Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Kaine Horman Accuses Terri of Contempt With Michael Cook
BREAKING NEWS
Portland, OR– late today, through his attorney, Kaine Horman filed contempt of court charges against Terri Horman for showing a previously sealed restraining order to childhood friend of Kaine’s, Michael Cook.
In his motion, he also accused Terri of “sexting” messages to Cook from her cell phone. Cook and Horman exchanged racy and graphic sexual messages back and forth since June 30th.
Michael Cook is best known for organizing the first vigil for Kyron Horman on June 7th and speaking briefly to reporters as he ran errands and stocked food and beverages for those in the home when Kyron first went missing.

Trivial question, the man being held in MCSO jail as mat. witness was brought to my attention by someone at ScaredMonkeys and pointed out the time for some reason. Now to me it looks like the time has changed. I’m sure I am the crazy one and I’m sure it really doesn’t matter. Maybe someone can remember or has an older screen shot they can compare to.
Blink calls the Landscaper Terri’s Lover. She also says hes the “key”. Key meaning unlocking this case. This case has been treated like a kidnapping from the beginning. I would assume then Landscaper knows where Kyron is. “Location” per the reward, not “persons”; LE states they need the location, they have their persons. But landscaper is not talking because he loves and is committed to Terri – to the point of thinking attempted Murder and acting on kidnapping. Good gravy, is there another weird twist?
What if the Landscaper blamed Terri for the MFH, when it was he who wanted to kill Kaine – because Terri would never leave Kaine (she craved romance, not commitments). But Landscaper didnt have the stomach to do it, so figured out a way to take Kyron instead~ another way in his minds eye to “prove” his love to Terri. But Terri didnt want it to happen nor want him, but she knows shes guilty of an affair, and is terrified to share the tryst truth with anyone after Kyron turns up missing. LE sets up a sting with him in it, making him think that LE thinks he’s innocent, but Terri couldnt/wouldnt unknowingly help reveal information on both of them – did he have a pleading look in his eyes during that sting? Did it hurt that Terri wouldnt take the fall for him? And now Terri is portrayed “truthfully” in court documents that would turn any mans love away, esp. a man who was/is willing to kill for her, and to kidnap a child for her…Why would he keep a child somewhere waiting when its now been proved to him publicly that she does not love him, is willing to be with many men then him, and that she does not even “want” her own children. Not a pretty package. Will he talk?
If this is the case, then Kyron is alive, waiting somewhere to come home. We can only hope. Something/someone needs to give in, soon.

The airing of Horman’s dirty laundry isn’t just tabloid-like fodder, it’s likely a part of a calculated tactic by investigators, according to legal experts we spoke with on Tuesday.
For awhile now, we’ve been hearing from legal experts that investigators want to tighten the circle around Terri both socially and legally, hoping to pry information out of her.
This most recent accusation of contempt of court, where she allegedly shared a sealed restraining order, could be just part of the plan.
Lawyer Bruce McCain, who is also a former captain of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, said it is unlikely Terri would see jail time in the matter but instead would be given just a small fine. He said it appears more like the district attorney’s office is simply using it as a maneuver.
“It certainly looks like that on the face of the documents,” he said. “If you go back to the affidavit that the divorce lawyer filed, they contain continuing references to information that has been provided to them by investigators.”
McCain said there is also likely a message that is being sent to those close to Terri, like Mike Cook.
“(A message that) we’ve been watching, recording, reviewing and if you’ve had contact with Terri Horman and you know something that would help break the case, you better come forward because we’re going to find it out eventually. The forensics are too good these days,” he said.

Next we’ll hear from the anti-Kaines that this contempt motion is just another fiendish plot by KH to set Terri up, manipulate the media and trick LE (Insert Kaine’s maniacal laugh here… I mean, he must have one right? All villains have a maniacal laugh even if there isn’t any shred of evidence against them, you can tell by the maniacal laugh)
It sounds to me like LE is putting all this out there about other men in order to get one man to come forward, I think LE thinks and maybe even knows by this time, which man has or had Kyron. A few of you have hit on this idea as well and I really think that it’s this one particular man they are trying to break with all the dirt they are throwing about TH and TH herself. This is coming to a fever pitch and I think it’s all about to come out soon. My prayers are with Kyron, his brothers and sister.

