Kyron Horman Missing and Endangered: Grand Jury Meets, Indictment Imminent
Portland, OR- In the case of missing 7-year-old Portland child Kyron Horman, developments today continue to unfold at lightening speed.
During a poorly-kept secret convening of a special grand jury that is in session today, sources inside the investigation believe it’s triers of fact will return an indictment against Terri Horman and possibly one other individual.
It is however, unclear as to whether or not the grand jury is hearing evidence in the alleged murder for hire plot MCSO informed Kaine Horman his wife had master-minded, OR evidence surrounding the disappearance of Kaine and Desiree Young’s son Kyron.
KOIN caught Terri Horman’s friend DeDe Spicher, who was subpoenaed to appear in the proceedings this morning, on video with her attorney, entering the courthouse. Spicher was the subject of a public plea asking her to cooperate with investigators by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young last week. A neighbor of Spicher’s has confirmed the FBI has been seen removing boxes and unknown bagged material from her residence.
According to several sources, DeDe Spicher, Terri’s roommate post Kaine’s restraining order, was working in a garden near the Horman home the day of Kyron’s disappearance when she received a call at approximately 11:15 am. She left abruptly, returning at approximately 1:00 pm. DeDe was unreachable on her cell phone during that time and the property owner became concerned. Spicher is a long time friend and workout companion of Horman’s.
Earlier today, Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman’s Family Law attorney filed a motion to find out where the funds are coming from to foot the bill for Terri Horman’s high profile criminal defense attorney, Stephen Houze.
In Horman’s motion, he is seeking the disclosure of the payments made to Houze, and whether or not it came from marital funds. If it has, Kaine Horman wants half the cash to pay his own legal bills. Kaine Horman alleges that Terri Horman disclosed to a third party that she paid a whopping $350,000 retainer to Houze, however, provided no proof of same in the papers filed today.
In what appears to be a media timing coup, tonight’s episode of Dateline NBC will feature Kaine Horman, Desiree and Tony Young, with interviews and coverage of Kyron’s disappearance.
Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer, Mary Lindstrand, has announced a press conference tomorrow at the MCSO Training Facility, beginning at 2:00 pm PST.

Mosaic, I noticed that also! I have been following 42nd State, Emmsback and of course HopeinVA too see if they were still supporting Terri so vociferously. I noticed that HopeinVA was gone after the day Dede’s computer was confiscated, then emmsback the next week, then 42nd this week. Very interesting. It has gotten a lot quieter lately there, I can almost stand to follow the posts now, but I much prefer it here.
I’ve been obsessed with this little boy since June 4th and discovered “Blink on Crime”, now part of this obsession. I am on the East Coast and have become very knowledgeable about all of the news outlets (OL, KGW, KATU, etc.) and all things related to Multnomah County and the surrounding area. From the beginning of this case I checked daily, multiple times a day, for news that Kyron had been found. Then it became checking for any and all new information released, bringing forth more and more twisted details one after the other. If there wasn’t a missing child at the center of this story it would be-dare I say it?-almost entertaining with this bizarre “cast of characters”. It’s so easy to get caught up in the mystery and “suspense” as the facts unfold in this sordid tale. I know I have as I try to piece it all together.
But the tragic reality is that a child is missing. And not matter how it all played out it still comes down to another defenseless child victimized (directly or indirectly) by an adult in whom his care was entrusted.
This site has become to me (and I believe many others) a “Kyron Support Group”; in support of Kyron and each other. Everyone focused (and almost overwhelmingly positive and thoughtful with one another) on unraveling the mystery and bringing Kyron home. Thank you Blink and fellow posters! I will continue to stay up until crazy hours to log on and read all of the posts in the hope that the next time I do the top article will read: Kyron has Been Found! Man oh man, I feel sick to my stomach. Remember when Cheney was vice president and you could literally see horns popping out from the top of his head? Well, not the case here with TH, she looks, well, motherly. (But, I guess I can give ALL THAT the big MOO.)
These pictures, so make me want to believe that TH isn’t responsible, and I have been part of the TH is guilty camp from day one! But seeing her with him, her own two children…how??? They “look” like such a loving family. Looks can be deceiving they say.
And on a side note, James’ name seem to pop up here a lot. The boy looks sweet and young and innocent, especially for his age. There are a lot of pictures with him and Kyron, and he looks like nothing less than kind, sweet kid. I honestly do not in anyway think James had anything whatsoever to do with any of this. That poor kid, geez, he is a victim here too. So freaking SAD!
A friend of mine in Washington County deals with landscapers (in a capacity I can’t divulge) and has said that many are either Hispanic or Russian; more so than any other group.
I drove past the Sauvie Island Kyron billboard last week and noticed it was in Russian. Could one of the landscapers possibly involved be Russian?

