Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Caylees Autopsy Revelations Part I
Orlando, FL– Under heavy objection last Friday afternoon, Judge Stan Strickland denied the motion on behalf of George and Cindy Anthony to seal Caylee Marie Anthonys autopsy until their daughter Caseys capital murder trial in their granddaughters death. Late Friday afternoon, the Findings of Dr. Jan Garavaglia, Chief Medical Examiner of Orange County were released. In Part I, we explore a few of the notable findings, In Development for Part II, Blinkoncrime will be is creating an interactive 3D Model, incorporating the evidence recovery field, bone disbursement pattern, and anatomical example of the duct tape placement.
The Laundry Bag
Although the report contains a significant amount of anthropologic and forensic data, it does not contain photos or X-Rays, pursuant to the Earnhardt exclusion under Florida Law. Blinkoncrime.com will attempt to offer some observations and in some cases, correct some erroneous information that is being reported in the msm. For starters, the laundry bag picture being circulated, it is incorrect, the image to the left is the correct bag, note the dimensions are exact. The top of this bag does not cinch.
The Duct Tape
I have seen rampant speculation on the duct tape beginning around 15 minutes following the release of the report. 
There are many who believe that Casey Anthony killed her child by wrapping her nose and mouth with duct tape. Allow me to point out the report actually reflects the antithesis of this theory. First, there IS NO TAPE ON THE POSTERIOR of her skull. The only posterior placement of the tape mentioned is still located on the mandible, or face. The tape, which was actually small strips of grey cloth-based, delaminating tape is applied on top of itself, not really feasible with a live toddler. Given the findings that Caylee’s mandible stayed in almost true anatomical position, although slightly posterior and that the hair that was attached to the tape extended from the back of her head and over her head and face, it is likely Caylee was laying on her back when the tape was applied. Henkel makes 2 kinds of duct tape, one is more Industrial grade of adhesive “hot set” over cloth designed for waterproof and outdoor projects. It has not yet been disclosed which formulation was used.
The O Sign
A contributing poster at blinkoncrime gave me something to think about that had not occurred to me. I am on record stating I do believe that Casey Anthony murdered her daughter, and that she will end up pointing the finger at one or both of her parents as a defense strategy.
However, the duct tape never really fit for me. I have always believed it to be a post mortem tactic to stage a kidnapping. I do believe I may have been wrong. Very well known to medical and critical care professionals, there is something called an O effect; occurring at very near death, or shortly following death and before rigormortis sets in.
Some medical people refer to it when the person is very near death or has just died–the jaw drops open. Nothing left to hold the mandible shut. In morgue kits there is a strap that is applied around the jaw to gently close it before rigor sets in. This “O” sign can be very pronounced and unsettling to see first hand. Casey probably wasn’t aware of this and was really spooked by this silent scream and used the duct tape then put a heart sticker on it as a ________
This makes sense to me. The tape is applied in small strips across the nose and mouth areas, catching her hair in the face over the Coronal plane region. One interpretation that may be drawn is that Caylee was lying on her back, upon seeing what Casey had done to her child as evidenced by the relaxed mandible; she attempted to “fix her”. As if covering up the evidence of death on her baby would change things, complete with a heart sticker. No sooner did I arrive at this conclusion on Saturday, did I see Dr.Michael Baden appear on Geraldo Live on Sunday evening bringing up the mortuary kit issue. I am not saying this idea originated here, not that it would be the first time, but it at least tells me there is corroboration within the forensic Medical community as to the premise. The FBI report on the duct tape has not been released. One thing is certain, what I have been stating all along about Casey’s prints being on the duct tape seems foreboding. With multiple strips of tape, chances are there are several. The defense has had this report for months, is this why Casey Anthony retained Todd Macaluso?
Swim Diaper?
There are several remnants recovered that are described as a diaper or pull ip item. However, there are a few that appear to be strictly synthetic. When I read the report, my immediate reaction based on some of the coloring was that it was a “swimmie”, or disposable swim diaper. After mapping out the dimensions and a closer look, I believe it is actually referring to remnants of both a pull up, a reusable swim diaper, or swim floation/assistance device or both, as pictured here:
Paper Towels
Simply stated there is decomposition fluid on paper towels in the plastic garbage bag found in her trunk that came from Tony Lazzarros apartment.
In my opinion, Casey ripped the bag Caylees remains were in when she moved her body into or out of the trunk to her final resting place in the woods off Suburban. The stain in the trunk, emitting the ungodly stench, was the target of the paper towels after Casey returned to TonE’s apartment. She brought the paper towels and garbage bag out with her in an attempt to clean it up and realized almost immediately it was an excerise in futility. Immediately following are her comments to Amy about George Anthony borrowing her car, and the infamous squirrel stowaway story.
Her Clothes
In contrast to only a stitching remnant with a manufactures tag left of her shirt, Caylees shorts were found nearly 2 ft ft away from the laundry bag, in relatively good condition. Based on the reports findings of trunk and femural animal activity and the corresponding recovery area, I am of the opinion that it is not possible that Caylee was wearing those shorts when she was dumped in the woods. Frankly, given the fact that the actual color stripe pattern was discernable versus the condition of the other items, I am suspect Casey was in those woods more than once. How do you get only the collar of a shirt remaining and her shorts completely intact with no noted damage? Lastly, Caylees shoes if she were wearing any, were not recovered.