The main players here are Terri and Kaine. They had a bad marriage long before this all began. She was cheating on him and he was cheating on her. Kaine has a history of using the legal system as a weapon against women, first gaining sole custody with Kyron. My theory is that they fought bitterly about divorce and custody and Kaine threatened Terri that because of her infidelety, drinking and depression,she would never get custody of her daughter and she certainly would never get near Kyron again. Terri, in a state of anger and desperation, approached the LS about killing her husband which in her mind was the only way out of never seeing her children again. I think Kaine is a controlling domineering person, slick in that he knows how to use divorce and custody laws to his advantage.
Kelly: this is your opinion of Kaine based on what factual information? The fact that his ex-wife, Desiree Young, had a fine working relationship with him in regards to Kyron’s living situation? The fact that DY is supportive of him now, and hasn’t come out screaming that he’s a wild, controlling, abusive loon and he’s behind Kyron’s disappearance? The fact that Tony Young, Desiree’s husband and a LE officer, supports Kaine?
Do you think that maybe, if Kaine were so awful, that either DY or TY would’ve spilled the beans by now since they are obviously heartbroken and desperate to find Kyron?

I believe that the exercise here is to work with what facts we have, and move from there to next logical possibilities/probabilities (both must be considered), not to jump to our own conclusions and then “explain” the situation and make up completely new facts based on our new theory. But I could be wrong.
I just read on kotc.com that they are searching the area around the school again. Do you think they have new tips, or maybe the Cook guy is talking? I am praying they are getting close!

MATERIAL WITNESS INFORMATION SEEKERS: I think your search is probably futile. Where I work we regularly seal search warrants so they can’t be physically looked at by the public in person and when it suits the facts of the case, we seal arrest warrants and inmate information from public access also. So if there is a material witness, it’s pretty doubtful to me that LE would let it make it to their public search forum. It’s usually done for officer safety reasons in cases of great concern (don’t need the suspect arming himself or getting friends helping him resist arrest or hiding him) or b/c there are multiple defendants and we don’t want them to know when arrest warrants are out b/c then they would all flee. Or someone is in jail and is going to cooperate and they don’t want his associates to know he’s in jail likely rolling over on them. B/C when they do a drug buy or a taped call…well they’d think it wasn’t a coincidence. It just wouldn’t surprise me if it was sealed.
As for comments that maybe LE screwed this up from the start – I can’t see any evidence of this at this point – I’m sure DY told them from the get go to look at Terri so they did and they got the FBI involved very quickly. We may only see the Sheriff’s Office talking but the FBI is helping craft what they say. LE was behind the 8ball b/c hours went by before they knew he was missing – horrible but they can’t be held accountable for that. Remember, the bombshells we keep getting are only bombshells for us – LE has had all this info for quite some time.
It really hurt me when I read the article about sexting and M.Cook B/C it really made me give up Hope for Kyron. I think if she could get out of this by producing Kyron she would. But she can’t. So I think she is playing the only hand she has – maybe they won’t have enough to charge me with murder. I’m really sorry to go there, but it’s been quite along time now and it’s been incredibly hot. If Ky is with the angels now and his body has been outside all this time – evidence is going to be tough. I hope LE IS taking their time building a great case.
Is it true that TH is also suspected of eating neighborhood dogs? Not sure where I heard this, but it might explain the sudden weight gain.
And several months ago, there had been a string of bizarre incidences involving someone throwing banana peels around nursing homes before yelling “FIRE!” I’m not accusing TH of anything. But her zany behavior has me suspicious.
Me thinks you might get the overstep award on the timing of this one.

Not sure exactly what thread to leave this comment in, so I am going to put it here as I think it makes sense. Blink, i’m not sure if you have made this commenet before, but does the “blink” part of your name come from the book by Malcom Gladwell? If so, this book has changed my life and the way I think of things and make decisions in my life. I suggest readers on here to check it out. Normally I love checking out wikipedia for quick info but since we were not allowed to EVER use it as a source for anything in college, I almost feel bad posting the wikipedia link that describes the book on here, but for those that want to check it out, the wikipedia page actually offers a good synopsis of the book and how to use your intuition and initial responses to help evaluate a situation or make a decision. I believe it would be beneficial to many readers on here to check out this link (yes i am linking to wikipedia, hopefully none of my old professors see this and villify me for it!) as reading through the synopsis could help us all in becoming better at analyzing, and reacting to certain situations/decisons..etc..etc..anyways, here’s the link! There is a lot of speculation going on here. If Kyron is alive and being held by someone, #1.I believe that is a felony; #2 A lot of locals are cashing in on this story, i.e. landscapers, ex-lovers, wanna be lovers, etc. Personally, I don’t think he is alive and the truth lies with the people that are close to this child and the truth might not be what you want to hear….In the meantime LE keeps working their a’s off to “connect the dots” to the tune of hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars…and eventually someone writes a book, etc. etc. By the way, I support our local LE..they are committed 24/7.

