Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Terri Horman Leaves The House
Portland, OR– Late today, prior to a previously scheduled hearing at 3PM PST, an agreement was reached between the attorneys for Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.
KOIN reports:The dispute between Terri Horman and Kaine Horman has been settled and she will move out of the couple’s Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home Saturday by 3 p.m.

When asked via email by KOIN if he believes Terri had something to do with Kyron’s disappearance, he wrote: “I believe at some point she will be arrested.”

DeDe Spicher sounds like she may be in bit of hot water with TH. And, of course, LE is there to clear this little “association” up. I don’t know about any of the rest of yo,u but I had a very hopeful feeling that Kyron just might still be alive when I read of Spicher’s possible involvement. It is exceedingly clear that LE has a target, they are following leads like bloodhounds, and they won’t rest until they find Kyron. I know it is so hard for all of us to be patient, but I truly believe with time more and more of the puzzle pieces will fall into place. Let’s pray that the completed puzzle will lead us directly to Kyron, and he is found safe and sound. LE, keep up the great work, and don’t give up. Blink, you are the best. You’re welcome. I have not seen the Pledge, maybe should put that up on my queue. I don’t know why, but The Changeling has been running through my mind, I wish it wouldn’t. That movie had me emotional for weeks after watching it.
Anyway, I feel the end is near in this factual sad tale, maybe just wishful thinking. I hope to have actual information released Tuesday, and not just another re-statement of what we already know.
I feel that the statements in regard to ending an unsuccessful search and moving toward prosecution must mean an arrest is imminent, whether they say it or not. Maybe they think person of interest will flee, even though they are as yet un-named. Things that make you go hmmm all over the place since this whole charade started.

I cannot imagine the reason for Kyron’s disappearance and anyone witholding info regarding Kyron’s disappearance unless they felt the child was in danger within the family household (Terri & Kaine’s lifestyle). I’ve alway felt it was strange.. Kaine, Desiree, making statements that Kyron is alive. Maybe Terri and Terri’s friends are protecting him from his own family. If so, he may be alive.

Well, if those ARE Kyron’s glasses, and he had lost them, he wouldn’t necessarily be walking around aimlessly blind as a previous poster suggested. On that, I’ll end my comments about the glasses. Pardon my lack of productivity. Just trying to offer some feedback.
This is absolutely CRAZY! Is there a chance that these people(Terri and crew) know where Kyron is but due to some sort of dubious circle they have but can’t talk because more is at stake–like death or exposure of secrets? poor boy…Kyron no matter what you have alot of people praying for you…sooo sad…

#35 Unless Dee Dee drives one of the white trucks of a landscaping company – can anyone say RS Landscaping Maintenance? – I saw on the video of her condo that on the driveway is a blue 2 door SUV which is the one we saw someone drive Terri in one day away from the home Terri and Kaine lived in together – she was taking her to see the attorney.

Sorry, it was a lie re: her masters, but I think it was her mom & some other source that cited the master’s degree but that wasn’t on linked in. If Andy were reading here, he would remember because he’s also the source who knew the syndromes were made up/misspelled. Anyway, this is all on another post, and I’m not sure which. Also, I think I’ve heard she had only one year’s real teaching experience, and the loss of license might’ve been from the DUI?

Major Ed Dames claims his team of remote viewing professionals narrowed Kyron’s location within 60 feet, but could not investigate/search further because of private property/tresspassing issues. New reports stated Ed Dames claimed Kyron is approx. 10 miles south of Skyline School. Tualatin (the reported location of DeDe’s home) appears to be 10 miles due south of Skyline School (as the crow flies – that is)…it’s about double that if driving, but geographically right at 10 miles by my google maps estimate. From what I’ve been able to discover online about remote viewing, distance measurements for remote viewing are in actual distance across land/surface as opposed to routes/roadways. Hmmmm.
I’m so hoping this has the outcome we are all looking and praying for.
Kyron was last seen at school at 9 a.m. DeDe (DD) didn’t get the call till 11:15, so whether DD was involved or not, any fiendish plot re: Kyron was already in play for 2 hours +/-. Then if DD was gone one hour to 90 minutes, she would’ve arrived back at her landscaping job around the same time TH rolled in at Sheltered Nook.
I don’t buy the “keeping Kyron safe” from Kaine and/or Desiree scenario. Wouldn’t TH have confided in LE/FBI by now? There are ways to keep a child safe besides kidnapping him and hiding him away from his family for 7 weeks, and spending thousands and thousands of dollars on searches and investigations. That just makes zero sense.
Blink, with all of these new twists, do you think there’s any more of a chance that Kyron is still alive?

Seems like DeDe Spicher’s name came up earlier in the case? I can’t remember now the context. I won’t be surprised if half a dozen people are involved in Kyron’s disappearance. Or, could the only perps be TH, RS & DS?
As people have already noted, there has been so little information publicized in the investigation, compounded by all of the misinformation given by TH, that it is hard to sort the knowns from the unknowns. Maybe an FAQ page isn’t feasible, but a search feature on this site would be helpful! A job for Blink’s IT guy?
Wish I’d bought a big fat notebook at the beginning and taken notes all along (with pencil). But, I don’t think any of us anticipated the case would drag on so long. Hopefully, though, LE is making progress, with the help of Ed Dames, and will have a break in the case within a couple of days. I hope it will be good news re Kyron!