Sorry, but I’ve got to admit that these TH emails do nothing to convince me of her involvement. To me, they do reveal a very defensive, probably frightened person who is feeling the intense focus of a missing child investigation. At this point, she probably realizes that she and the rest of Kyron’s immediate family will need to be ruled out as having any involvement. She also knows that–in essence–Kyron disappeared on her watch, and if she turns out to have been the last to have seen the boy, she will be scrutinized.
“Grace – I respectfully disagree with your analysis. This e-mail from TH was written the day after Kyron went missing. An “innocent” Step-mom does not sit down at the computer and tell her friends that she is feeling “defensive”. Shouldn’t she be feeling a gut wrenching sadness that is beyond words, for Kyron? For her to state she is feeling defensive on Day 2 tells me she is feeling “guilty”.
I am praying for TH and DD to do the right thing by little Kyron and tell LE where he is.

I was just reading that article myself and wondering how it all ties in. I believe there might be some significance to this account — it was the day after, he was a named as a source and was specific to mention “female” and “white pick up truck”. It could be an “investigational tool” in wording or maybe it was what he saw and his witness testimony could be part of the GJ proceedings. I wonder about this account too.
What I got out of the press conference today is that LE is specifically focusing on the area around Forest/Linton Park. I wonder if this is where phones may have pinged to Sauvie towers when she was driving around with the “mystery person”.