I thought I saw a child that resembeled Kyron so closely and yet we are so far away. Close enough I thought about running after him and asking his name. When or if this happens with these cases, what should we do? I will be at the camp tomorrow. I am half a continent away from this heartbreaking disaster, but what if….?

I keep coming back to FIND KYRON. Consider his alleged comment (attributed to him by his best friend the morning of the Sci Fair) … that Kyron was going to look at the ‘cool electric thing’… Then, I think about Kyron’s new fishing pole and how he had been practicing with it; and I think about the fact DY’s husband was going to take him on a fishing trip with his new pole.
How difficult would it be to lure him away from the school between the Science Fair and the Talent Show with the promise of, “We’ll go see a hydroelectric dam and we’ll practice fishing”? (The PacNW hydro dams all have lakes/reservoirs, good for fishing.) TH says, “Have fun. Play hooky.” And if WHOEVER TOOK HIM was familiar to him (LS?), Kyron might have happily gone along for the ride.
IMO, searching the route from PDX to Bonneville Dam (on the Columbia)or north (into WA State and Clark County), along the route from PDX to the North Fork Lewisville dams might … I was about to say that might be useful. But it is probably fruitless. Big country. Big rivers. Big lakes. Near endless tracts of forest.
Bottom line: Why would a shy child, with extremely bad eyesight … who (allegedly) waits for an adult to get him out of bed in the morning … Why would he disappear without a word, a cry, or a whimper?
Someone promised him a fun day. Someone he knew. IMHO.

If a child left a school alone with someone, it would noticeable. If a child leaves a school with a crowd because he was told that his mom said it was ok, like a family with many children, most people would not even notice. And/or if that family was told that the child was in physical danger, and the family was afraid of law enforcement (deportation? illegal drug activity?), they would hide a child until a person, like a landscaper lover, came to get the child. If the child’s glasses were taken from him by explaining that they needed to be fixed, this child would be too timid to speak out. But now he cant see anything and needs to stay inside, not being able to move very far or do too much for fear of falling down in a strange place …
Who has Kyron? I rather like to think that he’s with someones family then alone in some outbuilding. And Landscaper lover needs to tell everything he knows, now, before the trail leads to Kyron and everyone goes after him, and those who are hiding Kyron. Because there wont be anything left saving after the public is done with him… and them…
About the LS… The “material witness LS” may or may not be a legitimately employed landscaper.
If Terri approached a landscaper at Skyline elementary and inquired about employment at her property, he may not be interested/available, but might “know a friend that could use some work”. The LS (or LSs, plural) that Terri selected to work with could be someone you could find in the yellow pages, OR could be a random guy just willing to do some manual labor for money. There are plenty of unemployed people in in the Portland area as well as plenty of people that are paid under-the-table. (I was just thinking that the “material witness LS” may NOT be someone internet sleuths could easily find online.)

I think this is an interesting point. I tend to get a bit defensive about the “undocumented citizen” argument, for the mere fact that many people throw it around as though it would be some sort of evidence that they would be more suspect, which really bothers me. However, having worked with many women that were “undocumented” in the field of domestic violence (DV) I know that there is a great deal of fear of being deported and many women lived with horrible violence because they were afraid of being found out. Which threatening deportation is a huge manipultive method abusers use against undocumented persons. Not just in DV either. So, anyway, I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out who would ever harbor a child, I have thought about other things like drugs and such, but still figured they’d cave and return him if they were manipulated into “holding” him. But the threat of deportation, losing your own kids, etc. is so powerful. And, while, I am not sure that this is the case, I think it’s an interesting thought, and just thought I’d add my 2 cents to it.

