Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Terri Horman Leaves The House
Portland, OR– Late today, prior to a previously scheduled hearing at 3PM PST, an agreement was reached between the attorneys for Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.
KOIN reports:The dispute between Terri Horman and Kaine Horman has been settled and she will move out of the couple’s Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home Saturday by 3 p.m.
Also on Koin6, via email from Kaine Horman-
When asked via email by KOIN if he believes Terri had something to do with Kyron’s disappearance, he wrote: “I believe at some point she will be arrested.”

Looks like Terri is going to agree to anything and everything that will keep her from facing a judge in a court of law. I’m happy that Kaine can now take Kiara and go home. This has just got to be so hard on him. I hope people give him not only the support, but the space he needs to go about the daily life he is now forced to carve out of this mess.
I’m still digging up info on any of Rudy’s pals I can find. I want to know where they would be comfortable stashing a little boy, in the event Kyron was handed off to someone to keep until a ransom was paid.
Blink, if you will tell me Kyron is on Sauvie Island, I will stop wasting my time trying to figure out where else he may be.
It is my opinion, Kyron is in that vicinity.

Ok Blink, you think Kyron has been murdered, and you are probably right (sadly). The strangest thing about this from the beginning, however, is LE’s handling of the case like a kidnapping/ransom case. Something had to have happened for them to take the approach they did. IMO, there has to have been contact from the perp.
This story gets more twisted and sadder with each passing day. I look at that picture of Desiree being hugged by SM and wonder how could someone by so mean and evil. Bless Kyron, his family and his friends. May they soon be reunited.

That glance up into Desiree’s face and look of confusion that followed (should I be crying too?) told me something is up with her that’s no good. She has never looked directly into a camera if she could possibly help it. Another sign of dishonestly, guilt, what have you. It’s also heartening to know that the pressure from the media is having an effect on this woman and I sure hope it doesn’t disappear when she moves to Roseburg.

Kaine and Desiree are at the Wall right now collecting some of the items left for Kyron
I wonder if the sudden re-visit of Sauvie Island is an effort to gain incriminating evidence before the court date? Or is it because someone is finally talking? They had given up searching in that area for weeks now. I don’t work in any aspect of law, so I have no idea what they’re doing, but I’m concerned that this seemingly last ditch search effort means that they are worried that they may not have enough evidence… I hope I’m wrong.
Let’s get Kyron home too!… C’mon Dear Jesus in heaven…make this turn out well. DO not abandon the small and the weak. Show us the strength of our faith and bring Kyron Horman home.
It appears to me that TH is just to comfortable with the fact that LE is searching the Sauvie Island area. If she knew Kyron was there would she be so pre-occupied with “other” things than worried if/when they find Kyron?
Two days after Kyron’s disappearance TH added me as a friend to her Facebook. After seeing her on the news I immediately noticed this person had two distinctly different persona. It appears that TH is extremely comfortable in her own skin, behind closed doors, that is. Boldly commenting on her Facebook, defensively blogging on the internet and now Sexting with attached nude photos. Perhaps to comfortable for someone who publicly appears distraught, victimized and to scared to speak on their own behalf.
My question is what if TH strategically placed herself @ Sauvie Island
the day Kyron disappeared to throw off LE?
What if her deception is part of the ploy to keep LE looking in a place that she absolutely knows Kyron is NOT at?
If LE were HOT on the trail of Kyron’s actual whereabouts would the responsible party be so privately comfortable? Yet so plausibly distressed? Perhaps this person is not as foolish as she wants us to suddenly believe! Or is she guilty of nothing more than not giving a damn, just poorly acting as if she does?
TH claimed to be a huge fan of CSI, Dexter and having an Irish red headed temper. She holds a Master’s Degree, enjoys body building, teaching and was happy to be actively involved in her community. Certainly not the wall flower she is outwardly showing on camera now. Something to ponder.

