Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Terri Horman Leaves The House
Portland, OR– Late today, prior to a previously scheduled hearing at 3PM PST, an agreement was reached between the attorneys for Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.
KOIN reports:The dispute between Terri Horman and Kaine Horman has been settled and she will move out of the couple’s Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home Saturday by 3 p.m.

When asked via email by KOIN if he believes Terri had something to do with Kyron’s disappearance, he wrote: “I believe at some point she will be arrested.”

I just watched “American Justice “~The Brit & The Bodybuilder~
The true story of a husband who sought a hitman at the gym he worked out at….His wife & he were going through a divorce with possibly the children going to her~ she was gunned down in her garage. The hit was done not the excon who worked out at the gym, the husband approached (plus several others at the gym he asked) but by someone the excon knew. The reason for divorce had to do with the narcisstic husband wanting an open marriage putting her through very horribly devient sex & extra marital affairs . Only thing different was he loved media attention and played to them like an audience. They traced a pile of evidence against him through cell phone records & a lot of involvement with phones to his hitman’s girlfriend & hitman the night the deed was done.
They finally solved it through a lot of pressure on hitmans girlfrend
Drs said the husband has all the things and disorders that we all think Terri has shown . He proclaims his innocence even though he now has a home on death row. The names are Bob Fratta and Farah Fratta
Sounds eerily similar, Dont you think? And too many people he involved in his plot is what brough him to justice~! It took several months to make sure it was an ait tight case~! You can check it out online~

According to multiple sources, investigators are questioning those who were closest to Terri Horman, especially after the restraining order was issued near the end of June.
One woman, who is moving out of a home in Tigard, said she underwent a polygraph test and had investigators come to her home with a search warrant within the last week.
She and another friend of Terri Horman said they’re cooperating fully with detectives since they have nothing to hide.
Both said they feel they’ve been dragged into the investigation by simply being supportive of Terri and doing things like visiting her at her home.
But both said they are stepping away from the situation as much as they can because it’s simply not something they want to be connected
with anymore.

Terri’s parents are/were teachers. I believe they are currently retired.
Court documents released earlier this month added to the growing list of odd behavior coming from Terri Horman. Her husband claimed in a filing in which he attempted to have his wife held in contempt for violating the emergency restraining order granted June 28 that she tried to “abduct” her 20-month-old daughter from a gym day care after the emergency restraining order was granted.

As KATU news first reported, at least two stores, the Albertsons on Hillsdale Highway and the Sunset Fred Meyer, are cooperating with investigators. The Albertsons confirmed it turned over surveillance tape to investigators in the case.
Between 10:10 in the morning and 11:39, Terri claimed she drove her daughter Kiara around on rural roads in the family’s white truck because Kiara had an earache. She claimed she was trying to soothe the toddler with the motion of the vehicle.
Early on investigators made a request of the public for any video they might have of the white truck traveling on specific roads through Northwest Multnomah County and portions of Washington County.

Granted I’m a novice to missing person’s cases; but looking at the list of LE agencies involved, am I the only one who is wondering why the Secret Service would be/have been lending a hand?
I can see an involvement for most of those agencies (the FBI and various municipalities’ police forces), especially with tips coming in from across the country and around the globe. I can even see ICE being involved if there is an uncertainty about the legal status of a particular material witness, i.e., the landscaper. But, I’m having a hard time figuring out why the Secret Service might be involved.

The non-LE media statements from various “sources” are getting to the point where they’re so irrational and conflicted, that I am wondering if LE attempting to “let mouths run on” until one of these sources manages to incriminate themselves.
It’s just odd, I think, that LE hasn’t yet actually agreed with any specifics that DY and KH have said – at times, LE’s words actually seem to refute them.

From what I can get from the huge buzz in the family is she has been friends with the step monster for a while, most of the people that knew Teri Horman say she is a psycho.
It would seem that Dede was working in a garden with another friend in the Hormans neighborhood, she left at about 11:15 and was unaccountable for about an hour and a half, then returned.
Dede has been accused by the father and the bio mom of Kyron of texting Teri Horman giving advise that was not conclusive to finding Kyron and to help cover Teris ass. UNFUCKIN BELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!
This is going to jury on monday, I will keep GLP informed.
The wierdest part is I live in Portland too, and this case has held my attention from the very start, my sons name is pronounced the same way but spelled different, really creepy!
The wierd thing is that she is not cooperating with the police or investigators, her father is a sherriff in Klamath county, and a member of search and rescue. They helped look for Kyron.
Now he is there with her, and they are not talking and lawyer ing up.
Family or not, if she is an accomplice, and the media here is painting her to be just that, she needs to pay the maximum penalty if guilty.
I wonder what’s in the garden, and if it was Dede that was seen following Teri at high speed out of swavie island. If so that little boy may just be found in the Columbia river.
If you read this, please, before you click off this thread, say a quick prayer for Kyron and his dad, IMO this is going to end bad for everyone.

