Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Terri Horman Leaves The House
Portland, OR– Late today, prior to a previously scheduled hearing at 3PM PST, an agreement was reached between the attorneys for Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.
KOIN reports:The dispute between Terri Horman and Kaine Horman has been settled and she will move out of the couple’s Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home Saturday by 3 p.m.

When asked via email by KOIN if he believes Terri had something to do with Kyron’s disappearance, he wrote: “I believe at some point she will be arrested.”

While I might buy into TH driving Kiara around to soothe an earache (though I think that is a VERY long time), I have a lot of trouble with her then going to the gym for an hour. Her baby was so uncomfortable that she drove her around for an hour and a half but then Kiara was happy enough to be left in the gym’s daycare for an hour??? JMO

if you had a child that had an earache in which required you drive around for over an hour (to soothe her, to give you a break), but then you take that child to the gym? not very nice.

i once knew a woman that fled from her small town in mexico because she was being raped by her father and brothers, the whole town knew, but there was nothing anyone could do. her father made caskets for a living and he worked on hers everynight in front of her, as a little reminder. she knew she would be killed if she didn’t get away. she did but was abused all the way here by various people “helping” her. when i think of immigrants i think of people coming to work for their families and i also think of her. she wasn’t a alien or just an illegal, she was a woman trying to save her own life.

I am so BAFFLED and angry that a mother would use an innocent child’s heath for an alibi and not a good one at that?

Yes, I understand that Blink has not said why Anselmo is being held. Nor do I know. IMO he MIGHT be, and if not why would Blink put his photo here (as there were plenty of other illegals arrested whose photos she could have posted, just for being illegal).
My conjecture is that he is involved based on 2 things:
(1) Blink putting his photo, along with the concurrent info. in her editorial post that day;
(2) my own followup research, to wit (as I posted earlier today):

BTW, I think maybe the numbers you use to refer to someone’s post must get changed in the sequencing of Blink’s moderating/posting, or on my end, or something. And maybe not just yours. But I’m never sure whose post you’re referring to when you use a numeral rather than a name. If you were referring to mine on this issue, as #8, on my screen it shows up as #24. And I couldn’t find a #8 that your comment would have logically followed from.
Thanks, Minima. I think “undocumented resident” makes the most sense. Perhaps, “illegal resident.” When they used undocumented citizen to me it means they are from this country and can vote, etc. Resident implies that they do live here. Hence they are not a legal American. Perhaps, documented resident but not legal citizen.
They are a resident if they are living in the country. Interesting how names change over time. We had Orientals, now we have Asians, Indians, now we have Native Americans, Blacks now we have African Americans. I prefer to be politically correct. I would never want to insult anyone. I would think I would be an American of European descent. Maybe Euroamerican.

I think the most humane term is:
“illegal immigrant” = an immigrant who is in a country (residing or visiting) illegally and is without proper documentation/authorization
“resident” status indicates documents have been filed and approved.
Even if you don’t like the term “alien”….the US Government (see http://www.uscis.gov) uses “alien” frequently in laws and on forms, etc.

when I checked out the replies on the Oregonlive.com site, some of them seem to be so overwhelmingly in favor of TH and against DY and KH, as if a moderator had deliberately edited out all or most of the anti-TH posts. It’s as if they are in another dimension from here.
insintel certainly seems to know an awful lot about details of the case not to be TH herself. insintel claims to know how much or little time Kyron was spending at the bio-mother’s home. insintel is claiming on one of the message boards at Oregonlive.com that Kyron only visited a few times a year for very short visits and that DY made last minute excuses to not be able to take Kyron for the weekend visits. I have a very hard time believing the claims that insintel makes. If the claims are true, then it puts things in a different light about what went on between the two families. If insintel is not telling the truth, then it just reinforces the bizarre nature of TH’s character.

11:15-1pm is actually 1 hour and 45 minutes, not 1 hour and 15 minutes, which gives DeDe a half-hour more time to be doing what she was doing, than you stated.

