Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage
Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing, Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.
Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW, a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.
In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud- the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper, Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.
Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

in the 2 State Region might have channeled energy into local fundraisers for legal bills which
hamsteing her.
I should say my working definition of miscreant is not the dictionary’s but an intent to rattle a cage of true believers on either “side”,to perpetuate or extend an argument, and by my own definition I’m one at times. I think 90-95% of OLive post are of this nature. Then there are simply the well-intended OLive being themselves like Eagle who may extend arguments but not intend to it seems to me.

I started checking out a lot of posters when people were saying they thought Terri was posting secretly. I had a few suspicions of my own, but nothing ever came of it. I would probably have tried it myself if I were in her place. At one point early on, I thought perhaps you might have been a friend of Terri or at least spoken with her because your point of view seemed more balanced than so many of the others I read. My theory was that somewhere in some of the posts there might have been grains of truth to follow up on, but I didn’t feel successful with that, so I stopped trying.
Anyway, the point is that I read and appreciated many of your early posts. I hope you feel welcome to contribute here.
I have seen your name mentioned on BOC, but have not read anything negative directed at you, however, I do miss things sometimes. If that occurred, I’m sorry not to have replied at the time.
I also am saddened by the story of your nephew. I researched in 2011 and saw articles about it in the Eugene newspaper from around 1978. At the time, I was looking for other stories of any missing child connected to a school. I thought you must have been fairly young yourself at the time, and that it must have been very difficult for you and your family.

Therapists for 1 or both, neutral visitation broker, DSS referral, guardian ad litem referral, and so on. This could come by way of a single sentence suggestion in the Conclusion.

I don’t think at this juncture I could rise to drawing the inference she was involved- unless of course she settled for not seeing her child again and relinquished custody. However, I do agree that will largely be the public sentiment if she does- and as I have said for years, the black cloud will never leave her if she does not meet this head on.

ADA Woods was seasoned enough to know if DSS & the DA’s Office got Court-involved with Terri wrt “child protection” of kiara due to the abduction of her brother, TH must be assigned an attorney from the Public Defender ranks who could litigate the heck out of Woods. (Maybe even young Houze would be the PD by now).
So that was plenty of reason for the DA & CAU not to refer Terri to CPS imo.

An example would be: Sheriff Staton, what is your pisition on Ms Young’s search, on June 21? What is mcso’s level of cooperation informally or formally? Do you have an opinion on the public at large being invited to apply to participate? Do you have an opinion on the use of K9s from New Mexico who participated in the x search (x meaning that controversial one where she criticized the Sheriff) Was Kyron given a nodded permission to leave her classroom with a stranger? and so on. I’d publish each of my 20-30 questions and his no comment to each. Let the public pressure on Staton ramp up.

I am having trouble getting this Elliot Rogers Day of retribution to you
about the water and how portland is run: yes good example. city has used water money from rate payers as a slush fund for some time, applying to all sorts of pet projects through some water detail. the advertising on the measure was passed that if a PUD was set up corporations would control it. don’t know why but this would apparently be worse than corrupt portland water bureau.
we have now had 2 boil water alerts in recent months. there was also one a couple of years ago. this is unusual. I have lived here all my life and the uncovered reservoirs were no problem. however now the fed wants them covered. we are told that covering will cost a LOT of money. on the other hand if they aren’t covered, water rates will go up 85% in the next 5 years. our water rates are already among the highest in the country why? we have abundant water here. ABUNDANT. it rains a lot. I believe these boil water alerts, that are always lifted the next day (by the way they chlorinate our water and the samples are taken pre-chlorination). the last time I didn’t hear about the boil water alert until it was over so used tap water to drink cook, brush teeth and so on with no ill effects. I suspect that these last two alerts, and probably more coming, are designed to force the issue on covering reservoirs, and I’m sure it will mean another no-bid contract to cronies who will get the big job. yes, we do have a problem with the way portland is run.

Terri never played an infant sex abuse card despite Kaine’s brother alleging family history.

Kantor, a civil judge, has been benching one of the most important custody cases that most of us have ever seen. I.E. Can a father take and keep a young daughter he barely parented because LE “thinks” she has committed a crime that they cannot determine?
Kantor supported a “meritless” suit..
Kantor refused to abate it.
Kantor supported Dede’s GJ appearance and he knew? about the alledged “sting” she was offered.
Kantor quashed the suit just before Tony and Desiree would have been deposed and their medical and other pasts exposed -in court. Given, as we know now, only “pipe-dreams” of a real investigation.
Kantor then put the divorce/custody on hold for another 6 months.
Kantor then wrote a “no contact” that gave Kaine full-custody indefinitely despite a formal and timely contesting of the FAPA.
Kantor refused for another year to facilitate any kind of contact between mother and daughter.
Kantor is not following constitutional law by shielding LE and Rudy from disclosure. In essence this divorce has always been a “criminal” fact-finding case. Both TMH and LE are on “trial” for illegal/ethical crimes that are unsaid.
Who has been keeping a 3-4 year old from her mother for yet another year? Knowing that Kaine was/is a .25 parent at best.
TMH is the mother who will not quit, IMO. She and her lawyers are doing everything by the book.
So…i wondered today about Lynne Terri telling me years ago that this case will take “years”. And Kaine doing the same in the media. Obviously LE had told them it would take years.
Is Kantor carrying on the “script”? Hoping, too, for TMH to still break and “confess”?
Kantor said in the last hearing that some of his decisions might go appellate. Maybe he is predictiong that TMH wil NOT agree to less than “unfettered” contact with her daughter. Still.
