Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Caylees Autopsy Revelations Part I

Orlando, FL– Under heavy objection last Friday afternoon, Judge Stan Strickland denied the motion on behalf of George and Cindy Anthony to seal Caylee Marie Anthonys autopsy until their daughter Caseys capital murder trial in their granddaughters death. Late Friday afternoon, the Findings of Dr. Jan Garavaglia, Chief Medical Examiner of Orange County were released. In Part I, we explore a few of the notable findings, In Development for Part II, Blinkoncrime will be is creating an interactive 3D Model, incorporating the evidence recovery field, bone disbursement pattern, and anatomical example of the duct tape placement.

The Laundry Bag

WhitneyLaundryBagAlthough the report contains a significant amount of anthropologic and forensic data, it does not contain photos or X-Rays, pursuant to the Earnhardt exclusion under Florida Law. Blinkoncrime.com will attempt to offer some observations and in some cases, correct some erroneous information that is being reported in the msm. For starters, the laundry bag picture being circulated, it is incorrect, the image to the left is the correct bag, note the dimensions are exact. The top of this bag does not cinch.

The Duct Tape

I have seen rampant speculation on the duct tape beginning around 15 minutes following the release of the report.  DuctThere are many who believe that Casey Anthony killed her child by wrapping her nose and mouth with duct tape. Allow me to point out the report actually reflects the antithesis of this theory. First, there IS NO TAPE ON THE POSTERIOR of her skull. The only posterior placement of the tape mentioned is still located on the mandible, or face. The tape, which was actually small strips of grey cloth-based, delaminating tape is applied on top of itself, not really feasible with a live toddler. Given the findings that Caylee’s mandible stayed in almost true anatomical position, although slightly posterior and that the hair that was attached to the tape extended from the back of her head and over her head and face, it is likely Caylee was laying on her back when the tape was applied.  Henkel makes 2 kinds of duct tape, one is more Industrial grade of adhesive “hot set” over cloth designed for waterproof and outdoor projects. It has not yet been disclosed which formulation was used.

The O Sign

A contributing poster at blinkoncrime gave me something to think about that had not occurred to me. I am on record stating I do believe that Casey Anthony murdered her daughter, and that she will end up pointing the finger at one or both of her parents as a defense strategy.

However, the duct tape never really fit for me. I have always believed it to be a post mortem tactic to stage a kidnapping. I do believe I may have been wrong. Very well known to medical and critical care professionals, there is something called an O effect; occurring at very near death, or shortly following death and before rigormortis sets in.

Some medical people refer to it when the person is very near death or has just died–the jaw drops open. Nothing left to hold the mandible shut. In morgue kits there is a strap that is applied around the jaw to gently close it before rigor sets in. This “O” sign can be very pronounced and unsettling to see first hand. Casey probably wasn’t aware of this and was really spooked by this silent scream and used the duct tape then put a heart sticker on it as a ________

This makes sense to me. The tape is applied in small strips across the nose and mouth areas, catching her hair in the face over the Coronal plane region. One interpretation that may be drawn is that Caylee was lying on her back, upon seeing what Casey had done to her child as evidenced by the relaxed mandible; she attempted to “fix her”. As if covering up the evidence of death on her baby would change things, complete with a heart sticker. No sooner did I arrive at this conclusion on Saturday, did I see Dr.Michael Baden appear on Geraldo Live on Sunday evening bringing up the mortuary kit issue. I am not saying this idea originated here, not that it would be the first time, but it at least tells me there is corroboration within the forensic Medical community as to the premise. The FBI report on the duct tape has not been released. One thing is certain, what I have been stating all along about Casey’s prints being on the duct tape seems foreboding. With multiple strips of tape, chances are there are several. The defense has had this report for months, is this why Casey Anthony retained Todd Macaluso?

Swim Diaper?

There are several remnants recovered that are described as a diaper or pull ip item. However, there are a few that appear to be strictly synthetic. When I read the report, my immediate reaction based on some of the coloring was that it was a “swimmie”, or disposable swim diaper. After mapping out the dimensions and a closer look, I believe it is actually referring to remnants of both a pull up, a reusable swim diaper, or swim floation/assistance device or both, as pictured here:

CayleeSwim2 CayleeSwim-1 SwimDiaper-2

PrincessDiaper Diapergarbage

Paper Towels

Simply stated there is decomposition fluid on paper towels in the plastic garbage bag found in her trunk that came from Tony Lazzarros apartment.