Hearing this afternoon has been cancelled. Conway arrived at the State Attorney’s office a little while ago with documents in hand. Wonder what they are? Maybe the credit card statements that Cindy refused to turn over in one of her early interviews?

To Silver & Blink, #1744: Baez is taking an enormously foolish risk if he pushes for Miami as the trial venue. Latinos & Hispanics are extremely family oriented, and revere the idea of motherhood. Anyone of this heritage sitting on a jury will never, ever get past the idea of Casey not reporting her baby as missing or kidnapped.
Come to that, I believe this crosses all cultural/racial lines: No one with any kind of rational thinking could ever ignore the fact that Casey did not report her daughter’s disappearance to the police. This, I believe, will be her ultimate undoing.
There is just no plausible explanation for Casey’s behavior.

Re: the identity of Caylee’s remains…
I wanted to get back to this, I have tried to find more on this subject and can’t find a clear statement that the Anthonys question the identity of the remains. Maybe it is Michelle Bart’s own question, or maybe it was just imputed to Bart by others, based on their intuition about her motives, and then the charge started getting repeated.
They may be correct about her motives, but I can’t say for sure, so I should have checked into it more before mentioning it or made it more clear it was an accusation being made that I hadn’t checked into. I have not lived up to the excellence of this site and I repent in sackcloth and ashes
I am nowhere near all of your research abilities and knowledge! I am just an interested observer of human nature that is fascinated with this case.
I’m not sure if Michelle Bart is connected with the Anthonys at this point or it’s just a subject she knows will garner attention. It sure did for her call-in show, but it was pretty hostile attention, overall! The callers seemed to pick up on her questioning the identity right away but I didn’t hear it clearly myself.
I’m not saying it is not true, for those of you who may have more information than I can find, but I personally can’t come up with it and I’m thinking, even the Anthonys can’t be that crazy, can they?

Amazing how (alleged) computer “troubles” can simply fix themselves in a jiffy when the judge orders the owner(s) of said computer to appear in court and answer for the failure to produce the requested documents.

If the grave wax was cleaned off the wall..would it still be detectable with luminous or some similar substance? Anyone, Anyone?