OT: Saw a van decal for a cleaning supplies company while I was driving this afternoon. it was a red-eye tree frog (for an eco-green clean of course!). It made me smile. I can’t stop thinking about this qt and the love he deserves.
DeDe Spicher, Terri Horman’s best friend, appears to have been the person seen in TH pickup truck the day Kyron disappeared. DeDe stayed with Terri for a period of time after Kaine Horman left the marital home. DeDe also appears to have purchased disposable cell phones for Terri Horman, using an alias. DeDe had refused to cooperate with local law enforcement but seems to be cooperating now, although family members of Kyron say she is not telling everything that she knows.Finally DeDe disappeared the day Kyron went missing not for a period of 1 1/2 hours as was first reported, but was gone for at least 3 hours and was not answering her cell phone during those 3 hours.
KATU has just provided another email from Terri to an unnamed source.
According to the April 6 email Terri said: “I had my son go to live with my parents so he would be happy – went from D’s to straight A’s within one month of being away from Kaine.”
However, Terri’s friend from 24-Hour Fitness, who testified before the grand jury Monday, said in the weeks before Kyron disappeared, Terri told her friend her husband forced her son to move out.
In the email Terri is saying “she” made the decision for her son to leave, but has also told friends “Kaine” forced him to leave. Which is it?
A commenter on Oregonlive just stated that the KOIN news 11 p.m. broadcast tonight said that Rudy Sanchez, the landscaper, testified to the GJ today.
I heard the GJ was taking a break today to work on another case. Could it be they are also hearing about the MFH plot?
Has anyone else heard about Rudy testifying? If so, doesn’t that mean he has been granted immunity in the MFH plot? Does that mean that LE does not think he had a primary role in Kyron’s disappearance?
This is all so confusing!
The beauty of a site like this is that we all bring something different to the mix. It suddenly dawned on me tonight that I was spending my time trying to think like an amateur detective (which the rest of you do so much better than I do) instead of contributing in the area that I know most about – that area is how children think and interact with their families and other children, and why. I have taught and counseled literally thousands of children and hundreds of families – many in crisis and others just needing support and resources. Hopefully, this will explain my next comments and no one will be too upset with me.
I don’t know Kyron or his family personally, although they may feel like the whole world knows them by now. Please understand that I, like you, believe a child is NEVER at fault or responsible for the behavior or feelings of any adult and I would never suggest otherwise.
I’ve been thinking about these statements from various people –
1 – Kyron was upset at the thought of returning to Portland after visits and wanted to stay with his mom and stepdad. This seemed to be happening more after James left.
2 – Kyron appeared to Terri to be “spacing out” and she wanted (?) him to see the doctor. Although every kid may get distracted at times, to our knowledge, no one else noticed anything to be concerned about. The vast majority of the time, it is the teachers of school age children who contact the parents about such observations, not the other way around. (No offense to parents, but teachers see kids in a variety of settings and in contrast to other kids while parents spend less time actually just observing a child even though they may interact quite a lot. Parents are sometimes more likely to explain a child’s behavior by saying he was tired and sleepy or she had too much junk food, etc.)
3 – Kyron was the middle child in this family (a traditionally tough position for many children). He was not Terri’s “real” child and was growing out of the cute baby/toddler/preschool stages, just as Kiara was coming along.
4 – If, as Kaine said, it was Terri’s arguments with James and her decision that sent James away, Kyron certainly would not have missed who was responsible for that. Could he have talked to an adult about his mixed feelings about James and Terri? Apparently not in this family unless someone were to set up family counseling for that purpose, although my guess is that he might have begun talking to Tony on the fishing trip that was planned.
5 – James may have been Kyron’s protector in a sense by taking the heat when Terri got angry – until he left. Even if James left because of Terri, she may have taken out her anger on Kyron when others weren’t around instead of Kaine. After all, if she wanted to have Kaine killed, she wouldn’t want people to think they didn’t have a happy marriage.
6 – Kyron was said to be shy and timid, yet he was also said to be acting out at school and not following directions, another indication something was wrong.
Abused children still love and try to protect their parent(s) and do their best to keep that relationship going, even if the results are harmful to the child. (probably emotional abuse in this case) Even the most timid, frightened, seemingly powerless child has to express his feelings somehow. There are as many ways as there are children. Some try to act “perfect” and earn straight A’s, some try to become invisible, some cut themselves, some steal or set fires, some take drugs, some push the buttons of the adult they are most upset with no matter what the results are for them. The situation is not healthy and a child’s ways of dealing with it may not be healthy, but making the attempt IS a healthy and necessary way for a child to cope.
So – if we think about the deteriorating relationship between Terri and Kyron, it’s entirely possible that Kyron was sticking up for himself in his childish, confused, subconscious way by pushing back at the way Terri was treating him and/or pulling her love away from him. We can all imagine the response that got from her – certainly not understanding and concern.
It’s entirely possible that Kyron was the only one in the family who actually felt deeply what was going on because of his unique place in the family and his age, awareness, observations, sensitivity, and caring, even though he didn’t have the maturity to understand it all. James left, Kaine indicated he was oblivious and thought things were OK, Kiara was apparently cute and relatively carefree – that leaves only Kyron as a challenge for and to Terri.
Maybe she was drugging him as some have suggested, but he may well have behaved as she described by pretending not to hear and looking inattentive – especially if he got more attention and if it bugged her. I have seen children push a parent’s anger button by simply humming or not answering a question, smiling at the wrong time or rolling their eyes, while others are more obvious. People who loved Kyron might say he would never do that – and they would be right, he wouldn’t intentionally or knowingly plan to do that at his age. But children also have to survive emotionally, and behavior is their only way to communicate about things they don’t understand and know are unfair.
It Terri had started even a tiny fantasy in her mind of “wouldn’t life be great without Kyron”, then every little behavior she didn’t like could have fed that fantasy until IT became the “vampire in the house”. Once it reached epic proportions, she would use anyone she could as a resource to deal with it and whatever caution or judgment she had might no longer function. Enter any other “vampires” through her open door.
I think in Terri’s mind, whatever happened to Kyron was, at least partly, his own fault. Even if she didn’t directly cause or orchestrate Kyron’s disappearance (although I think she did), she opened the door to it, and did nothing to protect him. She knew hurting him would hurt his parents, but I don’t see her maintaining enough passion to work herself up to hurting Kyron just for that purpose. It’s too much about her getting the relief she “deserves” and any other benefits that come along in the process.
Was Kyron the sweet, angelic, innocent little boy we’ve all said he was? Absolutely, without a doubt, yes!
Is that the Kyron that Terri saw in her mind? No.

