friend.  Steve arrived at the farmhouse on November 9.

Jr, Tia, Charles, Jennifer, Stephen, Justin, Dominick and Steve were all in attendance at the farmhouse party on the eve of November 12, 2007.

The last person to speak to Christine, her best friend Q, spoke to her after 9PM and she was desperately trying to whisper something to him. He could tell something was “up” because it sounded as though she kept trying to move from the background noise, then whisper, but she could not seem to get the privacy she sought. Q asked Christine if he should come pick her and the kids up, she replied:

..”No, it’s cool Q, Levi is coming..”