As for ZG visiting Sawgrass Apts, she was looking for an apartment, it’s a fair sized complex with obvious vacancies, and what important tasks did Casey have to do that day before evening activities began– she admitted to Lee that she ‘staked out’ (using Lee’s terms) the apartment to see if Zani would return with Caylee, and her ‘resources’ to find Caylee were going to familiar places where she and Caylee had been before. What would be more simple than Casey driving Tony’s jeep (wasn’t it???) and hanging out around Sawgrass and lucking out– remember, Casey didn’t necessarily have that version of her story written in stone, nor even created anytime around June 16, 17, or even until she got home and created the story for her mother. She found a ‘ZG’ and ran with it, if not there, maybe somewhere else. And from finding this ZG, she added the type of car, colour and NY plates, keeping the name varied with the ‘F’ bit, and knowing this would be untraceable (or thinking it would until that theory was busted and LE found the innocent apartment seeking family).
if there is a six degree separation between casey and zg(especially involving annie)would start to explain how casey had access to end up with a zg id (if indeed is the case).
A quick hello. I am now more confused than ever. Practically from day one on… so deep confusion! I thought Casey killed Caylee the evening of the 15 or early next a.m. I know this is macabre but I thought Casey had refrigerated Caylee – a cooler or something for some time. Never have heard a scintilla of this so assume it was my flight of fancy. So wishing where she was and what hotel and the calls/texts made was pinned down. There are so many other things to consider.
My poor addled brain just can’t figure how Zenaida the litigant and Casey with a penchant for her name ended up at Sawgrass. Drawing complete blanks despite the hints and who knew who. Seems such a stretch. Not that I discount it. I just don’t get it. In all of this I keep thinking about that break in and stolen ZG computer. Totally beyond me. I just cannot believe the number of players.
I’m also somewhat confused about Casey’s bio and general demeanour and when her personality disorder/the guys/drugs/booze or whatever really took hold and doled out the treachery and unleashed what she is today. The evolution of Casey.

Hi Blink and all terrific posters that I’ve observed here for so long I was fearful I might be arrested for voyeurism if I didn’t sign in finally! Just wanted to drop a couple of my observations/theories and test the merits of you terrific sleuthers. Little Caylee was the one sane/pure soul connected with the Anthony clan and it breaks my heart that a mother (word used loosely) could injure/kill such sweet innocence. It is my belief that KC was planning, (or dreaming about) moving out her parents and making room for Amy and her belongings to move in. Remember the tape she was making of Caylee while coaching her in an eerie manner? KC, “I kill”, then Caylee says “CeCe”. Caylee called her grandparents CeCe and JoJo, Cindy and George respectively. KC is one twisted,sick sister and the entire Anthony clan is more screwed up than a “soup sandwich”. She seems to be so damaged and of such a degenerative mind, I have difficulty even peering into her psyche. Can only wonder what caused this deep, dark damage. IF, KC knows or knew who the father of Caylee was, she sure seemed stuck on guys names starting with “J”. Jesse, Josh, Jesus, etal., that she at some point stated as the Father. No, NOT JoJo, couldn’t be, I can’t even go there.
Strange how she gravitated to hispanic male friends/bed partners, since she told her neighbor friend Kiomarie Cindy didn’t like hispanics and she was persona non grata if Cindy was home. Wonder if there was any truth to this statement, since KC appears to lie out of both sides of her mouth at the same time. Talk about diahrrea of the mouth!! She went so far as to make a point of using caucasian boys names in lieu of Ricardo or others. What spiteful childishness.
It is my belief that CAT Scan lie detecting tests would be the only way to get this entire bunch to confess to the TRUTH. I don’t know why the legal system hasn’t instated this forum of truth detection which is foolproof and can’t be tricked by meds or minds. Oh, by the way that familiar product that all professional laundries use to disinfect, clean bodily fluids that everyone has at home is……..hydrogen peroxide. Casey stated when Tony picked her up that her Dad would take care of the car…was this Amscot the one he would have paid his bills at and what is the billing cycle in Florida? Did she possibly think I’ll leave it here and Daddy will be along to clean up my mess for me??

