Disappearance And Deception Turns To Decomposition: Dogs Smell Death at Lisa Irwin’s Home
Kansas City, MO- For the first time since 10 month old Lisa Irwin was reported missing by her father Jeremy Irwin the morning of October 4, detectives with the Kansas City Police investigating her disappearance, together with the FBI, searched her home without the permission of her parents.
Through
Why?
An FBI cadaver canine, with permission from Lisa’s parents to enter the premises Monday, gave a positive alert to it’s handler, indicating the presence of decomposition in the area of Bradley’s bed, in a wide section of carpet which has since been removed for testing.
State Prosecutor for Clay County, Wes Rogers, was unsuccessful in his bid to have the warrants sealed from the public.
Upon the canines alert, Kansas City MO lead investigator Kimberly Shirley-Williams prepared affidavits and a search petition while the N. Lister St. home was sealed until a judge granted them a few hours later.
Beginning Tuesday and continuing through today, crime scene technicians in white hazmat suits could be seen removing substantial amounts of brown bags and items obviously concealed with brown paper. Officers could be seen in the rear of the property with small rakes, shovels and bags.
Detectives will not reveal what was removed from the home, or anything else about the progression of their investigation.
However, a source inside the investigation speaking to www.blinkoncrime.com on the condition of anonymity, says the clothing and a few belongings Deborah Bradley said Lisa was wearing when she was allegedly abducted from the front window of the family home, were discovered and taken into evidence.
The source went on to say that there is no doubt that prosecutors expect a grand jury to indict Deborah Bradley on charges she is responsible for the disappearance of her daughter Lisa, and circumstances surrounding her possible death.
Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley have refused to speak to police in order to answer questions from investigators which they feel are critical to the investigation, and only Deborah and Jeremy would be able to answer.
The couple has since hired high profile defense attorney Joe Tacopina.
Aside from perfecting the Full-Double Windsor knot to the envy of the media savvy legal set, Tacopina previously represented a suspect in the Natalee Holloway disappearance, Joran Van Der Sloot.
Late today, Tacopina’s office released a statement on the couples behalf.
Police continue to guard the Irwin residence, instructing neighbors to keep outside the marked perimeter.

P.S. Oh, and I didn’t put my children DOWN FOR THE NIGHT at 6:40 either by the way.
My opinion is both parents are covering up for the boys.
Perhaps, the boys were in charge of the baby when she was out drinking. Maybe they took L.I. out of crib, if she were crying.
Boys like to rough-house. Can you imagine when they are not supervised?
The boys were(likely) horsing around, and bopped the baby, accidently, with a football or worst a baseball, IMO.
The parents are falling on the Sword…IMO
Respectfully, I agree that may be a scenario that gets profferred in this case, as I posted a few days ago, but I do not for 10 seconds believe that happened. For starters, the typical reaction to that possibility from an uninvolved person would be to call 911. The neighbor was over earlier, and these boys are old enough to know that if they could not rouse the Mom, they can use the phone, or run to a neighbor.
Having seen a few videos of these boys with their little pumpkin pie, I believe that even at their tender ages, they would have exhausted heroic efforts for Lisa, and at a minimum, LE would have smelled that in the initial interview with them. They are kids, not master criminals.

Clint Van Zant says that decomp begins within minutes of death, and lists factors that would affect the scent in video linked below. Video also contains family’s local attorney trying to cast doubt on cadaver dog hit based on intact carpeting in parent’s room.

Can anyone point me in the direction of text/video of interview where a kitten is mentioned? I’ve heard it talked about in comments here and there but can’t find the source where it is actually mentioned. Seems like an odd detail…
My training on the subject, which is FBI based, is that decomp, detectable in various quantifiable autolysis field tests, begins within 4 minutes of death.

GMA video of surveillance video of mystery man in white tee shirt. Also on clip is tour of Irwin house by local lawyer Cyndy Short. Interesting comments.