RE: I’ll tell you what I hypothesise. Terri made a deal to have Kaine whacked by a hired hit-man. (Was either the landscaper, or the landscaper knew of a someone with the balls to do it, a “professional associate” if you will) For whatever reasons, the deal didn’t fall through, probably a money-talks/BS-walks for risk issue. The associate professional was pissed for the deal not falling through and made his own terms, thus Kyron getting caught up innocently in retaliation for original terms not followed through via Terri. Terri couldn’t relay this information to LE in the beginning for fear of being incriminated in the very alleged deal making she is believed to be involved in regarding Kaine. I really believe that Terri has no other information that can help bring this case forward. Without no other evidence of Kyron being alive or deceased, and with no one else coming forward or offering new information or new leads, this case is going to be at a standstill until said evidence, new good lead, admission or confession of further involvement surfaces…I also lean along the thoughts of Blink that someone who really believes their own lies and has thought and repeated a false story to themselves enough times, masters that to their own degree.
-Without someone new coming forward, the known secret P’sOI known to LE don’t crack, or no other evidence surfaces, we’re in for the long haul. JMO, certainly, certainly, not my hope…
Has anything been revealed from the surveillance footage from the stores? Was there anything from the interviews of the kids/parents in attendance of the Science Fair that would indicate a stranger or unknown person was present that day. Or has anyone said they saw something suspicious about Terri and or Kyron’s leaving the school?
I know sex offenders in the area have supposedly been looked at, but there’s always the ones not registered.
I think Terri and the LS are the ones to look at, but have not been able to find out information on the discoveries from the reports of the others present in the school the day he went missing.
Please post a link to any information that has been posted on the findings. I read on here where someone posted a follow-up email from LE recieved by someone who had not yet responded to the questionaire a while back. I’ve found nothing on what the results of those interviews indicated?
@cc- I don’t know how much familiarity you have with meth, but most meth heads have blackened or absent teeth, and cannot function in a professional capacity. If your reference is to Kaine’s appearance since Kyron was taken, I think you should volunteer some time supporting families who have lost children or are dealing with an endangered missing child. You’ll meet a lot of people who look wrecked.
As for whathisface, the guy Kaine went to school with…what a sleeeeaze. Stoner? I dunno…don’t even care…but what a sleeeeaze!
He and Terri are a dream couple.

I only mentioned her to show that it was not some external (commercial) company. She is the most lovely and caring person. Oregon schools are short on cash. Landscaping is probably one the last things they can afford.
whoa! – http://www.kgw.com/ says here that days AFTER Kyron went missing, Terri went to gym where husband works out & told an employee that she was going to abduct her daughter! Luckily husband & daughter were not there… she has severely bumped her head somewhere along the way..
Going back to the beginning–Terri’s story re: doctor’s appt. and Tanner’s public(in spite of LE) statement re: Terri and Kyron’s whereabouts at Skyline on June 4, and the likely possibility of no lunch brought to school that morning by Kyron all add up to premeditation on Terri’s part, IMHO. I still think as I thought early on that Terri and her accomplice(s)(?)planned something more for Kyron that day in addition to participation in the Science Fair. I think that we can guess why and possibly even when and who (at least one of the who’s)–but how, and where? Where is Kyron? It’s the one question we all want so desperately to be answered. Isn’t there one of Terri’s friends who will come forward? Saint Anthony, please find Kyron now.

Could Terri Horman be an alcoholic?
I had a couple of thoughts I had not seen posted yet, and thought I would toss them out for consideration. First, I am leaning to TH having done the deed to Kyron. Reason being, I feel she is impatient. I think she did discuss the MFH to a previous lover. (LS guy) Maybe she even dumped him and moved on. But, her disdain for Kaine did not go away. I do see her as feeling, ‘you sent my son away, I will show you how it feels.’ She may have had the whole plan for Kaine mapped out while in bed with this loser. But, either this guy said no to doing a child or she ventured on her own. But, I think that may be why she hasn’t squealed on this guy. ( unless of coarse there is a tape, which I would hope would force an arrest).But, I think, the LS has told LE what the proposed plan against Kaine was, but is unable to provide any direct link to Kyron’s location, b/c it was unknown to him.
The other thought, does anyone think it is possible TH told Kyron he had a MD appt that day? It certainly had been on her mind, he may have been provided the info as part of her alibi to the teacher. I guess it doesn’t matter at this point. Though, she would have had to have him leave with her, and that doesn’t seem to be the prevailing opinion.
I know some folks feel that talking about TH’s social problems are preventing the focus to remain on Kyron. But, I am of the opinion, if we try and have an understanding of what she is up to, who she associated with etc, it will help in leading to Kyron. I know it is disgusting to our natural thinking, but, we are not her and hopefully will never be. So, I think of it as taking a psych/soc class, learning about behavior etc. A protective measure if you will.
as one poster said earlier, she may be trying to building her ” insanity case” – she has a real good start already.
THis may just be a SIMPLE case of Teri wanted the landscaper guy to kill her husband, she backed out or didn’t get the money so he took Kyron to make a point to her.