BrendaT, I am not convinced (with regard to intent) either way at this point. KC appears guilty to me, and her actions led me to believe that murdering Caylee was intentional all along…based on the absence of calling for help, if there had been an accident. What’s the worst thing that can happen to a parent if their child dies as a result of an “accident”? Surely not as bad as the consequences she will face now. But when I read the early interview of GA by LE, LE repeatedly suggests an accident scenario, and GA’s behavior and responses support that possibility. LE goes on to say that if the As take the route of lying, rather than coming clean, things would spiral out of control, in a irreversible direction (paraphrasing). And things have certainly gone crazy, in the way that LE suggested they might. It’s apparent that the “nanny” story was a pack of lies, just as the employment story was. It is completely irrational…just crazy out of control. This chick (KC) is going to go down. If it was intentional, you think she woulda copped a plea early on, if she was gonna lie and try to minimize culpability…coulda claimed accident early, and been much better off. There is no way that she was gonna get off after the car, not reporting her baby missing for a month, making up fake “nannies”, fake jobs, partying like a proverbial rock star, and not telling her BF and friends that Caylee was missing. Now the As appear all desperate to save her from her own self-imposed fate. They appear to be in a full-blown panic state. Everything they do is irrational, and is leading to the eventual prosecution of this girl for M1, with a possible DP outcome. KC is deranged. Not insane, in the legal sense of not knowing right from wrong, but seriously deranged in her apparent belief that lying and lying and lying is going to somehow keep her from prosecution. Since she is so incompetent in making rational decisions, I question whether she would have been able to make a rational decision in the event of a negligent “accident”. I use the term “accident” broadly here, to include not watching the baby while she was in the pool, leaving her in the car for an extended period of time, or any other number of circumstances where there was an absence of responsible supervision, but also an absence of intent to murder. I have a difficult time believing that GA would defend her as he has been doing if Caylee’s death was intentional. Unless he is just nuts, likely a complete break from reality, nuts. As for CA, I think she’ll do whatever she can to “protect” KC, no matter what. If KC had murdered a schoolyard full of children, and CA saw her do it, I think CA would lie and try to cover up. CA is hell bent on protecting KC, and I think that a big part of that is because of CAs own feelings of guilt and inadequacy as a parent, in not being able to protect Caylee.
Could George or Cindy have tried to clean the trunk liner in the backyard leaving residue from Caylee’s decomposition fluids that the cadaver dogs later hit on?

I’ve thought WAY too long and hard about the psychological makeup of this family in an effort to understand their motives. It’s a mostly futile endeavor, lol. That said, my supposition is we can’t underestimate the effect Casey’s 22 years of being enabled, primarily by Cindy, and not because of Cindy’s “unconditional love” for her daughter, but because Cindy desires to project a certain image to the world, and Casey’s behavior is a part of that image.
Casey appears to have the emotional maturity of a person in her early to mid teens. All she’s known her whole life is that her parents will bail her out of whatever scrape she gets into. She’s also aware of Cindy’s motivation for doing so, so she never fears losing her mother’s love, because her mother’s “protective instinct” doesn’t come from love. Casey’s also figured out just how important Cindy’s public image is to her, and so she appears to have ramped up her bad behavior over the years with no thought to at some point being hung out to dry by her mother. She uses her mother’s need to appear like the successful matriarch of a successful family to her advantage in getting away with virtually anything she pleases.
I think, given Casey’s arrested development and experience with being bailed out all her life, she simply assumes Baez and his high profile cohorts will perform in the role of her parents for this, her latest series of “scrapes.”
As for Cindy’s motives, see above, lol. Cindy, imo, is all about image, control, being right, and the most extreme case of arrogance for no reason I’ve ever witnessed.
I think whatever George may or may not have been prior to Caylee’s murder, he is now singularly focused on not losing Cindy. His motives come from that focus, imo. It appears he will do or say whatever it takes to be with Cindy. I don’t know whether it’s because he thinks she’s All That, or because he figures he’s lost two of his family already, or whether he’s just plain lazy and figures Cindy will continue to do all the heavy lifting … or just what.
Lee’s motives I can’t even begin to fathom. He gets a bit of a pass from me simply because he’s kept nice and quiet for the most part, he works for a living, and he grew up in that household, too, and can’t be expected to be wholly normal or functional.