Someone in the country illegally often uses the identity of someone else, ssi#, birthdate, etc……thus a false identity.
beejay: I believe that Kyron is probably gone. But I feel the same sense of immediacy to locate this child whether he is dead or alive. I agree her behavior makes a ton of sense if she killed Kyron or is involved in it – really it’s the only way it makes sense. But until I know for sure that Kyron is gone, I don’t have patience b/c it now appears that more than one other person has knowledge about Kyron and is keeping it to themselves. Clearly TH is incapable of normal human emotion but is it infectious? – none of her friends/co-conspirators can give info? Can Kyron’s mother feel peace thinking her son is probably dead but it’s better b/c he’s in God’s hands? I just really doubt that the parent of a missing child ever gives up that slim chance that their child is coming back unless the child is found. TH’s behavior is that of most criminals – You got nothing on me and then when you do – okay what can we work out. It’s annoying when it’s a breaking and entering charge, it’s devastating to me when it’s the future of 7yr old boy. She’s a common criminal, nothing more. JMO

minima – I’m not getting a straight forward premeditated vibe from your postings. 1) needing the truck – have you seen the flyer or other communication to parents which stated a time for the science projects to be picked up? 2) neither were seen after 9:00 AM – I don’t know how those questioned by LE or completed the questionnaire responded to this. Do we know this as fact? 3) I’ve heard so many stories now about the doctor’s appt and again do not know how those questioned by police have responded. 4) I have in my notes, two different times of the famous FB postings. I did not see TH’s facebook so can’t verify and the enormous amount of hearsay in this case is mind-boggling.
Everything in between is not unknown to LE. They know of any calls, texts or emails she may have sent. They know where her cell pinged towers. They have her on video in stores and where else, we don’t know.
The most suspicious behavior to me is her statement that she left Kyron at 8:45 walking toward his classroom. Why would anyone leave a 7 year old unattended one hour and fifteen minutes before classes begin. Why? To me, this is the most telling factor pointing toward premeditation.

Regarding the truck: Kaine made this statement; that TH needed to use the truck to pick up the science project. “KATU: Kaine, why did you and Terri switch cars the day Kyron disappeared? Did you typically drive the white truck, and Terri the red mustang? Did she request to have the truck that day?

2) LE says that the last time Kyron was seen was around 9 am, although they do not make futher comments about this. Of course we don’t have all of the information but it’s been made pretty clear that kyron and terri were together at the science fair and he disappeared around 9 am.
3) The PPS district has released info that the “rumor” that terri told Ms. Potter about a doctors appointment on “friday” was true.

Prior to his June 4 disappearance, Kyron Horman’s stepmother, Terri Horman, informed his teacher he had a doctor’s appointment on Friday, the sources said, and it was why there was no expectation Kyron would be in class after the science fair. Once class began at 10 a.m., his teacher marked him absent.”

4) I looked on TH’s facebook right after the story broke. I was ashamed at the time, but I scoured it several times until it went private. I know that she posted the science fair pictures at 1:21pm on June 4th, I am in Portland, so we share the same time zone. Some people were confused about the times because FB will post it as your times zone, so if you are in New York it would look like she posted them at 4:21pm. And some speculate that this could have been done via phone but facebook will “advertise” this and it will go into a “mobile uploads” album, and say sent from “iphone, or blackberry for facebook.” And, also, the “rumors” that I have seen about her facebook postings are true. I saw them too and they are burned into my memory, unfortunately. I think that many people that saw her facebook page were taken aback by her postings and behavior. It was really uncomfortable and sent the red flags a-waving quickly…and now here we are.
I am not saying LE doesn’t know; I am saying I don’t know. I was just stating the most incriminating “facts” that the public knows, things that have been “rumors” but have since been verified. And, yes, waving to a child you are walking beside is a bit odd. It seems pretty impossiblr for him to have been napped between the time they were walking together, she turned to wave goodbye (and he was walking too, getting closer to his class) and then, poof, disappeared.
Couple of things…
1. Re #32. What does this mean in this blog post “This is going to jury on monday?” JURY? Did poster mean “GOING TO TRIAL???”
2. One of the neighbors of DeDe, was shown on KPTV news,who very briefly stated that DeDe was a nice neighbor is my sister’s husband’s daughter. I’ve met her several times at family functions. Very nice gal (her husband is nice too). Small world.
3. KOIN NEWS interviewed DA Michael Shrunk who said they were “trial ready.” Being trial ready says a lot. That means they have a ton of evidence. You cannot have a trial without evidence, witnesses, and don’t forget the 200 subpoenas. Normally before you go to trial you file a complaint then you have to wait 30 days for the other side to file an answer, then the court gives you a trial date and then you have to subpoena people and then you have discovery, usually 60-90 days and then you have to schedule depositions for the people you’ve subpoenaed, which depending on how important they are you have to allow a block of time, anywhere from a few hours to a few days or weeks to take the depo. then the trial team has to gather all the evidence, mark it as exhibit A, etc, etc. it’s a long process to get ready for trial and it’s been almost 7 weeks now so they would have to have started prepping for trial the second they declared Kyron criminally endangered which was about June 13th or so, right???
