Folsom, CA– As Melissa Huckaby awaits her arraignment in court this afternoon in San Joaquin County, Blinkoncrime.com has discovered the arrest last week of Timothy John Lawless, a relative to Huckaby and the Lawless family. Folsom Police Department verified this afternoon Lawless was arrested on April 15.
Timothy Lawless was arrested on THE EXACT SAME SEX CHARGE AS Huckaby. Lawless is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail under a $1Million Bond, charged with 10 counts of lewd and lacivious acts on a child under 14.
288. (a) Any person who willfully and lewdly commits any lewd or
lascivious act, including any of the acts constituting other crimes
provided for in Part 1, upon or with the body, or any part or member
thereof, of a child who is under the age of 14 years, with the intent
of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions, or
sexual desires of that person or the child, is guilty of a felony and
shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three,
six, or eight years.
Lawless is also charged with rape with a foreign instrument, but formal charges have not been formalized by the DA. Lawless’s next appearance in court is scheduled for May 14, 2009.

STOCKTON, Calif. — A music teacher at Elmwood Elementary School is in police custody on child porn charges, Stockton police said Wednesday.
Harold Willenborg, 48, was arrested Wednesday morning and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail.
A search warrant was served at Willenborg’s home in the 5600 block of Vintage Circle, Officer Pete Smith said.
Two cats, along with computer disks, were taken from his home.
Willenborg, who has worked at the school for 10 years, is on administrative leave.
“I was stunned. I’ve been in the profession for a number of years now and these types of situations are not pleasant,” principal John Semillo said.
A concerned citizen called in a tip on Monday, police said.
“Certainly not something that we can discount given the type of investigation, but I want to reassure everybody that at this point in time, we have no evidence that it is a molest situation,” Smith said.
Elmwood Elementary School is in the process of notifying all of its parents about the investigation.

Blink do you have any idea when arrests will be made? Have you been privy to this information? Do you feel it is taking too long to make arrests? LE first told the public about this months ago. I am so pleased with how LE has gone about this investigation. For the first time since I have been sleuthing, I am seeing part of the web of creeps going down. Don’t leave out the other coast though in your searching. It runs coast to coast and internationally I am sure, but how did all these perps end up in one location? How did they get acquainted in the first place and decide Tracy CA is where they would set up shop?
Also, note the similarity in the amount of SO’s in the neighborhood where Haleigh Cummings disappeared. This is not just a Tracy CA porn ring, Tracy just happens to be one settlement. Maybe LE in Haleigh’s case can learn from what is happening here.
Perhaps so and good advice if they stopped creating informants out of criminals. It does NOT work.

Blink, this is my first time posting on here…but I’ve been following you for quite some time! Lurked on WS and LOVED your posts, now I believe I’ll join SM as I see alot of your time is spent on there…as well as Klassend (whome I also admire).
Ok, now that that’s out of the way, I know you wouldn’t post anything unless it’s already been proven to you…so, my question is this – Does this spread farther than just Tracy CA residents? Could a few local popo be involved, also? Is Interpol getting involved yet? From several things I’ve read on the net previously, Germany has superior scramblers but the USA leads the world in child porn…including the child sale for sex trade industry. Yes it’s sick people, but this is true…this crap is all over the world and it’s sick. Florida has a lead FBI agent working on this kind of stuff (Nick Savage from what I’m told) and I’m wondering if California has a designated FBI or CIA lead officer. If so, how do we find out who it is so that we can start contacting them?
Tim Lawless seems to be a master in IT. There’s no telling what he’s left his mark on. He could have routed through a hijacked ip and just rolled with it for all we know! Of course his coworkers would think he’s this great upstanding guy…whatever. IMO, he wouldn’t have such a lengthy arrest charge if the popo didn’t have the goods on him. I personally think they found something on some people’s computers and they’re tracing every single upload & download from various ip addresses those computers came in contact with. I do not believe the popo is involved in this particular circle of nasty. The FBI is involved heavily in this case and it’s peripherals and if I were a betting person I would bet everything that before this is over we will see many arrests. It would be irresponsible of me to point them out one by one, but if you watch carefully, the effects are already being seen by recent arrests. You are absolutely right about the encryption issue. These people are masters. I do know more, and when I can, I will say. If I were a scumbag pedo in Tracy in particular, but really anywhere, in posession of child porn, I would be jumping out of my seat every knock at the door.

