Dumpster Diving Attorney Larry Wilder  has a headache today. In fact, He has an imageache. Wilder, after a night of dining and drinking with friends was found in the garbage this morning after being driven home in a Clients limo and has no memory of what happened, or how his vertical sewage swim occurred.

Wilder, the attorney for the City of Jeffersonville, will not be facing any criminal charges, but the city will be meeting next week to discuss his future representation efforts on their behalf. Pictured here in a pre-Jaegar afternoon last week.

Reached for comment late this morning dressed in a bathrobe holding a glass of fizzing alka seltzer, “Wild” Wilder had this to say:

Co-workers in the City Center, speaking to blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity, offered this insight:

Maybe he was thinking about running the Garbage Division and he was doing research. You never know. You press are all alike trying to get the dirt on people. Wait, he was dirty.. HA HAHA I made a joke, you can quote me. Well, the funny part, not my name, I owe him $50 for getting me out of…. What the hell am I telling you this for?

A lawyer, in the garbage? Dude, thats like composte Carma right there. 

Maybe somebody told him his concsious was in there. 

Did anyone think to check his ass for writing? That’s the first thing I would do. Maybe it’s a gang of liberal Berkley types sending a message about the stench of the Legal community permeating their chi.  

He was looking for my phone number, he’s been chasing me around for years. After I heard he settled that big case I broke down and gave it to him, he said he threw it out by accident. 

All I know is that I am headed to Lowes right now to buy lids to all my trash cans. This guy could be “serial” you know what I mean? I don’t want my ass up in the air on top of 800 cat food cans on the front page. No Sir.

UPDATE II- BOTH VEHICLES HAVE BEEN RECOVERED, NO SIGN OF SWEETEN OR JULIA RAKOCZY, 8. SWEETEN CALLED 911 A TOTAL OF 7 TIMES BEFORE HER CELL WAS SHUT OFF LAST NIGHT. THE SEARCH FOR MOM AND DAUGHTER CONTINUES.

Update I- The 2005 Gold Denali was located at 1:30am this morning, with a parking ticket on the windshield, within 2 blocks of the last cell phone signal of Bonnie Sweeten. Julia Rakoczy, 8, reported to be inside the vehicle by her mother to 911 operators following her abduction, was not located.

Southampton, PA– Mother and daughter, Bonnie Sweeten and 8 year old Julia Rakoczy, were abducted during a carjacking this afternoon off of Route 132, Street Road, in Southampton, PA.

PA state Police have issued an Amber Alert for the little girl in accordance with Amber Alert regulations.

Folks- this is about an emergency situation as one gets. 

Police were called to the scene this afternoon at approximately 2 PM, following an alleged accident involving the Gold 2005 Yukon driven by Sweeten, and a 1990’s model Cadillac.

Sweeten told 911 dispatchers two black males exited the Cadillac, and forcibly placed Bonnie into the late model Cadillac, where she used her cell phone to call police from the trunk; and her daugher Julia was placed in the trunk of the Denali.    

Police are also looking for the Cadillac involved in the accident. Neither vehicle was located as Police arrived this afternoon.

Tracy, CA– Late yesterday afternoon, Prosecutors filed 3 new charges against Melissa Huckaby. On the eve of her hearing today to file her plea on the current charges for the rape, molestation and Murder of 8 year old Tracy resident Sandra Cantu.

Huckaby will now be facing additional charges of a single count of child endangerment, and 2 felony counts of furnishing a harmful substance although the substance in question is not identified.

In an earlier report on blinkoncrime.com, the Mother of the 7 year old girl, named as Jane Doe in the charges, specified that benzoiates were found in her daughters system after she was taken from the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park without permission, and returned several hours later after being located by police.

In both counts of alleged poisoning, the complaint says Huckaby “did willfully and unlawfully mingle a harmful substance with food or drink with the intent that (it) be taken by a human being.”

The identity of the second victim named in the charges is Daniel Plowman. It is alleged Mr. Plowman was drugged by Huckaby in March 2009.

Blinkoncrime has learned that Plowman was arrested on March 3, 2009 for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance. It is not known if this Daniel J. Plowman is related to a D. Jonathan Plowman, age 62, who is listed as an absconded registered sex offender on the Megan’s Law Sex Offender Registry.

Santa Ana, CA– Michelle Braun Kellener, facing indictment on Federal Charges for an alleged 8.5 Million dollar prostitution business is prepared to be a stoolie.  After an 18 month FBI investigation, which Braun claims she was aware of,  proceedings kicked off in court yesterday after filing a plea deal on March 31^st. Braun’s attorney told reporters yesterday her Client “ran an investment fund”. Here we go again. It begs the question– is Michelle Braun the Madoff of Madams?

Both Braun and her husband, Farrell Kellener, were arrested on drug charges in October 2007 while Palm Beach Police were assisting the FBI on serving a warrant for suspicion on the very charges she is predicted to ultimately plead guilty. In a post on her defunked my space, Braun claimed to “know from day one” the Feds were investigating her.

Ellen S Garofolo represented her client in court yesterday and sources inside the investigation say is the driving force behind both her plea deal, and ability to stay out of jail. For now, at least. The judge will ultimately have the ability to reject the plea bargain on the table, which currently includes Z E R O jail time.

Tracy, CA–  The Dairy Worker who attempted to retrieve the remains of 8 year old Sandra Cantu, Jose Luis Franco, has been rewarded.

In a last minute decision to not appear publicly, and a in a private ceremony Thursday morning, Franco was presented with $21,643 in reward money for reporting seeing a large black suitcase floating in a dairy farm irrigation ponds where he is employed, on April 6.

On Wednesday Tracy police issued a press release inviting the media to a public ceremony to honor Franco while he received his reward, but he apparently changed his mind on Thursday morning and opted for a private ceremony.

“He’s an average individual that doesn’t want the spotlight,” said Webb. “He’s very concerned about how this could affect him and his family.”

Police Sgt. Tony Sheneman said during the press conference that “cases involving missing children are very difficult and never easy to solve.”

The reward was presented on behalf of the Carrington/Sund Foundation.

“He still came forward and did not hesitate,” said Scott Webb, executive director of the Carole Sund/Carrington Foundation, which publicizes missing persons cases and provides support for the families of missing people. “This signifies how a case can change based on one person’s information — one man’s decision to make the right choice brought closure to a grieving family.”

Los Angeles, CA– LAPD is scheduling a press conference later this afternoon to announce they believe John Floyd Thomas, Jr, 72, a workers compensation insurance adjuster, may have raped and murdered as many as 30 victims since 1966.

Thomas’s Mother died when he was 12. He was raised by his Aunt and his godmother. He received a dishonorable discharge from the USAF in 1956 and was convicted of robbery and attempted rape in 1957. Upon his release in 1966 the terror of the West Side Rapist began.
