Kyron big tooth

Portland, OR-Over the last week, much information has been developed about the extended families of Kaine and Terri Horman, and the circumstances with which Kyron came to reside primarily with them, visiting Mom and step-dad Desiree and Tony Young on monthly visits.

One thing that is not clear however, is how Terri Moulton Horman’s oldest son, 16 year old James, came to live with his maternal grandparents after living with the Horman’s until this past January. He now lives with his biological father who gave up his rights to him to Terri’s second husband, who stills pays child his support.

KyronLeafPile

He is believed to have been on a Boy Scout camping trip with his father Ron Tarver and his half-siblings the weekend Kyron went missing.

By all accounts, and certainly by all photos, James and Kyron were *tight* brothers from another mother.

Although it has not been confirmed by Multnomah County Police, it is believed that the focus on Sauvie Island, and the surrounding area is related to cell phone pings from Terri Harmon’s phone the day of Kyron’s disappearance on Friday June 4th. According to family friend, Terri was asked to take a second polygraph this past Saturday, and was frustrated and tired at investigator’s questions as “she was where she says she was.”

BlinkThink: An Investigative Editorial Of Sorts..

Frequently, in our team’s development of information and analysis on the cases I feature, readers and listeners ask my opinion on several items of information that I may not be prepared to release out of context. In some cases, they are working theories. It is however, how we handle our “war room” and take raw data to reportable data. This case continues to baffle so many, I thought I would take this opportunity to show our readership how we work behind the scenes.  Pardon grammar in advance, these are actual excerpts from our collective work stations.

For obvious reasons, this is the collective work of the editors of blinkoncrime.com; the “raw” we discount or scrap is not included.

Priority Lead #1

Tanner Pumala, 8 year old desk-mate of Kyron Horman, was the last person to see BOTH Kyron and Terri Moulton. He is his self-professed best friend, and also his neighbor. His grandmother, Wendy Fuhrer, allowed him to speak to the press, although she was specifically asked not to. As he is a minor, it would require a signed release from his parent or guardian.

Finding of Facts:

LisaPumalaNo mention of his Mother, Lisa Fuhrer Pumala

Tanner’s account states that the substitute noticed Kyron was missing from the headcount. He said she alerted the regular teacher, Ms. Porter, who told her he was probably in the bathroom.

Subissue for Flagging:

There was NO substitute that day. She had been there Monday through Thursday. Why would he offer that specific account, and simultaneously say that Kyron told him he was headed upstairs to the “cool electic one”? As his deskmate, wouldn’t he interject that information?

He was interviewed by BOTH the FBI and MCSO, and asked not to release his information, but did anyway. Who or what really prompted this?

He remarks he did not see him on the bus, so the day goes by, including the talent show, with no further discussion of Kyron although he would not have been in the bathroom for several hours.

KyronDadFriendHowever, he states he was not aware Kyron was missing until that evening, when his DAD saw it on the news.

(Jason Mateos Notes: Could the duo simply have wandered outside together at the prospect of catching a live frog for the exhibit and accidentally fall in the pond and the child is scared.

Blink Response: Plausible only if Tanner unaccounted for, the pond is across the street, and they literally would have to go out of the parking lot, which was heavily occupied at the time. Project next to his is Pond Turtle, however.

The Fuhrer residence, on the market since April 2010, borders the Horman property, and extensive search efforts covered this property. Their is a white truck and camper located at the residence in the photos of the listing.

Tanner House Tanner House RV and Boat Tannerhouseskins

Brian Pumala, Tanner’s father is a plumber and recent electritian apprentice through JATC. He resides with one Ann Pumala on NW Mill in a houseboat on the channel. Quarry Rd, is directly behind his residence as well as the Quarry that was searched initially.

Brian Pumala HouseWater

Finding of Fact:

From Blink notes: Pumala address is on Sauvie. In particular it is the start of the original start area for which MCSO requests video footage, and it has direct access to the channel, which has been a heavy search point.

