Christine thought everybody was cool. She would say that all the time, So and So is cool. Q, their cool. Even if they weren’t, she did not really see it. I begged her not to go to Pocomoke. I think she was just tired and thought, she resigned herself sometimes that she would never get away from Levi. She was my best friend, I loved, love her.

Cultivating a Criminal Enterprise; now that is a feat. A family affair, you might say. Grab a Pen. Grab a moist towlette. Grab an adult beverage, I may need 2 chapters just for these introductions. In this one however, I am outlining the primary players in Christine’s case.
Tia and Clarence
Tia Theresa Lyn Johnson Weisenburg, daughter of Teresa Johnson and Stephen Johnson. Former wife of Shawn Weisenburg. Born of that marriage: son, Austin. Shortly after their separation, Tia files a paternity suit against Jerry Davison. She wins. Austin Weisenburg is in the custody of non babydaddy Shawn, currently. By all accounts, Shawn is a decent guy and Father. He had the sense to get a restraining order against “JR” for weed in his house. Born later, father unknown, daughter Cierra, or CC. Tia is pictured 2nd from the left.
Apparently, unsuccessful personal injury lawsuits notwithstanding, Tia has herniated disks L4 , L5. This is public record. What is not so public, is the witness I spoke to, upon the condition of anonymity, is that Tia has an unusually high tolerance for Oxycontin.
Clarence Butch “JR” Jackson. Now, here’s a pip. Clarence is also no stranger to the judicial system. JR, born in June 1974, has been a busy dude. He has a rap sheet from Ocean City through most of Worcester Cty. In lieu of a “Tom Tom”, let’s say that is the equivalent of vast pokey visitin’.
Kindly allow this to be a cursory introduction, more on “JR” later. Contrary to what both Tia and JR have told Christine’s family and police, neither child was at the farm on the 12th or 13th of November.
Dominick and Erin VonGraevenitz
Domo, Father of 7, *ahem*, 8, as he likes to be called, is JR Jacksons brother. Not sure about the brotherly thing exactly, as Domo sought a peace order against JR in 2003. Domo has asserted on any blog that will allow his grasp of the English slang, that he was not at the Farmhouse November 12, 2009. Not so. He exclaims he was enjoying his wedding anniversary that evening. He does not own a Vizir , but he wants one. He is 5’5” in contrast to Erin, who is 6’1”. 2002 and 2003 were particularly trying for Domo. His mother in law took out a peace order on him and he was arrested for a sex offense and assault on a minor.
Erin, is not in the running for Mumsy of the Year. She may be however, the most fertile woman in the saga. Erin was pregnant with the couples youngest son at the time of Christine’s disappearance. 
Dominick has since left his compound and is now bringing slices of heaven to 23 year old Mary and their new baby. He was ordered to pay child support for the starter family last month.
Justin Hadel
Justin Hadel is Tia Johnson’s cousin. Justin was the current boyfriend of Crystal Freeman, who has a child with Charles Timothy Johnson, Tia Johnson’s brother. Justin could be heard in the background of more than a few of Christine’s phone calls to “Q” extolling his fondness for Christine. Justin’s mother, Susan Shelton, whisked him back off to Texas immediately following Christine’s disappearance. He is in the Md. court system under the surname Hydon.
Charles Timothy and Jennifer Johnson
Charles is Tia’s brother. He is married to Jennifer Waters Johnson. He has a child with Crystal Freeman. Jennifer filed domestic violence charges against Justin Hadel and Byrdie Johnson last year that she refused to pursue.
Charles was arrested for second degree assault the same month. Charles has a history of harvesting Conch and Horse Shoe Crabs without a license. It is alleged by her family members Jennifer has a substantial drug problem. According to court records, she has children from 3 different men, that were not in her care in 2006 and an outstanding failure to appear warrant in Virginia. Charles and Tia’s mother Teresa also attempted to remove custody of their child. Jennifer was put on probation supervision the day Christine was reported missing, November 13, 2007.
Stephen Dale and Byrdie Johnson, Jr
Stephen is Tia Johnson’s brother. Stephen has oodles of files in the criminal courts ranging from burglary to several domestic violence and peace order incidents. One month prior to Christine’s disappearance, Stephen and Tia’s mother Teresa filed for custody of Stephen and Byrdie Johnson’s children. Stephen and Byrdie have an extensive history of trading off domestic violence allegations against one another, most recently November 2008. Byrdie has been arrested for assault, burglary and dangerous weapons charges. She is pictured in the first pic in this article on the far left in the pink.
Levi Hall
Levi was the longtime boyfriend of Christine Sheddy and father of their two sons. Levi met Tia and JR through his cousin Steve, who Tia described as her best guy friend. Levi arranged for Christine to stay with JR and Tia, although has never divulged under what auspice, and why he would not come pick her up when she begged him to. He last beat up Christine a month before she disappeared from the farmhouse in Pocomoke City, MD. He has maintained a solid record of arrests since 1997 from disorderly conduct, DUI, forgery, theft, and domestic violence. If I had the letters for his name while playing scrabble, I would spell out e v i l instead.
Joyce Hall
Joyce Hall is Levi Hall’s Mother and Grandmother of Isaac and Zeke, Christine Sheddy’s sons. She was also an employee of WGMD, who has covered the case since Christine’s disappearance by Dan Gaffney. Joyce did not mention to anyone there that Christine was the mother of her grandchildren or that Levi was her son until Lynn Dodenhoff was interviewed on a radio program mentioning her by name.
Steve Magg
Steve Magg, Levi’s cousin on his Dad’s side, had driven Christine, Levi and the boys to a weekend stay to the farmhouse a few weeks earlier. Steve introduced Levi to JR and Tia and per Tia he is her best friend. Steve arrived at the farmhouse on November 9.
Jr, Tia, Charles, Jennifer, Stephen, Justin, Dominick and Steve were all in attendance at the farmhouse party on the eve of November 12, 2007.
The last person to speak to Christine, her best friend Q, spoke to her after 9PM and she was desperately trying to whisper something to him. He could tell something was “up” because it sounded as though she kept trying to move from the background noise, then whisper, but she could not seem to get the privacy she sought. Q asked Christine if he should come pick her and the kids up, she replied:
..”No, it’s cool Q, Levi is coming..”

