Casey is an Eraser Killer. The worst of the worst. I sincerely believe that she felt she had to dispose of a verbal Caylee. I’ve been watching videos of Caylee, and I am so saddened. All MOO. Rest in peace sweet girl.

Have you heard the name Michael Duggan? His mother is claiming his deceased son could be the father of Caylee. He was killed in a car accident in Oct. 2007. He’s from TN but has family in Orlando.
DAYUM. I’ve resorted to watchin HLN because of Vinnie Politan. The mother called in to NG (not exactly a credible source).

I’ve been in meetings today (believe it or not with a faculty member from UCF), and just tuned in. Is this the same woman still on an hour later?
Because THIS woman has NO idea what a peer-reviewed journal is, and “lit” would be an apt description. OMG How could the defense team not prepare her? How could she not know her own qualifications? There is another crime going on, because she is KILLING me.

Blink – I’m with you on the authenticity of Lee’s breakdown. Though I’m curious as to why he very purposely corrected Cindy on the ‘search issue’ the next day.
Mom 3.0 – Great insight on the ‘timer 55′! (as quoted below) I totally believe Casey’s mind is deliberate and cunning enough to plan that intricately. Caylee’s death was no accident. I also believe Casey’s original plan was to hide out at Tony’s for as long as possible (until Caylee’s birthday) to let the body decompose and then stage a kidnapping story involving the ‘self-defense’ and ‘household weapons’ etc. she searched on-line. If only Cindy hadn’t ruined everything by interrupting her plan – Casey will hold this against Cindy for the rest of her life and Cindy knows Casey has probably disowned her unless she is somehow set free.

The tipsy grief Dr. today just epitomizes Baez’ whole defense. He likes to surround himself with people he’s seen on TV. They’re famous! He thinks that validates him. He is so wrong.
Well it appears that I missed the afternoon show by the defense. Based on all of the comments and the video in the other thread, I probably would have been down in the floor laughing.
Some of you know that I spent Eight years as a volunteer teacher in the music departments in two different school districts. During that time I had the opportunity to observe the “grief counselors” at work when children lost their friends through an auto accident or other accidental deaths.
IMO these people don’t have any business trying to help people to greave. They are just pandering to an opportunity to make money. Every one that I ever observed, I considered to be an absolute idiot. These people intrude on the parents responsibility and the schools should just stay out of the way. This one is just like those I observed with the addition of about four alcoholic beverages. Ok, Rant over.

Your summary was wonderful. I did not know that Casey’s computer password was changed on the 15th of June. Yes, you found just how evil a sociopath can be. Based on that password alone, Casey showed that she knew what she had done and was already planning to deal with the issues in 55 days.
I read the daily summary over at the Valhall site and found a sentence where Maggie described Mr. Baez defenses questions as “designed to move the big hand on the clock” indicating to me that he was just dragging out the defense case as long as he could.
It appears that Mr. Kronk made Mr. Mason look a little bad when he was recalled today.
I am sort of in the same frame of mind as Blink regarding the woman who has come forward about her son possibly being the father of Caylee. Nancy Grace had her on one of the segments this evening and I think she is just looking for 15 minutes of fame.
I think casey testifies. She’s so narcissistic and thinks this is her ‘show.’ Baez, too. I say bring it on. This ‘woman’ is the epitimy of disgusting. She has no soul.
I’ve followed this case for three years. I have a problem in that I dislike Cindy sooo intensely. It bothers me some because she is a mother who lost her Caylee and now Casey. However, I just cannot shake the feelings I have about her – even George’s suicide note showed to me how overpowering, manipulative, overbearing she is. I truly feel that she is very largely responsible for the Anthonys being the looney bins they are. I feel Casey is a carbon copy of her mother; even her lies fall into the same pattern of mixing a little truth with the whoppers. Help me feel some sympathy here. I am almost ashamed of my strong, strong dislike for Cindy and her role in this family’s dynamics.

I understand your feelings well. This is a case where we’ve found ourselves judging and criticizing those involved–with many a passionate
pen.
Yet, I believe, it is the type of logical analysis you’ve provided above that will foster justice. Hopefully we can learn something about our own behaviors and interrupt the damage being done to other victims of toxic environments.
Even when we remove the invective for our own sanity, the poignant pain remains. This is a loss for us all.