Additionally folks– we have the investigative equivalent of “the closest distance between 2 points” here. Gram or “mom” Pumala is neighbor to Ky.

Non-custodial Dad, a former neighbor and presumed aquaintance, lives withing the perimeter of the focus of most of the search efforts, AND the alleged cell pings.

All,

If you have seen local Oregon news or been browsing the internet or FaceBook there is a good chance you have seen an article similar to the one that Becky forwarded (below).  While this note is difficult for me to write in this state of mind I felt it necessary for Kyron’s sake.

Optional actions for you:

The Intel network is large and wide-reaching.  Many have asked me what they can do to help us and my answer is the following:

1. Forward Kyron’s information to as many people as you feel comfortable with; the more people that see this will increase our chances of finding him

2. Do not speak to any media if contacted; I am trying to contact Intel legal to give them the heads up and help with this situation

Physical description at the time of his disappearance (picture is show in Becky’s note and here):

He is 3 foot 8 and 50 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing black cargo pants, white socks, worn black Sketcher tennis shoes with orange trim and dark-colored t-shirt with the “CSI” show logo

Police Hot Line Number:

(503) 261-2847

Some rough background:

The article that Becky forwarded is pretty accurate with details.  He was dropped off at school about 8:45 and went missing sometime between then and 9 or 9:30am.  We did not know he was not at school until we went to get him off of the bus at 3:30 and he was nowhere to be found.  The bus driver immediately called the school which responded that his teacher had not seen him all day in class, at which point we notified police in partnership with the school.  It is still unknown whether he left school grounds on his own or was abducted.  Be assured that there are currently an amazing number of agencies and amount of person-power being applied to the search and investigation.

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for Kyron’s safe return.  I will update the group once status changes which will hopefully be soon.  At the time of this note Kyron has now been missing for ~48 hours; time is of the essence.

JM session notes: Bolded by Me. Dad states he went to the bus stop with Terri. Indicates both vehicles were at the residence, and in working order. What prompted his schedule to be home at that hour, would it be normal? Why is this the only account that features the Dad at the bus stop.

“in partnership” is odd wording. What does that mean exactly?

Terri Horman call to school: When do the exhibits need to be picked up?

TerriClassroomBlink notes: exculpatory. If your counting on a timeline that gives you until approximately 3:30PM, why would you risk the potential to raise the flag of Kyron’s absence. He was in fact, marked absent, although his things remained on his desk. SM calls and askes when the exhibits needed to be removed. In my mind, it is to see if she needed to also pick Kyron up that day, as he could not manage it himself on the bus.

Priority Lead #4

The questionaire released by MCSO and the FBI KyronQuestions

blinkoncrime.com editor JM, an experienced investigator and polygrapher, believes strongly there would have had to have been a deceptive response to necessitate a second poly. Blink notes: I believe strongly this is designed to progress leads in this case. My opinion as to “why” may be very unique.  It is almost as if they want someone to believe she is a suspect, stopping short of naming her. Could they be hoping for someone to make contact with her. Admittedly, agreed on the deceptive response, but could she have exposed a bad guy to Kyron through her behavior or actions, but had nothing to do with his disappearance? Those images are FBI generated from an analysis they preformed on her behavior, no doubt in my mind.

blinknotes: I believe it possible the questionaire was requested for multiple reasons. Again, I cannot wrap around her. Put plainly folks-her profile does not match up to execution or strategy as we know it.  I also believe this is designed to produce 300 exemplars. With the DA present while parents were to drop off their completed questionaires, I again think aloud– is there a convened GJ at the moment, in this case?

Also, what about this– it lets them capture the make, model, and plates of cars coming to the school with completed forms. Does our guy show up at 9am or 6PM on Father’s Day with kid in car, borrowed from someone, or does he send it with another parent?

Actual excerpt in work session:

*warning graphic* professionals need to de-sensatize in order to analyze.