You are half a continent away? Would that mean somewhere in the midwest, east or south? Or would it be Canada or Mexico? My theory has always been that she had him spirited out of the country somewhere where his story would not be known by the locals. I was thinking perhaps Mexico, with a family that wanted a child or perhaps a family with all girls who wanted a boy. If the landscaper is from there, it could be friends or family of his. Who knows but, if I were in your shoes, I would take a picture of him with my cell phone and send it to Multnomah police with your contact info…it’s that simple.

If it was someone buying a child, someone would’ve come forward; a friend, family member, someone. Even if they didn’t want to get their “loved one” in trouble, unless they are truly heartless, they surely have been touched by the way Kyron’s parents have been devastated. And the fact that this little boy is nationwide, probably even international news; someone who had him would have little hope of keeping him concealed forever.
Also, if it was a matter of child-selling, wouldn’t Terri come forward and say so? Of course she would see prison time, but nothing anywhere near what she would get for murder, or conspiracy to commit murder. A kidnapper who got in over their head would be wise to cut a deal and return the child; especially if they were able to testify against Terri and save their own butt.
Stranger abduction seems highly unlikely.
1. Kyron was by his parents’ own words, extremely shy. He won’t even get out of bed in the morning until one of his parents comes to get him. So, there is likely no way in the world that he would leave school with a stranger.
2. A stranger would have to know the ins and outs of the school; the procedures they follow for reporting absent children; whether or not there are security cameras.
3.A stranger would have to know that Kyron’s teacher believed him to be at a Dr. appt. and that Terri would be without verifiable alibi for hours; and when asked about her whereabouts that she would lie. How would a stranger know that?
4. A stranger would have to know that he/she could lure Kyron away to see some kind of project and trust that he wouldn’t tell anyone. Except that he DID tell a classmate; and as such the stranger would have to count on the classmate deciding to go back to class, rather than tagging along with Kyron.
5. A stranger would have to know he could get out of the building unseen by anyone. And would take a huge risk if Kyron was noticed to be leaving with a stranger; much less if Kyron decided to resist.
Anyways, JMO, but this is the bottom line. If it was selling a child; I think Terri would come forward. Better to be thought a kidnapper than a murderer. But considering she attempted to make multiple deals to snuff out the life of her own husband, is killing a child that much of a leap? I don’t think so.
And for the stranger abduction, too many things would have to line-up, too much left to chance. A stranger would’ve had to have knowledge that Terri told the teacher Kyron had an appt. The stranger would have to be fortunate enough for the teacher to allegedly misunderstand the date of the appointment, and thus think nothing was wrong when he didn’t come back to school for the day. That would be a pretty HUGE coincidence, that an abductor would just so happen to strike on perhaps the one day of the school year that his absence wouldn’t be thought noteworthy, until he failed to get off the school bus 7 hours later.

You are half a continent away? Would that mean somewhere in the midwest, east or south? Or would it be Canada or Mexico? My theory has always been that she had him spirited out of the country somewhere where his story would not be known by the locals. I was thinking perhaps Mexico, with a family that wanted a child or perhaps a family with all girls who wanted a boy. If the landscaper is from there, it could be friends or family of his. Who knows but, if I were in your shoes, I would take a picture of him with my cell phone and send it to Multnomah police with your contact info…it’s that simple.

If he left the country alive, I would have to go with Canada over Mexico. Oregon is much much closer to the Canadian border than the southern border. We’re talkin about 300 miles to Canada, vs. about 1500 to Mexico. Even with a 7-hour headstart, it would be far too risky to travel such a distance and not be seen.
Also — and I hope no one takes this as a racist comment — but, with his fair complexion and light eyes, Kyron is far more likely to stand out in Mexico.
Personally, I’d like to hope he was abducted by a family looking to “adopt” a child. It seems like it would be his best hope for still being alive. Unfortunately, I don’t think the odds are in his favor.
As for your advice, spot-on. Although it’s not likely to be Kyron, I’m sure the family of that little boy, though perhaps might be a bit put-out and inconvenienced by an investigation, would surely understand that tips have to be checked out. I’m sure anyone parent would want the same care taken in investigating, if it was their child missing.