Interesting that Tia’s kids were not at the party on the 12th..were Christine’s kids there….do they recall the party at all?
Where was Levi, did he ever show up on the 12th to pick them up? What do his cell phone records and pings show as to where he was and who he was talking to that night and the next few days?
To Q’s credit, he has no interest in speaking to Levi or Steve. He keeps his eye on things shall we say..
Isaac and Zeke were at the farmhouse, Im going to hold out on what they know for right now.
LE has not said what his cell records show, I at least know some of that info, for most carriers, your looking at a 60 day window max to order pings, I doubt that happened here. It is very rural.

These people, all of them, sound like a bad novel…Almost unreal. Why on earth was she only surrounded by complete losers!???
Chrsitine had no clue about their lifestyle or pasts. She had only met Tia and Jr once before. Levi, on the other hand, did.

I am positive that what happened to Christine happened between 10PM and 8:30am the evening of the 12th/early am of the 13th.
I have since lost the link..but somewhere on the blog/comments area on the pocomoketattler.com – someone claiming to be Clarence aka JR…makes a disturbing rant about the search parties being “way off.” and that he is innocent. I will continue to look for the link to where I read that.

Yikes about Domo using his scorned wife / mother of 6 as an alibi -
especially if he actually was blowing off his wedding anniversary to be there!
The fact that he set up an alibi for himself, and that there were so many potential witnesses at the party, and wives and girl friends attached to those witnesses, makes me think this case could be solved as soon as LE actually takes it seriously.
I am hoping what you are doing will cause that to happen!
I was reading the blog at WGMD.
Felt like Joyce was doing a whole lot to make this not be investigated and it makes me wonder about what involvement Levi really has in this whole mess.
If Levi really knows nothing and wasn’t there and wasn’t involved, it would seem like Joyce would WANT Tia and gang investigated, since a real answer would stop the speculations in the direction of her son about the missing person’s thing.
Curious if she really called Levi for a ride out of there (before Q) and if Levi left her in danger. I guess I will have to wait to see how the evidence stacks up, but Joyce’s actions after Christine goes missing, plus some comments Levi made on his blog about Christine, before she went missing, makes me wonder if somehow Levi set Christine up through this bunch.
So christine was concerned about something going on at that time before levi showed up. Sounded rowdy when christine was speaking to Q.
He used the word “loud”, music, people, etc. I spent alot of time with Q on that conversation. One thing I will tell you, he is struggling. He loved his BF and her babies dearly.

We do not believe Levi was at the farm on the 12th. We confirmed that he worked 9 hours on the 13th, although there were 2 different versions of locations. I personally have seen no reason to believe he was there that evening. I am confident that if it could not be proven he was NOT there, everyone of those *cough* people would have said he was.