Research/Investigstive Professional: Something is bad wrong is going on inside the Horman home without a doubt.  I tend to look at folks who will not talk. Terri is simply acting odd. She has odd expressions. I mean effin odd; a self-centered nutcase. Unequivocally, yes, but she has an extensive track record of caring for kids. I would def buy her having an affair.  If this is her, what kind of lame ass plot is this, in the first place. You drug the kid, you take him out on your own damn property, or closest body of water, and call the cops the next morning with your back door open and his foot trail still fresh. Say he has a history of sleepwalking. In that neighborhood, the critters would have him by then ( sorry, I know). This woman spend significant time with the school and his class. She had the baby in there, multiple times, knows all the kids by name. This is where she is going to take every risk and chance to off the child she has cared for since birth with no conceivable motive– no history of mental illness,  and a facebook of loving family photos, several of which taken by her of a beaming Kyron? Not feeling it.

That said, it is connected to her in some way. Scorned lover? Unrequited affection of someone at the school? Kyron was chosen because of her?

The baby Kiara, was not with Terri and Kyron that morning.

JM notes:

I don’t know where dad was.

I do not know what he drove.

I don’t know when he left.

I do not know when he came home.

I do not know for sure he was even at work but it would be easy enough to document with ID swipes, etc.

I do not know where the baby was.

I do not know who was watching the baby.

I do not know why dad decided to come home early to meet the bus (and even that is in question.)

Where was she and is this normal routine?

would it be possible that instead of walking Kyron half way to his room, possibly SM walked all the way down the hall with Kyron and left via the South exit. then told Kyron go to the truck, I’ll be right there..then truthfully she could have been seen as “leaving alone that day?”

It has been mentioned that Harry Oakes needs a “scent item” and I wonder if at the bio mom’s home it be obtained. Some relative must have something. His achievements sound impressive and I am hopeful that Kyron will be found.

I appreciate the “stats” posted by Andy. In regards to the SM presence and speeding on Sauvie Island – I too think an event transpired and then something went terribly wrong. Did she try to intervene and then made some bad decisions in a panic situation? Just a thought here.

  6. Eloise says:

I have a thought I don’t believe I have seen mentioned. If we were to go with Blink’s thinking that SM didn’t cause direct harm to Kyron, yet was involved due to lifestyle issues, see what you may think of this scenereo.
What about if SM was to have come to know some undesirable people due to the gym, lifestyling or whatever she may have been into. And due to the fact that she wanted everyone out of the house except her loving blood relative Kitty, she hired someone to remove Kyron. It could even be a debt they owed her in someway. She was to participate in the setup, but maybe the handoff on SI went way wrong, thus her barreling around the island getting away, or tring to intercept the perp. Could be why she might have been found untruthful on some of her questions. The plan may have diverted somewhat that day, why things seem to be planned poorly in areas. I mean hopefully she is no expert in this area, and with stress things dont happen like they think. Kyron may not have been quite as cooperative, hence this misplaced glasses. I agree the baby not going with her to school that day adds a degree of question, unless it can be established that Fridays she always goes b/c mamma has yoga or something. Maybe she didnt even know Kaoine was going to come home early that day and that placed a wrench in heer time schedule.??

    Also, prayers to you DA.

I cannot fathom why she did not take the baby with her to school that morning. They were only there for 10-15 minutes. The exhibit had been set up days before so it was basically a drop off / walk-in. Seems to be a lot of trouble to get a sitter or to drop the kid off somewhere else? I know without hesitation I would have taken my son or daughter in a backpack.

TARHEEL COMMENTS: I agree Redrock. My understanding is that Kaine was working from home that day so it seems he could have managed to watch the baby if the amount of time she was to be gone was less than 30 minutes. No one has mentioned what her other “plans” may have been for the remainder of the day to warrant a sitter. Makes me think that there’s something to hide.

