Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Terri Horman Leaves The House
Portland, OR– Late today, prior to a previously scheduled hearing at 3PM PST, an agreement was reached between the attorneys for Kaine Horman and Terri Horman.
KOIN reports:The dispute between Terri Horman and Kaine Horman has been settled and she will move out of the couple’s Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home Saturday by 3 p.m.

When asked via email by KOIN if he believes Terri had something to do with Kyron’s disappearance, he wrote: “I believe at some point she will be arrested.”

The results of two online surveys posted on Terri Horman’s Facebook page provide a unique chance to see how Kyron Horman’s stepmom perceives herself.
The entire survey carries 67 questions. A count of the answers shows 25% of the answers dealt with working out or the body. Eight percent of the answers mentioned her toddler Kiara. Three percent related to her husband Kaine. Zero percent mention her step son, Kyron.
Someone mentioned that TH was on LinkedIn and had posted that she had a Master’s Degree in Education. Just visited her page, it does not state that she has a Master’s but she calls herself a Reading Specialist and states that she has been employed by Portland Public Schools as a Reading Specialist. In my state you have to have a Master’s Degree to get a Reading Specialist endorsement, it requires extensive training in things like dyslexia.
Also looked at her teaching certificate online. It says the original date on it is Feb of 2010 and expires 2013. Does that mean that she was granted the certificate on that date? Because she says on linkedin profile that she had been employed as a Reading Specialist in 2002. I also read that Kaine said something about “they gave her the certificate back” referring to her having been under treatment for PPD. Why would that result in the revocation of a teaching certificate? I’ve never heard of that.
Isn’t Tualatin pretty much 10 miles south of Skyline? Friends’ homes are private property? Is this goat guy related or just happenstance?
I don’t feel TH is directly responsible (I don’t think she abducted Kyron herself, or physically injured him herself).
I feel sure that TH was messing up (BIG TIME) and as a result, Ky is missing.
Most likely to me is that her fantasy life caught up with her real life, and now she’s scrambling. She doesn’t want to appear the “bad guy” and would rather *anything* happen than admit to her own culpability.
People who spin alternate realities don’t always see how their fantasies may cause others to act upon them.

Hi~! has anyone thought that maybe… just maybe…~!!!!! Someone has donated ~ someone with mega bucks.. & wants to remain secret~! toward the finding of little Kyron.. & that might be why at this point in time they don’t need the $ they were preparing to ask for ? But dont want to totally shut the door just in case in Oct they havent reached the conclusion to this sad sad case & then they might need it? Sounds like a couple of million bucks to me or more being they were able to “pay” back 900,000~! Just a thought~!
Interesting about the search warrants. Having written and served a few dozen myself, here’s what I can tell you about a search warrant:
1. It’s not a fishing expedition. You can’t say “This person is friend of Teri’s, so we want to look through their stuff and see what we find.” Via the affidavit in support of a search warrant, you have to explain in detail why you want to search that house. It’s like writing a report to the judge, you have to convince him or her that you have gathered enough information and/or evidence that him/her allowing you to search that house is a reasonable thing to do. The judge has to agree with you. This is a big deal because, by approving the search warrant, the judge is saying you have permission to suspend that person’s Constitutional rights (4th amendment). A judge is staking their reputation and career an your affidavit.
2. You have to list in the search warrant affidavit what you expect to find, why you expect to find it at that location, and how what you find is evidence of a crime.
3. The search warrant has to have reasonable timeliness. You can’t say “This person might have had drugs two months ago.” You have to say why you think that person has drugs right now. What is “reasonable” as far as timeliness depends on the facts of the case. In this case, it’s hard to say because we don’t know what they are looking for.
That’s your search warrant mini-lesson.
The timing is interesting to me. Kaine moved back into the house on the 11th. The search warrants were executed on the 15th. I’m guessing Kaine and/or law enforcement found something in the house that Teri overlooked from her time alone there. Kaine has said he allowed the police to search the house a couple of times. I’m guessing once he moved out, Teri wasn’t allowing any searches. Or maybe LE didn’t ask and they were hoping she’d leave something useful behind.
I’m also curious as to what LE hoped to get in the search warrants. They can get phone and internet records from the service providers without tipping off the suspect(s). They can’t get the content of e-mails that way though. I hope they got something other than just e-mails.
Blink, LE must be looking for something specific in order to obtain warrants for those people, so what the heck are they looking for? What probable cause could they have to obtain a warrant?

Terri seems to me to be a narcissistic sociopath – not showing any emotion, not seeming upset about losing Kyron, Kaine, then Kiara as witnessed by her sexting and nasty photos of herself in sexual poses (eee-oooo). Time will tell. But she reminds me of Susan Smith, Scott Peterson, and Casey Anthony.
I do not think she had PPD to the extreme like Andrea Yates who clearly had a psychotic break.

Why do people think these men are somehow “in love” or “broken-hearted” over Terri’s affections/sexual favors being…ahem… liberally shared amongst other men? Do you really think that is why MC and LSL would risk it all? For love of femme fatale Terri? Now really! That is the stuff of fairy tales. I think she got into something very dangerous when she decided to start a new life (that’s what I see as her motive if she is indeed a narcissistic sociopath.) As mentioned before on here, these people could have been involved with gang activity, drug and people trafficking, or whatever? JMO

Sort of freaks me out… but we live in an area just outside of Estacada~lived here for over 35 years~up above Eagle Fern Park a beautiful area with nice homes but surrounded by BLM Forest ~ used to be Publishers land acreas & acreas… about 2 or so yrs ago a body was discovered just down the hill from us ~ someone from (I believe around Oregon City)(I could be wrong in that) dumped a young mans body & just lately the body of the husband who had a fight with his wife ~ her body was found on BLM property up from us… The dumping grounds ~ it is so sad that certain sick people don’t value the life that the Lord has given us…

Just read the top story on OregonLive about TH and the shakedown of 3 friends houses with search warrants. One named Dede Spicher took place last Thursday July 15. Maybe I’m reaching for it here but I know you all know HopeinVa and many have thought it was TH including myself at times. I noticed today that her last post was July 14. Nothing since. Could Dede Spicher be the real HopeinVa? Whoever she is has alot of inside info into the Horman family.

This is a perfect example of information being put out there 2 different ways.Old time poster here corrects other poster that TH was at the gym alone and not with KH, but the news reports them leaving the gym together.Who’s right? Was the either poster at the gym herself/hisself ? Probably not…
This is why things are rehashed or discussed over and over and sometimes people are confused and ask for clarification from Blink. There is nothing that makes TH look more guilty to me than her lack of fighting to get her daughter back. I have 2 little girls – both under 3 yrs old, and there is nothing in the world that would keep me from fighting to be with my children. There are three things it makes me think of (1) she has something she’s hiding so she wants to stay out of a court room, (2) she is so heartless that saving her own butt is worth more than trying to get her daughter back, and (3) that the possible the murder or hire plot could be totally fake and they just used it to see what she would do if removed from her daughter and home, and she proved how cold she is. I dont have any problem believing the MFH plot is true, but I if it was a set-up or the LS lied, it doesn’t matter because it showed something far darker about her as a parent. I don’t think anyone should believe one word about her being a good or descent parent to Kyron when her own daughter was taken from her and she has said nothing about trying to even see her.

Does anyone know the business Terry’s dad is or was associated with, and the name of the business or organization? Also, is her mother living and if so, what business is or was she associated with? This is not a curiosity, it will either prove or disprove a vital clue in my dot-to-dots.