In my opinion, Casey ripped the bag Caylees remains were in when she moved her body into or out of the trunk to her final resting place in the woods off Suburban. The stain in the trunk, emitting the ungodly stench, was the target of the paper towels after Casey returned to TonE’s apartment. She brought the paper towels and garbage bag out with her in an attempt to clean it up and realized almost immediately it was an excerise in futility. Immediately following are her comments to Amy about George Anthony borrowing her car, and the infamous squirrel stowaway story.

Her Clothes

In contrast to only a stitching remnant with a manufactures tag left of her shirt, Caylees shorts were found nearly 2 ft ft away from the laundry bag, in relatively good condition. Based on the reports findings of trunk and femural animal activity and the corresponding recovery area, I am of the opinion that it is not possible that Caylee was wearing those shorts when she was dumped in the woods. Frankly, given the fact that the actual color stripe pattern was discernable versus the condition of the other items, I am suspect Casey was in those woods more than once. How do you get only the collar of a shirt remaining and her shorts completely intact with no noted damage? Lastly, Caylees shoes if she were wearing any, were not recovered.

Blink I love reading all these all comments and responses…hats off to Kleat too.. very well researched and always gets me re thinking…..I recently really watched private home video (s) of Caylee..when Casey tapes her there is such an eerie quality to it..she almost never talks to her or interacts with Caylee….unless G&C or others too in the video…….(on you tube)…..Thanks for all the hours work and info.

The retreat is 50 miles north of San Diego, a town called Valley Center, the Christian Ranch is called “Morning Star Ranch.” Supposedly they raise avocados, grapefruit, persimmons…. Are you familiar with this place, Blink?

Does anyone know if a plea deal does happen one day……. will that then mean we would never know the ‘truth’?

  4. FairestWitness says:

Julie, it depends on whether the court requires Casey to elocute to the facts of what she did to Caylee. Those facts must be verifiably truthful & match the evidence or the judge could deny the plea deal. Now whether that would be the truth??? Who knows.

What I really want to know is how Cindy has such a strong hold on George and Lee? This isn’t something petty we are talking about, folks. Most would say “to hell with you, I’m telling the truth”. Yes, I believe Casey killed that baby but I’m much more intrigued with Cindy. I feel she is the devil here on earth. If she were to allow George to have his balls in his posession for a mere 10 min, would he do the right thing? Why is Lee drinking the Cindy Kool-Aide?

If it’s brought to truth that they all have been covering, will they be prosecuted? Or when Casey comes to trial will it be such a slinging match no one will actually realize they are under the bus? Or will they spill before the front set of tires rolls over them? These are the questions that intrigue me. I’ve moved past who, when and why.

  8. jenn says:

I doubt that she would tell the truth under any circumstances. I just don’t can’t imagine that at all. How would we know it to be true the way she lies? .

  9. Felicity says:

Blink: I know alot of prisoners work…doing laundry, working in kitchen, mopping floors etc….(Leona Hemsley did) Do you think that Casey will be required to work, or will she “get out of this” because people hate child murderers?

Honestly, as I think she will plead and get LWOP, she will be in general population and don’t give her 6 months if she does. Although, she has a hefty commisary account, so she could probably afford protection.

FairestWitness, remember Jonestown– I don’t know anything about this ranch in the story, but when Blink wrote that, I remembered the documentary about Jim Jones, his Christian ‘ranch’ outside San Francisco– a ‘closed society’ in which sexual exploitation was rampant by Jones, against men and women alike and families living in fear of leaving, of speaking out.

Re Annals post # 186: thanks for finding that: I think you mean Mark Hawkins (not Hopkins) – in any case, I re-read their text messages/emails between Casey & Mark – the dates here (on the laptop forensic report) are actually July 22-23 2007! not 2008. But I did not see the exchange here where she says she wants to visit and has something to tell him. I believe that was in 2008.
Interesting the speculation on that page regarding his paternity (re Caylee), I wonder if he was tested and if the paternity will ever be revealed.