I agree with you in part. I think that KC has a personality disorder. Although throwing around of labels has become over-abundant (in today’s society), KC’s behavior includes many of the symptoms of BPD. Narcissistic behavior, objectification of others, etc… I also agree with you regarding the parental bail-outs. It seems to be a way of life for KC, to do whatever she wants, lie about it, and be able to count on Mommy bailing her out. Mommy will lie, or do whatever
I don’t profess to know another person’s heart, and I am not confident with regard to CA’s motivations. She is clearly trying to be “in control” of what’s going on. I don’t know that she is doing that so that she “looks good”, per se. That may be part of it… but I believe that it is more directly related to her perception of having failed as a parent (not only to KC, but to Caylee…whom she parented). If her kid is a screw up, then she failed. If her kid is a child-killer, then she failed her kid, and she also failed Caylee. I think it’s more about her not being able to “handle the truth”. I say this knowing first hand the issue of parental guilt after the death of a child. KC hasn’t displayed one bit of parental guilt, which is one of the reasons that I believe she killed Caylee! I haven’t met a bereaved parent yet that doesn’t feel that, on some level. I believe that is CA’s motivation.
And I am not so quick to judge parents on the mistakes the make. I’ve seen, so many times, parents who want their children to have a better life than they did growing up, overcompensating, and creating very lazy kids. I was a poor kid myself, and I overindulged my children. I get part of it, and I think I even understand why she is so nuts about defending KC. I feel for the woman. I don’t think what she is doing is right, and I don’t think that the end (the idea that she might be able to “save KC”) justifies the means. Another thing to consider is that oftentimes pain looks like anger to an outsider. Depseration looks like manipulation. To me, she appears to be grasping at whatever she can. I don’t know what this woman feels for her daughter, or what she felt for her granddaughter. It is my opinion that she loved them both, but that she spoiled, in the very literal sense of the word (like rotten eggs, to spoil, to ruin, to cause to go bad) KC. The arrested development you mention is caused by overprotection, by bailing a kid every time they blow it. Never letting them learn from their mistakes. Never letting them experience consequences. And what a grave mistake she made with KC, who will now, finally, receive a consequence for her actions.
Poor George. He is wrecked. The whole family is wrecked. They will live the rest of of their lives in infamy. All behind KC’s actions.
One thing that caught my attention was the assertion that KC’s behavior had worsened, become increasingly reckless over the past few months (prior to Caylee’s “disappearance). I fully expect she was using drugs…and a lot more than MJ. I’ve never seen a person get violent on MJ, and I grew up in the Berkeley CA area in the 60s and 70s. Been around drug culture all of my life (though I chose to move to an affluent area with good schools, low crime, lower level of drug use in the area to raise my kids). For her to suddenly start ramping up the stealing and lying, exhibiting more dangerous behavior, cutting her old friends off, and hanging with a new crew…I strongly suspect meth, ecstacy, or cocaine involvement. Meth use will cause a person to stay up days on end, and has turned many people who were previously non-violent into killers…including child-killers.
I don’t have an opinion on Lee, other than I think he is trying to “be there” for his parents.

I just re-listened to GA’s 7/31 interview part 5 ,and if I understood him correctly , he says the 35.00 was for the administrative fee. He says something to the detectives along the lines of the tow bill being 115.00 , administrative fee 35.00 , and 24.50 a day is applied for everyday the car is there. He then tells that he called Cindy , to tell her instead of the bill being 238.50 like he originally told her , it is 488.00. My question is how did he come up with the 238.50 figure to start with…would the fee be on the certified letter?
Oh , and BTW , I think everyone of you all are great on here and I very much appreciate everyones hard effort in justice for Caylee.
Re: 1770 I have to agree with you on the drug use per Casey. I also thought is was meth. If you have a bipolar person using it tends to exaggerate all their bad behaviors. Her wee hours of the morning texting, on laptop, excessive shopping, needing more and more money. It definately hypes your sex drive which we all know she did not need. Didn’t anyone notice how gaunt her face was when being led in for booking? Meth users create their own reality sometimes. I think the heart sticker on Caylees’ duct taped mouth had something to do with her being high and maybe “making it better by putting a sticker on it like a little prize”.