Thanks Zeus for clarifying what you meant about the social networking sites. I can’t believe I had it as mixed up as I did. LOL

After following the Morgan Harrington case on BLINK, I don’t find it odd at all that the Police are releasing very little information. That seems to be the norm…not the exception.

It seems that if Kyron had left with someone out the front door with people coming and going that someone would have witnessed it. Perhaps the witness wouldn’t know for a fact that it was Kyron, but they would remember that they saw a woman/man walking out of the school with a boy which I would think would catch your eye as that would be unusual at that time of day.

Has it been confirmed that there was a helper/volunteer in Kyron’s class that morning and that the students were divided into small groups to look over the science projects? Anyone know who was the last person to see Kyron (besides the SM) and what time it was?

We’re starting our search today for Kyron Horman

On 06-28-2010 International K9 Search and Rescue services will be entering the PRIVATE search efforts for Kyron.
No one has hired us. We’re just sick and tired of the local teams not getting any results.

Without the family cooperating with us to give us a scent article we have less then 5% chance of success. We’ll be using cadaver scent.

We’ve received over 100 request by email and telephone calls asking us to get involved.

Since the family of Kyron refuses to help us help them, and the sheriff’s office refuses to bring in private resources, we’re doing this ourselves.

I’ve made the decision to go search areas that are open access to the public on my own.

The last time I did a search in Mult. Co. for a missing child two deputies from Mult. Co. SO grabbed me by my arms and escorted me in front of the missing child’s family OUT of the search area even though PORTLAND POLICE asked me to come in. I was threatened with arrest if I returned.

So I waited until they were done three hours later. They found nothing. I went in in front of the mother and found her daughter dead in less then 30 seconds. In the search area.

She is my witness along with a doctor of vet medicine who witnessed the event and another dog handler. Here’s the case file.
08-10-97 97-1056-133(A). Mult. Co. Lost Child. Jessica Nicole Clark, (Victim). WFJ. age 4. Last seen wearing a yellow one-piece bathing suit with “tweety Bird” in front and “Sylvester the cat” in back. She has dark blonde hair, blue eyes, 3 foot tall, 35 lbs. Missing from Sellwood Riverfront Park on the beach by the dock since approx. 1400Hrs. on 08-10-97. MCSO used the same K9 search dog team as listed above in failing to find the other victims. They went public after they couldn’t find the victim.
We were called in by Portland Police bureau. But MCSO had the case. So we ended up there privately on the mother’s request and located the child’s body in less than 30 seconds with our own 2 dog teams. Both of our search dogs alerted in the water.

The child was recovered the next day as her lifeless body popped out from under the boat dock in front of children playing nearby, right where we told MCSO and PPB that’s where the victim was. They ignored our findings and paid the price of embarrassment.
    One more oops to list.
And of course the one that made the news where we embarrassed the FBI and Oregon City PD. Ashley Pond and Miranda Gaddis and another “Jane Doe”. March 2002 we located all three remains when the FBI and Clackamas County Sheriff’s Dept and Oregon City PD had completed over 7 documented searches on and near Ward Weaver’s property and publicly stated, “There was nothing there to be found”. This again with the same search dog teams that failed to find the above listed victims.

We came in on behalf of the National Missing Children’s locate center of Portland, Oregon and found 3 bodies, not two. The media gave us full credit for the Ashley Pond and Miranda Gaddis findings. (Note) the FBI refused to dig up her remains when we sent them our report March 30 2002. It wasn’t until Aug 25 2002 under public pressure they finally went in and dug up the cement slab and recovered Ashley’s remains. They also recovered Miranda’s remains and said absolutely nothing about the third body we located. Nor would they ever give us any credit for our documented findings.

MSNBC Dateline TV show “Into Thin air” gave us 100% credibility.

So now you can understand that Politics and Egos repeatedly cost people their lives and fail to find the missing.

Two weeks ago a four year child found a missing Alzheimer patient dead in some berry bushes in Molalla, Ore. Three years after the victim disappeared and the Molalla police dept. “bad mouthed” our teams to the family so they wouldn’t use us. Now how bad it that? A four year old did the job the local sheriff’s and their SAR resources failed to. Again the same SAR Dog team that has failed over and over again was used on the original search for this older woman.