I just had the creepiest idea that maybe the foreign object Sandra was raped with was either used on others besides her or maybe is a duplicate of another used on others. What about if that object was recovered, maybe it was inside of the suitcase with her remains? What about if the FBI saw a link in the child porn that was recovered? What if it was the same, or a duplicate, of the object used on Sandra? Maybe the autopsy results will remain sealed due to the fact that her case could (and probably will) be linked to several others? They never officially released exactly what the “foreign object” is, so what about if it’s related to several confiscated child porn data/pics? If so, wouldn’t that be reason enough to keep the autopsy sealed, as well as other pertaining info? I’m thinking this could be very very big, and we’re only seeing the beginning phase of it all. I personally don’t think they were confiscated b/c the popo doesn’t want them home alone. If that were the case, they would have taken them directly to a shelter. Sacsayhuan – Thanks for sending the note to Midsi – I know she’ll really enjoy getting cards/letters during her recovery. It’s always nice to know people are thinking of you when you’ve been through as much as she has. I spoke to Mary Wednesday (sorry for the late update) and her surgery went VERY well. She is doing fine but still in a bit of pain. The GREAT news is that she has been released from the hospital and is home now!!! She’s obviously still got a long road ahead of her but the fact that she’s home is a great improvement!
As for the child porn in Tracy…………I know the LE, prior to the Cantu case, was aggressively persuing a child porn ring and had identified 60 people (The “Tracy 60″) in possession of or distributing child porn. I’m assuming they found additional information during their search of the Mobile Home Park. This is just sick and it isn’t just Tracy, like others have mentioned, this is a nationwide problem and I just hope they continue to break up these rings. I hope beyond hope that MH didn’t do an video of Sandra but like Blink mentioned it seems plausible and with the removal the blinds and screens, it’s seems sadly inevidable.

The law enforcement – FBI, County, and Local have to be under quite a bit of pressure at the time. They are going after the perps only with excellent proof – the person who called in had enough information to satisfy their criteria. If I were in their shoes I would be careful about falling into a witch hunt and hurting people who really are not the bad boys – they can’t be operating just on “tips”.

The only good news is Briant Rodriguez is home safely. He was so darling with his long curls – still is as cute as can be with his new Yul Brynner look ! Thank heaven – he was put out in the streets in Mexicali, not hurt, and found quickly. He is 3 years old. I’m trying to remember what I was doing and thinking at 3 years old ! I wish the family would tell the public if Briant was treated okay – someone fed him and gave him water. I just hope they were not
too rough with him.

BUT just so the readers are given something, I do see a lot of action around tracy with arrests that I can’t seem to find information on. Yesterday there was something by corral hollow and 11th street. today a middle aged man was in handcuffs while detectives searched his car. There are also a lot of black unmarked cars roaming around. I have never seen them before. LOL I followed one for a few blocks, then turned around, I didn’t want to get stopped!
I have heard heard Tracy’s sentiments from several locals. Not to minimize the grotesque tragedy to our Sunny Sandra, but your community is going to be a far safer place because of what happened to that sweet little princess; I hope other communities act similarly PRIOR to another tragedy

As Melissa Huckaby faces charges she kidnapped, raped and killed 8-year-old Sandra Cantu in March, the Tracy woman’s mother and ex-husband are waging a bitter court battle for custody of the murder suspect’s young daughter.
On April 16, less than a week after Tracy police arrested his ex-wife in connection with Sandra’s death, Johnny Huckaby asked a court to give him custody of their 5-year-old daughter, citing the rape and murder allegations in court papers filed in Orange County Superior Court.
Madison Huckaby, who was Sandra’s playmate, has been living with Melissa Huckaby’s parents, Judy and Brian Lawless, in the Southern California town of Cypress since last month’s arrest, according to court filings.
Court Commissioner Walter Posey initially granted Johnny Huckaby, 25, custody of his daughter on April 20. But Posey reversed course two days later, after Judy Lawless pleaded with the court to let her keep the child.
In court papers, Judy Lawless said Madison has lived with her most of her life and has had little contact with her father, who has since remarried and lives 1,700 miles away, just outside Little Rock, Ark.
A custody hearing Monday was postponed until July 6.
Johnny Huckaby, Judy Lawless and their lawyers did not return calls for comment late Tuesday.
Madison befriended Sandra in the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park in Tracy, where the 8-year-old disappeared March 27.
Sandra’s body was found 10 days later inside a suitcase that was dumped in a nearby pond. Melissa Huckaby was arrested April 10.
At the time, Madison was living with her mother and Melissa Huckaby’s grandparents, Lane and Connie Lawless, a few doors down from Sandra’s family in the trailer park.
Judy Lawless is the daughter-in-law of Lane and Connie Lawless.
Lane Lawless is also pastor of the tiny Clover Road Baptist Church, where Melissa Huckaby taught Sunday school.
Melissa and Johnny Huckaby’s marriage was brief.
She was five months’ pregnant and had recently filed for bankruptcy when they married in 2003. They separated a year later, and Melissa Huckaby filed for divorce in Orange County in 2005.
In divorce papers, Melissa Huckaby accused her estranged husband of domestic violence, alcohol abuse and child abduction, allegations he denies. Melissa Huckaby was granted custody of their daughter, and Johnny Huckaby was allowed supervised visits.
In a recent court filing, Judy Lawless said Madison and Melissa Huckaby lived with her in Orange County from the fall of 2004 until June 2008, before moving to the Tracy mobile home park.
To avoid the news media covering Melissa Huckaby’s arrest, Judy Lawless took Madison and, until April 20, was staying with a relative in Oregon, according to court documents.
Johnny Huckaby wrote in court papers that he traveled to Oregon with the court order to retrieve his daughter, but Judy Lawless had already taken her back to Southern California. He accuses her of lying to him about Madison’s whereabouts.
Johnny Huckaby also claims that, in recent years, his ex-wife denied his attempts to contact their daughter, threatening to hide out in Oregon and tell Madison he was not her father.
In an April 17 interview with ABC News, the day after he filed his custody request, Johnny Huckaby said he hoped for the sake of their daughter that his ex-wife is innocent of the criminal charges that make her eligible for the death penalty.
“I do not want my daughter growing up with that type of legacy to look forward to,” he said. He said their daughter was not aware of her mother’s situation.
Melissa Huckaby has not entered a plea. She is scheduled to appear again in San Joaquin County Superior Court on Friday.