Anyways, hope this doesn’t offend you, I’m not trying to be the Math Police (math had been my worst school subject), just saying that in fact, Terri and DeDe actually have more time than you suggested, to do whatever they were doing.
Just studied an indepth timeline for June 4 on hinky. It is based on eyewitness and earwitness accounts. According to this article Kyron himself told his best friend and lunch and deskmate Kurtis of his doctor’s appt THAT day. Kurtis’ account seems to be accurate, however, Tanner Pumala’s does not. Tanner’s claim is that Kyron was in their touring group until 10 a.m. when the chaperone noticed him missing. Yet he also says Kyron was headed downstairs to look at another project around 9 a.m. These two statements just don’t seem to jive. If someone has Kyron on film or photo in the gym after 9 a.m. then perhaps Tanner’s account is the more accurate one. But L.E. seems to be certain that no one saw Kyron after 9 a.m. Even so, Kyron’s own words if Kurtis is right should be enough to prove that Teri did indeed tell Kyron that morning that they were going to the doctor that day. So is she going to tell us that Kyron is hard of hearing too? Or Kurtis?
At the risk of getting off-topic, I don’t find anything inaccurate or insulting about using the term illegal alien. The first definition from dictionary.com is as such:

I think that pretty much fits the bill.
I’m not, and I don’t think anyone else is using the term illegal alien maliciously here. I tend to categorize “immigrants” with people who come here legally. But I can certainly try to refer as “illegal immigrant” if I remember to, if it’s bothersome to anyone.
Driving Kiara around for 1 and 1/2 hours with an earache? Then going to the gym. I think Kiara is the one who needed the doctor appointment. I find it very telling that Terri seems to show no grief for losing Kiara. I think TH is an empty parasite who fills herself with whomever is there at the moment. I’ve seen cruel people get dogs like this from the pound and when the dog didn’t fill their empty need they took it back like a return at the department store. I think Terri and DeDe were having some sort of affair because why the loyalty? Maybe the two people who need to be locked in a house together to finally face each other are Terri and Larry Moulton. I wonder when she was adopted and if he sex abused her. I am not giving Terri an out. My childhood was ruined too, but it didn’t give me a carte blanche to go on a demonic crime spree against the world. If any of this is true IMO, people involved have to start taking responsibility. We simply cannot continue with innocent victims paying the price for how effed up your world is. As everyone else, I pray everyday for Kyron to be found and for justice to be served for him, altho, after the fact,in these cases,only a little justice is what you get. P.S. In nature when the pack is threatened by a rogue, the pack turns on the threat.
Between 10:10 in the morning and 11:39, Terri claimed she drove her daughter Kiara around on rural roads in the family’s white truck because Kiara had an earache. She claimed she was trying to soothe the toddler with the motion of the vehicle.
I believe that the above is partially true. I believe that TH did actuallty drive around on rural roads in the white truck doing God knows what, but she added the Kirara earache story just in case she was seen/noticed by someone.

okay, “citizen” is a term of dignity. i have worked in social services for a long time and here in portland, we have many immigrants that we refer to as “undocumented citizens.” when you are working with people directly, their children, you hear their stories, well, it changes a lot of peoples minds about how we refer to people as individuals, and then as a whole. it’s not easy to be an immigrant, let alone an illegal one. whether it’s “right/wrong” people are here, their kids are here, they are mothers and fathers, like many of us…while illegal immigrants may not be “true citizens” many work in our communities, their children are natural citizens that go to public schools. it’s not technically correct, but like i said it more a term used to not take away the dignity of illegal immigrants. that while they may not be here legally, they are a part of our community, the make-up of our country and culture. like i said, i know not everyone can jump on board with this…it’s certainly a hot button issue. but for me, the human element is more important than the legal status. but that’s just me.
which is why i think the term is “illegal immigrant or resisdent” is most appropriate. A resident is a person who resides here. and i think this is probably the most “true” discription, if and when that discription is important to use.
and, yes, we are a constantly evolving community of humans and people. at one time our schools were segregated.
and, trust me, i know we will not all agree on this, but there’s me answer. i hope you all can understand i come from a place of acceptance and love for my neighbors
@SouthernMom, as an immigrant (a legal one!) myself you are 100% correct. I am a “Legal alien”, that’s the term INS uses and I find it in no way offensive. I don’t look like an alien but don’t mind being called one:)