When do we say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”? When does the public ask the sheriff to, ”ALLOW the family to call in PRIVATE RESOURCES IN to assist in the search”? If this was your son or daughter would you want us to wait a week or two or would you want us in right away?

So if they threaten me again, I will work within the law to do what I can.
But there are some bad feelings between us regarding SAR.

What would be nice if there was a credible person or group of credible persons to raise money and manage the money to cover the cost of this search.

I want absolutely nothing to do with the handling of the money.

Since I’m NOT A NON PROFIT and in fact a for profit and since the family of Kyron doesn’t want to bring me in then the I will end up paying for my own expenses.

It would be nice if I could have a resource to turn to where I would submit my receipts for expenses paid for the search, then the group can make a group decision on whether they will reimburse me or not. This way I have no control over anything but my own search efforts.

This also prevents certain search teams and certain cops in Oregon trying to pull their usual crap and making false statements about me taking advantage of anyone in their time of need.

I’m donating my time and efforts. But this is going to be a costly search in regards to fuel, meals, travel, and some equipment needed. I can’t ask for donations, as we’re a FOR PROFIT search team.

So if anyone has any thoughts on this feel free to email me.
    Thanks
    Harry

What I do not understand, or respect frankly, is if someone is feeling tasked with this, why they think it is ok to ask for others to pay for it. Truth is, if he finds Kyron, there is a reward. Also, his tone regarding the family is distasteful.

He may be very good at what he does, but in my experience creating an advesarial relationship with LE does not help anyone.

So in the image above, what looks to be a decent sized house is actually a HOUSEBOAT? I’ve never seen anything like that before. Looked it up, they tried to sell if for 399. How the heck does a 29 year old plumber support that? And if plumbing is going so well, why become an electrician? Wonder if Brian is behind on his child support, contributing to the financial difficulties of the Furher household. Has Lisa also flaked out leaving Wendy with the 2 kids? Are both kids Brian Pumala’s?

I am a little curious – last winter we had a tragic circumstance where a small girl was taken in the night from her home. This was not discovered until the next morning. This was Christmas week. Policemen and emergency responders from 100′s of miles away came to aid in the search, as weather was cold, snowy, and time was of essence. After police had done a thorough search in a certain radius, they issued a public TV and radio announcement advising people to search their own yards and surrounding areas. The same for businesses. They gave specific instruction on how not to contaminate the area, what to look for, and advised to post a ribbon on a post or mailbox to show that they had searched their area.

Locals responded by supplying food, lodging, coffee, etc to the searchers. Later, people had called in wanting to help, finally the police decided this was a good course of action – on Christmas morning, thousands of volunteers were gathered at a sports arena, broken down into quadrants, and with an experienced leader, teams headed out to cover woods, lakes, ravines, farms, and etc.

Unfortunately this story had a horrific and tragic ending, but the family was able to bring their baby home.

In other cases I have seen police issue statements advising what key behavioral changes to look for in a potential suspect. A neighbor, family member, friend, etc –

has anything remotely similar happened in this case?

I don’t want to post actual links because it may not be her, but seems as though, one Ann Pumala has recently left to Arizona, and if this profile is hers, she is not lonely.

Domsmom, it seems that the Ann Pumala who lives with Brian, Tanner’s father, is actually Annalee Pumala, another Ann Pumala that shows up on Intelius lives in Tempe, and the Ann Pumala on FB is currently in Phoenix. She may not have relocated there, she may just “be” there (I use my current location on FB in funny ways, too.) So hard to say that it is the correct Ann Pumala but going thru her friends I see no Brian Pumala or any Hormans, so may not be the same one.