ultimately, what very well could have happened under given circumstances is that one of the boys or both were given the job of giving lisa her bath –as they probably have “grown up” responsibilites all the time–change baby diaper,feed baby bottle or food, play with baby, put clothes on baby and these are only 6 and 8 years old. the baby could have been given a bath and if left for a few minutes by other child could have “fell alseep ” or drowned unbeknownst to the child and he takes her out of tub,thinking that she is “asleep”,he doesn’t want to wake her because she has been sick and fussy so he puts a diaper on her like he knows he is supposed to , then instead of dressing her in pj’s, which could wake a fussy lisa ,up he covers her in a blankie and lays her beside mommys bed so she cannot fall off of bed–then he can go off and play like an eight year old (JI’s son)
or 6year old (DB’s son) are supposed to —
and at some point an irresponsible mom or someone finds baby unresponsive either by drowning or given too much medication or getting sick and throwing up and choking on her own vomit
.
Your Beautiful, Innocent Child Deserves Better than this —from You Mommy and Daddy–some accident happened and that is unbelievably tragic and heartbreaking—please find the strenth in your hearts and souls to step up and make this right so your family can start to heal–
love and prayers to your entire family–let God carry you through this tragic time
Am I right in saying that the missing cell phones do not matter. Law enforcement gathers the cell numbers and can retrieve info from the server, right.
Was the neighbor ever asked if she actually saw baby Lisa the night of drinking?
I just get the feeling that this baby will be found close to the home just like Caylee and when she is found we will all be in shock just how close she is.
No, they matter in terms of retrieving information directly from them, that may have been intentionally deleted, SIM data that may not have been backed up, etc. Yes, LE can retrieve records, but may likely be more interested in what they cannot glean from the reporting.
B
Been following this case since the beginning. Mr Tabman has written 3 articles, concerning baby Lisa that are very factual and informative. Michael Tabman, ex-cop and retired FBI Agent discusses recent crime and security matters. Michael is an author, speaker and security consultant. He has been interviewed several times concerning this case. He has been interviewed on TV as well. Here is an excerpt from the article:
snipped:
The latest http://www.goodreads.com/author_blog_posts/1674341?utm_medium=email&utm_source=comment_instant#comment_38850871
Dina- it is fine to post SA Tabman’s piece, but fair use law does not permit posting anything more than a 2 paragraph snippet with the attribution link, for future reference.
The only thing I might add, is that based on the date of the warrant, and it’s non-specific info on the 3 missing cell phones, they might be subject to subpoena elsewhere, as in, a police report that they were stolen? Would take the permission issue out of it, imo.
B
Captain Young has said that the couple has not been cooperative since October 8th. And as of this date, still not granting interviews with police, but boy, they sure can get on National TV, and grant all the interviews they want. GMA,FOX, all national. Tey refuse to grant any interviews with the local media. They already have had 2 front page articles in People magazine. I guess missing babies is big business. Thank you Casey Anthony.

I am so glad you are covering this case. I have been following this case since day one. Your theories give me hope that this will be solved and the perpetrator(s) brought to justice.
I can’t figure out how DB could have cleaned the scene and disposed of the body in such a short period of time (10:30p to 4a). Did she begin to plan immediately when the child died that she would not call 911 but fake a kidnapping. Alot to think thru and execute by oneself.
I liked your theory on the alcohol purchase. She did pay for the baby items separate from the wine. I figured she was using food stamps for the baby items and cash for the wine. But now I’m switching to your theory. She paid separately and left the booze in brothers car (or somewhere) and took the baby items in the house, with receipt, for JI to see. Kept the booze stashed till JI left for work.
I’m wondering if their relationship wasn’t one of convenience, not love. She needed a roof over her head, he needed a companion. There is no true love there, just using one another to try to live out some type of normal life. He had money, house, job and she was a female for his needs and a mother(step) to raise his child. Her addictions to alcohol and drugs was a problem he could not control.
Here is a great recap of the time line of events:
http://www.kansascity.com/2011/10/19/3218089/16-days-in-the-lisa-irwin-case.html
Note that police have questioned Debra concerning a phone call or text coming from one of the cell phones that were reported stolen. Don’t we now have a man in white “as reported this morning” on surveillance tapes emerging from the woods about the same time that phone call was made?We also have a fire in a dumpster not too far away from this location as well. The police, according to Debra, also showed her burned baby clothes.
I live in the KC area, and, still feeling raw about the CA trial, definitely don’t welcome this here! I do have a question for you blink: You said you believe the NY lawyer knows what happened to the baby or he wouldn’t take the case. Do you mean that he was told by parents that it was an accident-possibly one of the boys – and that is why he is taking this – to help? or, that he knows one of them did it intentionally and is crafty at his defense so he is working with what they have and instructing them to “spin?” Thanks.