I’ve seen this point being made a number of places and this is a non-issue. The 1:21 is the time that the photo was uploaded to FB, not what time she got home.
I know that that is a minor quibble/ripple in this vast ocean of information and misinformation, but just an example of how narrow some folks’ view is that they automatically look at where they think they can trip up TMH or the other ‘bad guys.’
Not only did my schedule revolve around my kids’ naps, it revolved around their meals. If this little 20-month old had her breakfast presumably before 8 am and then wasn’t home until after 1 pm what was she eating during all this time? Snacks?
Did they stop for a meal? Evidently not, someone would have seen them.
Terri Horman stopped at Albertsons after leaving the science fair to pick up some items that presumably did not require refrigeration (or she would have returned home first). Could these items have been snack foods/drinks for her daughter to keep her occupied during 5+ hours they were away from home?
I know a 20 month old is typically not happy strapped in a seat for an hour and a half unless they are asleep. Strapped in and hungry is even worse.
Most surprising to me about the timeline, is the speed at which TH was able to get home from the gym (she left at 12:40) drive 11 miles home and be on the computer posting photos at 1:21. For those that have posted photos to Facebook, it takes a while to get them to load which means she started at least five to ten minutes before. What was the rush to post pictures?
But not only that, what about Kiara’s transition in getting home….did she not need her diaper changed when they got in the door? How about getting her a drink, or getting her hands washed up….all those things you do to settle your child in when you’ve been out-n-about for several hours.
Surely Kaine would be aware of Baby Kitty’s earache, wouldn’t he? She would require medical attention. imo

Before I can even begin to evaluate the reported information, I know I need to take the primary step of evaluating the source. And all I’m told is that “multiple sources confirm.” Who are the sources? Is it LE? Is it family members? Is it friends of family members relating what they’ve been told second- or third-hand? (“Yeah, Kaine told me that Terri told him that she was driving Kiara around to soothe an earache.”) I’m NOT saying that’s how this reporter got her information, but how do I know?
And now this “information” can be picked up and reprinted by other news outlets, all of whom can cover their asses by laying it squarely back on KATU. (“KATU is reporting that Terri Horman claims….”)
This reporter’s information may turn out to be valid. But as written at this point, it’s irresponsible. I’ve left a comment previously at KATU’s website concerning what I see as sloppy work that leans toward sensationalism in a previous article by this particular reporter. Between her and that puerile Dan Tilkin…I am not impressed.
I hope Kyron is found soon, and I wish peace for every member of the Moulton, Horman, and Young families.

Did you all hear that according to The Hinky Meter’s blog on July 22nd, Kyron told his close friend, Kurtis, about the doctor’s appointment? Remember Blink has said that the key to the case was about the doctor’s appt?
The blog goes on to say:
KATU has reported that sources associated with Skyline Elementary and others close to the investigation are verifying that Terri Horman did, in fact, tell Ms. Porter of a doctor’s appointment “on Friday”. Based on the reported “on Friday” statement, which appears to have been intentionally misleading, I am of the assumption at this time that Terri made this statement on Thursday, June 3rd. But that doesn’t mean I’m correct. I’m basing this on how illogical it would be to say “Kyron has a doctor’s appointment on Friday” when it is Friday and then think you’re fooling anybody. I also base this assumption on the fact Terri had to have been at the school on Thursday to deliver Kyron’s project so it could be set up prior to Friday morning.
Terri herself, through Jaymie Finster, has stated she informed Ms. Porter of the doctor’s appointment on Thursday. Of course, according to Jaymie, Terri said she told Ms. Porter of an appointment the FOLLOWING Friday, June 11th. This makes sense if Terri was trying to confuse Ms. Porter. Even though the more logical statement would be to say “Kyron has an appointment TOMORROW”, Terri wasn’t trying to be clear, in my opinion. She was trying to be confusing. She could have used “on Friday” speaking on Thursday and still claimed (AS SHE IS DOING) that she meant the following Friday.

On the topic of cyberforensics, I believe it will play an integral role on helping shape the case. How it plays out in court…I’m interested to see, too. The social media + media outlets have definitely played an integral role in surprising ways. It’s another tool, and they are using it wisely. Methinks LE is a bit more clever than TH and Co.
As for DeDe. I believe she was the lady in the truck seen idling. (On that Friday at around 3:00 PM and again at 2:00 AM Saturday, if this is true. ) Maybe she was the look-out. Maybe she was Watching for Detectives. Who knows. But it seems telling.
My guess is she doesn’t want to implicate herself OR TH out of loyalty. LE responds by letting the public know of her involvement so the pressure is indirectly transferred to her for the moment in hopes that she will cooperate. I sincerely hope it does.