    ****************

    Jackie Bauer :)

I had questioned too whether or not it was her, but upon my snooping, I was looking at her friends and she had made a comment about going to Sauvies Island as homecoming this last weekend. I am pretty sure it’s her. My theory is that she is mad at the Hormans, and if Brian is involved in her anger, I doubt she would be FB friends with them. I know if my spouse was cheating on me, I wouldn’t give a crap about what he does on FB.

As Blink said, this is unedited work presented here. Perhaps the Pumalas are living on a houseboat on the channel (not depicted here) and have renters in the boathouse?

I answered one of my own questions: Why was the baby left at home for Kaine & Terri to both go get Kyron from the bus…I was wrong. According to Kaine, he & Terri brought Kiara with them to the bus stop.

-9:08 interview with Kaine & Desiree on kgw. Here’s the link:
    http://www.kgw.com/video/featured-videos/Raw-Kyrons-parents-full-interview-97177194.html

Kaine was working from home in the afternoon, so he walked with Terri & their daughter to get Ky. He was there when the bus driver said he wasn’t on the bus, thought Kyron maybe waited at school for them to pick him up since it was Friday the day of the Science Fair, special treat after school would be ice cream, thought maybe he just waited up at the school. He was walking towards the car when he heard the bus driver call the school & either Terri or the bus driver said Kyron hadn’t been in school all day. So, this answers my question as to why Kiara would be with a sitter or at home – she wasn’t, she was with Terri & Kaine.

Something’s bothering me, though, I noticed that no time during the interview did he stutter as bad as he did when he talked about going to the bus. The stuttering started right away, from beginning to end of the whole bus/kyron missing call. Beginning til end – almost 2 minutes in that answer. I’m not a cop by no means, but it sort of makes me think he’s skeptical of something. The stuttering could have just been a nervous reaction, but the question right before the bus/call question was about the talent show then about who saw Kyron at school that day, then the bus/call question where he stutters alot, then the question about if he immediately thought something was definitely wrong. He answered the before & after questions with barely any stuttering. I don’t think it’s deception on his part, but it does make me curious if he’s skeptical of someone. Plus, he blinks alot, more than usual, on certain questions. I’m really thinking he has his suspiscions but maybe afraid to know so he’s suppressing something. Maybe I’m wrong, but it was interesting to observe.

Blink, anything more on Lisa, Brian & Gramma?

  25. Titch says:

    Blink,

Listening to that interview with Kaine & Desiree has just torn me up. Seeing him get emotional towards the end makes me cry, Desiree too. OMGosh this is such a horrible injustice. Where is Kyron? Do you really think there’ll be a break in his disappearance soon?

I know you have impeccable sources but Kyron’s been gone far too long. I hope he is found, one way or the other. As a parent, I can;t imagine ever having to go through life having a child disappear & never see them again.

    Peace, Titch

Why haven’t they (fbi or le) taken the computer/s yet? Wha Wha Wha WHAT? Um, I sorta think that’s ridiculous! Kaine specifically states they’ve searched the property but not the computers, I respectfully wanna know why. Have you any ideas? I have complete faith in le and the fbi but I think this is incredibly sloppy if it’s true & they haven’t checked the computers. There’s a missing child at stake. Surely a judge would sign off on a search warrant. Terri spent alot of time on the internet, which is obvious by her social networking, and she was the last person to either see Kyron or be seen with Kyron, so why wouldn’t le immediately check the computer/s? Kaine appeared to welcome any and all, that le can do as they please bc the goal is to find Kyron.

So, LAW ENFORCEMENT, if you’re reading here, is there a specific reason that you haven’t taken the hard drives in that household knowing full well the speculation surrounding Terri and that Kaine will welcome you to do so? Trust me, not yelling…only caring about this little boy…

    Hugs to all.

I do believe by the nature of his work, he would need his employers sign off to review equipment and probably a warrant. Most people, especially if they are employed and work from home, would as well.

You actually don’t need a person’s physical hard drive to search their system, btw. That is done more to inspect unallocated clusters, or sometimes deleted areas.