Ktina- welcome to BOC. Because you are new you get a pass, but in the future I need a link and the quote from my comment if you would like me to address it specifically. Reason is, frequently, I am misquoted, or someone interprets my quote in a manner inconsistent with it’s intention, and gives me extra ogida
Case in point, your very comment, here is exactly what I said:
Thank you kindly, accidental or otherwise, these people know what happened to this baby, or imo, Tacopina would never have taken this on.
B
I said that I believe these people, as in the parents, Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley, know what happened to the baby, Taco is under a very different standard as the attorney, operating under the KS Supreme Court via pro hac vice, currently.
I believe he is more than astute enough to posture his questioning of his clients to ascertain whether or not they know what happened to Lisa.
B
My mom died from Polycystic Kidney Disease while I was 2 months pregnant with my youngest son and although I was still grieving, being the best mom I can be was and still is the MOST important job the good Lord has ever blessed me with.
Is the Dad just covering up here (Mr. Co-dependent of MO) or was he also involved in harming the baby? (should I have said killing, I guess it is hard to say that)? Mom did drugs as well as drink to blackouts while on duty?
Off topic somewhat, but good news: http://www.securitynewsdaily.com/anonymous-hackers-child-porn-sites-1260/
“Hacktivists” hack into child porn sites and expose criminals
Untill it is proven to be a fact, I have a difficult time believing the boys had anything to do with the baby’s possible death and removal from the home.
Most boys at that age clearly understand that babies are fragile and can be easily hurt. They obviously loved their baby sister and based on what we know about the mother, they probably had to do a lot of the things that she should have done.
The fact that the dog hit on the carpet alongside the mothers bed indicates to me that baby Lisa was with her mother, not the boys.
According to news sources, Jeremy Irwin was working the night of his daughters disappearance. He supposedly arrived home around 3:30 am and discovered lights on, windows open etc. Checked on the kids, boys were in bed and checked on Lisa and discovered her missing, woke DB then called 911. It is also my understanding they have security video verifying he was working that night(Starbucks).
Blink, do you know where was the baby’s clothing the police discovered was found? Was it recovered from the fire in the dumpster or found elswhere?
On the premises outlined in the warrant, so to my knowledge, they are not referencing the burnt clothing.
B
Liam and Word Girl, I too believe Patsy Ramsey killed JonBenet.
I believe she was being sexually abused, causing her bed-wetting and frequent UTIs, as well.
@Dabel – maybe Baby Lisa’s falling out of the crib is the “accident”.

Dabel says:

After seeing the picture of her crib, I have always had the feeling Baby Lisa was not in the habit of sleeping in her crib. http://www.kmbc.com/slideshow/news/29427385/detail.html I can’t quite put my finger on why I feel this way, it appears the bottom of the crib is low enough for a 10 month old.
I think you mean NOT low enough and excellent observation. I agree, and although we do not know when those images were taken or if that is exactly how baby Lisa’s nursery looked the morning of her disappearance, having the bumper still in there for a 10 month old is a no-no.

@Judi
I think she was an addict to either alcohol, alcohol + meds,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have several girl friends that are alcoholics & in an effort to understand this disease/illness I attended AA with one of them after she consented to go. The counselor there said most addicts are cross addicted & are addicted to multiple things ie: sex addiction, eating disorders,smoking, drugs, over spending, gambling, drinking etc. Any combination of those illnesses can contribute to the lifestyle of an addict. D’s mother according to her memorial was in AA for approximately 8yrs so there “could be” a weakness for that in the family.
Wanted to touch on several things that seem unusual.
1. LE said cadaver dog hit on a floor area near the foot of Deborah’s bed. But the carpet is still intact-per the video of the house on the below ABC news link, that followed the family attorney (Cyndy Short) around the home.
2. In another article, a video link shows LE carrying a rolled carpet out of the home. Since it was not the carpet from the mom’s room-then was it carpet from Lisa’s room, or elsewhere in the home? And if the dog “hit” was in the parent’s bedroom–why was that carpet NOT taken?