i have been taking a break from here considering not a lot of new info was emerging and i just haven’t had much to add to the old info. but today i was cleaning out some papers on my desk and i found the letter my son came home from school with regarding kryons disappearance, i just stuck it back on top of my desk, unable to toss in it will the recycling. then later, i called into my voicemail and had to go through some of my “saved” messages, one of those was the message from PPS i got on the evening of june 4th stating a student named kyron horman did not get off of the bus that day…
at the time there was not any news about it, and i quickly went to my computer to find out what this strange message was about, but found nothing. i figured it was just a miscommunication and he was safely at a friends and would be in some seriously hot water later when he got home and i felt bad about how much trouble he’d probably get into, hoping his parents were of the thankful he’s okay type :/
but the message bothered me, while i thought it was probably nothing, my stomach dropped and i pressed #9 to save the message, i just felt like i couldn’t “erase it.” i saved it again today and decided to see if anything new was going on…i also decided when he’s found i will erase that message, until then i will save it again, every 21 days.
so, dede and some crazy group of th’s friends may have information about kyron…really? i mean, i think a lot of people are capable of many things, but when it comes to kids…it’s alarming, isn’t it? how many effing people in my effing town are willing to protect th or “whoever” hurt/has kyron? i am beside myself. i am disappointed and saddened. it’s beyond crazy, it eff’ed up.
well, i am a bit “superstious” and with that paper falling out from my stack of papers and that message popping back up in my voicemail today and this info, and also the fact that LE is not needing more money right now, i feel, for the first time, hopeful something will break soon!
i am just so sad. you know the wall of hope and all the people that care so much and wish they could do something, anything…but what about all these people that don’t, that could actually help kyron?
on a side note, i have never understood people/family that have a missing loved one and for years they just want to know what happened…i always thought, if you end up with a body you can’t cling to hope. and wondered why would they want that. i always thought i would be someone (having, thank god, never suffered from such a horrid thing) that would rather just not know and hope they were okay somehow, but now i realize it’s not about the family. it’s about the victim, they want peace for the person, they want give them the last bit of love and dignity that they can, and if that means burying them, having a service, honoring them, well, i get it now. i just want them to find kyron whether his spirit is in this world or not. i want kyron to come home. i him to be set free.

I sure hope this puts LE a step closer to finding Kyron. BUT what happens if each of these “friends” lawyers up and continually refuses to speak? I can’t imagine not voluntarily coming forward and telling everything you know re this poor child’s disappearance. My prayers are with Kyron, his family and friends.
I was just looking at the older article you posted with the map and names of roads that LE was seeking footage of. Looking at the Google Map of the directions from Skyline School to Teufel Landscaping, alternate routes can be seen which correlate with at least two of the roads for which LE was seeking footage.

In a statement late tonight, Kaine Horman and Kyron’s mother, Desiree Young, and Desiree’s husband, Tony Young, said they had been briefed by law enforcement and believe Spicher is hampering the investigation. They implored her to cooperate.
“She has not only been in close communication with Terri but has been providing Terri with support and advice that is not in the best interests of our son,” the statement said. “Additional information provided shows that she is refusing to cooperate with law enforcement, she is also going as far as to suggest to others that may have information regarding Kyron’s disappearance, not to cooperate as well.”

@Jen: I admit, I did wonder if THs relationship with DD also began with steamy sexts and sexually graphic photos. But I figured “nah, couldn’t be”. Now that you’ve raised the ? however… It also hit me that they look a lot alike. TH *is* adopted, so birth sisters maybe? It’s a stretch, I know.

I wonder what these women think. Was anyone surprised by the death threats that Terri Horman has received? Not many people like a baby killer, and that is what popular opinion has branded TH. Now her pal DeDe is being seen as a baby killer.

For a moment, I will indulge the thought that “someone has him and is protecting him” Yeah…uh huh…someone is protecting Kyron from being found. These nice, good people. And they’re going to protect them at risk of their own lives and reputations.
Make no mistake, there are people in the world who have little or nothing to lose, but love children. People who believe that TH is a baby killer, and that her friend is either a baby killer, or someone who helps baby killers. There are many people who would trade their own freedom in order to rather rid the world of baby killers. Most of us operate within the law, but just as TH and her friends DO NOT operate within the law, there are other people who DO NOT.
At a minimum, TH and her pal DeDe will spend the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders, wondering, “Is tonight the night that I get killed by a stranger who hates baby killers?” Every time they walk around a corner, they will have to wonder who might be waiting there. Every time they take a drink or a bite of food that they did not prepare for themselves, they have to wonder if the cook staff hates baby killers.
I am not advocating that position, merely stating an observation. Baby killers are unpopular, and must fear for their lives.
IF HE IS ALIVE, PRODUCE HIM. IF HE IS NOT, DISCLOSE HIS REMAINS AND GET YOUR ASS INTO PC, BEFORE SOMEONE JUST AS LAWLESS AS YOURSELF, BUT WHO LOVES CHILDREN, DECIDES TO PULL A JACK RUBY.

Could this mystery have to do with some kind of cult thing? It seems obvious that all of the attention and heat was supposed to have been focused on the school for “losing” Kyron — not Terri and friends.

If I were Dede, I’d be looking at a defamation and slander suit against Kaine and Desire and local LE. It is just amazing to me that these explicit public finger pointings are going on without any arrests or facts. Are there search warrants? Who is signing them and based on what? So do the police really think that anyone who doesn’t shun TH must be an accomplice? I am totally at a loss to make sense of this investigation and its use of media. Bizzare.
Hate to burst anybody’s balloon on (Maj?) Ed Danes but he has a history on late night talk shows and many unsuccessful predictions. He was put to a test in locating Art Bell, the talk show host and could not even find his home in the Philippines. Compare him to Harry Oakes who uses actual physical items and search dogs and has notable success.
My worry – the macabre poem and that it could be true. How I hope to hear that they have him alive.