#193, RE: Haley Donathan being found…. I actually read that in the middle of the night, or early morning this a.m. I too was thrilled as you and I’m sure everyone else is. Blink, when you say you knew she would be ok, I’m assuming you meant she would be found alive. I’m not sure she is “ok”…. although I pray she is, and nothing happened to her via the SO boyfriend. They sure slept in the same bed a lot. Here is my question though, maybe you can answer. Let’s assume it were you or me in this scenario, maybe that will help answer. If I were to meet a guy, left town, went across country to a campsite or otherwise, as long as I have full legal custody of my daughter, I can’t see the problem. Please understand I’m not condoning her going with a S.O. by any means. That being said… one could certainly argue that they didn’t know he was a S.O. and argue even more the fact that having custody gives her the right to do anything she wants with the child. Just because her mother was worried doesn’t mean she has to come home, or even has to check in with her mother. She is an adult, and I’m guessing the father of the little girl isn’t involved, therefore lending more to the fact that she doesn’t have to check in with anyone. So I’m wondering what they can hold her on? She could always say she didn’t know he was wanted, or that anyone was even looking for her, considering they were in the middle of the woods most of the time. Blink, any idea what they (not try to hold her on) WILL be able to hold her on or charge her with? I’m just curious, as I was thinking earlier today about having sole custody of my daughter and the thought just crossed my mind while reading the story.

I’d like to add though…. I do believe she knew he was a S.O. and THAT of course would be endangering child, but I’m not sure they can prove it. Not to mention he was in the same half-way house as her own brother, and I’m not sure that the g-ma realizes that the child is JUST AS unsafe being around her own son, as being around the b-friend.

It would be a wag on my part as I dont know what they can “prove”. The next 24 hours will be telling, most importantly the exam of the baby. Whatever it is, will be Federal, so she’s effed already, and should be.

Follow-up question from the SK/Ortiz question leads back to the autopsy report. Page 2 of the osteological report says “The remains are believed to be those of Caylee Anthony, a white (European ancestry) female…”

Yet on Jesus Ortiz’s Myspace page http://www.myspace.com/xxupononexx under ‘Jesus’s Details, lists him as from Humacao, P.R. with “Ethnicity: Latino/Hispanic”

I know this has been discussed here before, but now the autopsy report states ‘white European’ for Caylee. Why would they not say, in the osteo report, that Caylee’s ancestry is not all known, given an ‘unknown’ father. It seems that the report is a bit narrow viewed in this respect, afterall, they are at that point, trying to decide if this child IS Caylee.

Well researched Kleat, and I let this slip by without addressing until I saw further comments. My bad. If you read the Anthropological report, it specifically states NOT to classify ethnicticity based on known or presumbed racial “bone” sterotypes as it it largely inaccurate and unreliable. Dr. G was reported on established known information given to her, LESS the DNA report if you notice, is not included, just the confirmation of her ID.

Hey Blink- do you read over at http://www.Beaconhell.com? There is a story on the front page about a mom who is trying to get national attention to the fact that her 2 1/2 yr old daughter is suspected of being molested by her own father. There is a video of the little girl talking about it to her mother before bedtime. Supposedly the father is connected to some high up people and custody was taken from the mom with only 2 hr supervised visits per week. I wondered if you had heard about this and if so, do you think it is true? I was horrified at all of the allegations and especially the video in the little girl’s words (talking about daddy’s worm). They were asking for people to help them spread the word to get him investigated. I don’t want to take part in a scam but don’t want to pretend I didn’t see the story either… This post is just for you, I didn’t know how else to reach you.

First, love this site. Long time reader, first time poster. Thank you Blink and all regulars! Perhaps someone can help me with this. This is not an original thought on my part, but have not heard it for sometime. If George and/or Cindy cleaned the car once it was picked up from the towyard and used the wet vac. They emptied the wet vac in the back yard, causing the dogs to hit on several places in the backyard? Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Also, remember when the protester were at the house? Remember George putting quick lime on the lawn, and warning the protesters because he didn’t want anyone to get burned from it? In the past it has been discussed because quick lime is not something normally used on fl lawns. Also, it is something that could mask decomp smells and aid to the decomposition rate of material.

Does anyone think this ploy was to disguise decomp the anthonys tried to remove from the car? TIA

Blink! is there any that I have left out that you know of?

We got so spoiled with all of this discovery being released but as far as I am concerned we still don’t have any of the REAL FACTS as far as statements. Also there were two attorneys at the Anthony house the day that they did the first search in the backyard as LE asked if it was ok if they searched as George and Cindy were suspicious.
This all has just been pushed to the sidelines.

I think possibly also that Caylee was put temporarily in the sand box as it had a lid and there was sand found at the remains site with the remains?

In regards to Jonestown, the church was actually located in SF – the town where Mr Jones took everyone was out of the country (can’t recall where)…that is where everyone drank his koolaid, right after they killed Congressman Ryan … I remember it vividly since I grew up in SF and the “church” was right down the street from my high school.

