Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage
Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing, Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.
Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW, a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.
In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud- the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper, Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.
Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

KR was so driven, he would reoffend anywhere
he was at if he was not on lupron. Since
leaving lompoc, he has only been supervised while residing with mother.
Mcso should have checked every lower-grade motel registration in the
County in May 2010 for his presence.
I believe the fbi was behind every
blaring notice & newspaper article in Federal Way, Sandpoint, & Eugene.
Why did not that public sensationalized
notification drive kick off with wherever he registered after leaving lompoc.
Imo there was a several month gap, & something happened in the gap location to bring
him to the fbi’s attention and public concern.

My question: After nearly five and a half years, does MCSO/DA still believe that TMH is the person responsible for having Kyron removed from the school?
If this is to me Nelmel- it is my opinion, in general, that remains the MCSO theory. I have spoken to a few sources close to, or with knowledge of the investigation and I would say it is a fair statement that not everyone concurs and the fear of public acknowledgement is driving the bus these days.

The “Task Force” should have tracked down each & every visit to relatives in eugene and W Linn, tge L Oswego from his release thru 6/4/10. This is a famiky-oriented “system” so I would expect SOME visit after the in-CA, gps anklet thing was over & done. I bet he registered somewhere in OR before traveling to WA.

OT I’m in quite a State now; a former Gov is running for Pres.

At church yesterday. a real housewife type couple bowled me
over running out of the balcony mid service to report a congregant up front

auditory processing issues would likely have his hood covering his ears. I could hardly bear it myself.
Anyway, I ran into a real housewife (church leader) originally from Memphis who told me the service had
plenty of protection because many men packed their guns in church. How that even computes
with any Biblical passage on where safety lies is beyond me. I remember in the 60s when it was
scandelous to wear jeans to church. Now the equivalent is a hoodie on a young person. I’m debating
whether to return & dress better than usual so I don’t get reported, or borrow my son’s hoodie &
attend with it up.
