Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage
Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing, Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.
Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW, a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.
In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud- the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper, Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.
Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

What’s interesting is I can get to Blink’s story about DAD, but can’t get any comments of 16k+ comments to come up. So, to me this means the stuff is out there but the comments are gone? Or is it possible that 16k+ is just too much and it needs to be split up in order to load? IDK, it loads really slow to begin with, so maybe that’s it.

said they found a way to get to a cache they couldn’t find, however then there’s this:

So, I think someone requested that the cache be removed. I wonder if one can query Google in that regard to ask if someone requested the cache be removed? They wouldn’t have to say who, just yes it was or no it wasn’t. Google owns the cache, so it’s up to them, but if someone got rid of a cache that included 16k+ comments, my guess is Google would have had to have a good reason to agree, and that would suggest LE to me. IDK
@TRuth & erose. I suggest you are onto something. the inaccessibility on Blink’s current server can be explained as an inadvertant IT happenstance. However, the additional disappearance from the cached pp system that only Google
owns & controls would be most explainable by Google purging that thread’s cache selectively in response to a formal
request, more likely by the DA or FBI than a little fish like MCSO. Google’s responsiveness would be explainable in that the business would not read or review the thread for content but would rely on a facile explanation like it interfered with if not obstructed the investigation of a cold blooded police murderer.

@Rose, Yes, and the Hormans for example were involved in gaming. Not only can you communicate with another player, but if a person were playing and talking to their children, ‘k, get down from there’ ‘Kyron, you can’t have a snack’ etc. another player could learn a lot about your household, and these conversations get chummy.
My son was in an XBox assigned group with a couple from AZ and one male from TN. The male from TN ended up going to AZ and moving in with the AZ couple who divorced because he had an affair with the wife. My son was 18 at the time and before the affair, contemplated going down there for a “reunion” with these STRANGERS/VIRTUAL FRIENDS. We discouraged and held our breaths as he was technically an adult and we couldn’t legit stop him. Thank God he was a broke college student. (We were prepared to “be in AZ” ht weekend if need be.)

@Rose – I LOVE your church report. Thanks. I go to church, but I cannot think of more than 4 or 5 people that I would be comfortable knowing were carrying a weapon – and that’s iffy.
When Trump said the situation in Paris would be different if more people were carrying guns at the concert, my first thoughts were
1) the average person probably couldn’t “win” by shooting someone planning to blow themselves up
2) my guess is there would have been a lot of innocent people caught in the crossfire and hysteria

Right, so I poked around the cache question a bit. Am no expert but found some different things.
Via the wayback machine, I accessed the last 2 pages of comments on the DAD thread. I’ve copied them into a document FWIW.
There is a clean capture (cache) of those pages in Oct 2012. The capture in January of 2013 is corrupted with the cialis hack to the WordPress site, and several other of the captures remain corrupt until your IT finished sorting out the WP fix (this happened to one of my sites too). When a clean capture is made in August 2013, the comments are gone.
There are 339 pages with comments on them. Each one would have to be checked, to see if there is a wayback machine capture.
As for the google, maybe a setting got unclicked in the WordPress rescue that can simply be reconnected. The google cache displaying today is from Nov 15 2015, so it is a very recent cache, of the ‘broken’ comment page. The wayback has an actual series of old captures over many years for sites.
In the ‘view source’ section of google’s cache of the page, I noted at the bottom that a plug in is undone. Perhaps you could ask your IT person to look at this?
It may be that the comments file is too large to display w/out the Super Cache plug in or a substitute.
Since there is a clean capture with comments before the WP break/rescue, and the next clean capture is post rescue and without comments, the answer might be there.
I know a lot of us would be grateful if you asked your IT to look at it, lol!

I am not the owner of a website but I asked that they remove a page I had published. They did – it was showing up in Google and Yahoo’s cache even though the page was deleted. I was able to request that Google remove the cached file and they did within 24 hours but Yahoo will only allow web site owners to submit this same request. Does anyone know approximately how long it will take before this cached item will disappear from Yahoo’s search results? thanks

Media is welcome to attend the briefing, scheduled for Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. on the steps of the Oregon State Capitol in Salem.
“This report is the result of countless hours of work with our partners in school safety,” said Sheriff Craig Roberts. “With the recent shooting on the UCC campus in Roseburg and other incidents across our state and nation, it is clear we need to do everything we can to help make our schools safer.”
Also scheduled to attend the press briefing is Jennifer Hoffman, mother of 14-year old Emilio Hoffman, who was killed in the Reynolds High School shooting on June 10, 2014. Hoffman has become an advocate for youth mental-health awareness and school safety in the wake of her son’s death.
In 2014, the Oregon State Legislature passed House Bill 4087, establishing the Oregon Task Force on School Safety (OTFSS). The OTFSS was tasked with coming up with strategies to more effectively respond to school violence and active-shooter situations.
The Task Force began meeting in August 2014 — studying data and hearing presentations from a variety of experts in school safety and related fields.
The Task Force’s report to the Oregon Legislature looks at how school officials and law enforcement can work together to help prevent school shootings. Partnerships with school leadership, first responders, mental-health professionals and the community are critical to overall school safety. Recommendations and study areas in the report include a statewide school-floorplan database, standardized terminology, a tip line, a statewide threat-assessment system and additional online resources.

