Lisa Irwin Missing: Cell Phone Call Made From Mom’s Phone At 2:30 AM, Taco Quotes Donald Trump, Kids Under Subpoena

Kansas City, MO- In what appears to be the latest revelation of contradictory information coming from the parents of Lisa Irwin, directly- there WAS a call made from Bradley’s cell phone at 2:30 am the morning of Lisa’s disappearance October 4, 2011.

Megan Wright,  apparently ready for the breakfast Halloween mixer or the Strawberry Shortcake weekend reunion, was caught outside her home by surprise yesterday.

Ms. Wright was interviewed by Kansas City Police detectives at least four times,  and states that she does not know Deborah or the Irwin family and was only “through the neighborhood” with her ex-boyfriend.  It would seem that the former suiter in question has Ms. Juggalette changing her Facebook status from “it’s complicated” to single.

Ms. Wright does not know who called her phone and had a 50 second conversation with whomever called from Deborah Bradley’s phone,  but she certainly did not say it was stolen,  and to my knowledge detectives do not need to interview folks four times if they have no information.

The cell phone call occurs almost to the minute of the dumpster fire a few blocks from the Irwin residence on NE 37th St.

Sources inside the investigation have confirmed to www.blinkoncrime.com that Wright has an association with an extended member of the family, but to their knowledge has never met Deborah, Jeremy, or the couples children.

Ms. Wright’s clown family can be found here.

“YOUR FIRED”

In the words of our affectionately dubbed, double-thatch comb over king,  Donald Trump, Joe Tacopina, attorney for Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin gave Cynthia Short her walking papers.

Citing exhaustion, Ms. Short, before coming up short last night, cancelled a media tour and press conference at the Irwin home at 3620 N. Lister Ave yesterday morning.

Taco then cancelled the interviews of the two young boys scheduled to meet with a pediatric specialist to answer questions about the night Lisa went missing.  Although Bradley and Irwin’s original story was that one of the children was in bed with her,  it has changed to include both boys sleeping in the couple’s bed.

To further complicate matters, Tacopina in a conversation with Judge Jeanine Pirro announced that he had retained the world’s foremost expert on cadaver canines, and was told that a dog trained to alert on human decomposition will also alert on human feces.

Where are Bones and Gerus when you need them, I opine..

What is not clear, is how Taco is practicing law in Missouri in the first place.  He is not currently licsened in the state of Missouri so he would have to be operating via an approved pro hac vice order of a local member of the state’s bar.

Let’s hope he gets up to speed quickly, as he is about to run into a learning curve in the road.

www.blinkoncrime.com has learned that although Taco et al has reported that Bradley and Irwin have consented to allow the children to be interviewed after declining for weeks,  they had little choice.

While not subject to public disclosure,  it is believed the children are the subject of an investigative subpoena.

Missouri is a unique state  in this regard, as it has the power to use this investigative tool in lieu of an actual grand jury if the state sees fit, and has little drawbacks- including the fact that it allows the prosecution to compel witnesses and evidence prior to filing any charges, and in some cases, prior to seeking an indictment.

Taco says he will call police next week to reschedule the children’s appointment for an interview, and buccal swabs.

Male neighbor JB piqued my interest early on, so when JimS/CNN reported JB texted(?) his wife SB at 10:30 to say goodnight, I thought how coincidental to that being the time DB allegedly went in for the night leaving SB outside.

Wondered if JB was actually watching them.

Anyways, if he has been “cleared”, then that’s that . . . ?

Still waiting on who the neighbor was that allegedly SB stayed outside until allegedly 11:30pm.

The sparsely-filled, swiss-cheese timeline that’s come from “a source” (cough, cough) to media, is an alleged timeline of alleged events, and is insulting to the public’s intelligence.

No way, imo, did these women sit outside the entire time without going in the house and on more than one occasion . . . can’t imagine drinking vodka, mixed or not, without ice . . .

    WHERE IS THE BABY ????

Earlier Allison asked about the neighbor’s husband– who I was referring to in my posts as the “neighbor” since he is also DB’s neighbor (Allison, Nov. 7 @ 9:16 am). For clarification, I will now call him the “male neighbor”. I asked for a link to the article stating that the motorcyclist picked the male neighbor out of a photo line up (thanks LaurieD).

