Chelsea Dentist John Wolf Arrest Allegations: Meth, Child Porn, Beastiality and Intentional HIV Infection of Drugged Partners
The wolf in sheeps clothing may be more of a self-description than an idiom for Chelsea dentist John Wallace Wolf.
Wolf, the target of a joint sting conducted by the FBI and the DEA after his methamphetamine supplier was arrested at JFK airport with over 1800 pounds of meth last March was arrested himself this week.

A former AIDS activist and successful plaintiff in one of the city’s first AIDS discrimination suits, Dr. Wolf’s indictment reads like Robert Swans early draft bucket list. Excerpts from the criminal complaint:
- CS-1 advised that during his visits to WOLF’s office, he also witnessed WOLF and his employees using methamphetamine. CS-1 would also use methamphetamine with WOLF during those visits.
- CS-1 also advised that WOLF had shown him images on WOLF’s cellular phone of infants and toddlers being sexually abused by adults, including images of infants and toddlers (redacted by author for obscene and graphic content). WOLF also told CS-1 that he is HIV positive and would have unprotected sex with his sexual partners. WOLF further indicated that he had, at times, punctured holes in condoms in an intentional attempt to spread the HIV virus to his sexual partners. CS-1 also advised that WOLF told him that he was actively involved in underground sex parties at various locations in New York City, including in Brooklyn, where participants would engage in sexual intercourse with animals.
Wolf’s alleged supplier and client for “in kind” drugs to dental work is believed to be Lucas DaSilva .
Dasilva is cooperating with the United States Attorney, the DEA and the FBI after landing in JFK via the redeye from Los Angeles using an alias and a fake Brazilian passport. Acting on a tip regarding the wanted drug dealer, US Marshalls seized two meth-stuffed bunnies in his luggage. Further consensual searches yielded additional drug stash. Wolf is due in court this morning for a bond hearing and Dasilva is expected to strike a plea deal on December 3.

Drugs and bad choices are always present in a medical practice of any type. Some medical professionals take advantage of patients when drugs become a way of life.
Deliberate exposure of someone to HIV is potentially a death sentence to the unsuspecting person. This Dr. Death should be put away for a long time or if he has caused the death of another by his acts, he should be treated as a murderer with an appropriate sentence.

I have the very distinct feeling this is going to end up a way bigger deal than any of think right now. I can’t even believe what was found on his drive- He is one sick freak and I sincerely hope the FBI can identify some of those abusers.

Apparently this guy was involved in doing some good for the community early in his career.
Somewhere in his life he began to make bad choices and became addicted to drugs and ugly sexual behavior. The choice to keep his HIV a secret is an evil one, especially if the story about the condoms is true.
Thanks for the links Rose. They give a little more information about the case. The use of an informant to gather some of the information leaves that part to be proven with proper evidence. I do not trust an investigation that depends on informant testimony without other verifiable evidence.

I am almost hesitant to comment on this creep because all I can think of is, he is the poster boy for cooties nightmares. What crimes is he not guilty of? Attempted murder, child porn, bestiality or animal abuse, operating a facility with himself and his staff on meth…If he is proven guilty of these crimes what will his reception be in prison?
If true and he is convicted, which I believe he will be- if he is the big fish in the scenario he can expect isolation in an FCI. IF he is a cog in the meth wheel, TBD.

Brieghtbart/Texas is reporting that the FBI and SWAT teams have arrested 19 people mostly from two street gangs-Vice Lords & Sipp Mob.
They claim there are ties on some of these individuals to the death of Jessica Chambers who was burned to death in her car in Panola County, Mississippi last year.

It sounds like the child porn is the only actual physical evidence (and make no mistake, there’s a LOT of it, but in the scope of the things he is charged with, it seems this is the only charge they have physical evidence on. The bestiality/HIV stories come from an uninformant, who recorded him without his knowledge. In Massachusetts it is illegal to record someone without their permission, and would be inadmissible in court, but I don’t know if it is illegal in NY. The third part of the evidence comes from an undercover FBI agent and what Wolf supposedly told him. So, not to play devil’s advocate here, but I don’t know that I trust the words of third parties unless there is physical evidence or victims to testify to it. He’s a meth addict – he could have been making up stories or BS’ing these guys. And clearly, Dasilva has something to gain from this, he could be trumping this up to get a better deal on his own charges. So I would hope they have more than just his word and the agent’s word that corroborates these stories.
Also, are there any victims yet saying that they were infected by him? I’d like to know if anyone has actually come forward about that yet, or if this is something else he told a third party.
Lindsay- if the informants activities/recordings are the subject of a warrant approving same, which I am sure it is- it is perfectly legal. What is amazing to me is a LI Dermatologist accidentally overdoses on cocaine at the home of the dealer WITH an HBO producer who is seen dumping her in the vestibule and nobody has heard another word about it. This started as a major drug bust from an informant in the first place- it begs the question- why the contrast one borough over? This dentist is an absolute predator in my view, but we have to be concerned that drugs are fueling behaviors as well.