Thanks for the link MbS, I think the tip line is a great idea. I just wonder though, since it’s anonymous, how they (the receiving end) will determine what’s a hoax and what isn’t? hamstrung imo because k-12 is the province of local school boards. So imo this is mostly

Why would an innocent victim give up her daughter when she had one of the best criminal defense attorneys in Oregon. I have never seen a scintilla of evidence that Terri is responsible for Kyrons disappearance so I dont know if she is an innocent victim but I do know that Kyron definitely is. I have never met her nor spoken to her so give that a rest. I am a very true supporter of DeDe and what she was put through was flat out negligence and derelict. I have seen significant evidence that points to SZ being responsible for Kyrons disappearance.

There seems every incentive for the gofundme account holder to regularly sweep out donations in the entirety to a bank account. This prevents any complaint or investigation request to gofundme to be acted on. The only safeguard is gofundme does not disburse monies until 7 days after a withdrawal request.
Someone will have to refresh my recollection, but my memory is Ramirez maintains a bank account for the benefit of Desiree’s “finding Kyron” activities from which airfares, motels, supplies & such like for searches would be paid. Peace at home imo. I believe Soldier that the color is green because the Davidsons said they read and approve her posts. Therefore the Davidsons believe or kniw the car is green. Since Terri’s whereabouts are unknown and she has not been spitted with ber car. The only other source for that info is a car registration in OR or CA. And someone Soldier & Davidsons believe to be reliable obtained the info in some manner.
I get all that, but given information I am aware of from counsel- at least as of 6/2015 there is no way Tony Young is touching any indelible db’s without rebuke at a minimum. As far as the mustang being painted green or TH being seen in Northern Cal that is probably just BS made up by SG because she can’t figure out where TH is or maybe some mis-information from one of her nut-case posters. Aside from all of that, way back in 2010 I seem to recall a SAR dog guy who likes himself an awful lot — but who probably does have the skill and dog talent — mention on his webpage that one of his dogs picked up a scent near the Horman property, but he was not allowed on the property. That was, I believe, a reflection of him butting into LE work in progress, as well as LE not liking him very much.
If a person is going to “do everything possible” to find a missing child, what is “everything possible?”
I think flyers and bracelets at auto shows is now ridiculous, and I think that a woman who has to run from a pack of soulless insane train wreck women with personality disorders to start her life over in another state is a sad confirmation that our criminal justice system is completely broken. This case has tried and convicted TMH without discovery, without a jury, and without the truth, and lots of people are okay with that.

I just want to clarify there was a search done Kaine’s property the first couple of days after Kyron went missing. These were search and rescue dogs with a scent article looking for a LIVE child. Cadaver dogs have never set foot on his property. Not once! While Desiree, Me and my family pray everyday this is not our outcome we need answers. Kyron deserves for us to have these answers. He deserves to be found. Why would a father deny any mother the piece of mind knowing he is not there? Why can’t he do that for her for Kyron? Sounds like The Davidsons/SG are starting to point the finger of guilt in Kyron’s disappearance at Kaine. This is weird I thought they knew for sure Terri did it. I find it interesting because they need to heed their own words. If they are to be such sticklers for verbiage, then explain what they were thinking when Kaine, Desiree & Tony released a statement in 2010 the Friday before Father’s day, that this coming Sunday, for the first time, Kyron wouldn’t be home for Father’s day. I’d like to know how in the heck they knew that? I’d like to know who actually wrote the statement, which one of the three? And how on earth did the other two not catch that indeed they were writing Kyron off before his time. He could have been found on Friday night, Saturday or even on Father’s day itself.
Freudian slips happen, just sayin’. But how on earth can all three of them have read and published that statement and not see what they were saying? Still bugs me to this day, and I’m sure it must have bugged the FBI as well, for those who don’t recall:
“It has been two weeks since our son Kyron disappeared,” said the statement. “For the last 14 days we have not been able to talk to him see him playing around the house or tuck him in bed. Any parents would understand the grief that this causes our family.”

June 18, 2010 was the Friday it was released and read at the Friday presser, so it was written most likely even earlier in the week. So here’s another question, remember how Kaine, Desiree & Tony told the press that all press conferences would be on a Friday from now on. I always wondered why that was? Was it because one of them had to go to work and couldn’t be there except on Fridays? If I’m not mistaken DY was off work, and I’m thinking KH was as well. Was TY? Just more curious stuff.

Since the primary purpose of those Greene-run FB support pages seems to be to push gofundme donations, inkind donations and volunteers to car washes & other enterprises like stalking at moulton’s home, searches, and court stalking of terri, it seems likely to me Desiree realized it was essential those social media functions be farmed out from her family for a “degree of separation” for their protection. The pictures of kyron are merely part of the marketing enterprises in my opinion.

Amazing how some spend all their time blaming because they do not want to own any facts. What she is doing is doing to TH and DDS is actionable.
My fave latest bit of misinformation- that TH is not being named a suspect because then “they” will have to move forward with discovery and court. What a load of malarky- there is no such thing as discovery for a LEA declaring a suspect- one would have to be charged with a crime ( sigh, duh). And for the record, LE told TH and KAINE she was a suspect in both the mfh and Kyrons disappearance.
Im going to be lucky if I don’t face charges in Kyrons case, LOL? For what- fact based investigative journalism, which, btw, was confirmed in open court and in depositions.
Some independent verifications went through my media lawyer like LE correspondence or other source intel we had a concern might be proprietary and/or case sensitive but I didnt have to. I guess the recent Kaine smear is tied to his admission that there is in fact a SZ, always has been, known to all parties.