I think the reason LE is seeing things from an new angle is because of GJ testimony, specifically that of the landscaper, and incidentally the Starbuck’s employees were just in there, too. Now we have new information in the form of a timeline; 8:15-8:45 at school, the truck is moved, unidentified person and unidentified car, about 9 at FM #1 (Starbucks), about 10 at FM #2 then about 10:15-1 looking for residents of the area who saw the truck, DD or TH near the area DD was working, the “farm.” There is a ping on Sauvies Island, no time ever given, and we have been led to believe someone checks into the gym at 11:20.
Two Fred Meyer stores to me means there was a confusion about where to meet. There is about an hour at store #1, before going to #2, yet the receipt shows 9:12.
DD must have been picked up after the FM stops, so says her boss and the direction of the truck.
That means that at least one, if not two people were involved at the school. The person (unidentified which means not DD) in or near the truck (and moved the truck), and the person with the unidentified car.
I think LE eluded to the fact that someone may have seen something out of the ordinary at FM#2.
Back to the LS, who wore a wire and asked TH for 10K. Was it to keep his mouth shut on the MFH or for some other job?
I realize this doesn’t tie it all together, but conclusions that seem rational given the information.

This was found by an observant poster on WS. It is interesting that both parking spots are far from the actual store, one even being the very back of the lot against a rock wall.
I’m gonna throw this out here because it’s another thing that doesn’t make sense to me. Have you ever noticed that the more people that “touch” something, an important report at work or school, a specimen in a lab, the remote control at home, the better the chance of something going wrong, getting lost or being messed up? If you go back to the people that you know touched “it” everybody has a different story or simply passes the buck?
With all the players in this now why hasn’t this happened? It looks like some folks may be be talkin’ now, but IF all these people are involved this should have fallen apart at the very beginning.
I can not believe that a group of women with an assorted lover thrown in here and there, that watch forensic evidence related shows could come up with a plan this convoluted then not only stick with their story but get by this long without being arrested.
If this has been answered I missed it…what kind of truck does Rudy drive? Or a better question, does his landscapping buisness own a white Ford F250? For all we know TH could have parked in the back of the school and another truck could have been parked out of sight.
@Snap…the comment I made about LE and Kyron being alive was meant by me in a positive way. There was no hesitation in the detective’s statement when he made that comment, to me that means there really could be a chance Kyron is still alive.
Thoughts and prayers are with Kyron, his brothers and sister.