If Oakes can find Kyron and bring him/his body home, I don’t care who pays him. I don’t have a problem with him being motivated by reward money. Just find the kid. Whatever happened to him is not going to be a secret once he is found.

  28. adair says:

Everyone wants Kyron home, if we feel this way, imagine how much pain his Mom and Dad feel… so there has to be a reason for the complete lack of real and true info. So, this searcher inserts himself in an unknown situation against the wishes of family and LE at the request of *over 100 others*? And he is already whining about compensation?

That’s how I took it, Do it or don’t do it, just do it for the right reasons. And, be careful you don’t make a situation worse; we do not know what they are dealing with.

ooops…..just noticed the date of Lisa’s P. picture 2007…that’s a few Christmas’ ago…well I’m not too good at this sleuthing stuff. Just hope there is a way to get Kyron home safely and soon and haven’t given up on the idea that another minor may be involved as well. There must be a reason the family members are still not searching for Kyron personally through the neighborhood, etc. I would be going to each and every house knocking on every door…unless they already know who he is with, which seems to be the case.

  31. Angie says:

I heard that the parents were asked in one of the recent interviews about why LE was focusing on Sauvie Island. Does anyone remember what their response was?

Found this article discussing LE’s use of media in a missing child’s case. In many respects, this validates my opinion that LE has had an epic fail regarding the effective use of media in Kyron’s case.

Was fumbling around on FB this afternoon and noticed that Kaine and Terri have both placed new pictures on their profile page. Also interesting to note is that most of their friends have changed their profile pics to the one of Kyron Missing. Just wondering why they would take the missing photo down. Perhaps they know he’s not missing? On another note, I was looking at another FB page of someone who appears to be related to AP and thought it was interesting that the last comment on her page was left 6/4 at 4:34pm, written in caps, “REALLY….THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE IN STORE FOR ME” Could be nothing but the timimg is really strange.

  34. Mel says:

Checking out Brian Pumalas MYspace, he only has a fhandful of “friends” one being his mother in law, and one being Lisa, but when checking into Liss Myspace, she has a whole assortment of “friends”. Interesting enough, there are many who are interesting people, a LOT of girls from all over the country, it seems to be the same type of girls that my (single) brother follower because of an interest in the girls sexually. Is there a posibility of a relationship between Lisa and Terri+Kain?

  35. Nanc Drewtoo says:

Referring back to a post about Kaine’s reference to Kiara as “her (Terri’s) daughter. If this is indeed what Kaine said, was it a Freudian slip? Maybe Kiara isn’t his child after all. (A neighbor’s perhaps?) Which would explain why Kyron (and not Kiara) was the target here. Just thinking out loud.

Regarding Harry Oakes – I do not think that he is motivated by reward money – in fact I think he said he would not get it. He apparently has a good track record for finding people who have not been found by regular search parties and he remarks about “egos and politics” as to the cause of some unsuccessful searches. He has a web site which lists his successes which supposedly can be verified. He was contacted by a group to help in this who will just pay his gas money as I understand it.

He would be entitled to it under the terms of the reward.

He specifically maligned the family for not “helping themselves by letting him help them”.

He specifically asked for donations, expense reimbursement options.

He may very well be good at what he does, but I dont think anyone should expect others to pay for something he has chosen to undertake.

So, Brian P. is the father of SM’s baby Kiara. Brian P. wants custody or to at least see baby Kiara. SM would have to admit to an affair so doesn’t allow this, or want it known, the stress causes depression, weight gain. Maybe Kaine knows about baby’s daddy, maybe not. Would be embarrasing for both Kaine and “perfect” SM. If Brian can’t have baby Kiara, he’ll let SM (and Kaine) know how it feels… he’ll take Kyron. Electric display, known person to Kyron, Brian P. has a white truck (perhaps flyer will indicate SM drove red mustang to school that morning), Brian calls SM after he’s taken Kyron, she takes red car to find him, pings for both Brian P. and SM on Suaive Island, SM can’t tell anybody what’s going on. SM calls school in case Kyron’s back? hopes he’s back… he’s not back. SM can’t believe what is happening, perhaps Kyron will get off bus? What did Brian P. do with Kyron? Give him back Brian. You’ll get caught anyway, just give him back right now. You are in trouble now anyway. We will find you. Give him back.

