Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions, and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.
In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

the only other custodians there were Moylan and Ibarra. iirc Tandy was on the List. Masic was not because he had worked at Lewis at the time.
@Tiny, if you look back, I think that gym was first scheduled to open in January.
My understanding was it was owned or co-owned, and being opened by, Briede’s
longtime COO. iirc he lives down there. It seems to me all these places struggle with upfront capital
costs. iirc Briede was in deep financial trouble on line anyway in Fall 09 trying to get his place off the
ground. Many far flung incorporated clubs with brand names go into bankruptcy, but it seems to me
without a large corporate backdrop, the financial costs of a new club are mighty. I wondered if that’s how the
Eugene group acquired some sort of interest in Edge.

I hate to say this in front of MbS, because I know she’s not one of the ones to which I’m referring, but, WTH is being taught in our schools? Of course parental views are in play, but I can remember wanting to rebel against some of what my parents were in favor of (Vietnam war for example), I was though, taught by everyone around me, parents, teachers, friends parents, etc., one simple thought….tolerance.

The list –
There seems to be agreement from various people who have the list that there are 213 names on the list which does include staff. Therefore, we probably have the complete list as it was sent out. I’m not sure where the 490 comes from, but 490 – 213 = 277. My guess is that the 277 would be the number of students PRESENT on June 4th .
I would assume that LE would use the attendance printout to make sure who was absent and to verify and count students who were actually there on June 4th. If LE used the attendance computer printout and verified those names were or weren’t there, the list would not include Kyron as “present” since he was marked “absent”. Of course they know Kyron was there, but he was not on the computer attendance record as “present”, so if Kiara was there, and Kyron was marked absent, then technically they should have listed 2 minor children with Terri Horman. Seems like a small detail, but if ever a case depended on small details, this is it. Kyron was either there “in the care of” Terri or there “with/as part of/in the care of” the school. I can hear Houze asking – “So, which is it?” and pushing to show he was the school’s responsibility.

Jill Inahara got the grant that RS Landscape Maintenance worked under at the schl. If locals can get the info from her she should know (or know who knows) who Rudy’s regular workers were. And maybe someone saw any day laborers that he hired on for Skyline project. Also, Selim Masic was custodian most of the year. There is, coincidentally, a Sanchez who was a neighbor of Selim’s.

Selim Masic? Not on the list. The recycle article places him at Skyline in 2010, but then he must have moved onto Lewis that same year. He did come back to help after Kyron was abducted.

@erose. In the pic url I just posted, you will see Tandy looks distinctive, as does Masic.
Neither bear a resemblance to plaid shirt, and Mathews would remember either. The
head of that Green team, Jill I, created extra work for custodians
(per print articles & pics of them carrying out her projects),
but I doubt other parents even knew
their names. I used to think her projects were a good reason for Masic to
transfer out in the middle of a school year, but likely the SE side was
nearer his home and he is still at the same school.
More likely than not some parent noticed Masic working 12 hour days after Kyron was missing and assumed that meant he was a Skyline employee because she had seen him in the past at Skyline that school year, did not see him on the list, did not see him return the next school year. But that parent did not know he was an employee at Lewis on 6/4 and not an employee at Skyline. And gossip starts. All any parent had to do was ask Keefer.

IMHO, when that TF was disbanded, in June 2011, that’s when Kyron’s case became officially cold. Makes me wonder if the addition of two new LE officers PPB & OSP, found some exculpatory evidence on TMH that the other detectives hadn’t. I mean, why disband the task force, when they’d only worked on the case for less than a year? Cold, that’s why. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, MCSO and DA not willing to give up on their intended target: if not Terri, then who? While KH & DY continue sing their praises for doing such a great job in this investigation. Really?

I’ve decided to add an additional choice award this year for my biggest helper through all of this.
Kiara’s Choice will be added to the awards lineup. She has helped with the show every year, put up with my long hours, my daily BS, and most importantly she is there for me no matter what. Doesn’t get more inspirational than that.
The winner will get a cool trophy and a photo with one of the cutest 7 year olds around. Deal with it!!