But back to the case at hand….keep up the great work and I can’t wait for the next “chapter” – regards!

Ok Blink THANK YOU. I just cannot rule out drowning. I guess I can let go of the chloroform then.
Or my other idea had to do with suffocation in the bedroom but I just cannot even think this monster did that to this child.
I do believe the only way that KC can even live with this is that she had to get in her mind it was an “accident”.
But I could not fathom what Andrea Yates did either.
I was a single parent of two sons and YES it was hard at times but I would have had LOVED the support of my parents babysitting them once in awhile let alone letting her live in their home. She had all the help she needed and then some.
My mother too was VERY manipulative and a nurse and for that reason I moved out of my house at 16 years old. I couldnt take the games and control. I got a job and an apartment and lied about my age for two years til I turned 18. I even bought a car at 16 to get work and didnt have my license til 18 when I could sign for myself.
I had my first son at 19 and like I said before, both of my sons are now in the military and doing well for themselves as I got out!
This just really saddens me to no end.
I am seriously considering writing some research on sociopaths and one of my sisters and daughter in law are sociopaths and I really would like to know what makes them tick?

Oh and YES I did have to go to a couple of years of therapy to realise that I was okay, as I didnt fit in my moms world.

  33. new says:

As usual very interesting article B. Thank you. I have some thoughts about GA. So if I remenber correctly that after his attempted sucide it was stated he also had another problem of etoh abuse. That would fit with his inability to hold a job and his constant gum chewing to cover the smell of etoh on his breath. His temper which at times seems irrational in response to situation. He has the manipulative personality of etoh abuser also the social appeal. So my conclusion is that George never saw Caylee on the 16th cause he was hung over and still sleeping. I believe what LP has said that George is lying about the morning of the 16th. The story he tells is Cindy’s fiction to cover the argument the noc before. A good reason to throw George under the bus an abusive alcholic Father. This is a good excuse for poor judgement displayed by Casey. Then you throw in her mother Cindy the control freak, no wonder Casey has poor judgement.

  34. Felix says:

I have always felt that Casey had issues with Cindy spending time in the pool with Caylee. Cindy told the FBI that she and Caylee spent everyday in the pool during her vacation around the time of her bday (6/5). On 6/15, when Casey finally comes home, she wants to join Cindy and Caylee in the pool but Cindy tells her no — it’s getting chilly and they’re getting out. I can imagine that a snarky verbal exchange ensured. Considering everything else that may have occurred that evening, the pool incident may have been a flashpoint.

  35. confused says:

I do not know if it is possible to tear the duct tape she used with her teeth, but if it is….wouldn’t that leave her DNA and tooth marks to compare to the tape on Caylee? Also, do you think they will be able to get any tox reports from the maggots that would show if she was drugged?

Thank you so much for your answers. I love your site.

    Blink,
I am going to assume that the info they discovered July 3rd led to the paving project in their backyard that weekend. If so, what could Casey have possibly ‘sold’ them to get them to back off for a few weeks if whatever they found was troubling enough for them to take time to landscape while they were in anguish over their missing grandchild?

Re Post 186. (I apologize, I have not had time yet to click the link in this post) Does anyone recall Casey telling someone (not sure who) that, at some point in the past, her brother Lee had come into her bedroom and tried to “put the moves on her” so to speak??? I think his paternity (incest) has been ruled out by DNA, but it is still a strange twist. It has always bugged me that there is something going on here in this family involving incest in some way, might this be what Casey holds over their heads?????

NancyS, the Dominic Casey transcripts and audio are out there and should be easy to find (try http://www.wftv.com and http://www.cfnews13.com for a start or search http://www.docstoc.com) — IIRC, the transcripts were a bit of a slog, but if you have time to spend, worth it just to see how LE worked their way through the questions and bit of resistance…. about the ABC Ritz and goings on there.

Of course, when Dominic Casey ever gets deposed by M&M, that will be posted at http://www.forthepeople.com

  40. Midwest MoM says:

    Hi Blink,
Great Article! It is amazing to me that after all of this time there is still so much speculation regarding the events that has taken place. Casey is either extremely brilliant to orchestrate all of the people involved or extremely dumb to leave so much evidence at the crime scene.

I have not convicted casey, there are two many unanswered questions as we can tell from reading the above posts. The 31 days seems to be one of the major factors that points out her guilt. it is also one of the reasons why I question if she is guilty. I have always thought her actions during the time caylee was missing was indicative that she KNEW who caylee was with.