Are the babies still with Levi? Reading the WGMD blog, as of a month after the disappearance, they were. Wondering if that has changed. Hoping.

But then the question remains, why didn’t Levi take a poly?? And why did he “hide” behind his mom?
Because I feel strongly there are 2 possibilities.
1. He set her up and this was planned. ( I do not believe this personally).
2. He had nothing to do with it, but knows what happened, and he is the reason she went there in the first place for some nefarious scheme that she was unaware of, figured out, and paid with it with her life.
There is no person place or thing that will convince me he did not know she was dead on 11/13. More to come on that.

Blink – I dont mean to be a bug-a-boo, but over at SM I posted about the warrant out for Christine…do you know anything about that? If it is standard in a case like this, why did they wait over a month to issue the warrant? TIA
No Leroy, that is an excellent question. Lynn was told by a detective that he requested the warrant because in his opinion, if she were alive and got picked up somewhere, it would flag any LE agency and they would have to “hold” her and contact them. I have never, not once, seen a warrant issued for a missing person for abandoning her children, with no evidence whatsoever. I do not agree with this, she is already flagged by her MP case number. I have a feeling that will be lifted.

Just wondering why Levi arranged for Christine to stay at Tia’s in the first place ? Going by all the info, it was certain that once there sooner if not later Christine would wise up. Why leave her there ???? What was the arrangement with Jr & Tia? How/Why could Levi subject his own two kids to that trash dump – could it be coz’ Christine would not go anywhere without her kids. The whole thing sounds sinister & cold & calculated. I do not believe Levi is innocent (as in he silently covering after the fact..) and he definetly had a BIG part to play in Christine’s disappearance. But I am also left wondering again what was in it for Jr & Tia ?? Seems like there was a whole lot cooking.. but what ? Whose hand is going to stop stirring the pot ??

Cristine was so tiny…she didn’t really have a chance if one of those drugged out thugs wanted to hurt her. I still feel very strongly that Levi’s mother knows everything that happened. If only the b. would talk.

It is my opinion that something went wrong, was not preplanned in a premeditated sense, but Christine was afraid of something for a reason. They say in some people your soul starts to prepare you for your own death, I belive that happened to Christine.

Dearest Blink – This case has struck a cord with me and I have been reading since you first put it up. What I walked away with was the understanding of a family that has sunk their heals in and won’t give up on their daughter/sister and have pressed forward begging for help from anyone that would listen. I am in awe of Christine’s mother and we should all be so fortunate to have a sister like Jen! Their strength to continue forward under these circumstances is beyond admirable, as their situation would have brought most people to their knees. I am respectfully humbled. God has led this family to you and your wonderful team/family of “Blinkers”. God is with you Blink!

His myspace was set to private a long time ago, and Christine’s mother stated that she personally set Christine’s to private following her disappearance due to a myspace “heckler” (my chosen word). But when I read this, I literally got chills. The comment is dated December 22, 2007 but do you happen to know when Levi did this myspace posting?

What was a nice girl like Christine doing in the midst of this swamp of human debris?
My God, Blink. Why are there so many absolute pieces of filth in our society today? Does anyone go away for a good stretch for drugs?
Here’s another arena that the criminal justice system is completely failing us. Drugs rob the users of their basic humanity and makes them terribly dangerous to the law-abiding citizenry.
I wouldn’t think Christine was a part of that culture. I mean the girl was so poor she did without makeup, for chrissakes.
Blink, what happens if the local LE doesn’t cooperate fully…can the FBI or other LE be brought in? Something is so strange about this place! I would be afraid to live anywhere near there. These “Good ‘ol Boys” seem to make their own laws, as it suits them. These people are probably all related in some way…families, school, business etc…they know each other well. I truly believe that is one of the reasons that more has not been done. Cristine was an “outsider” and didn’t fit in with these trashy people. I’m sure many were jealous of her. Whatever the case, I’m sure that you will see that justice is served for this precious girl and her family.
LE is on board, I dont think that will be necessary. There is much going on behind the scenes, but we need all the focus we can get.