It seems to me that giving the facts of Melissa Huckaby’s recent display of lying and manipulating the truth, that the Courts would dismiss any allegations that may have led to Madison’s father loosing his custody rights. This family’s support for Melissa seems to have blinded them to the totality of what she has done and may not be the best environment for little Madison to be exposed to in spite that her father has not had much contact. He seemed to be sincere and respectful to the mother of his child in a time he could have put her already dead public image in a coffin with a majority of the public handing him the nails and hammer to seal the deal. I know the trial has not even began yet and nor is all the evidence in, but no matter what comes out in the trial as to what Melissa did or did not do, there is no reasonable excuse as to what we already know she is guilty of. Also not really knowing if this horrible act against Sandra Cantu was acted alone by Melissa, I would feel much more at ease that Madison was in a new environment with her father. If this grandmother truly loved Madison she would see the importance of this child to have a connection with her father and to be as far away from this horrific crime her mother has exposed her to. Melissa Huckaby’s family makes statements on what a great mother she is. Please, great mother’s do not kill their daughter’s best friends. Hoping and Praying Madison is reunited with her father.
As a father, and having been awarded custody of two small children several years ago – I know first hand how difficult it will be for Mr. John Huckaby to pry his daughter loose from the MH’s family. It is an ugly, dirty, unforgiving process and no one, especially the children, win anything.
After every hearing, I would cry my eyes out for what was said about me and about my childrens mother. Little of what was said was true, but that is what family law attorneys do – embellish and little more embellishment for good measure.
Unfortunately, regardless of how the custody battle plays out, and because of what MH has been involved in – Madison will be forever changed. The heartbreak of this crime extends in multiple directions and will be felt in peoples lives for generations to come.
Hopefully, God or Gods willing (or whatever you choose)something good can come of this, something we can learn from to insure our childrens safety and well-being.

Has everyone heard the latest on MH? There is a NEW twist in her case. This is being reported by the SF Chronicle:
“Her scheduled appearance comes after prosecutors filed additional charges against Huckaby alleging that she tried to poison two people.
In a new complaint filed Thursday, prosecutors say Huckaby gave what they termed a “a harmful substance” to a seven-year-old girl in January and an adult man in March. The type of substance was not revealed in the complaint.
The girl has since recovered. The man has not been located.”

Huckaby, 28, is expected to appear in San Joaquin County Superior Court today for further arraignment on previous charges that she kidnapped, raped and murdered 8-year-old Sandra on March 27 before dumping the girl’s body in an irrigation pond north of Tracy.
Huckaby’s attorney, Sam Behar, was expected to enter a plea on his client’s behalf at today’s hearing, but the new charges could lead to a change in the defense strategy.
The new complaint charges Huckaby with a single count of child endangerment and two felony counts of furnishing a harmful substance, which is not identified in the document.
In both counts of alleged poisoning, the complaint says Huckaby “did willfully and unlawfully mingle a harmful substance with food or drink with the intent that (it) be taken by a human being.”
The complaint charges Huckaby with poisoning the 7-year-old girl, identified only as Jane M. Doe, on Jan. 17, the same day a woman in the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park – where both Sandra and Huckaby lived – reported to Tracy police that Huckaby returned her daughter drugged with a muscle relaxant.
Tracy police fell under scrutiny for failing to thoroughly investigate the report. Rather, detectives reportedly accused the girl’s mother of giving her daughter the pills and ended their investigation. The girl recovered from the poisoning.
In the second poisoning charge, Huckaby allegedly drugged a man identified as Daniel Plowman on March 2 – 21/2 months after the first alleged poisoning and 25 days before Sandra was reported missing. Her body was found April 6.
Plowman’s relationship with Huckaby is unclear, and his whereabouts are unknown. He could not be located for comment Thursday. The complaint doesn’t give his age or any details of the alleged poisoning.