    HALT.
Kaine is Kiara’s Father, I have no idea where that wild speculation came from, but is just that.

  41. ArmyVern says:

Interesting Angie that the people article that you’ve linked to has “quotation” remarks around all statements made by the bio-parents. It also has “quotation” marks around every statement that Terri’s adoptive father makes EXCEPT the following:
    ____________________________
The stepmother’s dad, Larry Moulton, goes on to say investigators have questioned her six hours at a time, several times; have given her two polygraphs; and have taken her truck away twice.

Investigators had said the truck was removed from her home for repairs.
    ____________________________
Yep, every other statement he made (or anyone else in that article) is contained IN quotation marks, but not that bit. Why?

The lack of “quotation” marks indicate that this part of the article is PARAPHRASED vice being an actual “quote in context” of what adoptive dad said.

Quite possibly, AD said something more like: “her truck has been taken away twice” (BUT not, necessarily by investigators – which would jive with what investigators have flat-out stated).

The seemingly obvious LACK of quotation marks in that “obvious-tendancy-to-point-guilt-at Terri” bit, but their inclusion of DIRECT quotes in every other part of the article only leads me to believe that there exists some media spin on that particular part of the article.

Before I’d use that to justify that “even Terri’s own AD thinks she may be guilty and is implicated” or to hold it against Terri, I’d like to see the ACTUAL transscript of the entire interview … in the context it was given and those remarks were made.

If it were a direct quote in response to direct questions on those subjects … why are not the quotation marks used? Their not being there indicates that these were NOT direct quotes in response to direct questions on those particular subjects.

I have been reading alot about Kyron and I am speculating on the 8:45am, SM say’s, I watched him walk to this class room. This is only information from SM (step mom). Reading and understanding, no one saw her earlier, the last time anyone saw her was much earlier! So, information is based on her statement only, and LE says she is the last person… I am speculating that maybe she left earlier. Just a thought. Because 8:45am is only her statement!

    B

YES…I got that connection also! I also had a vision of seeing a brick red house and a bright blue flash of color (a tarp? a river?)…Next to Brian’s home is a brick red building, blue tarps on many of the items on the deck (hot tub) and some other folks that I have been in touch with have had a sense of some other detailed things that lead us to believe to ask authorities to search Rudy Alice Light House on Warrior Rock (east end Sauvie Island) and Brian’s home. We also feel that Kyron had been moved at least one other time. It also supports Blink’s comment about SM’s “lifestyle choice” and her connection with Brian. That’s all.

  45. Debbie Schwarm says:

I noted in the interview with Desiree/Kaine, when asked about whether Kyron was supposed to be in the talent show, there was much stumbling and we don’t knowing going on. If your kid was going to be in a talent show, you would know, ya know? You would be the one preparing him for such a gig, as the parent. I don’t know? Wrong answer. I don’t think it points to either of THEM, but I think it is consistent with other trains of thought that they they know something and want to remain somewhat evasive, not answer too quickly about something that might give something away. This is the problem when you avail yourself to questionning. You can’t answer some questions, but then say, “We can’t answer that” to other questions because it implicates something is the matter there. But, in this case, they appeared caught off guard and didn’t have a rehearsed answer for that. On the other hand, they want help from the public, regardless of what they know, they still don’t know where their son is. They are in a precarious situation, indeed. Hopefully, some answers will be forthcoming soon. Poor people. My gut says SM too. Too many dangling ends with her. She appears narcissistic to me and that’s a bad sign. Dad’s grief seems to be laced with rage.

Is that my cousin-in-law, Ms Jackie Bauer?