I am concerned that there is one person in this case that has gone under the radar, and I am not sure why. It would be interesting to see how a profile would analyze the person below regarding this case.

    This person:

wanted caylee and couldnt have her
idolized her relationship with casey- “unstoppable trio” caylees middle name
knew of the zone–close to home
was the first to point out where caylee would be found
was the first point her finger at Cindy as a racist
pointed that Casey had mental problems “bi-polar”
criticized Casey relationship with men as not being a good mom
when questioned if she knew of a zeneida- she did not answer the question, she shifted to gonzales.
    Laughed at the shovel
she pointed out the Anthonys shed
    worked at universal
had long dark curly hair (she wears straight)
According to myspace page,is from North Carolina
refused to turn over cell phone records.
produced a “working phone number” yet was disconnected(this is a big factor in caseys interview-she would call and the number disconnected)
Had monetary gain and notoriety-sold her story

AND THE STICKER- as #25 stated above

“Might not the duct tape have been a message to George and Cindy, and the heart sticker a little added signature? If Caylee were found, then the duct tape makes it look like an abduction but the heart sticker tells those who understand the message exactly what happened and why”

    JULY 9… hummm…

And soooo much more about this person that there should be questions about. Did she have a blackjack? (the officer said she had a nice phone) Did she know that when she sold her story that she would be discredited? What kind of car does she drive? what is her mothers name? Did she know that Caseys car was at amscot? And why has Morgan and Morgan NOT called her for a deposition? or maybe they have and I missed it.

I am not saying that Casey is innocent, I am asking, did she lie?

  41. Tina says:

To poster # 101, my heart just broke reading your story hun. I’m in tears, but I believe you will be with your daughter again in Heaven.

As a mother of two boys, losing a child would just make me a different person.

This whole story is unreal, I’m reminded of a freind I grew up with in a small town, she’s just as twisted as Casey, they could have been twins…. I’m happy to report this drunken skank is now sitting in prison for shooting another girl in the leg at a keg party, and left her son to his father, yrs before this…Thank god!!! Stupid spoiled, attention seeking bitches, just can’t grasp the concept, that if they don’t want their own child, someone else does! I don’t like to sound evil here, but frankly I’m hoping my old friend would just die, as she likes to drink and drive, she once drove through the whole small town going from one yard to another, after leaving the town bar.

I regularly realize just how naive I am reading here . . . not to mention afraid of saying something stupid in front of so many who seem to be knowledgeable in so many areas . . . eeek. Soooo . . . having no idea what ETOH abuse meant (post # 235 above regarding GA), I found the following (perhaps I am not the only unknowing one here?):

“ETOH stands for ethanol ( Ethyl Alcohol).  It is a common term used in medical histories to designate alcoholic beverages.  When combined in the term ‘ETOH abuse’, it usually refers to a patient’s history of over consumption of alcoholic beverages such as beer or hard liquor.”

Found that educational – don’t know if it might help others. Makes quite a bit more sense to me that that is why GA was hospitalized for 10 days (along with psych eval) as I personally don’t think that he really intended to/tried to kill himself, and he admitted he didn’t actually take any meds during his Hawaiian Hotel Adventure. God knows that what/who he has been trying to live & deal with would turn anyone to drink. Criminies.

While I’m feeling brave enough to post: was also completely in the dark regarding Blink’s reference to chloroform being used as a sexual enhancement . . . perhaps there are other clean-living citizens here who felt befuddled by this idea as well (?). It was actually rather difficult to find valid references to such online, for anything other than rape scenarios. . .

Per the articles, chloroform is evidently sometimes used as an enhancing substance in sexual asphyxia (similar effect to what killed Carradine) via “huffing” (sniffing solvents) – although it is made to sound rather rare & unusual . . . shall have to just trust Mme. Blink’s theories on this one. . . A reference or two follows – shall leave further research to you all (makes my stomach turn):

I truly do not understand experimenting with such toxic substances – completely beyond my grasp of understanding; and alarming to think Casey & pals may have been involved in such dangerous play. Good heavens.

As I head off to call it a night (nightmares of our children involved in such frightening behaviors looming, I’m sure), I am humming the old TV theme song: “…greeeeeeen acres is the place for me . . . faaaaaarm livin’ is the live I need…” (or something like that… LOL). Beginning to think running away to the clean life of the rolling hills, raising chickens & pickin’ stone fruits is the way to go. The world is becoming a crazy, scary place.