I watched KATU’s Anna Song video; read the KATU story. Was this timeline given to the 2 TH friends by the polygrapher/other LE present at the polygraph? Did they write down all those details? And since 2 sources doesn’t equal “multiple”, what are the additional sources of the timeline info?
Or were the “multiple sources” referred to in the article people OTHER THAN the 2 polygraphed friends? KATU seems to have an exclusive on this; if LE is leaking it–not through the 2 friends–they’ve done so only to KATU?
I must have missed something because a lot of folks here have spent considerable time mulling over this timeline. Hope it wasn’t wasted time.
Lori D: MOTIVE???? Thank you!!! This is exactly what I can’t wrap my mind around. I always go back to – she hates and/or resents Desiree and this gets her completely out of her life and hurts her. But even if that is true…accomplices go along with this? Whether or not it’s premeditated…and even if you don’t know about the plan or help beforehand, being an accessory after the fact is still probably a felony. Your life is over if you are convicted in any way related to this case, I mean your future, after your prison time. I don’t think the argument about protecting Kyron from Kaine or anyone holds much water. So why Kyron? Why that day? Is it as simple as I’d give this kid back to Desiree but we’d have to pay child support? Porn? Selling him? I realize those are possibilities but they seem so remote. (And I swear to God I will march across this country and beat her til she’s dead with my bare hands if any of that true.) Could it be that something horrible and accidental happened – like she ran over him and she panicked? Just trying to work through this.
beejay – Don’t forget that an inmate with a US Marshall hold (federal inmate) can be held as a “witness”. I do not pretend to know what Anselmo is being “held” for, but he can be held as a witness to a federal crime. A federal crime that “may” pertain to this case is kidnapping, murder as a result of a federal crime, drugs, or taking of an individual over state lines for criminal purposes – just to name a few. Not saying this is the case, just saying.

Re OL forum, it has become a complete joke. That is the site I was on before that I referred to as a “warzone”. I complained to the moderators and nothing has been done. Just could not stomach it anymore. They delete posts for no good reason. Any poster can fill out the contact form and request that certain posts they don’t like be deleted, and they do it. The only reason I felt that maybe all the pro-TH posts were being allowed was because LE is also monitoring them and tracing the ISP numbers. There is also a tremendous amount of cyber-bullying going on there.

I don’t want to think that he had anything to do with it. His actions could certainly be because of things that happened in the past that he’s trying so desperately to cover up. I DO think though that it was someone who Kyron knew of or has seen before. Not necessarily close to the family, but perhaps an acquaintance who was stalking him? I’m afraid what exactly happened to Kyron will forever be a mystery

Insintel is pro Terri propaganda. The facts she states are not facts..they are simply stated opinions to get a response. She has no inner knowledge..she is not Terri or DeDe..and I hope this post gets a response here from her.

Blink. Does anyone know if that truck Terri drove has gps? I know most folks have one in their vehicles. I also know that it can track where you have been even if it is turned off. I hope someone has thought of this. I think dedes gps should also be checked. I only know this cause one of my friends bf gave her a gps which she never used but later when she gave it back to him he asked her questions about why she went here or there as he was able to see where she had went even when she wasn’t using it. !!
I am guilty of using the term “illegal alien.” I’m not sure why I started using it. I certainly didn’t intend it in a degrading way. I know there are many immigrants who come to this country looking for a better life for themselves and their families. Sorry for the misusage and thank you to those who corrected me.
IIRC, Blink earlier suggested there was a second landscaper whom TH approached with a MFH plot against KH. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve tried searching past threads, but now cannot find the mention of LS2. Did I imagine this? (It’s possible, since I haven’t been getting much sleep; in fact, none last night).
The reason I ask is that I’m wondering whether Ms. DeDe could be LS2? If so, perhaps it was DeDe’s idea to target Kyron instead of KH – or, at least, to target Kyron first. Maybe the plot was orchestrated by DS while TH followed her lead. DS & TH could have met @ 11:30 on a.m. of 6/4, at which time DS took Kyron while TH went to the gym. That way, TH can truthfully say she doesn’t know what happened to Kyron or where he is, & has a solid alibi for that time frame. Possible motive? MO?
In considering the possibility that Kyron is [heavy sigh] deceased, LE may have confiscated gardening tools (e.g., spades, shovels) from DS’s home. Analysis of residual soil on the tools could give LE info as to where DS had been digging. Just a thought.
Another troubling aspect of TH’s timeline is the contradiction in stories she gave to people at the school vs. to KH & DY. Both KH & DY stated in interviews that they expected TH to be at the school until 10:00 on 6/4. Although she denies telling Mrs. Porter that Kyron’s Dr appt was that day, TH admits leaving the school at 8:45. I doubt that the family’s need for groceries was a big emergency that suddenly changed her plans. Another major discrepancy?