The ex-husband of the woman accused of the rape and murder of an 8-year-old Tracy girl said in court filings that the suspect swallowed three razor blades in an attempt to kill herself before her April 10 arrest.
Anonymous sources have mentioned the suicide attempt of Melissa Chantel Huckaby before, but the statement filed in the Orange County Superior Court last month marks the first time someone publicly connected the 28-year-old to that allegation.
Huckaby even told the Tracy Press hours before her arrest that she was hospitalized for “internal bleeding,” but refused to elaborate.
Johnny Huckaby — who married Melissa Huckaby in 2005 before their divorce a year later — told a judge that she also forged her mother’s signature on divorce papers. And he said she lied when she accused him in divorce papers of physically abusing her and using drugs.
The allegations came up during an April 20 hearing over whether Johnny Huckaby or his former mother-in-law Judy Lawless should get custody of Melissa’s 5-year-old daughter, Madison Taylor Huckaby.
Johnny Huckaby argued that the horrific charges that sent his ex-wife to jail should entitle him to win custody of Madison. Orange County Commissioner Walter Posey granted his request last month, but reversed that decision after Lawless begged him to let her keep the sickly child at her home in Cypress.
A custody hearing earlier this week was postponed until July 6.
Lawless accused Johnny Huckaby of being a deadbeat dad. She said he lives 1,700 miles away in just outside Little Rock, Ark., and never tried to contact his daughter.
“There were also issues of drugs, alcohol and possibly domestic violence in this case,” she said in an April 22 court declaration. From the time Madison was 1-year-old up to now, she has had virtually no contact with her father, Lawless said.
“I do not believe it is in our granddaughter’s best interests to be placed with somebody she does not know.”
She said that after the media frenzy that followed her daughter Melissa Huckaby’s arrest on charges that she raped and killed 8-year-old Sandra Cantu, Lawless took Madison to a relative’s house in Grants Pass, Ore., to protect her from the chaos in Tracy.
Johnny Huckaby called Lawless on her cell phone to find out where she had taken his daughter. He asked if Madison had seen horses that day, and Lawless said that she had, “indicating that Madison and she were still in Oregon,” Johnny Huckaby said in court filings. Sources have said the Lawless family has a ranch in Oregon.
He didn’t tell Lawless at the time that a judge had already signed papers granting him legal custody of his daughter. But when he flew to Oregon and showed up at the aunt’s house on April 19, Lawless and Madison had already flown back to Cypress.
“What the hell are you doing?” he said he asked Lawless once he got her on the phone again.
“I can’t believe that you are doing this to your daughter,” she responded, according to Johnny Huckaby.
He said he accused Lawless of lying to him about Madison’s whereabouts and that she replied, “I didn’t want anyone to know where she was.”
Over the past couple of years, Johnny Huckaby said he has tried several times to get in touch with his daughter. But Lawless told him that if he tried to see Madison, she would whisk her away to Oregon and “disappear,” he added.
Further, she would tell Madison that she was conceived through artificial insemination, Johnny Huckaby said, “indicating to me that she didn’t want Madison to know that I existed.”
But, he continued, he’s a very stable father, is married, has a 5-year-old stepson, a 1-year-old daughter and a steady job back home in Arkansas.
Johnny Huckaby married Melissa Huckaby just a week after she filed for bankruptcy, records show. At the time, she was five months pregnant with Madison.
Lawless and Johnny Huckaby could not be reached for comment. Their attorneys declined to say anything about the case.
Melissa Huckaby, who has yet to enter a plea, is due back in court at 1 p.m. Friday for further arraignment.
Police arrested her four days after they found Sandra’s body stuffed in a suitcase submerged in a dairy lagoon north of Tracy. She had been missing for 10 days. Sandra used to play with Madison at the Tracy Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park on Clover Road, where the two of them lived.
Madison’s father told ABC’s Good Morning America last month that the little girl was unaware of her mom’s situation.
Melissa Huckaby faces charges of murder with special circumstances for rape with a foreign object, committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child and kidnapping. If convicted, she could face the death penalty.

Yes, I expected that might happen with yesterdays charges. Pay close attention over the next 2 weeks, I think MH is realizing that her friends she may have thought were friends, are not going to save her, imo.