Lawkat, what else would she have been doing in the garage for an extended period of time, with a car with pungent decomp odor (particularly with circumstances obviously indicative of her granddaughter’s body being the source)? I think that’s exactly what she was trying to do…get rid of the evidence/smell.
I am surprised that there have been no obstruction charges against the As. I haven’t viewed all of the evidence, but what I have read (here, and official docs) points to sufficient evidence to bring forth the charge. I suppose they don’t want to comprimise the case against KC by charging the As, at this point. Maybe when she either pleas or goes to trial.
I agree that CA and GA are wrecked because of the death of their granddaughter, but I have to say that GA had and has a chance to make things right. I don’t ever expect CA to admit to the truth about what Casey did that night, but I can see GA coming to his senses and admitting the truths to what he knows and coming foward to make things right by Caylee. George has a LE background and judging by experience, a person who goes into LE has a strong sense of justice and truth. Whatever happened to George along the way – only George knows, but unless he was corrupt, I don’t believe he lost his sense of right and wrong – not in something as heavy as the murder of his granddaughter by his own daughter. Yes, he lost his way when he began to gamble and steal from the family savings etc., but with Caylee, he did snap back to reality and seemed to be doing the right thing during his detailed interviews with police back in the beginning of the investigation. He was holding back some, but he spoke what he felt about the “smell” and what happened the day he confronted Casey about the gas cans etc. Then Cindy turned him against finding the truth about Caylee, and George even used his knowledge of law enforcement to cover up the truth from LE. Sue #1775, there is that possibility, that he will get on the stand, and offer up whatever knowledge he has. No one can know what happened to him along the way. I suspect that the idea that Caylee cannot be helped now, but KC can is what swayed him. I am hoping and praying that he comes clean. That prediction that LE made early on, that things would take a direction that could not be turned back from (essentially…paraphrasing) was ominous.

I read a few moments ago in a earlier post you mentioning you believe Cindy knew Caylee was dead on the 8-11 (memory?)I think she and George both new but not that early on, what cause you to believe this, I was thinking it was closer to just before she was arrested in OCT or Nov hence, PI Casey out in the woods, I would have thought he would have been out there much earlier or was it he had to wait a while for the water to go down in the area…
I took a step back from this story for a few months and trying to do catch up.

So is he one of the folks LP has refered in the “Daisy Chain” it all makes sense now. This whole story is such a maze.
I just re-listened to the police interview of George, he seemed angry and wanted answers, I believe during that time he was honest, I was watching the video on youtube under Niftermedia’s site and it was quite troubling watching those as Nifter puts together the recording with slide shows, in one of the slide shows it shows George fighting with the protestors being screamed at being pushed and pulled, wondering if after everything he just gave up in the beginning he seemed so sad and so sincere, no I just see evil in his eyes….

Cindy is a worthless person ! she get’s off controlling georgie porgie and anyone that will let her! SHE is thinking that she is helping casey’s case but in reality she’s helping the prosecution more than anything.

Can it be that Casey, in her rage (we have all seen it) at her mother in the wee hours of the morning of 6/16 got fed up with Caylee crying in the back seat for Cindy and the hard sniffles babies get when they have cried a lot, that Casey just got into the back seat and put her hands over Caylees’ mouth and nose to shut up the noise? (That’ll teach Cindy whose the boss!) She put the body in the trunk overnight, and the next day, went to her parents house, got the laundry bag and garbage bags (for trash or her own clothes, I don’t think she thought far enough in advance to plan for decomp). Got the tape once she saw leakage to stop it, and shut out the “silent scream”..put Caylee in the laundry bag, rode with her for 2.6 days trying to figure out what to do (or who to finger for the murder), looked inside as the dcomp was getting bad, double bagged her and then rode around in the car for a day or so longer..or put her in the playhouse till she got antsy over getting caught by her father,and moved the body to the field?? As for the family dogs finding the body, don’t think all dogs are THAT good. I know of several who could not find animal corpses, let alone a human. Still it plays into the car, she HAD to get rid of it and why not park it where it could easily get broken into once she figured out she could NOT get the smell out? I don’t think she planned to be wheel less..she had already commandeered her friends cars by then. She just wanted her’s gone or out of HER chain of custody.
And I happen to be 100% Irish and would NEVER let her even be an honorable member, ever.
In response to #1454..you said it best. Casey does not think far in advance or plan well. She knew how the car acted like when it was running out of gas and why not run it almost out, park it in an open lot, lock it( hey, sells well to daddy anyway..I did TOO lock it!)and just watch for it to get broken into..then yell I am a victim!! Covers everything in one neat package and that much planning probably was the extent of her abilities.