3. Could Lisa’s mom be lying about how drunk she actually was? Could she have just been slightly tipsy, and sold or harmed Lisa-and is using her drunkenness as an excuse to not “know” anything?
4. Could someone be secretly living in the trailer behind Lisa’s home-who might have used the fact of Jeremy being away at work that one night, as an easy time to grab the baby.
i.e.-possibly the man seen in the neighborhood carrying a baby?
http://abcnews.go.com/US/baby-lisa-irwin-surveillance-footage-mystery-man/story?id=14795844
———————————–
The reason I wonder about someone living in the trailer, is my husband and I once had an intruder living in our old camper behind a fence in our backyard. I went out there to clean one day before camping season and found it unlocked and cans of food open, blankets strewn on the bed, lots of other evidence of someone staying in there.
To say I was totally creeped out is an understatement! Since we didn’t go into it much besides camping season, it looked attractive to someone who broke in and obviously stayed there only after dark.
We reported it to the police and I insisted we sell it immediately as I would never feel good about camping in it again. Our two sons were young at that time, and I was horrified that an unknown person had been staying yards away from my babies without my knowledge or sensing that something was wrong.
They did not catch the person, and it was enough of a scare for me to become even more hyper vigilant with our safety. Not that I wasn’t already!
Cyntha Short the local lawer they have retained specialises in CAPITAL CASES AN MENTAL DEFECT DEFENCE….Not the sort of advocate one would need if one was covering for an accident caused by one of the children…However as we know from the Casey Anthony trial defence scrutinises all the crime forums ect .To see what the opinion is ,An as many felt George was shiffty an hideing something.Lo an behold he became there get out of jail free card scape goated an Casey walked .Im afraid that the more people speculate Debs is covering for the boys if an when this comes to trial.This will become there defence an is almost certain to cause resonable doubt..I M O this most certainly was not an accident caused by the boys or anyone else .They have all posed for a new photo op DEBS Dad sporting a T Shirt with the word SINISTER EMBLAZONED across the chest..The rest wearing matching T Shirts with Lisas photo an KIDNAPPED across the top. Not missing or abducted but KIDNAPPED .All standing in front of a halloween sign with gravestones skelletons an ghosts…..
not sure how long these online radio links stay up
Is there any timeline for the day of the incident. I would like to know when was the last time any person, other than that immediate family, saw baby Lisa alive. Was it that day, the day before? Also, where was the baby while DB was at the grocery with her brother? Was the grocery store trip before JI reported to work, so in theory he was with the baby while she was at the store?
GM Blink. Just watched the morning show go-a-round with DD at the candle light vigil in front of the house. She looks like she’s had a make over. New haircut ect! Still the same fake crying though. I hope this is resolved soon. It brings back the Caylee case and we are not over that yet
I just cannot understand putting conditions on helping police find your daughter. If, as they are claiming, she was abducted by some rogue stranger, then the police are likely the only ones who are going to find her. So, why would you not cooperate with them? I cannot fathom any reason other than they have soemthing to hide and they are totally in CYA mode. If someone had taken one of my kids, I would be in that police station every day trying to find answers. I would turn over anything they wanted, computer, phone, clothes, whatever. They could search my house, my car, my laundry, my dog if it would help. I would describe every detail of the night it happened, the night before, the night before that if they wanted–forward, backward, upside down. Naked in the middle of the street if that would help. I would do or not do interviews with national, local media, whatever would help.
As for the boys doing something, I just don’t think they could hide it. My daughter is 8 and she can’t even hide the fact she got in trouble for talking at school from me. If she had any guilt and probably even if she didn’t, she would be talking it out with anyone who would listen. No way these boys could hide this. They would have talked to someone, early on or someone at school. I am sure they love their sister and they wouldn’t be able to not.
As for th hit on the floor, maybe it was a hit on something on the floor, rather than the carpet? Is that possible? Could it have been a blanket or clothes lying on the floor next to the bed and that is why they didn’t need to take the carpet?
@KB
I would hope the alert was verified with a second canine, but as it would never be enough for an arrest, that may not matter.
The SA is using his grand jury wisely in this case. I sure hope the couple gave voluntary hair and DNA samples. If anyone was a chronic drug user that would show up and require further diligence.