RE: the LSL. Since LE knows that the sexual lures used for MC were also used for LSL, this probably means that they have texts and photos to go with. And that means they know who the LSL is, for sure.
There are still many pieces of info out there that we know about that we don’t know about:
doctor’s appt
who saw TH leaving at 9 instead of her reported 8:45
the other person who knows what happened to Kyron (LSL or someone else)
where Kiara was that morning
why they needed the video tapes from those 2 stores specifically)
and obviously the LSL evidence.
My hope is that much of what we don’t know about these things is what LE is putting together in tight form.
Also, re: Kaine. I would look pretty grim and stressed, too, if in a period of 5 weeks I’d just had my son disappear, found out that my wife hired a hitman to murder me, I had to take my daughter and go into hiding, my ex-friend is getting sex photos from my wife who is somehow involved in the disappearance of my son, and every day was one more day that my son is gone. That’s just me. I remember in one of the last interviews, when asked how Kiara was doing, Kaine said that he wished he were doing half as well as she. Maybe he’s also a little heartbroken, not just for Kyron, but for the loss of someone he thought he loved (TH). He may have had no idea about who she really is, and he seems shell-shocked to me, and having been in that place, I know how it feels. JMO.

And they are working harder now on those with criminal records…
I still think that Landscaper Lover should come clean ~ because at this point, once their identity is revealed (we all know the media is relentless) their family will be scrutinized also, innocent or guilty. And LE has a way to leak out the most embarrassing, reputation damaging, public scrutinizing details ever as we all know. Im sure they wouldnt want their family to go through that, and that probably wouldnt happen if they reveal now what LE needs to know…

I don’t know if LS was booked right away; Blink reported on July 4 he was being held as a material witness. This man, Frank Jones, was booked July 1, a few days after the failed sting. He’s 40 years old and I couldn’t find any more information on him.
HALT I have never reported anyone is being held in relation to this case.
Guys- I cannot put random LS names up here, it is inappropriate, there are many fine LS’rs that would prob prefer I did not.

I think it’s pointless to speculate on her mental capacity. She’s obviously not going to do the right thing. Soooooooo, going back to the day, maybe there’s some undiscovered clues.
Has LE released any information regarding bank transactions on the days leading into Ky’s disappearance, and/or debit card transactions the day he went missing? Did she stop at a convenience store that morning? Is there any video? What did she buy? Snacks for one or more people, adult or kids snacks & drinks, provisions, toys, games, videos, sleep aids, tape, anything that would yield any clue in a direction out of her normal routine? Maybe a Trac phone or minutes for one. Was Ky on any prescriptions, when was the last refill, and was the prescription at home or also missing? What can be discovered about that morning without her help? Did she buy any fuel, and what was the range of that truck based on how much fuel was left in it when it was hauled in for repairs? Odometer reading? If by chance the truck was in for any service prior to his disappearance, the service facility would have a record of the odometer that day.
Anyone in the house have an online gaming account like XBox Live or Wii? You can chat and IM live on a gamer account with friends. Who is on the gamer account friends list? They should be looked at too.
I wanted to stop and post several idea 1) the police probably monitored her cell phone records for numbers frequently called and contacted this man , he then turned over his phone so they could make sure there were no message or pics of Kyron.So lets be careful about labeling him **a narc** 2) Who is to say this man and terri have not been seeing each other longer then the news states. After all we all know information told to news agancies doesnt always bare truth. 3)He may be linked more with Kyrons disappearance then we know. Police might be watching them both to see who cracks first.His way of taking groceries to the house ect means he may like attention or he has more of an emotional attachment to terri possibly showing a deeper developed relationship then just a few days after the child went missing. 4)As I posted days ago, what if this child saw something or heard something he shouldnt have? Could Mr Cook have been talked into killing the father ect ? Or maybe he is responsible and terri is innocent of actually doing an ugly deed? I predicted at the start this was gonna be a strange case, and so far it has been, but mark my words today, its gonna get even worse before it gets solved. Sadly even as we sit formulating theories one sad fact is true and cannot be changed except for one factor — Kyron is still not home, and until then no one is going to breath easy, or rest well without knowing the fate of one on this nations missing angels.