B A M and BAM again. LOVED this comment, If you have not already, posting on SM.. Finally!!

    Good one Kleat #223.

    Kleat,

A couple of little things. First, the term Hispanic actually derives from what the Romans named the Iberian peninsula. It was adopted by the Nixon administration, and applied to “Latin Americans”. Interestingly enough, the term Latin, of course, derives from peoples speaking a Latin based language (Romance language), again, Mediterranean. By the way, Mediterranean peoples are considered caucasoids…or white. PRs descend, primarily, from a mixture of peoples. Spaniards, Africans, Corsicans, and other Europeans.

Additionally, the term Hispanic and Latino (the latter was coined by Napoleon, in an effort to give the subjugated “Latin Americans” a feeling a comraderie or kinship…all the while, there remained a very strict classification system, that began with peninsulare, or Iberian born, then criollo, Spanish only descent born off the peninsula, then …dang, there is one I can’t recall offhand, then mestizo, half Spaniard, half Indian).

In any event, Mexicans are considered caucasoids. Many Central and South Americans are of European descent, some are mixed, some aren’t,and most would be considered caucasian. Some PRs are, some aren’t. Caylee appears to have a phenotype that is consistent with caucasian. That does not mean that her father cannot be Puerto Rican.

For expedience sake, I will quote wiki “The term Caucasian race (also Caucasoid or Europid) has been used to denote the general physical type of some or all of the indigenous populations of Europe, North Africa, the Horn of Africa, West Asia, Central Asia and South Asia.[1] Historically, the term has been used to describe the entire population of these regions, without regard necessarily to skin tone. In common use, the term is sometimes restricted to Europeans and other lighter-skinned populations within these areas, and may be considered equivalent to the varying definitions of white people”.

There ya go. Puerto Rican father and Caucasian child are not mutually exclusive. BTW, my nieces live in PR, and their mother is PR. Her mother is a criollo, her father descends from Africans and Spaniards (the term mulatto is not PC, but would have been used until very recently…I’ll use it here, since it’s familiar, not as a statement of anything more).

I keep reading about accident, accident. I understand that an accident in which one’s child is killed is very, very, very traumatic. I understand flipping out. I do not understand not calling the police, and trying to hide one’s child’s body. I just don’t get it. Because mommy would be mad? And so prison is better than that? I don’t think that equates with Casey’s way of living. She wasn’t so scared of her mom’s response about getting pregnant, partying, being wild, serial dating, or anything else. Would she really put herself at risk of going to prison forever, so mom wouldn’t be mad at her for a horrible accident occuring, bc she wasn’t watching her child? It just doesn’t seem consistent with the way she lived her life.

Casey seems like someone who has arrested development. I have seen nothing indicative of her behaving like a responsible adult. The selfish, narcisstic behavior. I GUESS that could be motivation for trying to make a negligent death appear like an abduction. It seems to me, though, that prior to this incident she had the ability to measure risk against benefit. Wouldn’t the risk outweigh the benefit? Even if she got off with mom possibly thinking she was a victim, but there was a strong possibility she would go to prison for life (if caught), is that a tradeoff that a narcissist would make? She cared THAT much about what her mom thought? You’d think that a narcissist could come up with a better scenario, where it could be an accident that wasn’t her fault, somehow.

I dunno..it just sounds way too ridiculous. Selfishness has been exhibited. Immaturity has been exhibited. Hostility and jealousy toward Caylee has been exhibited. But severe stupidity and inability to reason really haven’t been exhibited until now. I absolutely don’t buy accident. No way would she risk a murder rap, and being hated by the world, in exchange for mom finding out she was not paying close attention to her kid, resulting in a negligent death.

#224 or anyone that can help. I’ve read beaconhell everyday for a year now, and I haven’t seen, nor do I see now, the story you speak of. Could you tell me if you’re speaking specifically of the “front page” or could you be talking about the “front page” of maybe one of the forums there? I looked and looked for the story you’re talking about and absolutely see it nowhere. Thanks in advance for yours’ or anyone else’ help.
I have no idea, but if its not related to this case or subject matter?

Did I miss something? Can someone please point me to a link to the conclusion that it was a swim diaper? Everything I’ve seen says pull up type diaper (used during potty training) which is not the same thing. Even the picture above is of a ‘Pull Up’ not a ‘Little Swimmer’ Thanks.