I don’t know why, but this bothers me. (Mainly the “she’s always there for me” part. Geeze, she’s 7.) Anyway, what it does say loud and clear to me, that there is no way Kaine Horman thinks Kyron was taken by a stranger. I’m thinking he wouldn’t have his daughter, not only helping him at these events, but also letting her pose with strangers.

Briede, you’re right Rose it was supposed to be opened in January. The space vacant since LA Fitness moved to Tualatin 3 years ago(approximately). The website said opening yesterday and it was dark, people showed up and it was locked up tight. Now they say they are opening by Monday, weird FB posts though. Coincidently, someone asked me today if I’d seen the weird posts and asked what I thought of them.
Salazar and Briede are not making many friends in the southern community.
Kenny Moylan is the only custodian on the staff list for 2009-2010 who is not on the list of 6/4 attendees and also not on the staff list for 2010-2011.
MBS, You have probably addressed this before, but I notice the schools list their custodian/head custodian, and I would assume they are in charge of maintenance, but I would think there are other custodians or janitors that help keep the school clean and work at night. One person could not maintain and clean an entire school, and judging from the lists I posted, there are more than one per school, and since only one is listed as staff, I assume the others are “support staff” and maintain anonymity.

Sure doesn’t sound like something Kaine would write, IMO. I think the award and wording is inappropriate no matter who wrote it, particularly not age appropriate.
If I had to take it out of context and guess just from the wording and way it’s expressed, I’d say it sounds more like Desiree than anyone else, based on how she talks. Kind of makes you think the award idea was intended more to upset Terri.

I certainly can’t say for sure, but I cant tell you whomever is running that website promotes all funds go toward the BKH 503C site, has photos mostly of Kaine with the award recipients through the years, etc.
I also noticed there is no KM doing the infamous “like” or “thumbs up” there since 2015. Which is what I was checking in the first place. But she is there then. So I’m guessin’ yeah, it’s KH.
You know, there was a photo of a decked out police car in those photos, please tell me that’s not Staton’s.

I think a school would list any regular custodial helper assigned to that school as staff, not just the head custodian. Every actual employee of PPS would be in a district staff directory, but someone hired temporarily or contracted from a service for a short time, might not be. There were people who showed up if our custodian(s) were sick – I’m not sure where they came from. Could have been borrowed from another school if available, or contracted from a service temporarily or (most likely) someone who worked part time any place in the district and was called in for extra hours – those people would never have shown up on any list except their primary assignment, if they had one.
As a counselor, if there was a crisis at another school, I could go there to help (with approval, of course). My assignment would not be changed and my pay would not reflect I was anywhere else, so only the immediate supervisors would know if anyone different was there. June 4th was obviously a crisis of its own, but other events could qualify for that assistance – illness of one of the custodians, an unusual maintenance clean-up need, etc. Somewhere I remember hearing the windows were all open on June 4th which was chilly, wet, and windy. I never figured out why that was. I wrote once before that if the school were too hot, the open windows would just make the thermostats add more heat, although some custodians had a few tricks up their sleeves. Windows open would have brought in the sound of the field being mowed, too.
I wonder what the odds are that anyone in the investigation ever talked to the custodians about these issues or knew the right questions to ask.

A big thank you to Liberty High School for hosting the car show again this year. We’re looking to make this our annual spot. Thank you for helping us bring an event back to Kyron’s neighborhood!!