Last night I read this post from Carolina on the oregonlive site. It appears this person has only posted this one comment it is long but well worth the read (8/11 @ 5:11pm)
It is important to remember that IF Kyron was kidnapped & Terri had something to do with it… and IF the plan is to return Kyron at some point in exchange for a ransom, then it would seem to me that she would have had to made a plan for him to be taken in the hall on the way to his classroom. Otherwise, when he is returned, he will say that she led him somewhere, or told him to go to the truck for some reason which would incriminate her.
Another thing to think about is that IF someone kidnapped him, there would be little ability to render him unconscious before putting him in either the truck or another vehicle because there were so many parents around. If he was conscious when he was taken by vehicle, he would be able to report how he left school. Even if blindfolded, he would be able to notice if it is his family’s truck that was being used during the kidnapping because the sounds and smells would be familiar.
It also doesn’t make sense that Terri would have introduced him to another “male chaperone with 2 girls” either because, Kyron could disclose that as well IF he is to be returned.
To me, the answer to how he was taken to the school would have been planned so Terri was not part of the transaction…and that would mean that the person would have approached Kyron for “help going somewhere” that his mom had requested…in other words, a classic kidnapping arranged by Terri.

The parking lot is not visible from the dirt rd. Only from Skyline when you get close enough to the parking. Around 8:30 more cars were parked along Skyline and on the dirt road. The dirt rd and the far East of the adjacent field are out of view from pretty much anywhere.
Anyone who comes forward now with new information is highly suspect. Anything offered as to what he heard or observed that day will be attacked as to the delay, the motivation, and the accuracy. People rarely recall routine events from two days ago: eg proximate vehicles; pedestrians, etc, because there was no reason to to place a marker on it. Much less for two months ago. And in the business, there is a recurring phenomenon of people who become so enthralled with a case for whatever reason, they step forward to offer embellished accounts which may blend a fact with fiction, but only serves to divert resources to give them attention.
You are correct. This is an exercise in exclusion.

I keep going back to Blink’s statement that “She let the vampire in.” I have always felt that way too. I keep thinking that she (TH) messed with the wrong people with the MFH plot and somehow angered them. If they are sinister and ruthless, then they wanted to send a message that they will not be “played”. We don’t know what she promised them and then did not deliver. I am not letting her off the hook in this case, but suppose on the morning of June 4th, “someone” was waiting for her in the truck when she, Kyron and Kiara ventured off to the science fair. Demands were put on her and she had to go along with the plan or Kiara would be in danger. The mystery person in the truck does not have to be the LS or Anselmo. Perhaps they have a “boss” who doesn’t like to be messed with – and maybe he’s more sinister and ruthless. Despite their arrest, no matter what – the LS and Anselmo are NOT going to talk. TH was probably threatened that if she talked, she too would be silenced forever. And there are some people on this earth that can hide a body never to be found again.
I realize I’m giving TH a pass here, but not really. Because of her vengeful ways, she tangled with the wrong people and got in over her head. She is guilty of attempted murder – probably so, but we may never know because the “vampires” she messed with will never talk. She’s gotten away with Kyron’s disappearance because she too is not talking. JMO

I was looking at the pictures on the Terri Horman support page and there is one that is SO CUTE of little Kierra. She is all snuggled up in a pink blanet while TH is carrying her outside somewhere. God, it must be torture to be away from that baby.

I’m wondering if Terri (if she is guilty) is smiling in a twisted way because all of us are so interested in this little boy and the case. Since she liked CSI (never watched it) and crime shows, she may be enjoying the mystery she has created.
The Fred Meyer and Starbucks on Embrie (off Cornelius Pass) are a direct route from the Horman house and Skyline School. My sis lives a couple miles from the school so I frequent the area. It would seem logical if you went to Starbucks, then walked next door into FM for whatever you needed. I was frequenting that one until May myself.
Random thoughts ricochet in my brain:
How many white trucks were at Skyline Elem. on June 4?
If you’re looking for fingerprints unlikely to have normally been on the Horman white truck: you can look into international databases as well, but if the perp touched that truck he could’ve worn gloves. A landscaper sometimes working at schl. would raise no eyebrows if wearing gloves.
As to theories of “switching things from vehicle to vehicle”? With all the godforsaken areas around there, WHY do it in a shopping center parking lot, however far away from the store you might be?
Was RS Landscape Maintenance working at the same private garden as DeDe was on June 4? That garden was preparing for a public tour on June 5 and prettifying for it.
Is it one white truck at school or is it TWO?
DA has to decide who to prosecute, who to use as a witnesses. If the perp-Ky snatcher is already locked up, DA still has to prove the case against him/them. Even if there’s a confession, corroborating evidence is needed, or desired–correct?? Some of LE’s current work could relate to that/those perps, yes? If only in a rule-out sense.

