Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

If one agrees on “complex planning ability” assigned to TH- then one has to believe TH had the foresight to believe, and make provisions for, the fact she would be the defacto suspect all along. We all know that is not the case, so once again it is incongruent.

Who asked about Rosenthal failing to counsel Young to emtertain the outcome of a suit against PPS? Don’t cha remember his wife. Her “nonprofit” depended on PPS for its very existance and income stream. He could not have had a greater conflict of interest in counseling DY re her options wrt PPS in my opinion.

I am not a fan of PRF because I believe children with reading disabilities should be taught by trained teachers (like MR herself directly) during the school day on school property, and iep’d if that’s what it takes to get services — not by parents needing a little income who’re trained by a nonprofit and whose experience workload is 2 kids. This is a panacea free to PPS that actually protects or buffers PPS from having to provide services it legally owes these kids.

Around the time soldier was focused on KH in regards to the wall removal, she mentioned people were unhappy with her and leaving her page. At this time I did notice a dip in her follower count.

The implied statement above (lol) is that Green associates the possibility of fake profiles because she has hundreds if not thousands of them. She has admitted this. And wait- I thought I was Rose, or Rose is TH, or some other baseless nonsense.
I recently asked a contact their opinion as to why they believed Green would not just pick up the phone and call DY and ask her specifically as to “credibility” of some of the things she posts and has called into question- the response was that she does not have DY’s number and never has. If that does not provide a proper context as to what some are willing to do and their motivations, I do not know what does.

Was Lowery saying that since witness statements weren’t public the case is perplexing? Or that no one saw him leave school grounds? I’ve got to believe that his organization is privy to LE info? Like EM’s statements for example?
Not privy to case sensitive info, but to my knowledge there are no witnesses to Kyron leaving grounds, just exiting the South exit with SZ.

OT In PPS, what vendor needs a contract with PPS to send a paid parent into the school during instructional hours for 30 min sessions of “teaching reading.”? It is “free” to PPS. Another 3rd source of authorized classroom “visitors” developing relationships with first graders in classrooms. Doing this (do gooder enterprise that nevertheless pays salaries to program mgrs) during instructional time cheats children of actual instruction owed them by the State.

I actually feel sorry for her. More than likely the person posting such nonsense is guilty of the very thing that is being derided. An example: How could Blink find the data and make up the stories of some of my experiences. It is true that she did have a “Poppa” who loved her dearly and shared a lot of things in his life with her. The chances that he would know the same type of things that I have posted are between slim and none. North Carolina and New Jersey are not the same as Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

There are a lot of people who post on multiple missing child/crime Facebooks. I think by posting on some of these sites herself SG attracts posters from other missing child/crime Facebooks to like and follow her Facebook. I have noticed that the majority of her posters are not from Oregon. That is why although she has quite a few posters when she has an event such as her protest at the sheriffs office and the annual balloon release for Kyron do not get a very good attendance. Some of these people don’t seem to have a very good grasp of the details of Kyrons case.
I think SG made a big mistake allowing her followers to trash Kaine by saying that he was involved in Kyrons disappearance. She should notice her event for Kyron attracted 10 people Kaines event for Kyron attracted 500 people. Kaine has the support of many of the missing child organizations around the state and country. Kaine has a lot of local support for his booths at events at various expositions. People who support Kaine in his effort to keep Kyron in the news probably are not going to be inclined to align themselves with any activity SG sponsors because of the accusations and insults directed at Kaine by SG and her Facebook posters.
Lost child organization sponsoring other children are probably going to remember her name also.
The only real hope I have of Kyron’s safe return is if one of the four parents arranged for his disappearance in anticipation of TH and KH’s divorce and the custody battle for all the kids that would ensue.

Harleycolt, I keep coming back to steroids, too, and ATG said steroids a few posts back, but I can’t seem to figure out the motivation of taking a child to send a message to the mother. I struggle with that concept. If Kyron’s abduction was motivated by TH being a steroid snitch, then wouldn’t they want her to know that, make it clear to her that she cause it. I can see steroids being the cause of the breakdown of the Horman marriage, and I can see cops wanting to cover up their potential involvement with steroids and KH, thus skewing the investigation, but I don’t see how it is the direct cause.

first time- I am aware of her case superficially. As more facts develop in her case I may write on it eventually as I believe quite strongly this offender has other victims outside of those we know about.

What good would it do, to abduct the child of someone who had, years ago, reported a steroid operation going down at the gym that may have involved cops? There was no ransom, no threat, e.g., if you talk, you will never see him again, and your daughter will be next, blah blah blah. Personally, I don’t think the steroids had much if anything to do with Kyron’s abduction. (Remember B’s perp: “sexually motivated”.)
I do, however, think that LE steroid involvement definitely could have much to do with the LE’s treatment of TMH, DDS, KH and TY as a brother in blue. I also believe the possible LE steroid issue is one of the factors that is keeping this case more quiet than others. Why else would we not have heard publicly from LE regarding the Horman/roids connection, if not a possible link to LE themselves? Would not releasing such information have possibly brought in more tips? Of course it could have, so IMHO LE hush-up = LE involvement.
I wonder if that fact is true (connection from KH/gymroids to LE in whatever capacity), and TMH can somehow prove it, via cancelled checks or otherwise, would that be enough to legally have this case taken from MCSO and moved to either another jurisdiction or even better, the FBI? Certainly Houze must have looked into this?
Maybe the roid-ring not only included LE and but included other gymrats from places like our Elected Offices, Intel or PPS? Perhaps exposing the roid-ring would have been even larger than we thought, or should I say “bigly”. LOL

Every time I feel the slightest sympathy for soldier about how DY and KR have used her I remember DDS. SG has told what she knows to be outrageous lies about DDS in an attempt to ruin her life. As a result I have no sympathy for her or any further problems she may face as a result of her continued flow of false accusations and gossip about DDS , Terri, Kaine. and even Kiara.

I was looking back at some of the legal wrangle-dangles of this case. I have a question.
DY dropped her civil suit June 30 2013, I’m assuming that’s because DDS testified before the GJ and DDS was pretty much all they had. But, my question is her attorney, Rosenthal motioned the court to Compel DDS to answer “each individual” question that did not pertain to her own specific incrimination that she had used the 5th for when first deposed, which was submitted to the court October 22, 2012, 8/9 months earlier. Why wasn’t DDS, compelled by the court back then to answer at least some of the questions. Why did the court give her a pass? Is it simply because she too, (photo on poster, etc.) was being treated as a defacto suspect? Was that enough to throw all the unanswered questions into an *I-take-5th bucket*, or would there be some other reason? That’s a long, long time between her GJ testimony and the October deposition. What was going on all those months? Lay terms please.
The court did not- the matter was scheduled to be heard when the Judge ruled to abate for 6 months, to commence on Aug 1. Nothing can be heard, filed or decided during an abatement. I would add that another reason for the case delay was that at the last minute, Dy and TY rescheduled their depositions on 2 separate occasions. If you are asking why she was not forced to answer more during her deposition – it falls under the rules against self incrimination similarly so it would need to be sent to the judge if they wanted to invoke (5th), which it was.