Are you saying that LE do not expect to Kyron alive? I am puzzled by this, as LE behaved as though he was dead from the beginning, yet an alert was put out in West Virginia that he might be alive and within their state. Why the discrepancy?
Given LE’s continued search of the northern waterfront of Sauvie, but refusal to solicit search dogs from the beginning, can we assume that LE believes Kyron was murdered, then dumped in the water somewhere upstream? If not, then why the resistance to Oakes’ search team?
Does anyone know if LE pulled the Oregon and Washington Department of Transportation videos?
Two questions:
1. Blink, you said “It is my opinion, Kyron is in that vicinity.” (meaning Sauvie Island). I know that is not good news for Kyron, if true. And I’m bracing myself for bad news. My question: do you think that he will be found eventually, with all of the search efforts there?
2. Why would KH and his attorney allow his secure address to appear on the RO?
Terri is doing whatever it takes to avoid going before a judge.
So, Terri, I understand you read here. Cut a deal. Have your lawyer call the police, and schedule a meeting. Get an offer, have your lawyer advocate for you. Give up Kyron’s location, and you may get out of prison in this lifetime.
If you want to know what juries in the state of Oregon do to mothers who murder their children, go ask Diane Downs. She’ll tell you. She was pretty clever, or she thought she was. People believe you did this. They believe that you are responsible for Kyron’s abduction. Most people believe he is dead, and they believe you are responsible. Neither you nor your children will live a day in peace until Kyron is found.
Surprise everyone, and cut a deal, before you end up in court, the on death row.
The comment regarding the children- They will always be looked at as yours. Kiara resembles you. Imagine Kiara going to Skyline. Imagine that. The whispers. How many play dates do you think she’ll have? Let’s say you “get off.” Imagine what life will be like for you, for Kiara, for James. Forget about Kaine..whatever your deal is with him, it doesn’t matter. What about YOUR kids. These are YOUR kids, not someone else’s, but yours. Are you willing to throw your own children under the bus, to cover your ass? Throw their lives away?
Save yourself, and your kids. Please. If Kyron is dead, it won’t bring him back, but it sure will help the community and your kids to start getting to a place where they might eventually be able to heal.
Recovery after sibling death takes years. Years. And that is even in circumstances where kids aren’t murdered, much less by their parents.
If he is alive, oh…you would save your own life. You’re going down for this. You’re not gonna beat it. Even if you’re out for a while, people are looking for you. Did you think there wouldn’t be death threats? I would fear for my safety, if I were you. I sure would. I would be in hiding, if the world (cuz this case is receiving worldwide coverage) thought I murdered a defenseless little 60 pound kid. I’d hide, get some plastic surgery, sure as hell wouldn’t run around with my oh-so-obvious red hair. You are so recognizable, woman. How many long-haired redheads do you see running around? Huh? Hide out until the lawyer gets law enforcement to come and cut a deal with you, and get yourself into protective custody while you can.
What’s the best-case-scenario for you? Let’s say, in some parallel universe, you “get off” for abducting and/or murdering Kyron. You don’t get prosecuted for conspiring to kill your husband (that’s a possible lifetime sentence there, girl, but let’s just say in a best-case-scenario for you). You get custody of both of your kids (it’s gonna be a while. James will probable be 18 before anything like that is likely to happen), you and “Kitty” (that’s what you call her, right?) live together. Maybe near your parents? Whereever. You, so obvious in appearance, and your little, tiny kid, named Kiara. Not even a common name…so people are gonna know. And you go live some happy life somewhere. What does that look like? Who are your friends? People who either don’t care that you were responbible for what happened to Kyron, or people who don’t believe it. Hmmmmm…not likely anywhere in OR. I live in NorCal now, and this case is all over the airwaves, Internet, newspapers here. So Cali isn’t safe. Mebbe the east coast? You think Kaine or a judge will let you leave the State of Oregon? Nahhhhh…you’re going nowhere. Where you gonna live? Medford. I mean, you know, plenty of partying there, if that’s your deal. Not too many high paying employers, though…you might find it tough to find a mark..I mean man there, who can keep you in the lifestyle you’re used to. But, let’s say…Grants Pass… Bend…where? Where you gonna go?
Call the cops, get a deal in place, and bring that little boy home.
Then people will only pity your kids.

This case has my head spinning out of control. I have read so many feasible scenarios and am sort of getting confused with what is real evidence and what is not. Unfortunately, I do not have so much time to sort it all out right now. But I did want to submit something that I ran across that is — at the very least — an interesting observation. It took me a while me a bit of time, but I saw what I was supposed to see, loud and clearl.
I came upon the post below. I will try and give some instructions that are more clear than I felt the original instructions to be. If you access the link to Kyron’s school (botton of this post) at the top of the page, there is a border at the top with an eagle in the left hand corner. To the right of the Eagle, a panoramic type of photo will appear with any one of a number of pictures. If you hit the refresh button on your browser, a different picture should appear. I can’t say that it will change like it should each time. But I think if you refresh about 20 times, you should see all the pictures available — or so I think that is the case. What the author of the post would like for you to see — which I think was discovered by a friend of his/hers, is that all photos of boys that are upfront are all wearing glasses like Kyron’s. Of all the photos of the girls, there is not one girl wearing glasses, and some of the girls are looking down as to not see their eyes, and even one is looking away. There is one photo where there are about 4 girls looking straight into the camera. But I don’t think that there is a single photo that contains a boy that does not have glasses — meaning, at least one boy in a photo containing at least one boy, has glasses. What is up with Kyron’s glasses? I have the chills. There is one picture you will see, that just may give you the chills too. If at first this does not resonate, give it a few moments. Look over the pictures 2 or 3 times. And again, be patient — I can’t remember exactly, but perhaps 10 different photos to see, maybe more. I have typed this quickly so sorry for any errors or confusion.

