Zenaida Gonzalez Civil Case: Lee Anthony Deposed
This morning at 9am, Lee Anthony arrived at the offices of John Morgan Law Firm with his attorney Thomas Luka. He was dressed in jeans and a white polo shirt and did not look at or speak directly with any media. Contrary to earlier releases, the press was not invited to join the deposition but was seated in view of the proceeding through large windows. Attorney John Morgan intends to file a motion to compel testimony in the case as Lee Anthony refused to answer all questions put forth to him in the three hour deposition. Not surprisingly, we learn the crux of what the defense intends to present at trial. Casey is going with the “I was threatened by Zenaida at Blanchard Park” by Zenaida, but not this Zenaida theory. Lee admitted his sister lied to him and the OCSO about dropping Caylee off at Sawgrass as she originally told them; a fact she shared when she was first released on bond from prison. When pressed for answers as to why Lee did not share this account with OCSO at the time, he offered he thought they had that information already..
John Morgan: “I believe everything my sister tells me.. I believe everything my sister tells me because I have to..”I think the questions he refused to answer questions relative to his sister Casey’s guilt or innocense and we have certified those questions and they will be answered at some point..”

Not sure if this has been mentioned about the zenaida with a birthday of 1-11-86 yall were mentioning in the story at scared monkeys, but I did a search for a gonzalez with that bday, and it came up with a stephanie gonzalez that just happened to come up with I believe the zenaida who is part of the civil case….I wanted to send this info to you Blink, which I am sure you already have…hehe..but just in case wanted to get this message to you so you could do your magic some more…

I listened to the taped deposition and could not believe how little information Lee could provide. Has he been living under a rock for the past 8 months??? He never asked Casey any pertinent questions about Caylee? How can anyone believe this guy??
All doubt could be eliminated about the identity of which ZFG Casey meant if her atty, the esteemed Mr. Baez, would be called upon to produce the photo , that an Oct. 2008 press release from his office claims to have which has “all the involved parties”.
Where is the picture? Who was the man that had it? Why hasn’t Baez shown it or been called out regarding it??