Did Christine realize these men at the party were going to use her for something and she got scared? That justin had said things about her that Q heard.
Perhaps these men got a little rough? I know “Domo” had claimed to be at his wedding anniversary celebration..which he was clearly not, so his wife would have been missing from the scenario.
Are any of these men in a gang?
I also read that after Christine’s disappearance..a lot of them acted different on their myspace…in terms of the way they talked or acted..
From what I have read, and from what Blink has said- maybe Levi didn’t know at first that there was going to be a murder- but maybe knew what these men were going to do to her (rape?) ? and didnt care…
this is all speculation until i learn more.
Good Questions. In my experience in that scenario with as much legal problems that have gone on with this crew, I do not think what happened to her was out in the open per se. It is neon to impossible to keep this many quiet on this issue, when sometimes people in this situation would sell their mom for a crack rock.
It does not even matter anymore, it is a moot point. I hope they enjoyed the freedom the had that they pizzed away.

I am very, very curious WHY would a group of people who are heavily involved in drugs and violence would WANT and specifically INVITE a woman AND her kids to come to a party at their house?
Particularly when her boyfriend would NOT be there.
I HATE, beyond words that Domo KEPT calling her “THE chickenhead” rather than Christine, SEVERAL times, even after he was asked not to and even knowing that her mom was interacting with him.
Levi wasn’t there, so I am thinking, unless Levi actually called Christine that, it sounds like there may have been “expectations” on behalf of the males who were at this “party” ….

Hoping not…. but… it seems strange that he would call a virtual stranger, in town with her kids THAT, unless there was some sort of incident that he was speaking about.
It does show me how sick Domo is…. that a woman is missing and he was one of the last ones to see her… and he would continually call her an extremely sexually objectifying name, rather than her name, particularly when he is one of the suspects.

It’s classic right out of the manual all abusers use.
We all know he’ll make it a couple of days and start the screaming abusive ways, saying she set him off (with an innocent thing), when he was trying to be so good……classic.
Let’s say this time she told him no way she was through and she was moving on with life. These kind of men have the mentality of “if I can’t have you b—-, I’ll make sure no one else will want you.”
The chickenhead remark, I did go look it up at urban dictionary. The sexual insinuation of that….lead me to this thought. What if Levi, set her up for an atrocious,demoralizing,deady sexual attack on this poor woman. I’ve seen a lot as a nurse and we did get a patient in the ER you couldn’t even recognize as a woman. Unfortunately she died before she could tell anything.
The men you are showing in your expose’ here are just the one’s who would do something like this and high five each other as they pass the bottle. Not a one of them has ever had a second look from a decent nice woman in their life.
What can we do to help?
I love that your post came with a warning to Christine’s family. Let me start by saying Lynn Dodenhoff and her family are the antithesis of the Anthony’s, to give a comparison. They are not applying for Christine’s earthly halo and wings set. The shear “openess” and “Tell me what you need to find my daughter” is humbling.
The last sentence of your post, sadly, sums this up in my mind.

That is very creepy. Levi’s musings reminds me of Casey Anthony.
I wrote all that and then see posted while I was writing others thought along the same lines..
Blink I need some ground rules. I am very very angry when I understand what happened to christine. I am the girl with a license plate on her car that warns “horn broken, watch for finga” (PYOS) I am struggling to behave. RULES?

The AMW case file and a news article I found say that Tia and Jr went to pick up their kids, leaving Christine and her kids at their home, and return to find the kids alone and Christine gone. You say it was at the party that evening. Why are the stories so different?
Their are 2 witnesses that have since come forward as well as other corroberating evidence.

ever see the movie with Nicole Kidman called Dogville? Same thing where a beautiful young woman who is very, nice winds up becoming an object of hate for the women in this village and an object of sexual desire for the men. She finds she is helpless to defend herself as both sides abuse her. Nicole makes it out in the end, but the movie shows how a person can be brought into a “clan” in the midst of dealing with a terrible situation…appear accepted…then find the true evil intentions of those she originally trusted. Not a movie for kids by the way….dark and rather shocking.
After reading the article…I have come to the sad conclusion that she was most likely, she was used as a toy by these men. passed around like a ragdoll for their sexual desire..Sad …..They will most likely never find her body, due to the fact these scumbags most likely burnt it…..no body no crime. One day maybe the truth will come out,who knows. there seems to be some kinda code of silence between the cast of bafoons…..She was just another young women who choose not to see the warning signs and NEVER listened to a parents advice….tragic….
OMG NO! Her kids were there! Where were the boys when this was going on? They must have something to say. Unless Joyce brainwashed them when she kidnapped them after Christine disappeared. OMG…
As I am sure you can appreciate, I am not going to comment whatsoever about what the kids may or may not know.