If Deborah had help removing a deceased child which I am cautiously considering, there would have to be a reason anyone would put themselves at such risk. I am at least hopeful that if.that is the case there is someone connecting to the case with less to lose than Deborah.
I am wondering if poor Lisa was still (somewhat) alive when the DB made a call for help. The eyewitness report at 4 a.m. of a man walking with a baby in a diaper, and other witness reporting seeing the same a couple of hours earlier makes me wonder if she called someone for help and this person thought “let’s get her out in the fresh air to see if she will wake up”. I mean, why would an abductor or DB’s helper be walking around with this baby for hours? And why wouldn’t it be DB?
Although the other drunk mom has been investigated we hear little about her. Any news on her Blink?
This case has me flummoxed. I usually form opinions and trust my instincts regarding elements of a case that are most likely facts and which are shaky and shouldn’t be included in total analysis. But I’m getting no help from intuition this time. I just can’t jump on the “DB is responsible” bandwagon yet. Do I think she’s Mother of the Year? No. But I can’t make the leap to murderer just yet.
I know most people dislike Joe Taco, me included after his association with the vile JVDS, but I have to admit I think he’s doing a good job defending his clients.
In the interview linked below, he makes some valid points that, at least, cast doubt on what others consider to be damning “bombshell facts.”
He offers plausible (IMO) explanations for both the decomp in the parents’ bedroom and the rather bizarre statement by DB that she was “afraid to look in the back yard” to search for Lisa.
I think he also is effective at repeatedly bringing up the three witnesses who saw the mystery man walking with a half naked baby during a time frame that could be relevant to this crime. Not sure about the surveillance video showing a man walking out of the woods, also within a relevant time frame. Hard to say if it’s related yet.
http://tinyurl.com/TodayShowInt
In the mean time, the KCPD aren’t revealing their feelings regarding the three witness stories:
“However, when FOX 4 asked KCMO Police about the report[witness sightings] and the video, police responded with an email to us, which indicated they consider these national news theories and investigations rogue and amateur, if not unhelpful.”
“Capt. Steve Young, Public Information Officer with the police department responded to the latest national news theory with the following email:
“I know you have to ask, but I cannot comment on details and don’t want to even try keeping up with media freelance investigations.”"
http://tinyurl.com/KY3News10-23
As we are all speculating as to what happened, here is my postulation:
I think Deborah, in her drunken state, took the baby into her bed and accidentally suffocated her. This happens a lot, unfortunately. When Lisa woke and realized what happened, found the dead baby on the floor, she panicked and made it look like a kidnapping. I don’t know if the dad helped with the cover up or not, but the cell phones would sure show evidence of the same if they conspired together to cover it up. So, I suspect he did know about it, after the fact, and helped in the cover up, in all likelihood to keep his boys from losing their mother. I think Lisa Irwin is close to coming clean. The guilt must be unbearable.
I can’t imagine the news breaking today about the grainy video of an individual seen walking around at 2:15 a.m. is the big break law enforcement has been waiting for. Anyone who planned to abduct little Lisa would have had a better plan than walking around in the wee hours to be noticed.
The answers are going to come from Deborah. With all of the inconsistencies (lies) her own family must be feeling some doubt about her right now. If my sister’s child were missing there is nothing I would resort to in my attempt to torture the information out of her. This coddling of Deborah by everyone around her is sickening!!!!
@Mrs.Muir
Taco is doing his job, and he wins more than most. He has one of the strongest courtroom presences I have ever seen. Because I am a lover of law, and I support an adversarial system, I can respect and appreciate his talent. He is an amazing self-made man.
That said he better be using his talents for good on this one.
I agree. I want to dislike him, but find myself (grudgingly) respecting him instead.
I *SO* want to believe him when he says he wouldn’t be representing DB & JI if he felt they were responsible for Baby Lisa’s disappearance.
just saw this FB update…
Breaking: New surveillance video reportedly surfaces from the night Baby Lisa vanished. The footage allegedly shows a mysterious man emerging from a wooded area in the middle of the night, just two miles from where infant was last seen. Do you think the stranger could have kidnapped little Lisa?
Sadly, if anything, I think this is the cleaner, if this is the same man with the same baby at all sightings.
I am just not there yet about what I think about this possibly related individual, except to say that I can think of no logical reason a man is carrying an infant over an almost 4 mile span that anyone will want to hear.