Seems odd – Liberty is in the Hillsboro School District (not PPS) and is not a high school Kyron would have been eligible to attend without a residential move or a transfer. I’m sure it’s a great place for a car show, just an odd way to put it, IMO.
From Masic’s picture, I can see why some parents would assume him hispanic in ethnic origin rather than middle eastern. Those parents probably didn’t know he’d already left for Lewis in Feb/March and just came back on loan to help after the abduction. 6 more years at the same Eled is a good work history.
@erose. My impression is all those Car Show FB entries were written by a woman. The language you refer to is disturbing: “She has helped with the show every year, put up with my long hours, my daily BS, and most importantly she is there for me no matter what” It’s something you’d write about a wife (or in KH’s case, a mistress). It is quasi-sexualizing her and a role reversal–attributing adult qualities to her, as was done about Kyron in some language put on here recently. And you’re right, this exposure to many many strangers at these car shows and on line is really risky parenting, whether or not there was a family abduction. My daughter helped me at some public things in 5th or 6th grade and I woukd never have told anyone her name, much less put it out there as an event solicitation ploy on FB. How can he possibly think these weekend events are what she should be going to in this developmental stage?

From the DA side, only one ADA but 2 investigators worked the case.
We know from Kitz that one was Heidi assigned fulltime beyond the windup of the TF.
(Kitz said for one year). Shrunk listed 2 chief deputies, presumeably Frink & Rees.
Anyway it seems to me (imo) Heidi was as responsible as O’Donnell for the fiascos.
Jung did fail in followup when she wrangled anything out of him. When Staton finally said he’d have to follow procedure and make interview apptmts with Terri through her lawyer, she didn’t say “Well has any investigator called him for an apprmt? No? Why not?

She has been on the Editirial Board since 2014. The Editorial Board has been busy this year publishing Agendas and calls for this and that. I expect them to publish an Agenda for the new Sheriff in early August. Worth writing Jung in her Ed Board role and recommending an editorial “work cut out for” appointive Sheriff Agenda line item be x, y, and z wrt the Horman investigation.
Isn’t Liberty HS where KM’s daughter attended and mother briefly worked?
She was KH’s FB moderator. Maybe she continues that role for this page and event.

Briede’s original rollout was also messy and underraken
amidst litigation. “The Wall” anchored it in the community
early on the heels of its opening, so Briede owes KH big time imo.

Kyron’s Car Show is an annual community event held the first Sunday in August.
Goal of the show: to bring everyone together for some good, old fashioned fun while continuing to promote awareness for missing children and child safety.
100% of all fees/donations and show proceeds go to the Kyron Horman Foundation. The Kyron Horman Foundation is a 100% volunteer 501c3 non-profit public charity with a mission to build awareness campaigns that help bring missing children home.

One wonders why Budnik, now with the Teibune so no news blackout,
did not follow the careers of Krafve & Peterson thru the lens of their Horman work.
Krafve headed tge Task Force, and Blink said from the day he asked DDS to andwer Qs, and she said
she’d be hapoy to with her lawyer present, MCSO bullied her. Peterson was on the
investigation as the Gresham member of the E Cty major crimes team. Looks lije they continued their
2003 work habits, so what other potential defendants have they bullied since 2002-3? Budnik should
look into their career paths for a sequel.

Funny thing is I don’t notice or pay attention to what people drive very often. However, whenever I see a vehicle same model and color as mine, I notice. Did Terri ever see a vehicle parked at Skyline or in her neighborhood exactly like her husband’s truck? Especially KH might have paid attention as well, because most guys don’t want their vehicles to be just like the other guys.
There’s a photo here of the 2010 Summer Gathering @Skyline, which I’m guessing KH didn’t attend, if he didn’t, I wonder who that white pickup belongs to? Can anyone tell for sure if it is a Ford F250? (I’m not good at that either.)

as I Alluded above. Liberty was Kristen & her iwn HS daughter’s space when the Car Show kicked off. Making Kaine symbiotic shall we say. And the 7 yo girl-adult role reversal FB post fits her own nuclear familys’ MO imo.

@Malty. mbs once told us, and I recently reread online, once upon a time PPS terminated its custodians (well prior to 2010, perhaps 2006/7), then contracted out to a nonprofit employkng the disabled (ie developmentally), but a Court or Labor Comm said you can’t do that. So PPS had to equal opportunity rehire its terminated custodians along with the disabled from the nonprofit. I always thot Moylan/Ibarra two of the former and Tandy from the latter.
I do not know how I missed that Rose, or forgot it. Thank You.