But now that brings us back to Allison’s questions which haven’t been answered. There is an Examiner article in which Gil Abeyta basically asserts that the male neighbor “has a motive– revenge” and that events occured on Oct. 3, escalated on Oct. 4 and could have led him to “snap”. Abeyta thinks that the male neighbor fits the profile of the potential bad guy in this situation.

however, there were actually two articles published by the Examiner on Nov. 6– one says that the male neighbor fit the profile of the bad guy, had reason, etc. while the other says that the male neighbor has an alibi, passed a polygraph, and has been ruled out by police. What gives? Which article is correct or, at least, more correct?Blink, can you address this? Is Abeyta a legitimate “profiler”? Do you have any legitimate info on the male neighbor that can clarify the conflicting stories presented by the Examiner? Do you have any info or opinions on the male neighbor’s potential involvement?

Who are these people that can’t speak with LE and tell investigators EVERYTHING they know (the first time they’re interviewed)??
Who feels the need to speak with the media over speaking with the police/FBI when an innocent little baby is at stake??
    This is sickening.

I can’t comprehend how this marine, the missing baby’s blood-relative, can seemingly support and commend the on-going REFUSAL of the parents of this innocent missing baby to work with the dedicated men and women in uniform who have diligently searched for their little girl, the marine’s baby cousin.

Blink, I began reading your blog quite some time ago. I hold respect for your investigative skills but am surprised at your tone when I was atempting to tell you I have difficulty trying to comprehend what you are saying at times. You used to provide balance, but I will say since the Anthony verdict, you have changed. I wish you well with your new personna and blog style and your contributions to others. For what it’s worth; I have no trouble shitting, but generally choose to do so in private and not shit on others should they say something I disagree with.

Mynamehere- In my work, for the most part, I am dealing with the best outcome of finding a dead person or exposing a criminal involved, etc. If you don’t think an occasional snark line is appropriate to defer the stress and burden that comes with that then you really should try doing what I do without it and see how far you get.

You said you had occasional difficulty understanding my humor, I said something humorous in response, and your offended so I guess that was a true statement, lol.

I feel as though you are making a character assessment unfairly, and your criticism was not intended to be constructive. Maybe it is a personality thing. Dunno. It is true that I believe the Anthony verdict has affected the way that I work, but in a strength based way.

There are many unwritten chapters in that saga, let me assure you, and I hope to write them to the best of my ability, and true to my style and tone. I can only be me, it is all I know.

Note the similarities to the JBR case in Boulder, CO. From Crime Magazine 1999.

“The Ramsey had agreed, early on, to provide handwriting samples, and did cooperate initially (on Dec. 26th and 27th), but they refused to go to police headquarters for questioning. From the first stages of the investigation they wanted to be questioned together, rather than separately – something police refused to agree to. Later, the Ramseys would insist that police submit their questions in writing (also anathema to investigators, since it allows a suspect to carefully craft a reply, and avoids spontaneous follow-up questions), and finally the Ramseys demanded that they be given all police investigative reports concerning the statements by and behavior of the Ramseys prior to questioning – which, remarkably, the District Attorney’s office did.”

Go to the Wichita Eagle newspaper and read this posted Nov. 12-”Attorney for Lisa Irwin’s parents explains their cooperation situation with police.” Attorney John Picerno who joined the case two weeks ago, is quoted as saying there was a phone call made from one of the family’s phones at 11:57 p.m.on OCT 3. And there was activity on the phone trying to access voice mail and internet browser at 3:17 and 3:24a.m. on OCT 4.I’m not good at uploading links so go see the rest. While this lawyer asks for the media to let the family be on little Lisa’s birthday Tacopino goes to GMA? He blatantly points the finger 3 times at “Jersey”. Well, if it is him, he’s locked up and that’s good for now. How is Tacopino making demands that a list of questions be submitted if he’s not certified to practise law in Missouri? My jaw also dropped when he said this. Also on KCTV 5 KCPD Captain Steve Young reiterates they have not ruled anyone out, including John Tanko. The story is there for Nov.11.Can’t go back to that window but something like “Search continues on Little Lisa’s Birthday.”

    Huge sigh.

No matter if we were almost a year old or almost 41 years old, if one of us went missing our Dad would have moved mountains with his bare hands to find us.

Jeremy Irwin on the other hand appears to me to to be a different species of a father all together . . . hiding behind lawyers and a “PI” who are attempting to serve the spin (it’s not working).

Irwin has lied. He first claimed he did not communicate to Deborah Bradley that he would be home late.
Irwin not informing Bradley he wouldn’t be home for hours was a stumbling block for me in the timeline and who may be involved.

The phone records have removed that stumbling block.

Horrendous sadness for little Lisa Irwin, and thoughts to her Great-Uncle Johnny Chivalette, who I do not know, but have read his comments since the beginning at various places.