Looks like former Glee actor, Mark Salling, is charged with possessing child pornography. I’m so grateful they’re catching these guys…but can’t help thinking that there’s new freaks coming out from under their slimy rocks. I don’t trust anyone, including our Pastor. Long story short…but he promised to take my son to an NHL game if he could meet some of his goals. I got a sick feeling to my stomach and decided to trust it, rather than wish I had. I shared it with my husband and we decided that if he meets his goals, my husband goes, too. I have no proof or real reason to believe my son would be in danger….but this recent piece Blink wrote, plus past cases covered on BOC, has my satellites on fire.
O/T Bill Cosby finally charged with sexual assault from 2004. How much evidence, besides confessing to using Quaaludes to have sex with unconscious women, does LE need?
….and if anyone believes in the power of prayer, my family needs them. My uncle is missing in Colorado. Please pray for the lost to be found. This would be the greatest Christmas gift y’all could give us.

Someone needs to educate your pastor. It is no longer appropriate for adult teachers or nonfamily members to reward minor children with one on one outings. Exceptions for kids over 18. You were smart to decide against it. Teachers and the like nowadays are trained not to be alone with kids, not to fb or text or snapchat, etc. Your pastor knows better or needs training.
Egypt…thank you for your response. What’s scarier is how easy something like this can present itself as innocent…..and I suspect it is. I’ve become jaded for the sake of my son. I’m freaked out that my satellites weren’t on def con 5 with this. I can see how a parent becomes human, and trusts because you think you know someone. My husband coaches my son’s hockey team. He gets asked to pick up his players if a parent can’t make the game. He makes sure my son is always present when these situations come up. If he’s sick,no ride….but he will contact other parents to carpool these boys.
O/T….Steve Avery. Is this another Wm3 attempt? I don’t know this case, but it does appear….again….evidence was left out of documentary. Is it ok to discuss here…and is anyone familiar with this case? I pray this is not becoming the norm for defense. JMHO

The necessity for a coach or a teacher to have someone of the family or another witness always present is one of the reasons that I stopped teaching music. Today, youths are not taught proper respect for teachers and some have used a false accusation against a teacher or a coach because they did not get what they wanted or they were told to improve their behavior. Your husband has the right method for protecting himself with regard to coaching the hockey team. I taught the majority of my private lesson pupils in their home with a parent always present. No parent at home, no lesson.
By the way, I played five Christmas concerts with the Community Band and one with the new orchestra. Played several pieces by Leroy Anderson including Bugler’s Holiday using the original work that was for the Boston Pops. Lots of double and triple tonguing.
The Steve Avery case is a mess and the documentary leaves out a lot of evidence pointing to his guilt. His uncle was either a deputy sheriff or the sheriff in an adjoining county. He knew that Avery was not a good person. This was exposed during the investigation of the case prior to the court case where he was found guilty of murder.
With Blink at the 4000 plus pages of review and more,she will probably see a lot of things that the documentary left out. There are honest, truthful documentaries and then there are those with an agenda. This documentary has an agenda. It has even generated a large number of signatures on a partition to Obama. This being a state or county case leaves the feds out of it.
Judge Pirro was on the Sean Hannity show last evening. Sean has viewed most of the documentary and come away with a slanted view. Judge Pirro disagreed with his take. She has a special about the case that will be aired on her show Saturday evening.

Please correct the use of the word partition instead of petition used in the sentence referring to Obama. Maybe I had a secrete desire to partition Obama away from his office.
I followed this case when it first happened. I was interested in the Innocence Project originated by a professor of law and his students at Northwestern University located in Illinois. While the project has been successful in freeing some people from prison by finding problems in their case, several of those released have re-offended and are back in prison. At this time, I think this project could use some better investigative techniques to look farther into the background of those they are trying to free.
I watched the Pirro special this evening and learned some things not known before. The crime scene investigators were able to find a bone fragment in the burn barrel that contained a bullet hole from a shotgun slug. Avery was known to have a shotgun of some caliber. Maybe a .410. A slug from a .410 would be the same size as that in a 45 caliber pistol. It is deadly at close range.

I look forward to further conversation about post conviction release offenders and their recidivism. It is an interesting, challenging, heartwrenching dilemma when we focus on wrongfully convicted folks and their subsequent paths for sure- most especially Steven Avery.