I would like to give a shout out to the 9 month old baby girl who cooed at me this morning and was all smiles and drools while her and her Dad waited like I did at the dealership for our car maintenance.
She reminded me how vulnerable and innocent baby Lisa was. Heartwrenching.
B
@Blink
I am so glad to find you are doing this case
Thank You
Here’s my theory and I “apolly” in advance if it’s already been said… I think perhaps she put the baby beside her to sleep, since the baby had a cold and maybe was a little fussy and since mom was drunk and needed to sleep it off or pass out, perhaps she put the baby down beside her to sleep and then mom passed out, baby fell off bed, hit head, died, father found her, they all covered it up OR maybe mom rolled over onto baby, suffocated her by accident, father found her and then the cover up….
Hi all, I am so glad you are covering this. I have been looking here every day to get all of your opinions. I am on the fence about the mom and dad but very suspicious of their actions.
Agreed (sadly).
My gut feeling is the man spotted with baby has nothing to do with this case.
Phyllis, that is in the piece, and a well established fact. Nobody said he had great taste in clients, we were discussing his legal prowess, and that speaks for itself to anyone that focus solely on our system of jurisprudence without the emotional aspects getting in the way.
I cannot buy her rolling over a nearly 11 month old toddler. I dont care how passed out she was the baby would have screamed loud enough for even a person in a drunken stupor to hear her and if she was able to roll over she wouldnt be “dead” drunk as they call it where the person cant even move. Again, as in the Casey Anthony case – if this was an accident why not report it? Even if she rolled over the child, or she fell out of her crib or off the bed, it was still an accident -why not call 911? So in what circumstances dont people report a dead child? My feeling would be if they were somehow negligent and had too much to lose by reporting it. The loss of Jeremey, the loss of money from her husband whom she had not divorced, the loss of possible custody of her other child – the loss of her home as Jeremy owned it – all too much for Debbie to lose.
Blink, I read at this link that voluntary DNA samples have been provided by the family, along with hair samples and fingerprints.
Add http in front of link.
Here:
“Short, a veteran criminal defense lawyer, said Bradley and Irwin have continued to have regular and productive contact with investigators, have permitted numerous searches of their property and have willingly provided DNA, fingerprint and hair samples to investigators.”
And here:
“Thus far, according to Short, the couple has allowed police to:
Take their computer; call an Amber Alert, knowing that it would bring federal investigators into the case; take their other two children for forensic interviews; have the complete run of their home, their vehicles, a shed and a pop-up camper; take DNA and other biological evidence; obtain Lisa’s medical records, including those for well-baby visits; and conduct a polygraph examination on Bradley.”
Blink makes sounds like loud shreeking tires…
Allowed them to call an amber alert? This statement came from an atty?? The parents have NO SAY about calling an amber alert, and even if an amber alert was qualified in this case, that is ridiculous to say that it automatically brings in the FBI- not true, and I hope she knows that and this is spin.
What is a forensic interview as it relates to a child of tender age?
B
Apparently, the CPSC’s warning about co-sleeping is for children under the age of two. While the CPSC doesn’t come out and say, don’t do it, they say that amongst the primary dangers is when the parent is under the influence and has a child under the age of two in an adult bed. I don’t think a child would cry out when being suffocated. It isn’t like the parent crushes her to death. It is an inadvertent slip into a crevice between pillow and mom. It is a very quiet death, unfortunately, which is why it occurs way too often.
I also don’t think the sightings of the guy walking around have anything to do with this case. At least not at this point. Maybe as more is revealed, there will be a link.
Finally, the cell phones. I can go on line and track every phone call or text message that was made from each phone on my plan and I don’t need my phone to be present to do it. I don’t get the substance of the call, but I get the time of the contact and the other number. This has to be invaluable to LE in this case. If something during those wee hours, it cracks open the case. If nothing, it supports the Irwins’ claims.
“ABC News reported Sunday it obtained surveillance video from a gas station near the home of Lisa Irwin”
If the gas station owner knew how valuable this video could be to this case why didn’t he bring it to LE first not the media..