How were they not scared to death sleeping with 1 eye open, or wanting to go in her room and kill her.

I live here in Fla , I think some here have missed some crucial statements that have been made but were only reported briefly here then stopped, TL Stated that KC told him her Dad was going to have the car picked up and fixed , he said she went into quite some detail ( He mentioned the dealership and the mechanic that she told him would take care of it , yes KC has diarrhea mouth ) . Just so you know TL’s School is within walking distance of his Apt. and also the infamous Target store, His Apt Bldg is between both. By Car it would take 3 min even in traffic on a bad day !

Then The ” to Show People That To Kill People Is Bad ” Although the Intent of the writer was to bring awareness to Capitol Punishment , You can also View this As KC KNOWING and FULLY AWARE That What she Did was Murder and That it was Wrong and KNEW THE DIFFERENCE ! I felt the same way with regards to the clip art/verse that KC had posted to her account. Testament affirming her guilty conscience and actually knowing what she done was wrong. Possibly considered with malice and forethought/afterthought. For a family that collectively thinks they’re smarter than anyone around them, they seem to waste a lot of effort flying by the seat of their pants void of all prudence or caution. Such abundance of arrogance allows Baez to fit nicely into the mix. IMO CA initiated this better than thou mindset in KC because she actually BELIEVES her “excrement has no odor”. To me that would be more of a curse than a blessing since she can’t allow herself to live in the realm of reality. I could easily understand the men in the household gravitating to drink/drugs, any avenue of escapism. It’s not easy living with perfection! I even think LA’s constant interjections of chuckles/laughs is a form of outlet or excape from this madness. Typically it isn’t normal to laugh while discussing such grave matters.
I viewed some you tube videos months ago of KC and her school mates practicing various routines during high school. When the videos end thumbnails of other videos appear at the bottom for further viewing. It was observing these videos I got glimpses of KC throwing absolute fits towards her parents while at home, slamming doors, screaming like a banshee and a spoiled brat. And this was all being videotaped! I can’t imagine this behavior towards parents, in front of friends and taped and posted on line to boot. For this type of adolescent behavior, instead of restriction she was probably rewarded with a credit card and car and mall trip! I can only imagine what type of fits and tantrums KC exhibited in front of sweet little Caylee.
Mark Furhman on a roadtrip to Amscot parking lot counted six or seven cameras located on the building proper. I wonder what type of info LE was able to garner from these, if anything, since they were tripped up with a 31/plus day delay from report of crime and towing fiasco. Anyone, seen any discovery of surveillance vids ?
I was introduced to the internet (recreational only) in the mid 80′s and I have to admit I’ve not been inclined to read nor post on blogs due to the abuses and attacks some make to other posters, but finding Blinks sight has renewed my faith in online mankind. If Blink is this astute while she’s operating remotely, what can one do to make her look lazy??? In regards to the Amscot parking lot surveillance vids…I have wondered if LE was able to obtain any copies from the time that KC’s car was there, but like you said I beleive they may have been taped over due to the delay in reporting Caylee missing (31 days,Sheesh!). Most surveillance video tapes over itself…however I worked for a company that pulled the tapes once a week and sent them to an internal loss prevention department for review. We can keep our fingers crossed that Amscot has a similar system…due to the nature of their business, this may be possible. Remember, the clues are in the information that is NOT released.
Loved your comment about the books…reading can be a very expensive habit…the DOC DUMP should save a couple of bucks and backs

After Seeing the News reporter yesterday with JB asking him if he was going to basically throw CA under the bus for the crime his reply was Chilling But Exactly What we had all Been Saying all Along a Resounding YES ! ( In a Backward Sort of Way ) The reporter had enough sense to Follow up with the question and say ” Is that to throw Doubt in the Minds of the Jury ? ” ANd JB then Just SMILED SMUGLY ! Then There is the Bombshell of LA being Granted IMMUNITY , Because he was concerned about being charged with WHAT ?? There are many possibilities here IMO . But just the Fact that he has been granted Immunity is Huge !