Still working on the case. It’s frustrating when the family refuses to assist us yet they get on tv and say they want to find their son. Yet they won’t give me a scent article.
I’ve been through this horrrible experience many years ago when my son came up missing for 30 days. He was 19 years old and going through a rough time.
Thanks to some great federal agencies and my abilities, we got him home safe.
That’s all I want for Kyron is to bring him home safe for the horman family.

Kaine believes his missing son, Kyron is still alive and wants him to have a safe home to return to. Friday evening, Kaine and Kyron’s biological mother, Desiree Young, picked up items from Kyron’s Wall of Hope that people have left for him outside of Skyline School.
“Basically, (we’re just) getting some of the stuff off of the wall so that we can put it in Kyron’s room (to) get ready for him to come home,” said Desiree.
They said they have been to the wall several times and have picked up items like stuffed animals and cards.
“We wanted to make sure that everybody knows that we have been coming up here pretty regularly to pick things up and to make sure that they (items) are going to get to Kyron when he comes home,” Kaine said.
They declined to comment on Terri’s move out of the house.

I think it’s to Terri’s advantage to fess up if he’s alive. That’s why I don’t think he is.
If she ‘gave’ Kyron away, what is it to her now if they get him back? Her life as she knew it in that family is over. She wanted him out of her life; her life has changed. If she produces Kyron, her community and the rest of the nation will get off her back. I would think there would be an anonymous way for her to do so, thus not implicating her in removing him in the first place.
All she’s got to do is get someone to drop off a note in a bank deposit box or something like that. Kaine and Desiree don’t care how they get the info – if they see their boy alive, that’s all they care about.
Hope LE move quicker with this case before Terri does something even more drastic (if there is such a thing) then we will never find out what she knows. Now that we see what she is capable of while a little boy under her care goes missing- its hard to say what she might do next.
Terri doesnt have much to lose now & that makes her an even more dangerous person

–No word on this from LE, but that is a yes/no, and I think it must be important info since there’s been nary a peep about it.—Now we have word, and it is a factor.
If TH lied to the teacher about an appt, and there wasn’t an appt at all, that’s a serious faus pas on the part of TH, but it gave her 7 hours before Kyron’s absence would be noted…
If TH told the teacher that the appt was for 6/4, but it was really for 6/11, then it’s the teacher’s word against THs, but since THs word isn’t worth anything at this point AND she has reason to lie…
Also, interesting to know if the teacher is really hard of hearing, or if that was a TH lie on the fly.
And why have there been no media interviews with Ms. Porter. Odd, that. Is it possible that when asked by LE not to speak to the media, Ms. Porter complied to help Kyron?
Harry O and his obnoxious innuendos regarding the parents, and his self aggrandizing statements are really starting to annoy me.

I went to the link you provided and followed through with instructions. There was one thing in one photo that was a bit strange. It looked like someone in the background with something covering their head and maybe sunglasses on. Besides that nothing else stood out to me. Could you elaborate?

I have been reading your posts on this case for a few weeks now and appreciate the work you are doing to help in the search for Kyron and many others. I have a question about the landscaper that is bugging me. I have been reading posts on many websites in regards to this case and many have suggested, (without providing links to the media they say they read it on) that the landscaper reported the MFH plot to the police in 2009. Is this correct? And if it is correct, why wouldn’t the authorities investigate and let the intended victim know what was going on at that time? Thanks!
That is incorrect. The LS reported nothing to the police until 6/26/10. He alleges that the incident was late 2009, yes. I cannot verify this, although I have tried, but I am hearing that Terri gave LE the landscapers name and told them of an incident where he threatened her previously- and she denied the murder for hire plot after LE questioned him. It is my personal opinion there is also some question as to Rudy Sanchez’s SS status after our research of him.

Please read the link attached, it puts this case into perspective. I am a first timer here or at any blog. Kyron has touched my heart since I first saw his picture and this case has added yet another fear to my Mom’s List of fears for my children – now a child is missing from his own school! I will not beleive it until Terri is proven innocent or someone else is proven guilty! In my heart of hearts I can not beleive this to be true because this means our children are NOT safe while under the supervision of the authorities responsible for them throughout their school day. Is there a safe place for our kids other than our backyards with our watchful eye on them 24/7? What a sad sentiment for our society today!