Pudding, I agree. She associated with criminals. And we don’t know what we don’t know. A new piece of evidence could change the whole picture. Focus is good, but there still has to be someone with an open mind thinking of other possibilities and challenging ideas.
John Walsh, who has been involved in helping to solve so many of these cases, even said:
“I’m sure police are looking at family members very hard. Now, John Walsh’s opinion on this case may have changed where he too thinks that there is no way TH is not involved, but I’d bet he still holds the opinion of a parallel investigation going on.
I know the thought of Kyron being sold is frightening. But I just don’t want to believe that this little boy is dead. Children are resilient. To me, Kyron being sold but still alive and eventually found is less frightening.

OK, I’ll bite: What is it that “went down right before this whole incident”? How do you “know” it?
@mosaic and Rich M….regarding 42nd state. It seems that OL cleaned house as they say and some posters have either been banned or left on their own accord.
42nd State has her own blog and this comes from her blogsite. “I was previously posting on oregon live – the tiny news outlet in Portland, Oregon that has become a tabloid instead of a news organization. oregon live has made it clear they are Kaine Horman’s “team players” and will not allow posts on their comment section that even mentions Kaine Horman’s boyfriend let alone theories that Kaine Horman was responsible for disappearing his son. At the same time they allow all sorts of theories and speculation about Terri Horman. They also allow the Pink Triangle Mob to harass those who do not go along with the mob “Terri did it, lets lynch her” mentality of so many others.

Scroll to the 2nd page which has the photos. Pass your curser over the pictures of the Fred Meyer parking lot photos and a script boxes will appear.
On the Cornelius Pass store, the script reads; looking from Terri’s parking spot. They are asking for witnesses who were in that lot at @ 9am.
On the Walker Rd Beverton store lot, the script reads; View from the entrence/exit at Walker Rd looking at Terri’s parking spot on the far rock wa. They are seeking witnesses who were in that lot at @ 10am.
So, LE must have video of the Horman truck in those lots at approx those times, since they know exactly where it was parked.

I know. I can’t help myself. I just want to punch that self-righteous smirk off her face. I still can’t understand how she can smile like that when a little boy is missing and his parents are grieving. That smirk, to me, says A LOT.
Does anyone else recall a FB comment or other made by Terri about how one of the FM stores is their fav and how she always prefers to go out of her way to go to that one because of the employee she was posting to?
I cannot recall where I saw that or if it is still available but I am wondering if the person in question is one of the employees called before the GJ. I think the comment came out right around the time that Kyron went missing.
If anyone can remember where that was (post a link or even what thread it was on) please do.