If this person is watching the news and seeing himself on a video at this gas station, it would clear up a few things and help this case if they would come forward and tell there story of why they are seen on the side of the road at that time. Seems like the truck pulling onto the highway would remember a person on the side of the road. The truck looks reddish in color. There are also other cars on the video. Everyone in the area has to know this child is missing by now and hopefully others will come forward. Vinny on headline news can’t stop talking about the guy in the white tee-shirt. As for the older gentlemen on the bike, really, you see a guy with a child in 40 degree weather in a diaper and maybe you are afraid to stop and ask, but you could at least call 911 and report seeing something like that. That is just crazy. I would have flipped out to see that, but I am a mom. Not beating up on the guy, but really?? Also, the time frame just doesn’t seem right. 4 miles can be walked in maybe 2 hours or less, but 4 hours. I really think this is an innocent person. Please come forward and tell your story so Vinny can shut up about it.
First of all I have to wander back to Portland Oregon for a moment. Was Deb active on the internet. Did she possible expose that daddy was going to be gone and Mommy was going to have (adult time) a chance to enjoy her Zinfandel in a box with him away. I am just saying after the last 17 months I have learned there are really sick people out there who I am sure troll the internet. I saw the video from the gas station on TV so I could not study it but this individual at a glance did not seem to be carrying anything. It did seem strange to me that the shot they showed started when the individual was behind a tree so I wonder where he came from? I also have to wonder if Deb had any other male friends that may have wanted to keep her company while Lisa’s father was gone for the first time in the evening. It will also be interesting to know how much of the wine was gone from the box. My last question is what did the brother have on in the shopping trip video. I will have to look for that video. Just things I am thinking about today.
Oh wait one more thing. I noticed the Attorney Tacopina did not have any tie on in the interviews I saw today. I’m just sayin.
good points here…just hope the fbi and police can enlarge the face of the man w/ white tee shirt in the video.that may put the puzzle together or again no clue. this as all cases like this are strange.i think all our hearts feel sad for lisa.lisa had no say no voice to what came her way on that awful night. the not knowing and the hope for lisa being found alive… is heartbreaking to all. and a wee one as lisa was could not hold body heat in tha temp 40-45 degrees cold. it really doesn’t look good for this wee one. just having a diaper on. but sad to say i think… the man seen carrying this child was getting rid of lisa’s body… and looking for a place to do so.and, i think the reason he was seen it was in panic of her death. i think it was all in panic. i just hope i am wrong. and it could be an offender. who knew the family alot of could be’s.and all the thinking doesn’t change a baby missing and she needs to be brought home one way or another. i hope that patch of woods will be searched as well as the landfill, well and, parents home. it will be so very sad to find lisa but this little one needs to be found and laid to rest the right way. and justice this time for baby lisa. c.a, again.justice!
Blink makes sounds like loud shreeking tires…
I love that … LOL
Ummm.. Tacopina has never been my favorite but he is a defense attorney and he deserves respect for the fact he is good at what he does. The fact that he defends mob related people in Italy ?? is just iceing on the cake.. We all know him from the defense of Joran V. and now we see him again in the case of Robyn G. all on mob owned and controlled Aruba.. Of course that is just my opinion.
But he is lookin good like a mobster should in that photo..
I liked Melvin Belli.. He played a role in Star Trek and his office window was “On The Street” so people walking by could see him at his desk doing what ever it is that lawyers do.
Top That Mr. Tacopina
“2. In another article, a video link shows LE carrying a rolled carpet out of the home. Since it was not the carpet from the mom’s room-then was it carpet from Lisa’s room, or elsewhere in the home? And if the dog “hit” was in the parent’s bedroom–why was that carpet NOT taken?”
********
From this site http://tinyurl.com/ABCnews10-24:
“Video footage had previously showed investigators carrying a rolled up carpet out of the home, but Short said the carpet had been sitting in the garage and while searchers did look at it, they did not ultimately take it with them from the house. ”
“Cyntha Short the local lawer they have retained specialises in CAPITAL CASES AN MENTAL DEFECT DEFENCE….Not the sort of advocate one would need if one was covering for an accident caused by one of the children…”
I think the choice of attorney is based more on what the parents have been accused of–murder. I know they haven’t been charged with anything, but even according to the earliest interviews with DB, she was accused of killing BL early on and was expecting to be arrested. I think Short is an entirely appropriate choice of attorney at this stage.