I have not had the opportunity to listen to the press conference. I am taking from the posts that LE stated they believe Kyron is alive (boy, I hope so!!).
Do we know for sure he is without his glasses?
Did LE eloborate at all on why the think that he is still alive (Hope they are right!!)
I think this pot has been brewing for quite some time and in my opinion, the last ingredient that overflowed the pot was Kaine making her son move out. TH is mentally ill, delusional, a compulsive liar, selfish, and in my own personal opinion, one big POS. She believes she has covered her tracks well enough that SHE believes that even though LE may SUSPECT her, they cannot prove it to pin it on her.
I hope that it all starts unraveling for her real quick and that her cockiness becomes part of her down fall. She cares NOT of Kyron, only herself.
My understanding about photo of white pickup with school in background at the PC is it was taken after 6/4 for purpose of jogging people’s memories of that morning. The south parking lot is where TH supposedly parked. I think in requesting descriptions of cars and license plate #’s parked there the a.m. of 6/4, LE might be wondering if there was another white pickup in the lot that a.m. that someone remembered seeing. One reason TH probably drove the truck that day is b/c white pickups are so common that it wouldn’t stand out.
If there was a 2nd person in TH’s truck & they switched vehicles, TH could’ve left for FM before Kyron left the school (alibi); Kyron would’ve recognized the truck & probably was familiar with person in truck (if person watching Kiara, Kyron had already seen the person & SM may have told him that other person would be taking him to appt & told him what time to meet at truck). If this is case, LE’s request for information surrounding FM parking lot may be the lack of the white pickup on surveillance, while TH may have the receipt from store (and maybe caught on in-store surveillance camera or recognized by a clerk). TH & accomplice(s) may have been attentive to detail about alibi’s other than considering parking lot surveillance.
At some point, 3rd perp (Dede?) may have taken Kyron. With so many vehicle transfers & different people associated with truck, perps would hope to throw LE off trail.
Still a motive bugs me and I don’t think the motive was money or jealousy – it seems it would have been too easy for a person like TH to manipulate anyone to get her needs met. I am starting the think the motive was much more than that and bigger than that. TH’s strange parade of big burly friends, all defiant, secretive, smug – what links them all? Not just a friendship with TH – are they in a “club”?
To clarify in my last post, I’m suggesting that TH & 2nd perp met & switched vehicles at Skyline School, as I mentioned yesterday.
@Malty: There have been so many sad outcomes in cases of missing children lately. I hope this case turns out differently! The PC did make me hopeful that Kyron is still alive.
Even so, it may not be so easy to find him. 
For those who discounted the theory that Kyron is too young to be a target for trafficking, please consider this article. We do know that that south American Cartels and russian organized crime groups have developed transnational alliances. They’ve figured out they can make more money when they work together. Little kids are not their only commodity, they also deal with drugs and anything else that can make them lots of money. I would think TH’s sexual dalliances with criminals would bring her a few degrees closer in separation to these “business” men and women.

Police have documented 116 cases of rape and sexual abuse and the alleged owners of the “business” have been caught. One of the suspects committed suicide in jail after he was imprisoned with common criminals. The leader of the group however, escaped. It is rumored that several powerful citizens of Yekaterinburg frequented the establishment and pressured the court to release the accused ring leader pending his trial date. Thanks to this release the lead suspect in the case has now fled the country.

Did I miss something? I read over at Nancy Grace’s facebook page that someone posted that TH had the truck detailed the next day after Kyron went missing? Is this true?
Regarding the poster link –
The most noticeable and unique part of Kaine’s pickup versus any other white pickup are the running boards. You can notice this from many others because they often don’t have them. That would be my memory jogger.
In regards to the Cornelius Pass Freddie’s picture, the outside Starbucks is to the extreme left as you are looking at the picture (beyond the last left tree and at a corner (not in the picture). She would have parked pretty much out of the way (which I often do) because of the traffic near the door.
@Zeus, I concur – I went there 2 weeks ago, yep the same time I bought the frog charm. I don’t add a lot to this site, but read daily. I think a lot of posters have made very valid points, logical theories, and great questions. However, my heart couldn’t take anymore. I want Kyron to come home, wrap his mommy and daddy in a huge hug, and live a long happy fulfilled life. Therefore, that is what I am going to believe… thoughts are with you Kyron – hoping that today is the day you come home to mommy and daddy

Was the 2nd person seen in the pickup driving around (possibly to calm Kiara) while TH was in the school?
Other possibility – another white pickup was waiting at a distance for TH to pull out, then took her space in parking lot, so Kyron & any witnesses would think it was TH’s vehicle?

@Redrock: The events of 6/4 would likely be impressed upon the memories of many people b/c Kyron’s disappearance was announced that evening. There could be people who reflected on the day’s events, but thought at the time they had nothing to offer to the investigation. But, as new bits of information are released, people may realize that something they saw or heard could be relevant after all, b/c it suddenly fits into the case. JMO
